Az éneklőmesternek; Dávid zsoltára.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Cerurile spun slava lui Dumnezeu, şi întinderea lor vesteşte lucrarea mâinilor Lui.

Az egek beszélik Isten dicsőségét, és keze munkáját hirdeti az égboltozat.

Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

O zi istoriseşte alteia acest lucru, o noapte dă de ştire alteia despre el.

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

Nappal a nappalnak mond beszédet, éj éjnek ad jelentést.

Nap napnak mond beszédet; éj éjnek ad jelentést.

There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Şi aceasta fără vorbe, fără cuvinte al căror sunet să fie auzit:

Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.

Nincs szó, sem beszéd, nem hallható a hangjuk:

Nem [olyan] szó, sem [olyan] beszéd, a melynek hangja nem hallható:

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

dar răsunetul lor străbate tot pământul, şi glasul lor merge până la marginile lumii. În ceruri El a întins un cort soarelui.

There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.

mégis elhat szózatuk az egész földre, és szavuk a világ végére. Sátrat készített ott a napnak,

Szózatuk kihat az egész földre, és a világ végére az ő mondásuk. A napnak csinált bennök sátort.

Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

Şi soarele, ca un mire care iese din odaia lui de nuntă, se aruncă în drumul lui cu bucuria unui viteaz:

Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,

amely olyan, mint egy vőlegény, aki a szobájából jön ki. Örvend, mint egy hős, hogy pályáját futhatja.

Olyan ez, mint egy vőlegény, a ki az ő ágyasházából jön ki; örvend, mint egy hős, hogy futhatja a pályát.

His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

răsare la un capăt al cerurilor şi îşi isprăveşte drumul la celălalt capăt; nimic nu se ascunde de căldura lui.

which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy.

Elindul az ég egyik széléről, s fordulása a másik széléig tart. Nincs semmi, ami elrejtőzhetne heve elől.

Kijövetele az ég [egyik] szélétől s forgása a [másik] széléig; és nincs semmi, a mi elrejtőzhetnék hevétől.

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

Legea Domnului este desăvârşită şi înviorează sufletul; mărturia Domnului este adevărată şi dă înţelepciune celui neştiutor.

Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat.

Az ÚR törvénye tökéletes, megeleveníti a lelket. Az ÚR bizonyságtétele bizonyos, bölccsé teszi az együgyűt.

Az Úrnak törvénye tökéletes, megeleveníti a lelket; az Úrnak bizonyságtétele biztos, bölcscsé teszi az együgyűt.

The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

Orânduirile Domnului sunt fără prihană şi înveselesc inima; poruncile Domnului sunt curate şi luminează ochii.

The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;

Az ÚR rendelkezései helyesek, megvidámítják a szívet. Az ÚR parancsa világos, megvilágosítja a szemeket.

Az Úrnak rendelései helyesek, megvidámítják a szívet; az Úrnak parancsolata világos, megvilágosítja a szemeket.

The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Frica de Domnul este curată şi ţine pe vecie; judecăţile Domnului sunt adevărate, toate sunt drepte.

the precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes;

Az ÚR félelme tiszta, megáll mindörökké. Az ÚR ítéletei változhatatlanok, és minden tekintetben igazságosak.

Az Úrnak félelme tiszta, megáll mindörökké; az Úrnak ítéletei változhatatlanok s mindenestől fogva igazságosak.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Ele sunt mai de preţ decât aurul, decât mult aur curat; sunt mai dulci decât mierea, decât picurul din faguri.

the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.

Kivánatosabbak az aranynál, még a sok színaranynál is. Édesebbek a méznél, még a csurgatott méznél is.

Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

Robul Tău primeşte şi el învăţătura de la ele; pentru cine le păzeşte, răsplata este mare.

More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb.

Szolgádat is figyelmeztetik: ha megtartja azokat, nagy jutalma van.

Szolgádat is intik azok; a ki megtartja azokat, nagy jutalma van.

Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

Cine îşi cunoaşte greşelile făcute din neştiinţă? Iartă-mi greşelile pe care nu le cunosc!

Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.

Ki veheti észre a tévedéseket? A titkos bűnöktől tisztíts meg engem!

Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Păzeşte, de asemenea, pe robul Tău de mândrie, ca să nu stăpânească ea peste mine! Atunci voi fi fără prihană, nevinovat de păcate mari.

Who can discern his errors? Declare me innocent from hidden faults.

Tartsd távol szolgádat az önhittségtől is, hogy ne uralkodjék rajtam; akkor feddhetetlen leszek, és sok vétektől tiszta.

Tartsd távol a te szolgádat a szándékosoktól; ne uralkodjanak rajtam; akkor ártatlan leszek, és tiszta leszek, sok vétektől.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Primeşte cu bunăvoinţă cuvintele gurii mele şi cugetele inimii mele, Doamne, Stânca mea şi Izbăvitorul meu!

Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression.

Legyenek kedvedre valók szám mondásai, és szívem gondolatai legyenek előtted, ó, URam, kősziklám és megváltóm.

[Legyenek kedvedre valók szájam mondásai, és az én szívem gondolatai előtted, legyenek, oh Uram, kősziklám és megváltóm.]
