My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

Dumnezeule! Dumnezeule! Pentru ce m-ai părăsit şi pentru ce Te depărtezi fără să-mi ajuţi şi fără s-asculţi plângerile mele?

O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

Strig ziua, Dumnezeule, şi nu-mi răspunzi: strig şi noaptea, şi tot n-am odihnă.

My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me, from the words of my groaning?

They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by mankind and despised by the people.

He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

All who see me mock me; they make mouths at me; they wag their heads;

But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

Da, Tu m-ai scos din pântecele mamei, m-ai pus la adăpost de orice grijă la ţâţele mamei mele;

“He trusts in the LORD; let him deliver him; let him rescue him, for he delights in him!”

Te hoztál ki engem anyám méhéből, és biztonságban voltam anyám emlőin.

I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

de când eram la sânul mamei, am fost sub paza Ta, din pântecele mamei ai fost Dumnezeul meu.

Yet you are he who took me from the womb; you made me trust you at my mother’s breasts.

Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

Nu Te depărta de mine, căci s-apropie necazul, şi nimeni nu-mi vine în ajutor.

On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother’s womb you have been my God.

Be not far from me, for trouble is near, and there is none to help.

Olyan vagyok, mint a kiöntött víz; minden csontom kificamodott. Szívem olyan lett, mint a viasz, megolvadt bensőmben.

My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

Mi se usucă puterea ca lutul şi mi se lipeşte limba de cerul gurii: m-ai adus în ţărâna morţii.

I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is like wax; it is melted within my breast;

For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

my strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to my jaws; you lay me in the dust of death.

Hadd hirdessem nevedet testvéreimnek, és hadd dicsérjelek a gyülekezetben!

Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

Cei ce vă temeţi de Domnul, lăudaţi-L! Voi toţi, sămânţa lui Iacov, slăviţi-L! Cutremuraţi-vă înaintea Lui, voi toţi, sămânţa lui Israel!

I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you:

Ti, akik félitek az URat, dicsérjétek őt! Jákób minden utóda: dicsőítsétek őt! Izráel minden magzata: féljétek őt!

For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

Căci El nici nu dispreţuieşte, nici nu urăşte necazurile celui nenorocit şi nu-Şi ascunde faţa de el, ci îl ascultă când strigă către El.

You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you offspring of Jacob, glorify him, and stand in awe of him, all you offspring of Israel!

Mert nem veti meg és nem utálja meg a szegény nyomorúságát. Nem rejti el az arcát előle, és mikor hozzá kiált, meghallgatja.

My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

În adunarea cea mare, Tu vei fi pricina laudelor mele: şi-mi voi împlini juruinţele în faţa celor ce se tem de Tine.

For he has not despised or abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, and he has not hidden his face from him, but has heard, when he cried to him.

Rólad szól dicsérő énekem a nagy gyülekezetben. Fogadásaimat megadom azok előtt, akik félik őt.

Felőled lesz dicséretem a nagy gyülekezetben. Az én fogadásaimat megadom azok előtt, a kik félik őt.

The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

Cei săraci vor mânca şi se vor sătura, cei ce caută pe Domnul, Îl vor lăuda: veselă să vă fie inima pe vecie!

From you comes my praise in the great congregation; my vows I will perform before those who fear him.

All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

Toate marginile pământului îşi vor aduce aminte şi se vor întoarce la Domnul: toate familiile neamurilor se vor închina înaintea Ta.

The afflicted shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek him shall praise the LORD! May your hearts live forever!

A föld határáig mindenki megemlékezik az ÚRról, és megtér hozzá. Leborul előtted a föld minden nemzetsége.

Megemlékeznek és megtérnek az Úrhoz a föld minden határai, és leborul előtted a pogányok minden nemzetsége.

For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.

Căci a Domnului este împărăţia: El stăpâneşte peste neamuri.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you.

Mert az ÚRé a királyi hatalom, ő uralkodik a népeken is.

All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

Toţi cei puternici de pe pământ vor mânca şi se vor închina şi ei; înaintea Lui se vor pleca toţi cei ce se coboară în ţărână, cei ce nu pot să-şi păstreze viaţa.

For kingship belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations.

Esznek és leborulnak mind, akik gazdagok e földön. Őelőtte hajtanak térdet a halandók, mind, aki nem tarthatja életben a lelkét.

Esznek és leborulnak a föld gazdagai mind; ő előtte hajtanak térdet, a kik a porba hullanak, és a ki életben nem tarthatja lelkét.

A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

O sămânţă de oameni Îi va sluji; şi se va vorbi despre Domnul către cei ce vor veni după ei.

All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, even the one who could not keep himself alive.

They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

Posterity shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation;
