[Dávid bizonyságtétele.] Tarts meg engem, Istenem, mert benned bízom!

Dávid miktámja. Tarts meg engem Istenem, mert benned bízom.

Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.

Păzeşte-mă, Dumnezeule, căci în Tine mă încred.

Ezt mondom az ÚRnak: Az én URam vagy, nálad nagyobb jó nincs számomra.

Ezt mondom az Úrnak: Én Uram vagy te; feletted való jóm nincsen.

O my soul, thou hast said unto the LORD, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee;

Eu zic Domnului: „Tu eşti Domnul meu, Tu eşti singura mea fericire!”

Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge.

A szentekben, akik e földön vannak, és a felségesekben van minden gyönyörűségem.

A szentekben, a kik e földön vannak és a felségesekben, bennök van minden gyönyörűségem.

But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.

Sfinţii care sunt în ţară, oamenii evlavioşi, sunt toată plăcerea mea.

I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”

Megsokasodnak fájdalmai azoknak, akik más isten után sietnek, de én nem áldozom nekik véresáldozatot, és nevüket sem veszem ajkamra.

Megsokasodnak fájdalmaik, a kik más [isten után] sietnek; nem áldozom meg véres italáldozatjokat és nem veszem nevöket ajkaimra.

Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

Idolii se înmulţesc, oamenii aleargă după dumnezei străini, dar eu n-aduc jertfele lor de sânge şi nu pun numele lor pe buzele mele.

As for the saints in the land, they are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.

Az ÚR az én osztályrészem és poharam; te tartod kezedben sorsomat.

Az Úr az én osztályos részem és poharam; te támogatod az én sorsomat.

The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.

Domnul este partea mea de moştenire şi paharul meu, Tu îmi îndrepţi sorţul meu.

The sorrows of those who run after another god shall multiply; their drink offerings of blood I will not pour out or take their names on my lips.

Az én részem kies helyre esett, valóban szép örökség jutott nekem.

Az én részem kies helyre esett, nyilván szép örökség jutott nékem.

The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.

O moştenire plăcută mi-a căzut la sorţi, o frumoasă moşie mi-a fost dată.

The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup; you hold my lot.

Áldom az URat, aki tanácsot ad nekem, bensőm még éjjel is oktat engem.

Áldom az Urat, a ki tanácsot adott nékem; még éjjel is oktatnak engem az én veséim.

I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.

Eu binecuvântez pe Domnul care mă sfătuieşte, căci până şi noaptea îmi dă îndemnuri inima.

The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.

Az ÚRra nézek szüntelen; nem rendülök meg, mert a jobbom felől van.

Az Úrra néztem szüntelen; mert jobb kezem felől van, meg nem rendülök.

I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Am necurmat pe Domnul înaintea ochilor mei: când este El la dreapta mea, nu mă clatin.

I bless the LORD who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me.

Ezért örül a szívem, és vigad a lelkem, testem is biztonságban lakik.

Azért örül az én szívem és örvendez az én lelkem; testem is biztosságban lakozik.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.

De aceea inima mi se bucură, sufletul mi se înveseleşte, şi trupul mi se odihneşte în linişte.

I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.

Mert nem hagyod lelkemet a sírba jutni, nem engeded, hogy szented rothadást lásson.

Mert nem hagyod lelkemet a Seolban; nem engeded, hogy a te szented rothadást lásson.

For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Căci nu vei lăsa sufletul meu în Locuinţa morţilor, nu vei îngădui ca preaiubitul Tău să vadă putrezirea.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure.

Te tanítasz engem az élet ösvényére, nálad teljes az öröm, jobbodon örök gyönyörűség van.

Te tanítasz engem az élet ösvényére, teljes öröm van tenálad; a te jobbodon gyönyörűségek vannak örökké.

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Îmi vei arăta cărarea vieţii; înaintea feţei Tale sunt bucurii nespuse şi desfătări veşnice în dreapta Ta.

For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption.
