Către mai marele cântăreţilor. Un psalm al lui David. 

1

[A karmesternek: Dávidé.] Azt mondja szívében a bolond: Nincs Isten. Megromlottak, utálatosságot cselekedtek, nincs, aki jót cselekedjék.

Az éneklőmesternek; Dávidé. Azt mondja a balgatag az ő szívében: Nincs Isten. Megromlottak, útálatosságot cselekedtek; nincs, a ki jót cselekedjék.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Nebunul zice în inima lui: „Nu este Dumnezeu!” S-au stricat oamenii, fac fapte urâte; nu este niciunul care să facă binele.

To the choirmaster. Of David.

Az ÚR letekint a mennyből az emberek fiaira, hogy lássa, van-e közöttük értelmes, aki keresi Istent.

Az Úr letekintett a mennyből az emberek fiaira, hogy meglássa, ha van-é értelmes, Istent kereső?

The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

Domnul Se uită de la înălţimea cerurilor peste fiii oamenilor, să vadă de este vreunul care să aibă pricepere şi care să caute pe Dumnezeu.

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.

Mindnyájan elhajlottak, egyaránt megromlottak, nincs, aki jót cselekedjék, nincs egy sem.

Mindnyájan elhajlottak; egyetemben elromlottak, nincs, a ki jót cselekedjék, nincsen csak egy sem.

They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Dar toţi s-au rătăcit, toţi s-au dovedit nişte netrebnici; nu este niciunul care să facă binele, niciunul măcar.

The LORD looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

Hát nem tudják azt a gonosztevők, akik úgy eszik népemet, mintha kenyeret ennének, az URat pedig nem hívják segítségül,

Nem tudják-é [ezt] mind a gonosztévők, a kik megeszik az én népemet, mintha kenyeret ennének, az Urat [pedig] segítségül nem hívják?

Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.

Şi-au pierdut mintea toţi cei ce săvârşesc fărădelegea, de mănâncă pe poporul Meu cum mănâncă pâinea, şi nu cheamă pe Domnul?

They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

hogy bizony rettegni fognak, mert Isten az igaz nemzedékkel van?

Majd rettegnek rettegéssel, mert Isten az igaz nemzetséggel van!

There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

Ei vor tremura de spaimă, când Se va arăta Dumnezeu în mijlocul neamului neprihănit.

Have they no knowledge, all the evildoers who eat up my people as they eat bread and do not call upon the LORD?

A szegény tervét kicsúfolhatjátok, de az ÚR az ő bizodalma.

A szegénynek tanácsát kicsúfoljátok, mert az Úr az ő bizodalma.

Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.

Râdeţi voi de nădejdea celui nenorocit…, dar scăparea lui este Domnul.

There they are in great terror, for God is with the generation of the righteous.

Bárcsak eljönne a Sionról Izráel szabadulása! Amikor az ÚR jóra fordítja népe sorsát, örül majd Jákób, és vigadozni fog Izráel.

Vajha eljőne Sionból Izráelnek a szabadítás! Mikor az Úr visszahozza népének foglyait, Jákób örül majd és vigad Izráel.

Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

O! de ar porni din Sion izbăvirea lui Israel!… Când va întoarce Domnul înapoi pe prinşii de război ai poporului Său, Iacov se va înveseli, şi Israel se va bucura.

You would shame the plans of the poor, but the LORD is his refuge.
