[Ászáf tanítása.] Népem, figyelj tanításomra, fordítsátok fületeket szám beszédeihez!

Aszáf tanítása. Figyelj én népem az én tanításomra; hajtsátok füleiteket számnak beszédeire.

Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

Ascultă, poporul meu, învăţăturile mele! Luaţi aminte la cuvintele gurii mele!

I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:

Give ear, O my people, to my teaching; incline your ears to the words of my mouth!

Amiket hallottunk és tudunk, amiket atyáink beszéltek el nekünk,

A miket hallottunk és tudunk; és a miket atyáink beszéltek nékünk,

Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

Ce am auzit, ce ştim, ce ne-au povestit părinţii noştri,

I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings from of old,

nem titkoljuk fiaink elől, a jövő nemzedéknek is elbeszéljük az ÚR dicséretét, hatalmát és csodáit, amelyeket cselekedett.

We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

things that we have heard and known, that our fathers have told us.

Mert bizonyságot állított Jákób elé, és törvényt rendelt Izráelben, és megparancsolta atyáinknak, hogy tanítsák meg rájuk fiaikat.

Mert bizonyságot állított Jákóbban, és törvényt rendelt Izráelben; a melyek felől megparancsolta atyáinknak, hogy megtanítsák azokra fiaikat;

For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

El a pus o mărturie în Iacov, a dat o Lege în Israel şi a poruncit părinţilor noştri să-şi înveţe în ea copiii,

We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the LORD, and his might, and the wonders that he has done.

Tudja meg azokat a jövő nemzedék, a születendő fiak, és fölnövekedve beszéljék el az ő fiaiknak,

Hogy megtudja [azokat] a jövő nemzedék, a fiak, a kik születnek; és felkeljenek és hirdessék [azokat] fiaiknak;

That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

ca să fie cunoscută de cei ce vor veni după ei, de copiii care se vor naşte şi care, când se vor face mari, să vorbească despre ea copiilor lor;

He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children,

That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

pentru ca aceştia să-şi pună încrederea în Dumnezeu, să nu uite lucrările lui Dumnezeu, şi să păzească poruncile Lui.

that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children,

Hogy ne legyenek olyanok, mint atyáik: makacs és lázadó nemzedék. Olyan nemzedék, amelynek nem volt szilárd a szíve, és lelke sem volt hű Isten iránt.

Hogy ne legyenek olyanok, mint apáik: szilaj és makacs nemzedék, olyan nemzedék, a melynek szíve nem volt szilárd, és lelke sem volt hű Isten iránt.

And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

Să nu fie, ca părinţii lor, un neam neascultător şi răzvrătit, un neam care n-avea o inimă tare şi al cărui duh nu era credincios lui Dumnezeu!

so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments;

Mint Efraim fiai, a fegyveres íjászok, akik meghátráltak az ütközet napján.

The children of Ephraim, being armed, and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.

and that they should not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not steadfast, whose spirit was not faithful to God.

Nem őrizték meg Isten szövetségét, és nem akartak törvénye szerint járni.

They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;

The Ephraimites, armed with the bow, turned back on the day of battle.

Sőt elfelejtkeztek tetteiről, csodáiról, amelyeket mutatott nekik.

And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.

They did not keep God’s covenant, but refused to walk according to his law.

Marvellous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

They forgot his works and the wonders that he had shown them.

Kettéválasztotta a tengert, és átvitte őket, a vizeket pedig falként állította föl.

Ketté választotta a tengert s átvitte őket; és felállította a vizeket fal gyanánt.

He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.

A despărţit marea şi le-a deschis un drum prin ea, ridicând apele ca un zid.

In the sight of their fathers he performed wonders in the land of Egypt, in the fields of Zoan.

Nappal felhő által vezette őket, egész éjen át pedig tűz fényével.

In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.

He divided the sea and let them pass through it, and made the waters stand like a heap.

He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.

In the daytime he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a fiery light.

He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.

He split rocks in the wilderness and gave them drink abundantly as from the deep.

Mégis folyton vétkeztek ellene, és lázadoztak a Felséges ellen a pusztában.

Mégis folyvást vétkeztek ellene, és haragították a Felségest a pusztában;

And they sinned yet more against him by provoking the most High in the wilderness.

Dar ei tot n-au încetat să păcătuiască împotriva Lui, n-au încetat să se răzvrătească împotriva Celui Preaînalt în pustiu.

He made streams come out of the rock and caused waters to flow down like rivers.

Megkísértették Istent a szívükben: kívánságuk szerinti ennivalót kértek.

És megkísérték Istent az ő szívökben, enni valót kérvén az ő kivánságuk szerint.

And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust.

Au ispitit pe Dumnezeu în inima lor, cerând mâncare după poftele lor.

Yet they sinned still more against him, rebelling against the Most High in the desert.

Így szóltak Isten ellen: Tud-e Isten asztalt teríteni a pusztában?

És szólának Isten ellen, mondván: Avagy tudna-é Isten asztalt teríteni a pusztában?

Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?

Au vorbit împotriva lui Dumnezeu şi au zis: „Oare va putea Dumnezeu să pună o masă în pustiu?

They tested God in their heart by demanding the food they craved.

Íme, megütötte a kősziklát, és víz ömlött, és patakok áradtak; de vajon tud-e kenyeret is adni és húsról gondoskodni népe számára?

Ímé, megcsapta a kősziklát és víz ömlött és patakok özönlöttek; de vajjon tud-é kenyeret is adni? avagy készíthet-é húst az ő népének?

Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?

Iată că El a lovit stânca, de au curs ape şi s-au vărsat şiroaie. Dar va putea El să dea şi pâine sau să facă rost de carne poporului Său?”

They spoke against God, saying, “Can God spread a table in the wilderness?

Meghallotta ezt az ÚR, és megharagudott; tűz gyulladt föl Jákób ellen, és haragra gerjedt Izráel ellen,

Meghallotta az Úr és megharagudott ezért, és tűz gyulladt fel Jákób ellen, és harag gerjedt fel Izráel ellen;

Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;

Domnul a auzit şi S-a mâniat. Un foc s-a aprins împotriva lui Iacov, şi s-a stârnit împotriva lui Israel mânia Lui,

He struck the rock so that water gushed out and streams overflowed. Can he also give bread or provide meat for his people?”

mert nem hittek Istenben, és nem bíztak segítségében.

Mert nem hittek Istenben, és nem bíztak az ő segedelmében,

Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:

pentru că n-au crezut în Dumnezeu, pentru că n-au avut încredere în ajutorul Lui.

Therefore, when the LORD heard, he was full of wrath; a fire was kindled against Jacob; his anger rose against Israel,

Akkor parancsolt a felhőknek odafönn, és megnyitotta az ég kapuit.

És ráparancsolt a felhőkre ott fenn, és az egek ajtait megnyitotta.

Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,

El a poruncit norilor de sus şi a deschis porţile cerurilor:

because they did not believe in God and did not trust his saving power.

Mannát hullatott rájuk eledelül, és mennyei gabonát adott nekik.

And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.

Yet he commanded the skies above and opened the doors of heaven,

Angyalok kenyerét ette az ember, bőséggel küldött nekik eleséget.

Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.

and he rained down on them manna to eat and gave them the grain of heaven.

Megindította a keleti szelet az egekben, és elhozta erejével a déli szelet.

He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.

A pus să sufle în ceruri vântul de răsărit şi a adus, prin puterea Lui, vântul de miazăzi.

Man ate of the bread of the angels; he sent them food in abundance.

Annyi húst hullatott rájuk, mint a por, és annyi madarat, mint a tenger fövenye.

És hullata rájuk annyi húst, mint a por, és annyi madarat, mint a tenger fövénye.

He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:

A plouat peste ei carne, ca pulberea, şi păsări înaripate, cât nisipul mării;

He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens, and by his power he led out the south wind;

Táboruk közepén hullatta le őket, a sátraik körül.

És leszállítá azokat az ő táboruk közepére, az ő sátoraikhoz köröskörül.

And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.

le-a făcut să cadă în mijlocul taberei lor, de jur împrejurul locuinţelor lor.

he rained meat on them like dust, winged birds like the sand of the seas;

Ettek, és igen megelégedtek, amit kívántak, azt hozott nekik.

So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;

Ei au mâncat şi s-au săturat din destul: Dumnezeu le-a dat ce doriseră.

he let them fall in the midst of their camp, all around their dwellings.

Mégsem hagytak föl kívánságaikkal, bár még szájukban volt az étel.

Még fel sem hagytak a kivánságukkal; az étel még a szájukban vala:

They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths,

Dar n-apucaseră să-şi astâmpere bine pofta, mâncarea le era încă în gură,

And they ate and were well filled, for he gave them what they craved.

Ezért fölgerjedt ellenük Isten haragja, sokakat megölt nagyjaik közül, és levágta Izráel ifjait.

Mikor az Isten haragja felgerjede ellenök, és főbbjeik közül [sokakat] megöle, és Izráelnek ifjait levágá;

The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.

când s-a stârnit mânia lui Dumnezeu împotriva lor, a lovit de moarte pe cei mai tari din ei şi a doborât pe tinerii lui Israel.

But before they had satisfied their craving, while the food was still in their mouths,

Mindezek ellenére újból vétkeztek, és nem hittek csodáinak.

Mindamellett is újra vétkezének, és nem hivének az ő csodadolgaiban.

For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.

Cu toate acestea, ei n-au încetat să păcătuiască şi n-au crezut în minunile Lui.

the anger of God rose against them, and he killed the strongest of them and laid low the young men of Israel.

Ezért hiábavalóságban hagyta telni napjaikat, éveiket pedig rettegésben.

Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, and their years in trouble.

De aceea, El le-a curmat zilele ca o suflare, le-a curmat anii printr-un sfârşit năprasnic.

In spite of all this, they still sinned; despite his wonders, they did not believe.

Ha ölte őket, hozzá fordultak, megtértek, és Istent keresték.

When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.

Când îi lovea de moarte, ei Îl căutau, se întorceau şi se îndreptau spre Dumnezeu;

So he made their days vanish like a breath, and their years in terror.

Eszükbe jutott, hogy Isten a kősziklájuk, és a felséges Isten a megváltójuk.

És eszökbe vevék, hogy Isten az ő sziklájok, és a felséges Isten az ő megváltójok;

And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.

îşi aduceau aminte că Dumnezeu este stânca lor şi că Dumnezeul atotputernic este izbăvitorul lor.

When he killed them, they sought him; they repented and sought God earnestly.

És szájukkal hízelegtek, de nyelvükkel hazudoztak neki.

És hízelkedének néki szájokkal, nyelvökkel pedig hazudozának néki.

Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.

Dar Îl înşelau cu gura şi-L minţeau cu limba.

They remembered that God was their rock, the Most High God their redeemer.

Szívük nem volt állhatatos iránta, és nem voltak hűségesek szövetségéhez.

De szívök nem volt tökéletes iránta, és nem voltak hűségesek az ő szövetségéhez;

For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

Inima nu le era tare faţă de El, şi nu erau credincioşi legământului Său.

But they flattered him with their mouths; they lied to him with their tongues.

Pedig ő irgalmas és bűnbocsátó, nem semmisít meg, sőt sokszor elfordítja haragját, és nem engedi fölgerjedni indulatát.

But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.

Totuşi, în îndurarea Lui, El iartă nelegiuirea şi nu nimiceşte; Îşi opreşte de multe ori mânia şi nu dă drumul întregii Lui urgii.

Their heart was not steadfast toward him; they were not faithful to his covenant.

Megemlékezik arról, hogy test ők, és olyanok, mint az ellebbenő szél, amely nem tér vissza.

Azért eszébe vevé, hogy test ők, [és olyanok, mint] az ellebbenő szél, a mely nem tér vissza.

For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.

El Şi-a adus deci aminte că ei nu erau decât carne, o suflare care trece şi nu se mai întoarce.

Yet he, being compassionate, atoned for their iniquity and did not destroy them; he restrained his anger often and did not stir up all his wrath.

Hányszor lázongtak ellene a pusztában, hányszor okoztak neki fájdalmat a kietlenben!

Hányszor keserítették őt a pusztában, [hányszor] illették fájdalommal a kietlenben?!

How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert!

De câte ori s-au răzvrătit ei împotriva Lui în pustiu! De câte ori L-au mâniat ei în pustietate!

He remembered that they were but flesh, a wind that passes and comes not again.

Újra és újra kísértették Istent, ingerelték Izráel szentjét.

És újra kísértették az Istent, és ingerelték Izráel szentjét.

Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.

Da, n-au încetat să ispitească pe Dumnezeu şi să întărâte pe Sfântul lui Israel.

How often they rebelled against him in the wilderness and grieved him in the desert!

Nem emlékeztek meg az ő kezéről, sem arról a napról, amelyen megváltotta őket a nyomorgatótól,

Nem emlékeztek meg az ő kezéről, [sem] a napról, a melyen megváltotta őket a nyomorgatótól;

They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.

Nu şi-au mai adus aminte de puterea Lui, de ziua când i-a izbăvit de vrăjmaş,

They tested God again and again and provoked the Holy One of Israel.

amikor jeleket tett Egyiptomban és csodákat Cóan mezején.

Midőn kitűzte jeleit Égyiptomban, és csodáit a Czoán mezején.

How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan.

de minunile pe care le-a făcut în Egipt şi de semnele Lui minunate din câmpia Ţoan.

They did not remember his power or the day when he redeemed them from the foe,

Vérré változtatta folyóikat, nem ihattak patakjaikból.

És vérré változtatta folyóikat, hogy nem ihatták patakjaikat.

And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.

Cum le-a prefăcut râurile în sânge, şi n-au putut să bea din apele lor.

when he performed his signs in Egypt and his marvels in the fields of Zoan.

Bogarakat bocsátott rájuk, amelyek emésztették őket, és békákat, amelyek pusztították őket.

Legyeket bocsáta reájok, a melyek emészték őket, és békát, a mely pusztítá őket.

He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.

Cum a trimis împotriva lor nişte muşte otrăvitoare, care i-au mâncat, şi broaşte, care i-au nimicit.

He turned their rivers to blood, so that they could not drink of their streams.

Termésüket a cserebogárnak adta, munkájuk gyümölcsét a sáskának.

He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.

He sent among them swarms of flies, which devoured them, and frogs, which destroyed them.

Szőlőjüket jégesővel pusztította el, fügefáikat ónos esővel.

He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.

Cum le-a prăpădit viile, bătându-le cu piatră, şi smochinii din Egipt, cu grindină.

He gave their crops to the destroying locust and the fruit of their labor to the locust.

Odavetette marháikat a jégesőnek, jószágukat pedig a mennyköveknek.

He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.

He destroyed their vines with hail and their sycamores with frost.

Rájuk bocsátotta haragja tüzét, mérgét, búsulását és a szorongattatást: a gonosz angyalok seregét.

He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.

El Şi-a aruncat împotriva lor mânia Lui aprinsă, urgia, iuţimea şi necazul: o droaie de îngeri aducători de nenorociri.

He gave over their cattle to the hail and their flocks to thunderbolts.

Utat tört haragjának, és nem óvta meg lelküket a haláltól, életüket döghalálnak vetette.

He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;

Cum Şi-a dat drum slobod mâniei, nu le-a scăpat sufletul de la moarte şi le-a dat viaţa pradă molimei;

He let loose on them his burning anger, wrath, indignation, and distress, a company of destroying angels.

Megölt minden elsőszülöttet Egyiptomban, a férfierő zsengéjét Hám sátraiban.

And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

He made a path for his anger; he did not spare them from death, but gave their lives over to the plague.

Elindította népét, mint juhokat, és vezette, mint nyájat a pusztában.

But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

Cum a pornit pe poporul Său ca pe nişte oi şi i-a povăţuit ca pe o turmă în pustiu.

He struck down every firstborn in Egypt, the firstfruits of their strength in the tents of Ham.

Biztonságban vezette őket, és nem féltek, ellenségeiket pedig elborította a tenger.

És vezeté őket biztonságban, és nem félének, ellenségeiket pedig elborítá a tenger.

And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

Cum i-a dus fără nicio grijă, ca să nu le fie frică, iar marea a acoperit pe vrăjmaşii lor.

Then he led out his people like sheep and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

Bevitte őket szent határába, arra a hegyre, amelyet jobbjával szerzett.

És bevivé őket az ő szent határába, arra a hegyre, a melyet szerzett az ő jobbkezével.

And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

Cum i-a adus spre hotarul Lui cel sfânt, spre muntele acesta pe care dreapta Lui l-a câştigat.

He led them in safety, so that they were not afraid, but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.
