Magasztaljátok az Urat, hívjátok segítségül az ő nevét, hirdessétek a népek között az ő cselekedeteit!

O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.

Lăudaţi pe Domnul, chemaţi Numele Lui! Faceţi cunoscut printre popoare isprăvile Lui!

Oh give thanks to the LORD; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples!

Énekeljetek neki, zengjetek neki, beszéljétek el minden csodás tettét!

Énekeljetek néki, zengedezzetek néki, beszéljétek el minden ő csodatételét.

Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.

Cântaţi, cântaţi în cinstea Lui! Vorbiţi despre toate minunile Lui!

Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works!

Dicsőítsétek szent nevét! Örvendezzen azoknak a szíve, akik az URat keresik.

Dicsekedjetek az ő szent nevével; örvendezzen azoknak a szívök, a kik keresik az Urat.

Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

Făliţi-vă cu Numele Lui cel sfânt! Să se bucure inima celor ce caută pe Domnul!

Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice!

Keressétek az URat és az ő erejét, keressétek arcát szüntelen!

Kivánjátok az Urat és az ő erejét; keressétek az ő orczáját szüntelen.

Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

Alergaţi la Domnul şi la sprijinul Lui, căutaţi necurmat faţa Lui!

Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!

Emlékezzetek meg csodáiról, amelyeket cselekedett, jeleiről és szája ítéleteiről,

Emlékezzetek meg az ő csodáiról, a melyeket cselekedett; jeleiről és az ő szájának ítéleteiről.

Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

Aduceţi-vă aminte de semnele minunate pe care le-a făcut, de minunile şi de judecăţile rostite de gura Lui,

Remember the wondrous works that he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,

ó, Ábrahámnak, az ő szolgájának utódai, ó, Jákóbnak, az ő választottjának fiai!

Oh Ábrahámnak, az ő szolgájának magva; oh Jákóbnak, az ő választottának fiai!

O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

sămânţă a robului Său Avraam, copii ai lui Iacov, aleşii Săi!

O offspring of Abraham, his servant, children of Jacob, his chosen ones!

Ő az ÚR, a mi Istenünk, az egész földre kihat ítélete.

Ő, az Úr a mi Istenünk, az egész földre [kihat] az ő ítélete.

He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.

Domnul este Dumnezeul nostru: judecăţile Lui se aduc la îndeplinire pe tot pământul.

He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

Megemlékezik szövetségéről mindörökké, rendelkezéséről, amelyet ezer nemzedékig megszabott,

Megemlékezik az ő szövetségéről mindörökké; az ő rendeletéről, a melyet megszabott ezer nemzetségiglen;

He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

El Îşi aduce aminte totdeauna de legământul Lui, de făgăduinţele Lui făcute pentru o mie de neamuri de om,

He remembers his covenant forever, the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations,

amelyet Ábrahámmal kötött, és ahogy Izsáknak megesküdött.

A melyet kötött Ábrahámmal, és az ő Izsáknak tett esküvéséről.

Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

de legământul pe care l-a încheiat cu Avraam şi de jurământul pe care l-a făcut lui Isaac;

the covenant that he made with Abraham, his sworn promise to Isaac,

Jákób elé állította azt szabályul, Izráel elé örök szövetségül.

És odaállatta azt Jákóbnak szabályul, Izráelnek örök szövetségül,

And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

El l-a făcut lege pentru Iacov, legământ veşnic pentru Israel,

which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant,

Azt mondta: Neked adom Kánaán földjét sors szerint való örökségül.

Mondván: Néked adom Kanaán földét, sors szerint való örökségetekül.

Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:

zicând: „Ţie îţi voi da ţara Canaanului ca moştenire care v-a căzut la sorţi.”

saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan as your portion for an inheritance.”

Akkor még csekély számban, igen kevesen voltak, és jövevényként éltek ott.

Mikor még csekély számmal valának, igen kevesen és [mintegy ]zsellérek abban,

When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

Pe atunci ei erau puţini la număr, foarte puţini la număr, şi străini în ţară;

When they were few in number, of little account, and sojourners in it,

Egyik nemzettől a másikhoz bujdostak, egyik országból a másik néphez.

És egyik nemzettől a másikhoz bujdosának, egyik országból a másik néphez:

When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

mergeau de la un neam la altul şi de la o împărăţie la un alt popor;

wandering from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people,

De senkinek sem engedte, hogy nyomorgassa őket, sőt királyokat is megfenyített miattuk:

Nem engedé, hogy valaki nyomorgassa őket, sőt királyokat is megfenyített miattok, [mondván:]

He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

dar n-a dat voie nimănui să-i asuprească şi a pedepsit împăraţi din pricina lor.

he allowed no one to oppress them; he rebuked kings on their account,

Ne érintsétek fölkentjeimet, és prófétáimnak ne ártsatok!

Meg ne illessétek az én felkentjeimet, és az én prófétáimnak ne ártsatok!

Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

„Nu vă atingeţi de unşii Mei – a zis El – şi nu faceţi rău prorocilor Mei!”

saying, “Touch not my anointed ones, do my prophets no harm!”

Azután éhínséget idézett elő a földön, és eltörte a kenyér botját mindenütt.

Mikor éhséget idéze elő a földön; [és] a kenyérnek minden botját eltöré,

Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

A chemat foametea asupra ţării şi a tăiat orice mijloc de trai.

When he summoned a famine on the land and broke all supply of bread,

Elküldött előttük egy férfiút, Józsefet, akit rabszolgának adtak el.

He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:

Le-a trimis înainte pe un om; Iosif a fost vândut ca rob.

he had sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave.

A lábát béklyóba szorították, őt magát vasra verték

A lábait békóba szorították, ő maga vasban járt vala,

Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:

I-au strâns picioarele în lanţuri, l-au pus în fiare,

His feet were hurt with fetters; his neck was put in a collar of iron;

mindaddig, amíg szava be nem teljesedett. Az ÚR beszéde igazolta őt.

Mindazideig, a míg szava beteljesedett. Az Úr beszéde megpróbálta őt.

Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

până la vremea când s-a întâmplat ce vestise el şi până când l-a încercat cuvântul Domnului.

until what he had said came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him.

Érte küldött a király, és szabadon engedte, a népek uralkodója szabaddá tette.

Elküldött a király és feloldotta őt, a népeken uralkodó, és szabaddá tette őt;

The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.

Atunci împăratul a trimis să-i scoată lanţurile, şi stăpânitorul popoarelor l-a izbăvit.

The king sent and released him; the ruler of the peoples set him free;

Úrrá tette őt a házán és parancsolóvá minden vagyonán,

Úrrá tevé őt az ő házán, és uralkodóvá minden jószágán;

He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:

L-a pus domn peste casa lui şi dregătorul tuturor averilor lui,

he made him lord of his house and ruler of all his possessions,

hogy főembereit, ha akarja, megkötöztethesse, és véneit is bölcsességre taníthassa.

Hogy főembereit tetszése szerint kötöztetheté, és véneit is bölcsességre taníthatá.

To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

ca să lege după plac pe domnitorii lui şi să înveţe pe bătrânii lui înţelepciunea.

to bind his princes at his pleasure and to teach his elders wisdom.

És bement Izráel Egyiptomba, és Jákób Hám földjén jövevény lett.

És beméne Izráel Égyiptomba, s Jákób a Khám földén zsellérkedék.

Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

Atunci Israel a venit în Egipt, şi Iacov a locuit în ţara lui Ham.

Then Israel came to Egypt; Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

És nagyon megszaporította népét, és erősebbé tette elnyomóinál,

És igen megszaporítá az ő népét, és erősebbé tevé elnyomóinál.

And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.

Domnul a înmulţit pe poporul Său foarte mult şi l-a făcut mai puternic decât potrivnicii lui.

And the LORD made his people very fruitful and made them stronger than their foes.

akiknek szívét megváltoztatta, hogy gyűlöljék népét, és álnokul cselekedjenek szolgáival.

Elváltoztatá azoknak szívét, hogy gyűlöljék az ő népét, [és ] álnokul cselekedjenek az ő szolgáival.

He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.

Acestora le-a schimbat inima, până acolo că au urât pe poporul Lui şi s-au purtat mişeleşte cu robii Săi.

He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal craftily with his servants.

Elküldte szolgáját, Mózest és Áront, akiket kiválasztott.

Elküldte Mózest, az ő szolgáját, és Áront, a kit választott vala.

He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.

A trimis pe robul Său Moise şi pe Aaron, pe care-l alesese.

He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.

Ők jeleket vittek véghez közöttük és csodákat Hám földjén.

Elvégezék azok között az ő jeleit, és a csodákat a Khám földén.

They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.

Prin puterea Lui, ei au făcut semne minunate în mijlocul lor, au făcut minuni în ţara lui Ham.

They performed his signs among them and miracles in the land of Ham.

Sötétséget küldött, és elsötétült, mégis engedetlenkedtek parancsával szemben.

Sötétséget bocsátott és elsötétítette [azt, ]és azok nem engedetlenkedtek az ő rendeleteinek.

He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.

A trimis întuneric şi a adus negura, ca să nu fie neascultători la cuvântul Lui.

He sent darkness, and made the land dark; they did not rebel against his words.

Vizeiket vérré változtatta, és kipusztította halaikat.

Vizeiket vérré változtatá, és megölé az ő halaikat.

He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.

Le-a prefăcut apele în sânge şi a făcut să le piară toţi peştii.

He turned their waters into blood and caused their fish to die.

Földjük békáktól hemzsegett, még a királyuk termeiben is.

Földjük békáktól hemzsege, [még] a királyuk termeiben [is.]

Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.

Ţara lor a forfotit de broaşte, până în odăile împăraţilor lor.

Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the chambers of their kings.

Szólt, és tetvek és bogarak támadtak egész határukra.

Szólt, és támadának legyek és szúnyogok minden ő határukon.

He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.

El a zis, şi au venit muşte otrăvitoare, păduchi pe tot ţinutul lor.

He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats throughout their country.

Jégesőt adott nekik eső gyanánt, és földjükre lángoló tüzet.

Adott nékik eső gyanánt jégesőt, [és] lángoló tüzet a földjökre.

He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.

În loc de ploaie le-a dat grindină şi flăcări de foc în ţara lor.

He gave them hail for rain, and fiery lightning bolts through their land.

Elverte szőlőjüket és fügefájukat, és széttördelte határukban a fákat.

És elvevé szőlőjüket és fügefájokat, és széttördelé határuknak élő fáit.

He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.

Le-a bătut viile şi smochinii şi a sfărâmat copacii din ţinutul lor.

He struck down their vines and fig trees, and shattered the trees of their country.

Szólt, és sáska támadt és megszámlálhatatlan szöcske.

Szólt és támada sáska, és megszámlálhatatlan cserebogár.

He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,

El a zis şi au venit lăcuste, lăcuste fără număr,

He spoke, and the locusts came, young locusts without number,

Fölemésztettek minden növényt a földjükön, és fölfalták szántóföldjük gyümölcsét.

És megemészte minden növényt az ő földjökön, és az ő szántóföldjöknek gyümölcsét megemészté.

And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.

care au mâncat toată iarba din ţară şi au mistuit roadele de pe câmpiile lor.

which devoured all the vegetation in their land and ate up the fruit of their ground.

Megölt földjükön minden elsőszülöttet, férfierejük minden zsengéjét.

És megöle minden elsőszülöttet földjökön, minden erejöknek zsengéjét.

He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.

A lovit pe toţi întâii născuţi din ţara lor, toată pârga puterii lor.

He struck down all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their strength.

És ezüsttel és arannyal megrakva hozta ki őket, és nemzetségeikben nem akadt tántorgó.

És kihozá őket ezüsttel és arannyal, és nemzetségeikben nem volt beteges.

He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

A scos pe poporul Său cu argint şi aur, şi niciunul n-a şovăit dintre seminţiile Lui.

Then he brought out Israel with silver and gold, and there was none among his tribes who stumbled.

Örült Egyiptom, amikor kivonultak, mert a tőlük való félelem szállta meg őket.

Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.

Felhőt terített rájuk, hogy befedezze őket, és tüzet, hogy világítson éjjel.

He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.

Könyörögtek, és ő fürjeket hozott, mennyei kenyérrel elégítette meg őket.

The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

La cererea lor, a trimis prepeliţe şi i-a săturat cu pâine din cer.

They asked, and he brought quail, and gave them bread from heaven in abundance.

Megnyitotta a kősziklát, és víz zúdult ki, folyóként áradt a sivatagban.

He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.

Mert megemlékezett szent ígéretéről, amelyet szolgájának, Ábrahámnak tett.

For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.

Így hozta ki népét örömmel és választottjait vigassággal.

Kihozá azért az ő népét örömmel, [és] az ő választottait vígassággal.

And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:

A scos pe poporul Său cu veselie, pe aleşii Săi în mijlocul strigătelor de bucurie.

So he brought his people out with joy, his chosen ones with singing.

44

Nekik adta a pogányok földjét, és a népek fáradsággal szerzett javait örökölték,

És nékik adá a pogányok földét, és öröklék a népek fáradságos szerzeményét.

And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;

Le-a dat pământurile neamurilor, şi au pus stăpânire pe rodul muncii popoarelor,

And he gave them the lands of the nations, and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples’ toil,

hogy megtartsák rendelkezéseit, és megőrizzék törvényeit. Dicsérjétek az URat!

Azért, hogy megtartsák az ő rendeleteit, és törvényeit megőrizzék. Dicsérjétek az Urat!

That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

ca să păzească poruncile Lui şi să ţină legile Lui. Lăudaţi pe Domnul!

that they might keep his statutes and observe his laws. Praise the LORD!
