[A karmesternek: Dávid zsoltára.] Dicséretemnek Istene, ne hallgass!

Az éneklőmesternek, Dávidé; zsoltár. Én dicséretemnek Istene, ne hallgass!

Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;

Dumnezeul laudei mele, nu tăcea!

Mert a gonosz szája és az álnok szája fölnyílt ellenem, hazug nyelvvel beszélnek velem.

Mert a gonosznak szája és az álnokságnak szája felnyilt ellenem, hazug nyelvvel beszélnek én velem.

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.

Căci potrivnicii au deschis împotriva mea o gură rea şi înşelătoare, îmi vorbesc cu o limbă mincinoasă,

Be not silent, O God of my praise!

Gyűlöletes beszédekkel vesznek körül és ok nélkül ostromolnak.

És körülvesznek engem gyűlölséges beszédekkel, és ostromolnak engem ok nélkül.

They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.

mă înconjoară cu cuvântări pline de ură şi se războiesc cu mine fără temei.

For wicked and deceitful mouths are opened against me, speaking against me with lying tongues.

Szeretetemre válaszul ellenkeznek velem, én pedig imádkozom.

Szeretetemért ellenkeznek velem, én pedig imádkozom.

For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.

Pe când eu îi iubesc, ei îmi sunt potrivnici; dar eu alerg la rugăciune.

They encircle me with words of hate, and attack me without cause.

Rosszal fizetnek nekem a jóért és gyűlölködéssel a szeretetemért.

Roszszal fizetnek nékem a jóért, és gyűlölséggel az én szeretetemért.

And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

Ei îmi întorc rău pentru bine, şi ură, pentru dragostea mea.

In return for my love they accuse me, but I give myself to prayer.

Állíts szembe vele egy gonosz embert, és álljon vádló jobb keze felől.

Állíts fölibe gonoszt, és vádló álljon az ő jobb keze felől.

Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.

Pe vrăjmaşul meu pune-l sub stăpânirea unui om rău, şi un pârâş să stea la dreapta lui!

So they reward me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

A törvénykezésből bűnösként kerüljön ki, még az imádsága is bűnné legyen.

Mikor törvénykezik, mint gonosz jőjjön ki; még az imádsága is bűnné legyen.

When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.

Când va fi judecat, să fie găsit vinovat, şi rugăciunea lui să treacă drept un păcat!

Appoint a wicked man against him; let an accuser stand at his right hand.

Élete napjai kevesek legyenek, és hivatalát más foglalja el!

Életének napjai kevesek legyenek, és a hivatalát más foglalja el.

Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

Puţine să-i fie zilele la număr, şi slujba să i-o ia altul!

When he is tried, let him come forth guilty; let his prayer be counted as sin!

Fiai legyenek árvákká, felesége pedig özveggyé!

Fiai legyenek árvákká, a felesége pedig özvegygyé.

Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

Să-i rămână copiii orfani, şi nevasta sa, văduvă!

May his days be few; may another take his office!

Bujdossanak fiai, és kolduljanak, és elpusztult helyeiktől távol keressenek eledelt!

És bujdossanak az ő fiai és kolduljanak, és elpusztult helyeiktől távol keressenek [eledelt.]

Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.

Copiii lui să umble fără niciun căpătâi şi să cerşească, să-şi caute pâinea departe de locuinţa lor dărâmată!

May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow!

Foglalja le mindenét az uzsorás, idegenek ragadják el szerzeményét!

Foglalja le minden jószágát az uzsorás, és idegenek ragadozzák el szerzeményét.

Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.

Cel ce l-a împrumutat să-i pună mâna pe tot ce are, şi străinii să-i jefuiască rodul muncii lui!

May his children wander about and beg, seeking food far from the ruins they inhabit!

Ne legyen senki kegyelmes iránta, és ne legyen, aki könyörül árváin!

Ne legyen néki, a ki kegyelmet mutasson [iránta,] és ne legyen, a ki könyörüljön az ő árváin!

Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.

Nimeni să nu mai ţină la el şi nimeni să n-aibă milă de orfanii lui!

May the creditor seize all that he has; may strangers plunder the fruits of his toil!

Vesszen ki utóda: töröltessék ki nevük már a következő nemzedékben!

Veszszen ki az ő maradéka; a második nemzedékben töröltessék el a nevök!

Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

Urmaşii lui să fie nimiciţi şi să li se stingă numele în neamul următor!

Let there be none to extend kindness to him, nor any to pity his fatherless children!

Atyái álnokságára is emlékezzék az ÚR, és anyja bűnét se törölje el!

Atyáinak álnoksága emlékezetben legyen az Úr előtt, és anyjának bűne el ne töröltessék!

Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

Nelegiuirea părinţilor săi să rămână ca aducere aminte înaintea Domnului şi să nu se şteargă păcatul mamei lui!

May his posterity be cut off; may his name be blotted out in the second generation!

Legyenek ezek mindig az ÚR előtt, és emlékezetük vesszen ki e földről.

Mindenkor az Úr előtt legyenek, és emlékezetök is veszszen ki e földről,

Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

Domnul să-i aibă totdeauna înaintea ochilor, ca să le şteargă pomenirea de pe pământ,

May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out!

Mivel nem gondolt arra, hogy kegyelmet gyakoroljon, hanem üldözte a szegény és nyomorult embert és a megkeseredett szívűt, hogy megölje.

A miatt, hogy nem gondolt arra, hogy kegyelmet gyakoroljon és üldözte a szegény és nyomorult embert, és a megkeseredett szívűt, hogy megölje.

Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.

pentru că nu şi-a adus aminte să facă îndurare, pentru că a prigonit pe cel nenorocit şi pe cel lipsit, până acolo încât să omoare pe omul cu inima zdrobită!

Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth!

Mivel szerette az átkot, érje is el őt; és mivel nem volt kedve az áldáshoz, távozzon el az tőle.

Mivelhogy szerette az átkot, azért érte el őt; és mivel nem volt kedve az áldáshoz, azért távozék az el ő tőle.

As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.

Îi plăcea blestemul: să cadă asupra lui! Nu-i plăcea binecuvântarea: să se depărteze de el!

For he did not remember to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and the brokenhearted, to put them to death.

Úgy öltötte föl az átkot, mint a ruháját: azért hatoljon belé, mint a víz, és csontjaiba, mint az olaj.

Úgy öltözte fel az átkot, mint a ruháját, azért ment beléje, mint a víz, és az ő csontjaiba, mint az olaj.

As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.

Se îmbracă cu blestemul cum se îmbracă cu haina lui, îi pătrunde ca apa înăuntrul lui, ca untdelemnul, în oase!

He loved to curse; let curses come upon him! He did not delight in blessing; may it be far from him!

Az legyen palástja, amelybe beburkolózik, és öve, amely mindig körülövezi.

Legyen az néki palástul, a melybe beburkolódzik, és övül, a melylyel mindenkor övezze magát.

Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

De aceea, să-i slujească de veşmânt, ca să se acopere, de cingătoare, cu care să fie totdeauna încins!

He clothed himself with cursing as his coat; may it soak into his body like water, like oil into his bones!

Ez legyen vádolóim fizetsége az ÚRtól, azoké, akik rosszat beszélnek lelkemről.

Ez legyen jutalmok az Úrtól az én vádolóimnak, és a kik rosszat beszélnek az én lelkemre.

Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the LORD, and of them that speak evil against my soul.

Aceasta să fie, din partea Domnului, plata vrăjmaşilor mei şi a celor ce vorbesc cu răutate de mine!

May it be like a garment that he wraps around him, like a belt that he puts on every day!

De te, URam, Istenem, tégy jót velem nevedért! Mivel jó a kegyelmed, szabadíts meg engem!

De te, én Uram, Istenem, bánj velem a te nevedért; mivelhogy jó a te kegyelmed, szabadíts meg engem!

But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.

Iar Tu, Doamne Dumnezeule, lucrează pentru mine din pricina Numelui Tău, căci mare este bunătatea Ta; izbăveşte-mă!

May this be the reward of my accusers from the LORD, of those who speak evil against my life!

Mert én szegény és nyomorult vagyok, még a szívem is sebzett bennem.

Mert szegény és nyomorult vagyok én, még a szívem is megsebesíttetett én bennem.

For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

Sunt nenorocit şi lipsit, şi îmi e rănită inima înăuntrul meu.

But you, O GOD my Lord, deal on my behalf for your name’s sake; because your steadfast love is good, deliver me!

Úgy hanyatlom el, mint a megnyúló árnyék, ide-oda hányódom, mint a sáska.

Úgy hanyatlom el, mint az árnyék az ő megnyúlásakor; ide s tova hányattatom, mint a sáska.

I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.

Pier ca umbra gata să treacă, sunt izgonit ca o lăcustă.

For I am poor and needy, and my heart is stricken within me.

Térdem roskad a böjtöléstől, testem lefogyott kövérségéből.

Térdeim tántorognak az éhségtől, és testem megfogyatkozott a kövérségtől.

My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.

Mi-au slăbit genunchii de post şi mi s-a sleit trupul de slăbiciune.

I am gone like a shadow at evening; I am shaken off like a locust.

Gyalázatossá lettem előttük, ha rám néznek, fejüket csóválják.

Sőt gyalázatossá lettem előttök; ha látnak engem, fejöket csóválják.

I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.

Am ajuns de ocara lor; când mă privesc, ei dau din cap.

My knees are weak through fasting; my body has become gaunt, with no fat.

Segíts meg engem, URam Isten, szabadíts meg kegyelmesen!

Segíts meg engem, Uram Isten; szabadíts meg engem a te kegyelmed szerint!

Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy:

Ajută-mi, Doamne Dumnezeul meu! Scapă-mă prin bunătatea Ta!

I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they wag their heads.

Hadd tudják meg, hogy a te kezed műve ez, hogy te cselekedted ezt, URam!

Hadd tudják meg, hogy a te kezed [munkája] ez, hogy te cselekedted ezt, Uram!

That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, LORD, hast done it.

Şi să ştie că mâna Ta, că Tu, Doamne, ai făcut lucrul acesta!

Help me, O LORD my God! Save me according to your steadfast love!

28

Ha átkoznak is ők, te megáldasz engem. Ha rám támadnak, megszégyenülnek, szolgád pedig örül.

Átkozzanak ők, de te áldj meg! Feltámadnak, de szégyenüljenek meg és örvendezzen a te szolgád.

Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.

Măcar că ei blestemă, Tu binecuvântă; măcar că se ridică ei împotriva mea, vor fi înfruntaţi, iar robul Tău se va bucura.

Let them know that this is your hand; you, O LORD, have done it!

Öltözzenek gyalázatba vádlóim, burkolózzanak szégyenükbe, mint egy köpenybe!

Öltözzenek az én vádlóim gyalázatba, és burkolózzanak szégyenökbe, mint egy köpenybe!

Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.

Potrivnicii mei să se îmbrace cu ocara, să se acopere cu ruşinea lor cum se acoperă cu o manta!

Let them curse, but you will bless! They arise and are put to shame, but your servant will be glad!

Hangosan ad hálát az ÚRnak a szám, és dicsérem őt a sokaság közepette.

Hálát adok az Úrnak felettébb az én számmal, és dicsérem őt a sokaság közepette!

I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

Voi lăuda foarte mult cu gura mea pe Domnul, Îl voi mări în mijlocul mulţimii;

May my accusers be clothed with dishonor; may they be wrapped in their own shame as in a cloak!

31

Mert a szegény jobbjára áll, hogy megszabadítsa azoktól, akik elítélik lelkét.

Mert jobb keze felől áll a szegénynek, hogy megszabadítsa azoktól, a kik elítélik annak lelkét.

For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul.

căci El stă la dreapta săracului, ca să-l izbăvească de cei ce-l osândesc.

With my mouth I will give great thanks to the LORD; I will praise him in the midst of the throng.
