[Ászáf tanítása.] Miért vetettél el teljesen, Istenem? Miért füstölög haragod legelőd juhai ellen?

Aszáf tanítása. Miért vetettél el, oh Isten, teljesen? Miért füstölög haragod a te legelődnek juhai ellen?

O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?

Pentru ce, Dumnezeule, ne lepezi pentru totdeauna? Pentru ce Te mânii pe turma păşunii Tale?

Emlékezzél meg gyülekezetedről, amelyet régen szereztél, és örökséged törzséről, amelyet megváltottál a Sion hegyéről, amelyen lakoztál!

Emlékezzél meg a te gyülekezetedről, a melyet régen szerzettél és a melyet megváltottál: a te örökségednek részéről, a Sion hegyéről, a melyen lakozol!

Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.

Adu-Ţi aminte de poporul Tău, pe care l-ai câştigat odinioară, pe care l-ai răscumpărat ca seminţie a moştenirii Tale! Adu-Ţi aminte de muntele Sionului, unde Îţi aveai locuinţa;

O God, why do you cast us off forever? Why does your anger smoke against the sheep of your pasture?

Fordítsd lépteidet oda, ahol régóta romok vannak: mindent tönkretett az ellenség szent helyeden!

Lépj fel a teljes pusztaságba; mindent tönkre tett az ellenség a szent helyen!

Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.

îndreaptă-Ţi paşii spre aceste locuri pustiite fără curmare! Vrăjmaşul a pustiit totul în Locaşul Tău cel Sfânt.

Remember your congregation, which you have purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your heritage! Remember Mount Zion, where you have dwelt.

Támadóid a gyülekezésed helyén ordítanak, kitűzték ott saját jelvényeiket.

Támadóid a te gyülekezeted hajlékában ordítanak: jeleiket tűzték fel jelekké.

Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.

Potrivnicii Tăi au mugit în mijlocul Templului Tău; şi-au pus semnele lor drept semne.

Direct your steps to the perpetual ruins; the enemy has destroyed everything in the sanctuary!

Úgy tűntek föl, mint akik fejszét emelgetnek az erdő sűrű fái között.

A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.

Your foes have roared in the midst of your meeting place; they set up their own signs for signs.

They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.

Au pus foc Sfântului Tău Locaş; au dărâmat şi au pângărit locuinţa Numelui Tău.

And all its carved wood they broke down with hatchets and hammers.

Azt mondták szívükben: Dúljuk föl őket mindenestül! Isten minden hajlékát fölgyújtották az országban.

Ezt mondották szívökben: Dúljuk fel őket mindenestől! Felgyújtották Istennek minden hajlékát az országban.

They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.

Ei ziceau în inima lor: „Să-i prăpădim pe toţi!” Au ars toate locurile sfinte din ţară.

They set your sanctuary on fire; they profaned the dwelling place of your name, bringing it down to the ground.

Jeleket nem látunk, próféta sincs többé, és nincs közöttünk, aki tudná, hogy meddig tart ez.

We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.

Semnele noastre nu le mai vedem; nu mai este niciun proroc şi nu mai este nimeni printre noi care să ştie până când…

They said to themselves, “We will utterly subdue them”; they burned all the meeting places of God in the land.

Istenünk, meddig szidalmazhat a sanyargató? Örökké gyalázhatja nevedet az ellenség?

Meddig szidalmaz, oh Isten, a sanyargató? Örökké gyalázza-é az ellenség a te nevedet?

O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?

Până când, Dumnezeule, va batjocori asupritorul şi va nesocoti vrăjmaşul fără curmare Numele Tău?

We do not see our signs; there is no longer any prophet, and there is none among us who knows how long.

Miért tartod vissza kezedet? Vond ki jobbodat kebledből, végezz velük!

Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.

Pentru ce Îţi tragi înapoi mâna şi dreapta Ta? Scoate-o din sân şi nimiceşte-i!

How long, O God, is the foe to scoff? Is the enemy to revile your name forever?

Mert Isten a királyom kezdettől fogva, aki szabadulást szerez e földön.

Pedig Isten az én királyom eleitől fogva, a ki szabadításokat mível e föld közepette.

For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.

Totuşi, Dumnezeu este Împăratul meu, care din vremuri străvechi dă izbăviri în mijlocul acestei ţări.

Why do you hold back your hand, your right hand? Take it from the fold of your garment and destroy them!

Te hasítottad ketté hatalmaddal a tengert, te törted össze a tengeri szörnyek fejét.

Te hasítottad ketté a tengert erőddel; te törted össze a czethalak fejeit a vizekben.

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.

Tu ai despărţit marea cu puterea Ta, ai sfărâmat capetele balaurilor din ape;

Yet God my King is from of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.

Te zúztad szét a leviátán fejeit és a puszta népének adtad eledelül.

Te rontottad meg a leviathánnak fejét, s adtad azt eledelül a pusztai népnek.

Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

ai zdrobit capul leviatanului, l-ai dat să-l mănânce fiarele din pustiu.

You divided the sea by your might; you broke the heads of the sea monsters on the waters.

Te fakasztottál forrást és patakot, te szárítottál ki bővizű folyókat.

Te fakasztottad fel a forrást és patakot, te száraztottad meg az örök folyókat.

Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.

Ai făcut să ţâşnească izvoare în pâraie, ai uscat râuri care nu seacă.

You crushed the heads of Leviathan; you gave him as food for the creatures of the wilderness.

Tied a nappal, az éjszaka is a tied. Te formáltad a világító testeket és a napot.

Tiéd a nappal, az éjszaka is tiéd; te formáltad a világosságot és a napot.

The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.

A Ta este ziua, a Ta este şi noaptea; Tu ai aşezat lumina şi soarele.

You split open springs and brooks; you dried up ever-flowing streams.

Te szabtad meg a föld határait; te szereztél nyarat és telet.

Te szabtad meg a földnek minden határát: a nyarat és a telet te formáltad.

Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.

Tu ai statornicit toate hotarele pământului, Tu ai rânduit vara şi iarna.

Yours is the day, yours also the night; you have established the heavenly lights and the sun.

Emlékezzél meg erről, URam, mert ellenség szidalmaz, és bolond nép káromolja nevedet.

Emlékezzél meg erről: ellenség szidalmazta az Urat, s bolond nép káromolta a te nevedet.

Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.

Adu-Ţi aminte, Doamne, că vrăjmaşul Te batjocoreşte, şi un popor nechibzuit huleşte Numele Tău!

You have fixed all the boundaries of the earth; you have made summer and winter.

Ne add fenevadaknak galambod lelkét; szegényeid életéről ne feledkezzél meg végképp!

Ne adjad a fenevadnak a te gerliczédnek lelkét; szegényeidnek gyülekezetéről ne feledkezzél meg végképen!

O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.

Nu lăsa pradă fiarelor sufletul turturelei Tale şi nu uita pe vecie viaţa nenorociţilor Tăi!

Remember this, O LORD, how the enemy scoffs, and a foolish people reviles your name.

Tekints szövetségedre, mert e föld eldugott szögletei is tele vannak erőszakos helyekkel.

Tekints a szövetségre; mert telve vannak e földnek rejtekhelyei zsaroló tanyákkal.

Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.

Ai în vedere legământul! Căci locurile dosnice din ţară sunt pline de bârloguri de tâlhari.

Do not deliver the soul of your dove to the wild beasts; do not forget the life of your poor forever.

Ne maradjon szégyenben az elnyomott, dicsérjék nevedet a nyomorultak és szűkölködők!

A megrontott ne térjen szégyenvallással vissza; a nyomorult és szűkölködő dicsérje a te nevedet.

O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.

Să nu se întoarcă ruşinat cel apăsat, ci nenorocitul şi săracul să laude Numele Tău!

Have regard for the covenant, for the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence.

Kelj föl, Istenem, és védd a te ügyedet! Emlékezzél meg a gyalázásról, amellyel naponként illet téged a bolond!

Kelj fel, oh Isten, és védd a te ügyedet; emlékezzél meg a te gyaláztatásodról, a melylyel naponként illet téged a bolond!

Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.

Scoală-Te, Dumnezeule, apără-Ţi pricina! Adu-Ţi aminte de ocările pe care Ţi le aruncă în fiecare zi cel fără minte!

Let not the downtrodden turn back in shame; let the poor and needy praise your name.

Ne felejtkezzél el ellenségeid szaváról és támadóid háborgásáról, amely szüntelen növekszik!

Ne felejtkezzél el ellenségeidnek szaváról, és az ellened támadók háborgatásáról, a mely szüntelen nevekedik!

Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.

Nu uita strigătele potrivnicilor Tăi, zarva care creşte necurmat a celor ce se ridică împotriva Ta!

Arise, O God, defend your cause; remember how the foolish scoff at you all the day!
