Jövendölés Damaszkusz ellen. Íme, Damaszkusz városa elpusztul, és romhalmazzá lesz.

Jövendölés Damaskus ellen. Ímé Damaskus városa elpusztíttatik, és romok halmává lesz;

The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.

Prorocie împotriva Damascului. „Iată, Damascul nu va mai fi o cetate, ci va ajunge un morman de dărâmături;

An oracle concerning Damascus. Behold, Damascus will cease to be a city and will become a heap of ruins.

Aróér városait elhagyják, és a nyájaké lesznek, amelyek háborítatlanul fognak ott tanyázni.

Aróer városai elhagyatnak, [és] barmokéi lesznek, a melyek ott fognak nyugodni háborítatlanul.

The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

cetăţile Aroerului sunt părăsite, sunt date spre păşune turmelor care se culcă nestingherite acolo.

The cities of Aroer are deserted; they will be for flocks, which will lie down, and none will make them afraid.

Efraim erődítménye és Damaszkusz királysága is eltűnik. Arám maradéka úgy jár, mint Izráel fiainak dicsősége – ezt mondja a Seregek URa.

És vége lesz Efraim erősségének, és Damaskus királyságának; Siria maradéka úgy jár, mint az Izráeliták dicsősége, ezt mondja a seregeknek Ura.

The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts.

S-a isprăvit cu cetăţuia lui Efraim şi s-a sfârşit cu împărăţia Damascului; dar rămăşiţa Siriei va fi ca slava copiilor lui Israel, zice Domnul oştirilor.

The fortress will disappear from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus; and the remnant of Syria will be like the glory of the children of Israel, declares the LORD of hosts.

Azon a napon megfogyatkozik Jákób dicsősége, és kövér húsa lesoványodik.

És lesz ama napon: megvékonyul a Jákób dicsősége, és húsa kövérsége megösztövéredik.

And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean.

În ziua aceea, slava lui Iacov va fi slăbită, şi grăsimea cărnii lui va pieri.

And in that day the glory of Jacob will be brought low, and the fat of his flesh will grow lean.

Úgy lesz, mint amikor az arató összefogja a gabonát, és karjával learatja a kalászokat; olyan lesz, mint amikor valaki kalászt szed a Refáim völgyében.

És lészen, mint mikor az arató összefogja a gabonát és a kalászokat kezével learatja, és lészen, mint mikor valaki kalászokat szed össze a Refáim völgyében;

And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim.

Se va întâmpla ca atunci când strânge secerătorul grâul, şi braţul lui taie spicele; da, ca la strânsul spicelor în valea Refaim;

And it shall be as when the reaper gathers standing grain and his arm harvests the ears, and as when one gleans the ears of grain in the Valley of Rephaim.

Csak böngésznivaló marad belőlük, mint az olajfa megrázásakor: két-három bogyó az ágak hegyén, négy-öt a gyümölcsfa lombjai között – így szól az ÚR, Izráel Istene.

És csak mezgérlés marad belőlök, mint az olajfa megrázásakor két-három bogyó az ágak hegyén, négy-öt a gyümölcsfának lombjai közt, így szól az Úr, Izráel Istene.

Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel.

vor mai rămâne doar câteva, ca la scuturatul măslinului: două, trei măsline, pe vârful crengilor, patru sau cinci, în ramurile cu roade, zice Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel.”

Gleanings will be left in it, as when an olive tree is beaten— two or three berries in the top of the highest bough, four or five on the branches of a fruit tree, declares the LORD God of Israel.

Azon a napon Alkotójára tekint az ember, és szeme Izráel Szentjére néz.

Ama napon Teremtőjére tekint az ember, és szemei Izráel Szentjére néznek;

At that day shall a man look to his Maker, and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel.

În ziua aceea, omul se va uita spre Făcătorul său, şi ochii i se vor întoarce spre Sfântul lui Israel;

In that day man will look to his Maker, and his eyes will look on the Holy One of Israel.

Nem tekint az oltárokra, keze alkotására, és nem néz azokra, amiket ujjai csináltak, a berkekre és a tömjénező oltárokra.

És nem tekint az oltárokra, kezeinek alkotmányára, és a miket ujjai csináltak, nem nézi azokat, a berkeket és a nap-oszlopokat.

And he shall not look to the altars, the work of his hands, neither shall respect that which his fingers have made, either the groves, or the images.

nu se va mai uita spre altare, care sunt lucrarea mâinilor lui, şi nu va mai privi la ce au făcut degetele lui, la idolii Astarteii şi la stâlpii închinaţi soarelui.

He will not look to the altars, the work of his hands, and he will not look on what his own fingers have made, either the Asherim or the altars of incense.

Azon a napon erős városai olyanok lesznek, mint az elhagyott erdő és a hegytető, amelyeket elhagytak Izráel fiai előtt, és pusztasággá lesznek.

Erős városai olyanok lesznek ama napon, mint elhagyott erdő és hegytető, a melyeket elhagytak volt Izráel fiai előtt, és pusztasággá lesznek.

In that day shall his strong cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation.

În ziua aceea, cetăţile lui întărite vor fi ca dărâmăturile din pădure şi de pe vârful muntelui, părăsite odinioară înaintea copiilor lui Israel: va fi un pustiu!

In that day their strong cities will be like the deserted places of the wooded heights and the hilltops, which they deserted because of the children of Israel, and there will be desolation.

Mert elfelejtkeztél szabadító Istenedről, nem emlékeztél meg erős kőszáladról, ezért ültetsz gyönyörűséges ültetvényeket, és plántálsz idegen vesszőt beléjük.

Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips:

Căci ai uitat pe Dumnezeul mântuirii tale şi nu ţi-ai adus aminte de Stânca scăpării tale. De aceea ţi-ai sădit răsaduri plăcute şi ai sădit butuci străini.

For you have forgotten the God of your salvation and have not remembered the Rock of your refuge; therefore, though you plant pleasant plants and sow the vine-branch of a stranger,

Amely napon elülteted, körül is keríted, és reggelre magod virágot hoz, de nem lesz aratás sebeid és gyógyíthatatlan fájdalmad napján!

A mely napon elültetted, körül sövényezéd és reggelre magodat felvirágoztatád: [de] nem lészen aratás sebeidnek és nagy fájdalmadnak napján!

In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.

Când i-ai sădit, i-ai înconjurat cu un gard, şi în curând i-ai văzut înflorind. Dar culesul roadelor a fugit tocmai în clipa veseliei, şi durerea este fără leac.

though you make them grow on the day that you plant them, and make them blossom in the morning that you sow, yet the harvest will flee away in a day of grief and incurable pain.

Jaj, a sok nép mint zúg! Úgy zúgnak, mint a tenger zúgása. Háborognak a népek, úgy háborognak, mint a hatalmas vizek!

Jaj a sok nép zúgásának, a kik úgy zúgnak, mint a tenger zúgása, és a népségek háborgásának, a kik háborognak, mint erős vizek!

Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

Vai! ce vuiet de popoare multe, care urlă cum urlă marea! Ce zarvă de neamuri, care mugesc cum mugesc nişte ape puternice.

Ah, the thunder of many peoples; they thunder like the thundering of the sea! Ah, the roar of nations; they roar like the roaring of mighty waters!

Háborognak a népek, mint sok víz háborgása, de ha megdorgálja őket, messzire elfutnak. Elsodródnak, mint polyva a hegyeken a szél előtt és mint pozdorja a forgószél előtt.

A népségek, mint sok vizek háborgása, úgy háborognak, de megdorgálja azt és elfut messzire, és elragadtatik, mint a hegyek polyvája szél előtt és mint pozdorja a forgószél előtt;

The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.

Neamurile mugesc cum mugesc apele mari… Dar când le mustră Dumnezeu, ele fug departe, izgonite ca pleava de pe munţi la suflarea vântului, ca ţărâna luată de vârtej.

The nations roar like the roaring of many waters, but he will rebuke them, and they will flee far away, chased like chaff on the mountains before the wind and whirling dust before the storm.

Este rémület száll rájuk, és mielőtt megvirrad, nem lesznek. Ez a jutalma pusztítóinknak, és a sorsa kirablóinknak!

Estvének idején rémülés száll reájok [és] minekelőtte megvirrad, nem lesznek: ez jutalmok pusztítóinknak és sorsok rablóinknak!

And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.

Seara, vine o prăpădenie neaşteptată, şi până dimineaţa, nu mai sunt! Iată partea celor ce ne jupoaie şi soarta celor ce ne jefuiesc.

At evening time, behold, terror! Before morning, they are no more! This is the portion of those who loot us, and the lot of those who plunder us.
