Aki a Felséges rejtekében lakik, az a Mindenható árnyékában nyugszik.

Aki a Felségesnek rejtekében lakozik, a Mindenhatónak árnyékában nyugoszik az.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Cel ce stă sub ocrotirea Celui Preaînalt şi se odihneşte la umbra Celui atotputernic,

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

Azt mondom az ÚRnak: oltalmam és váram, Istenem, őbenne bízom!

Azt mondom az Úrnak: Én oltalmam, váram, Istenem ő benne bízom!

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

zice despre Domnul: „El este locul meu de scăpare şi cetăţuia mea, Dumnezeul meu în care mă încred!”

I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

Mert ő szabadít meg téged a madarász csapdájából, a veszedelmes dögvésztől.

Mert ő szabadít meg téged a madarásznak tőréből, a veszedelmes dögvésztől.

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Da, El te scapă de laţul vânătorului, de ciumă şi de pustiirile ei.

For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.

Tollaival befedez téged, és szárnya alatt lesz oltalmad. Pajzs és páncél a hűsége.

Tollaival fedez be téged, és szárnyai alatt lészen oltalmad; paizs és pánczél az ő hűsége.

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

El te va acoperi cu penele Lui şi te vei ascunde sub aripile Lui. Căci scut şi pavăză este credincioşia Lui!

He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

Nem kell félned az éjszakai rettentéstől, sem a repülő nyíltól nappal,

Nem félhetsz az éjszakai ijesztéstől, a repülő nyíltól nappal;

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

Nu trebuie să te temi nici de groaza din timpul nopţii, nici de săgeata care zboară ziua,

You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day,

sem a dögvésztől, amely a homályban jár, sem pedig a döghaláltól, amely délben pusztít.

A dögvésztől, a mely a homályban jár; a döghaláltól, a mely délben pusztít.

Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

nici de ciuma care umblă în întuneric, nici de molima care bântuie ziua în amiaza mare.

nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.

Ha ezren esnek is el oldalad mellől és tízezren jobb kezed felől, hozzád nem is közelít.

Elesnek mellőled ezeren, és jobb kezed felől tízezeren; és hozzád nem is közelít.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

O mie să cadă alături de tine, şi zece mii la dreapta ta, dar de tine nu se va apropia.

A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.

Bizony szemed csak nézi azt, és meglátod a gonoszok megbüntetését!

Bizony szemeiddel nézed és meglátod a gonoszoknak megbüntetését!

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Doar vei privi cu ochii şi vei vedea răsplătirea celor răi.

You will only look with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked.

Ha az ÚR a te oltalmad, és a Felségest választod hajlékodul,

Mert [azt mondtad] te: Az Úr az én oltalmam; a Felségest választottad a te hajlékoddá:

Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

Pentru că zici: „Domnul este locul meu de adăpost!” şi faci din Cel Preaînalt turnul tău de scăpare,

Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge—

nem érhet téged veszedelem, és csapás sem közeleg sátradhoz.

Nem illet téged a veszedelem, és csapás nem közelget a sátorodhoz;

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

de aceea nicio nenorocire nu te va ajunge, nicio urgie nu se va apropia de cortul tău.

no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent.

Mert azt parancsolta felőled angyalainak, hogy őrizzenek téged minden utadon.

Mert az ő angyalainak parancsolt felőled, hogy őrizzenek téged minden útadban.

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

Căci El va porunci îngerilor Săi să te păzească în toate căile tale;

For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Tenyerükön hordoznak téged, hogy meg ne üsd lábadat a kőben.

Kézen hordoznak téged, hogy meg ne üssed lábadat a kőbe.

They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

şi ei te vor duce pe mâini, ca nu cumva să-ţi loveşti piciorul de vreo piatră.

On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.

Oroszlánon és viperán jársz, eltaposod az oroszlánkölyköt és a tengeri szörnyet.

Oroszlánon és áspiskígyón jársz, megtaposod az oroszlánkölyköt és a sárkányt.

Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

Vei păşi peste lei şi peste năpârci şi vei călca peste pui de lei şi peste şerpi. –

You will tread on the lion and the adder; the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.

Mivel ragaszkodik hozzám, megszabadítom őt, fölmagasztalom, mert ismeri nevemet!

Mivelhogy ragaszkodik hozzám, megszabadítom őt, felmagasztalom őt, mert ismeri az én nevemet!

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

„Fiindcă Mă iubeşte – zice Domnul – de aceea îl voi izbăvi; îl voi ocroti, căci cunoaşte Numele Meu.

“Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name.

Ha segítségül hív engem, meghallgatom őt. Vele vagyok nyomorúságában, megmentem és megdicsőítem őt.

Segítségül hív engem, ezért meghallgatom őt; vele vagyok háborúságában: megmentem és megdicsőítem őt.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

Când Mă va chema, îi voi răspunde; voi fi cu el în strâmtorare, îl voi izbăvi şi-l voi proslăvi.

When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him.

Hosszú élettel elégítem meg, és megmutatom neki szabadításomat.

Hosszú élettel elégítem meg őt, és megmutatom néki az én szabadításomat.

With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Îl voi sătura cu viaţă lungă şi-i voi arăta mântuirea Mea.”

With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
