Jövendölés Moáb ellen. Igen, a pusztulás éjjelén megsemmisült Ar-Moáb; igen, a pusztulás éjjelén megsemmisült Kir-Moáb!

The burden of Moab. Because in the night Ar of Moab is laid waste, and brought to silence; because in the night Kir of Moab is laid waste, and brought to silence;

Prorocie împotriva Moabului. Chiar în noaptea când este pustiit, Ar-Moabul este nimicit! Chiar în noaptea când este pustiit, Chir-Moabul este nimicit!…

An oracle concerning Moab. Because Ar of Moab is laid waste in a night, Moab is undone; because Kir of Moab is laid waste in a night, Moab is undone.

Fölmennek a templomba, és Díbón a magaslatokra megy sírni, Nébó és Médeba miatt jajgat Móáb; minden fej kopasz, minden szakállat lenyírtak!

Felmennek a templomba, és Dibon a magaslatokra megy sírni, Nebón és Médebán jajgat Moáb, minden fejen kopaszság, minden szakál lenyírva!

He is gone up to Bajith, and to Dibon, the high places, to weep: Moab shall howl over Nebo, and over Medeba: on all their heads shall be baldness, and every beard cut off.

Poporul se suie la templu şi la Dibon, pe înălţimi, ca să plângă; Moabul se boceşte: pe Nebo şi pe Medeba toate capetele sunt rase, şi toate bărbile sunt tăiate.

He has gone up to the temple, and to Dibon, to the high places to weep; over Nebo and over Medeba Moab wails. On every head is baldness; every beard is shorn;

Utcáin gyászruhába öltöznek, a háztetőkön és a terein mindenki jajgat, és könnyet ont!

Utczáin gyászruhába öltöznek, házfedelein és piaczain jajgat minden, [és] könyekben olvad el!

In their streets they shall gird themselves with sackcloth: on the tops of their houses, and in their streets, every one shall howl, weeping abundantly.

Pe uliţe sunt încinşi cu saci, pe acoperişuri şi în pieţe totul geme, şi se topesc plângând.

in the streets they wear sackcloth; on the housetops and in the squares everyone wails and melts in tears.

Hesbón és Elálé fölkiált, hangjuk Jahacig hallatszik. Ezért ordítanak Móáb fegyveresei, és reszket a lelke.

És kiált Hesbon és Eleálé, szavok Jáháczig hallatik; ezért ordítanak Moáb vitézei, [és] lelke reszket.

And Heshbon shall cry, and Elealeh: their voice shall be heard even unto Jahaz: therefore the armed soldiers of Moab shall cry out; his life shall be grievous unto him.

Hesbonul şi Eleale ţipă de li se aude glasul până la Iahaţ, chiar şi războinicii Moabului se bocesc cu sufletul plin de groază.

Heshbon and Elealeh cry out; their voice is heard as far as Jahaz; therefore the armed men of Moab cry aloud; his soul trembles.

Szívem kiált Móábért, amelynek menekültjei Cóarig, Eglat-Selisijjáig jutottak. Sírva mennek föl a Lúhit-hágón, és Hórónaim útján szívszaggatóan sírnak.

Szívem kiált Moábért, a melynek végvárai Zoárig, a három éves üszőig nyúltanak; mert Luhith hágóján sírással mennek fel, és mert Horonaim útján romlásuknak kiáltását hallatják.

My heart shall cry out for Moab; his fugitives shall flee unto Zoar, an heifer of three years old: for by the mounting up of Luhith with weeping shall they go it up; for in the way of Horonaim they shall raise up a cry of destruction.

„Îmi plânge inima pentru Moab, ai cărui fugari aleargă până la Ţoar, până la Eglat-Şelişia; căci suie plângând suişul Luhitului şi scot ţipete de durere pe drumul Horonaimului.

My heart cries out for Moab; her fugitives flee to Zoar, to Eglath-shelishiyah. For at the ascent of Luhith they go up weeping; on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of destruction;

Nimrim vizei pusztasággá lesznek, mert elszárad a pázsit, elhervad a fű, és nem marad semmi zöld.

Mert Nimrim vizei pusztasággá lesznek, mert elszáradt a pázsit, elfogyott a fű, és semmi zöld nem lészen.

For the waters of Nimrim shall be desolate: for the hay is withered away, the grass faileth, there is no green thing.

Căci apele Nimrim sunt pustiite, s-a uscat iarba, s-a dus verdeaţa şi nu mai este niciun fir verde.

the waters of Nimrim are a desolation; the grass is withered, the vegetation fails, the greenery is no more.

Ezért amit megmenthettek, és amit felhalmoztak, átviszik a Fűzfák patakján.

Ezért a mit megmenthettek és jószágukat a fűzfáknak patakja mellé hordják.

Therefore the abundance they have gotten, and that which they have laid up, shall they carry away to the brook of the willows.

De aceea strâng ce le mai rămâne şi îşi strămută averile dincolo de pârâul sălciilor.

Therefore the abundance they have gained and what they have laid up they carry away over the Brook of the Willows.

Mert jajveszékelés veszi körül Móáb határát, jajgatása Eglaimig és Beér-Élimig hallatszik.

Mert kiáltás zengé körül Moáb határát, jajgatása Eglaimig, és Beér- Élimig [hallatik] jajgatása!

For the cry is gone round about the borders of Moab; the howling thereof unto Eglaim, and the howling thereof unto Beerelim.

Căci ţipetele înconjoară hotarele Moabului; bocetele lui răsună până la Eglaim, şi urletele lui răsună până la Beer-Elim.

For a cry has gone around the land of Moab; her wailing reaches to Eglaim; her wailing reaches to Beer-elim.

Bizony vérrel telnek meg Dimón vizei, és újabb romlást hozok Dimónra: oroszlánokat Móáb menekültjeire és a föld maradékára.

Mert Dimon vizei megteltek vérrel, mert új romlást hozok Dimonra: Moáb menekültjeire oroszlánt, és a földnek maradékira.

For the waters of Dimon shall be full of blood: for I will bring more upon Dimon, lions upon him that escapeth of Moab, and upon the remnant of the land.

Apele Dimonului sunt pline de sânge, şi voi trimite peste Dimon noi nenorociri; un leu va veni împotriva celor scăpaţi ai Moabului, împotriva rămăşiţei din ţară.”

For the waters of Dibon are full of blood; for I will bring upon Dibon even more, a lion for those of Moab who escape, for the remnant of the land.
