My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

Szívemből szép beszéd árad; így szólok: művem a királynak szól. Nyelvem olyan, mint a gyors írnok tolla.

Fölbuzog szívem szép beszédre. Mondom: művem a királynak szól. Nyelvem gyors írónak tolla.

Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.

Tu eşti cel mai frumos dintre oameni, harul este turnat pe buzele tale: de aceea te-a binecuvântat Dumnezeu pe vecie.

My heart overflows with a pleasing theme; I address my verses to the king; my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe.

Te vagy a legszebb az ember fiai között, kedvesség árad ajkadról, ezért meg is áld Isten örökre.

Szebb, szebb vagy az ember fiainál, kedvesség ömledez ajakidon, azért áldott meg az Isten örökké.

Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.

Războinic viteaz, încinge-ţi sabia, podoaba şi slava –

You are the most handsome of the sons of men; grace is poured upon your lips; therefore God has blessed you forever.

And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.

da, slava ta! – Fii biruitor, suie-te în carul tău de luptă, apără adevărul, blândeţea şi neprihănirea, şi dreapta ta să strălucească prin isprăvi minunate!

Gird your sword on your thigh, O mighty one, in your splendor and majesty!

Ékességedben légy diadalmas az igazságért, szelídségért és jogosságért, és jobb kezed félelmetes dolgokra tanítson!

És ékességedben haladj diadallal az igazságért, a szelidségért [és] jogért, és rettenetesre tanítson meg téged a te jobb kezed.

Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.

Săgeţile tale sunt ascuţite: sub tine vor cădea popoare, şi săgeţile tale vor străpunge inima vrăjmaşilor împăratului.

In your majesty ride out victoriously for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let your right hand teach you awesome deeds!
