Örvendezzetek az ÚRban, ti igazak, a hívekhez illik a dicséret.

Örvendezzetek ti igazak, az Úrban; a hívekhez illik a dícséret.

Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.

Neprihăniţilor, bucuraţi-vă în Domnul! Oamenilor fără prihană le şade bine cântarea de laudă.

Shout for joy in the LORD, O you righteous! Praise befits the upright.

Dicsérjétek az URat, citerával, tízhúrú hárfával zengjetek neki!

Dicsérjétek az Urat cziterával; tízhúrú hárfával zengjetek néki.

Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.

Lăudaţi pe Domnul cu harpa, lăudaţi-L cu lăuta cu zece corzi.

Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre; make melody to him with the harp of ten strings!

Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

Cântaţi-I o cântare nouă! Faceţi să răsune corzile şi glasurile voastre!

Sing to him a new song; play skillfully on the strings, with loud shouts.

Mert az ÚR szava igaz, és minden cselekedete hűséges.

For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.

Căci cuvântul Domnului este adevărat, şi toate lucrările Lui se împlinesc cu credincioşie.

For the word of the LORD is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness.

Szereti az igazságot és a törvényt, az ÚR kegyelmével tele van a föld.

He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

El iubeşte dreptatea şi neprihănirea; bunătatea Domnului umple pământul.

He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD.

He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

Féljen az ÚRtól az egész föld, rettegjen tőle a földkerekség minden lakója!

Féljen az Úrtól mind az egész föld, rettegjen tőle minden földi lakó.

Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Tot pământul să se teamă de Domnul! Toţi locuitorii lumii să tremure înaintea Lui!

Mert szólt, és meglett az, parancsolt és előállott.

For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

Căci El zice şi se face; porunceşte, şi ce porunceşte ia fiinţă.

The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

Domnul răstoarnă sfaturile neamurilor, zădărniceşte planurile popoarelor.

The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples.

The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Letekint az ÚR az égből, lát minden embert.

Az égből letekint az Úr, látja az emberek minden fiát.

The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.

Domnul priveşte din înălţimea cerurilor şi vede pe toţi fiii oamenilor.

The LORD looks down from heaven; he sees all the children of man;

Ő formálta mindnyájuk szívét, és jól ismeri minden tettüket.

He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.

El le întocmeşte inima la toţi şi ia aminte la toate faptele lor.

Nem szabadul meg a király a nagy sereg által, a hős sem menekül meg nagy erejével.

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.

Nu mărimea oştirii scapă pe împărat, nu mărimea puterii izbăveşte pe viteaz;

The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.

Csalódik, aki lovaktól vár szabadítást, nem mentenek meg azok nagy erejükkel.

Megcsal a ló a szabadításban, nagy erejével sem ment meg.

An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

calul nu poate da chezăşia biruinţei, şi toată vlaga lui nu dă izbăvirea.

The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.

Ámde az ÚR szemmel tartja az őt félőket, a kegyelmében bízókat.

Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

Iată, ochiul Domnului priveşte peste cei ce se tem de El, peste cei ce nădăjduiesc în bunătatea Lui,

Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love,

Kimenti lelküket a halálból, és az éhínségben is eltartja őket.

Hogy kimentse lelköket a halálból, és az éhségben [is] eltartsa őket.

To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

ca să le scape sufletul de la moarte şi să-i ţină cu viaţă în mijlocul foametei.

Lelkünk az URat várja, segítségünk és pajzsunk ő.

Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

Csak őbenne vigad a szívünk, csak az ő szent nevében bízunk!

For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

URam, legyen rajtunk a te kegyelmed, hiszen benned bízunk.

Legyen, Uram, a te kegyelmed rajtunk, a miképen bíztunk te benned.

Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

Doamne, fie îndurarea Ta peste noi după cum o nădăjduim noi de la Tine!

Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.
