Dicsérjétek az URat! Boldog ember az, aki féli az URat, és parancsolataiban igen gyönyörködik.

Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

Lăudaţi pe Domnul! Ferice de omul care se teme de Domnul şi care are o mare plăcere pentru poruncile Lui!

Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in his commandments!

Utódja hős lesz a földön; az igazak nemzedéke áldást nyer.

Hős lesz annak magva a földön; a hívek nemzedéke megáldatik.

His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

Sămânţa lui va fi puternică pe pământ; neamul oamenilor fără prihană va fi binecuvântat.

His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.

Gazdagság és bőség lesz házában, és igazsága mindvégig megmarad.

Gazdagság és bőség lesz annak házában, s igazsága mindvégig megmarad.

Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.

El are în casă bogăţie şi belşug, şi neprihănirea lui dăinuie în veci.

Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.

A sötétben is világosság támad a becsületesnek, aki irgalmas, kegyelmes és igaz.

Az igazakra világosság fénylik a sötétben: [attól a ki] irgalmas, kegyelmes és igaz.

Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Celui fără prihană îi răsare o lumină în întuneric, El este milostiv, îndurător şi drept.

Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.

Jó annak az embernek, aki könyörül és kölcsön ad, dolgait pedig a törvény szerint intézi,

Jó annak az embernek, a ki könyörül és kölcsön ad; dolgait pedig igazán végezi.

A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.

Ce bine-i merge omului care face milă şi împrumută pe altul şi care îşi rânduieşte faptele după dreptate!

It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice.

mivel sohasem ingadozik, örök emlékezete lesz az igaznak.

Mivelhogy soha sem ingadoz: örök emlékezetben lesz az igaz.

Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

Căci el nu se clatină niciodată; pomenirea celui neprihănit ţine în veci.

For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.

Nem fél a rossz hírtől, szíve erős, az ÚRban bizakodik.

Semmi rossz hírtől nem fél; szíve erős, az Úrban bizakodó.

He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

El nu se teme de veşti rele, ci inima lui este tare, încrezătoare în Domnul.

He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the LORD.

Nem rendül meg a szíve; nem fél, míg ellenségein végignéz.

Rendületlen az ő szíve; nem fél, míglen ellenségeire lenéz.

His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.

Inima îi este mângâiată, n-are nicio teamă, până ce îşi vede împlinită dorinţa faţă de potrivnicii lui.

His heart is steady; he will not be afraid, until he looks in triumph on his adversaries.

Osztogat, adakozik a szegényeknek, igazsága mindvégig megmarad. Szarva dicsőségesen emelkedik.

Osztogat, adakozik a szegényeknek; igazsága megmarad mindvégig; az ő szarva felemeltetik dicsőséggel.

He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.

El este darnic, dă celor lipsiţi; milostenia lui ţine în veci; capul i se înalţă cu slavă.

He has distributed freely; he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; his horn is exalted in honor.

Látja ezt a gonosz, és dühöng, fogait csikorgatja, és elemészti magát. A gonoszok kívánsága semmivé lesz.

Látja [ezt] a gonosz és dühöng; fogait csikorgatja és eleped; a gonoszok kivánsága semmivé lesz.

The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

Cel rău vede lucrul acesta şi se mânie, scrâşneşte din dinţi şi se topeşte. Poftele celor răi rămân neîmplinite.

The wicked man sees it and is angry; he gnashes his teeth and melts away; the desire of the wicked will perish!
