[Dávid tanítása.] Boldog az, akinek hamissága megbocsáttatott, vétke elfedeztetett.

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

Boldog ember az, akinek az ÚR nem tulajdonít bűnt, akinek lelkében nincsen csalárdság.

Boldog ember az, a kinek az Úr bűnt nem tulajdonít, és lelkében csalárdság nincsen.

Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

Ferice de omul căruia nu-i ţine în seamă Domnul nelegiuirea şi în duhul căruia nu este viclenie!

Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

Amíg hallgattam, megavultak csontjaim a naphosszat tartó jajgatás miatt.

When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

Câtă vreme am tăcut, mi se topeau oasele de gemetele mele necurmate.

Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.

Míg éjjel-nappal rám nehezedett a kezed, ellankadt az életerőm, mint a nyári hőségben. [Szela]

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

Căci zi şi noapte mâna Ta apăsa asupra mea; mi se usca vlaga cum se usucă pământul de seceta verii. (Oprire)

For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.

Vétkemet bevallottam neked, bűnömet nem fedeztem el. Azt mondtam: „Bevallom hamisságomat az ÚRnak”, és te elvetted rólam bűnömet, amellyel vétettem. [Szela]

Vétkemet bevallám néked, bűnömet el nem fedeztem. Azt mondtam: Bevallom hamisságomat az Úrnak - és te elvetted rólam bűneimnek terhét. Szela.

I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

Atunci Ţi-am mărturisit păcatul meu şi nu mi-am ascuns fărădelegea. Am zis: „Îmi voi mărturisi Domnului fărădelegile!” Şi Tu ai iertat vina păcatului meu. (Oprire)

For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. Selah

Azért hozzád fohászkodjék minden kegyes, amíg még megtalálhat. Ha a nagy vizek áradnának is, nem érhetik el őt.

For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

De aceea orice om evlavios să se roage Ţie la vreme potrivită! Şi, chiar de s-ar vărsa ape mari, pe el nu-l vor atinge deloc.

I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah

Te vagy oltalmam, te mentesz meg a veszedelemtől. Körülveszel engem a szabadulás örömével. [Szela]

Te vagy oltalmam, te mentesz meg veszedelemtől; végy körül engem a szabadulás örömével! Szela.

Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

Tu eşti ocrotirea mea, Tu mă scoţi din necaz, Tu mă înconjori cu cântări de izbăvire. (Oprire)

Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to you at a time when you may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him.

Bölccsé teszlek és megtanítalak téged, hogy melyik úton járj; szememmel tanácsollak téged.

Bölcscsé teszlek és megtanítlak téged az útra, a melyen járj; szemeimmel tanácsollak téged.

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

„Eu – zice Domnul – te voi învăţa şi-ţi voi arăta calea pe care trebuie s-o urmezi, te voi sfătui şi voi avea privirea îndreptată asupra ta.”

You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. Selah

Ne legyetek oktalanok, mint a ló és az öszvér, amelynek kantárral és zablával kell szorítani az állát, másképpen nem enged neked.

Ne legyetek oktalanok, mint a ló, mint az öszvér, a melyeknek kantárral és zabolával kell szorítani az állát, [mert] nem közelít hozzád.

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

Nu fiţi ca un cal sau ca un catâr fără pricepere, pe care-i struneşti cu un frâu şi o zăbală cu care-i legi, ca să nu se apropie de tine.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

De multe dureri are parte cel rău, dar cel ce se încrede în Domnul este înconjurat cu îndurarea Lui.

Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, or it will not stay near you.

Örüljetek az ÚRban, ujjongjatok, ti igazak! Vigadozzatok mindnyájan, ti tiszta szívűek!

Örüljetek az Úrban, vigadozzatok ti igazak! Örvendezzetek mindnyájan ti egyeneslelkűek!

Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

Neprihăniţilor, bucuraţi-vă în Domnul şi înveseliţi-vă! Scoateţi strigăte de bucurie, toţi cei cu inima fără prihană!

Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the LORD.
