Íme, nem olyan rövid az ÚR keze, hogy meg ne szabadíthatna, és nem olyan süket a füle, hogy meg ne hallgathatna.

Ímé, nem oly rövid az Úr keze, hogy meg ne szabadíthatna, és nem oly süket az ő füle, hogy meg nem hallgathatna;

Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

Hiszen kezetek vérrel van bemocskolva, ujjaitok pedig vétekkel, ajkatok hazugságot szól, nyelvetek gonoszságot suttog.

Mert kezeitek bemocskolvák vérrel, és ujjaitok vétekkel, ajkaitok hazugságot szólnak, nyelvetek gonoszt suttog.

For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

Căci mâinile vă sunt mânjite de sânge, şi degetele, de nelegiuiri; buzele voastre spun minciuni, şi limba voastră vorbeşte nelegiuiri.

Nincs, aki az igazság mellett szólna, és nincs, aki igazságosan ítélkezne. Haszontalan dologban bíznak, és hazugságot beszélnek, gonoszt fogannak, és vétket szülnek.

Nincsen, a ki az igazság mellett szólna, és nincsen, a ki igazságosan perelne, haszontalanban bíznak és hazugságot beszélnek, gonoszt fogadnak és vétket szűlnek.

None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

Niciunuia nu-i place dreptatea, niciunul nu se judecă cu dreptate; ei se bizuie pe lucruri deşarte şi spun neadevăruri, zămislesc răul şi nasc nelegiuirea.

No one enters suit justly; no one goes to law honestly; they rely on empty pleas, they speak lies, they conceive mischief and give birth to iniquity.

They hatch adders’ eggs; they weave the spider’s web; he who eats their eggs dies, and from one that is crushed a viper is hatched.

Pókhálójukból nem lesz ruha, készítményük nem vehető föl. Cselekedeteik gonosz cselekedetek, és erőszakos tettek tapadnak kezükhöz.

Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.

Lábuk a gonosz után fut, és sietnek, hogy ártatlan vért ontsanak. Gondolataik a hamisság gondolatai, pusztulás és romlás van útjaikon.

Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

Nem ismerik a békesség útját, nincs törvényesség keréknyomukban. Ösvényeik görbék, aki azokon jár, nem ismeri a békességet.

The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

The way of peace they do not know, and there is no justice in their paths; they have made their roads crooked; no one who treads on them knows peace.

Ezért van távol tőlünk a törvény, és nem jut el hozzánk az igazság; világosságra várunk, de íme, sötétség van, fényességre, de íme, homályban járunk!

Ezért van távol tőlünk az ítélet, és nem ér el minket az igazság, várunk világosságra, és ímé, sötétség, és fényességre, és ímé, homályban járunk!

Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

De aceea, hotărârea de izbăvire este departe de noi, şi mântuirea nu ne ajunge. Aşteptăm lumina, şi iată întunericul; lucirea, şi umblăm în negură!

Therefore justice is far from us, and righteousness does not overtake us; we hope for light, and behold, darkness, and for brightness, but we walk in gloom.

A falat tapogatjuk, mint a vakok, tapogatózunk, mint akiknek nincs szemük. Megbotlunk délben, mintha alkonyat volna, és olyanok vagyunk, mint halottak az egészségesek között.

We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.

Mindnyájan morgunk, mint a medvék, nyögdécselünk, mint a galambok, törvényességre várunk, de nem jön, és távol van tőlünk a szabadulás.

We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us.

Bizony sok gonoszságunk van előtted, és bűneink ellenünk tanúskodnak. Mert gonoszságaink velünk vannak, és ismerjük vétkeinket.

For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;

Căci fărădelegile noastre sunt multe înaintea Ta, şi păcatele noastre mărturisesc împotriva noastră; fărădelegile noastre sunt cu noi şi ne cunoaştem nelegiuirile noastre.

For our transgressions are multiplied before you, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and we know our iniquities:

Elpártoltunk, és megtagadtuk az URat, és eltávoztunk Istenünktől. Elnyomásról és elszakadásról beszéltünk, szívünk hazug beszédeket gondolt és szólt.

Elpártoltunk és megtagadtuk az Urat, és eltávozánk a mi Istenünktől, szóltunk nyomorgatásról és elszakadásról, gondoltunk és szóltunk szívünkből hazug beszédeket.

In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

Am fost vinovaţi şi necredincioşi faţă de Domnul, am părăsit pe Dumnezeul nostru; am vorbit cu apăsare şi răzvrătire, am cugetat şi vorbit cuvinte mincinoase;

transgressing, and denying the LORD, and turning back from following our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart lying words.

Eltávozik a jogosság, és távol áll az igazság, elesik a hűség a tereken, és az egyenesség nem juthat be.

And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter.

Hiányzik a hűség, és aki kerüli a gonoszt, prédává lesz. Látta ezt az ÚR, és nem tetszett szemének, hogy nincsen jogosság.

És a hűség hiányzik, és a ki a gonoszt kerüli, prédává lesz. És látta ezt az Úr és nem tetszék szemeinek, hogy jogosság nincsen.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Adevărul s-a făcut nevăzut, şi cel ce se depărtează de rău este jefuit. Domnul vede cu privirea mânioasă că nu mai este nicio neprihănire.

Truth is lacking, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. The LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.

Amikor látta, hogy nincsen senki, álmélkodott, hogy nincs, aki közbenjáró lenne, és saját karja segített neki, és saját igazsága támogatta.

És látá, hogy nincsen senki, és álmélkodott, hogy nincsen közbenjáró; ezért karja segít néki, és igazsága gyámolítja őt.

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.

El vede că nu este niciun om şi Se miră că nimeni nu mijloceşte. Atunci braţul Lui Îi vine în ajutor, şi neprihănirea Lui Îl sprijină.

He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no one to intercede; then his own arm brought him salvation, and his righteousness upheld him.

For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.

Se îmbracă cu neprihănire ca şi cu o platoşă, Îşi pune pe cap coiful mântuirii; ia răzbunarea ca o haină şi Se acoperă cu gelozia ca şi cu o manta.

He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on his head; he put on garments of vengeance for clothing, and wrapped himself in zeal as a cloak.

A cselekedetek szerint fog megfizetni: haraggal fizet ellenségeinek, büntetéssel ellenfeleinek, és megfizet a szigeteknek.

According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.

El va răsplăti fiecăruia după faptele lui, va da potrivnicilor Săi mânia, va întoarce la fel vrăjmaşilor Săi şi va da ostroavelor plata cuvenită!

According to their deeds, so will he repay, wrath to his adversaries, repayment to his enemies; to the coastlands he will render repayment.

Félik majd az ÚR nevét napnyugattól fogva, és dicsőségét napkelettől fogva, amikor eljön, mint egy sebes folyóvíz, amelyet az ÚR szele hajt.

És félik napnyugottól fogva az Úrnak nevét, és naptámadattól az ő dicsőségét, mikor eljő, mint egy sebes folyóvíz, a melyet az Úr szele hajt.

So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Atunci se vor teme de Numele Domnului cei de la apus, şi de slava Lui cei de la răsăritul soarelui; când va năvăli vrăjmaşul ca un râu, Duhul Domnului îl va pune pe fugă.

So they shall fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the LORD drives.

De eljön Sionhoz a Megváltó és Jákóbban mindazokhoz, akik megtérnek bűneikből – így szól az ÚR.

És eljő Sionnak a megváltó, és azoknak, a kik Jákóbban megtérnek hamisságokból, szól az Úr.

And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.

„Da, va veni un Răscumpărător pentru Sion, pentru cei ai lui Iacov care se vor întoarce de la păcatele lor, zice Domnul.

“And a Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who turn from transgression,” declares the LORD.

Ilyen szövetségem van velük – mondja az ÚR –, lelkem, amely rajtad nyugszik, és beszédeim, amelyeket szádba adtam, nem távoznak el szádból és utódaid szájából és utódaid utódainak szájából – így szól az ÚR – mostantól fogva mindörökké!

És én ő velök ily szövetséget szerzek, szól az Úr: lelkem, a mely rajtad nyugoszik, és beszédeim, a melyeket szádba adtam, el nem távoznak szádból, és magodnak szájából, és magod magvának szájából, így szól az Úr, mostantól mind örökké!

As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.

Şi iată legământul Meu cu ei, zice Domnul: „Duhul Meu, care Se odihneşte peste tine şi cuvintele Mele pe care le-am pus în gura ta nu se vor mai depărta din gura ta, nici din gura copiilor tăi, nici din gura copiilor copiilor tăi, de acum şi până-n veac, zice Domnul.”

“And as for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the LORD: “My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the LORD, “from this time forth and forevermore.”
