Azután megkönyörül az ÚR Jákóbon, és ismét Izráelt választja, és nyugalmat ad nekik földjükön. Jövevények társulnak hozzájuk, és Jákób házához csatlakoznak.

Mert könyörül az Úr Jákóbon, és ismét elválasztja Izráelt, és megnyugotja őket földjükön; és a jövevény hozzájok adja magát, és a Jákób házához csatlakoznak;

For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

Căci Domnul va avea milă de Iacov, va alege iarăşi pe Israel şi-i va aduce iarăşi la odihnă în ţara lor; străinii se vor alipi de ei şi se vor uni cu casa lui Iacov.

For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob and will again choose Israel, and will set them in their own land, and sojourners will join them and will attach themselves to the house of Jacob.

Fölkarolják őket a népek, és elviszik őket lakhelyükre, Izráel pedig tulajdonává teszi őket az ÚR földjén, szolgáivá és szolgálóivá. Foglyaik lesznek a fogságba ejtőik, és uralkodnak az őket nyomorgatókon.

És felveszik őket a népek, és elviszik őket lakhelyökre, és Izráel háza bírni fogja őket az Úr földén, szolgák és szolgálók gyanánt; és foglyaik lesznek foglyul vivőik, és uralkodnak nyomorgatóikon.

And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

Popoarele îi vor lua şi-i vor aduce înapoi la locuinţa lor, şi casa lui Israel îi va stăpâni în ţara Domnului ca robi şi roabe. Vor ţine astfel robi pe cei ce-i robiseră pe ei şi vor stăpâni peste asupritorii lor.

And the peoples will take them and bring them to their place, and the house of Israel will possess them in the LORD’s land as male and female slaves. They will take captive those who were their captors, and rule over those who oppressed them.

És azon a napon, amelyen nyugalmat ad neked az ÚR fáradságodtól és nyomorúságodtól és attól a kemény szolgálattól, amellyel szolgálnod kellett,

És majd ama napon, a melyen nyugalmat ád néked az Úr fáradságodtól és nyomorúságodtól és ama kemény szolgálattól, a melylyel szolgálnod kellett,

And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,

Iar când îţi va da Domnul odihnă după ostenelile şi frământările tale, şi după aspra robie care a fost pusă peste tine,

When the LORD has given you rest from your pain and turmoil and the hard service with which you were made to serve,

e gúnydalt énekled Babilón királya fölött, és így szólsz: Vége lett a nyomorgatónak, vége lett az elnyomásnak!

E gúnydalt mondod Babilon királya felett, és szólsz: Miként lőn vége a nyomorgatónak, a szolgaság házának vége lőn!

That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!

atunci vei cânta cântarea aceasta asupra împăratului Babilonului şi vei zice: „Iată, asupritorul nu mai este, asuprirea a încetat,

you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: “How the oppressor has ceased, the insolent fury ceased!

The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers.

Aki népeket vert dühében szüntelen veréssel, aki haragjában nemzeteket igázott le, azt most föltartóztathatatlanul kergetik.

A ki népeket vert dühében szüntelen való veréssel, leigázott népségeket haraggal, kergettetik feltartózhatlanul.

He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.

Cel ce, în urgia lui, lovea popoarele cu lovituri fără răgaz, cel ce, în mânia lui, supunea neamurile este prigonit fără cruţare.

that struck the peoples in wrath with unceasing blows, that ruled the nations in anger with unrelenting persecution.

Megnyugodott, csöndes az egész föld, ujjongva énekelnek.

Nyugszik, csöndes az egész föld. Ujjongva énekelnek.

The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.

Tot pământul se bucură acum de odihnă şi pace; izbucnesc oamenii în cântece de veselie.

Még a ciprusok is örvendenek, a Libánon cédrusai ezt mondják: Mióta ledőltél, nem jön favágó ellenünk.

Még a cziprusok is örvendenek rajtad: a Libánon czédrusai [ezt mondják:] Mióta te megdőltél, nem jő favágó ellenünk.

Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.

Până şi chiparoşii şi cedrii din Liban se bucură de căderea ta şi zic: „De când ai căzut tu, nu se mai suie nimeni să ne taie!”

The cypresses rejoice at you, the cedars of Lebanon, saying, ‘Since you were laid low, no woodcutter comes up against us.’

Megrendül miattad ott lenn a Seol, látva, hogy közeledsz, fölriasztja miattad árnyait, a föld minden hatalmasát, fölkelti trónjukról a népek királyait.

Alant a sír megindul te miattad megérkezésedkor, miattad felriasztja árnyait, a föld minden hatalmasit, felkölti székeikről a népek minden királyait;

Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.

Locuinţa morţilor se mişcă până în adâncimile ei, ca să te primească la sosire; ea trezeşte înaintea ta umbrele, pe toţi mai marii pământului, scoală de pe scaunele lor de domnie pe toţi împăraţii neamurilor.

Sheol beneath is stirred up to meet you when you come; it rouses the shades to greet you, all who were leaders of the earth; it raises from their thrones all who were kings of the nations.

Mind megszólalnak, és ezt mondják neked: Erőtlenné lettél te is, miként mi, hozzánk hasonlóvá lettél!

All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?

Toţi iau cuvântul ca să-ţi spună: „Şi tu ai ajuns fără putere ca noi şi tu ai ajuns ca noi!

All of them will answer and say to you: ‘You too have become as weak as we! You have become like us!’

A Seolba hanyatlott kevélységed és lantjaid zengése, férgek lettek fekvőhelyed, és pondrók a takaród!

Kevélységed [és] lantjaid zengése a sírba szállt; fekvő ágyad férgek, és takaró lepled pondrók!

Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.

Strălucirea ta s-a coborât şi ea în Locuinţa morţilor, cu sunetul lăutelor tale; aşternut de viermi vei avea, şi viermii te vor acoperi.”

Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, the sound of your harps; maggots are laid as a bed beneath you, and worms are your covers.

Miként hullottál le az égből, fényes csillag, hajnal fia? Lehullottál a földre, aki népeken tapostál!

Miként estél alá az égről fényes csillag, hajnal fia!? Levágattál a földre, a ki népeken tapostál!

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Cum ai căzut din cer, luceafăr strălucitor, fiu al zorilor! Cum ai fost doborât la pământ, tu, biruitorul neamurilor!

“How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low!

Holott ezt mondtad szívedben: Az égbe megyek föl, Isten csillagai fölé helyezem trónomat, és az összegyülekezés hegyén telepszem meg, messze északon.

Holott te ezt mondád szívedben: Az égbe megyek fel, az Isten csillagai fölé helyezem ülőszékemet, és lakom a gyülekezet hegyén messze északon.

For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly in the far reaches of the north;

I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Pedig a Seolba szállsz alá, a sírgödör mélységébe!

Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Dar ai fost aruncat în Locuinţa morţilor, în adâncimile mormântului!

But you are brought down to Sheol, to the far reaches of the pit.

Akik csak látnak, rád tekintenek, és elgondolkoznak: Ez lenne a föld ama háborgatója, aki királyságokat rendített meg?

A kik látnak, rád tekintenek, [és] elgondolják: Ez-é a föld ama háborgatója, a ki királyságokat rendített meg?

They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

Cei ce te văd se uită ţintă miraţi la tine, te privesc cu luare aminte şi zic: „Acesta este omul care făcea să se cutremure pământul şi zguduia împărăţiile,

Those who see you will stare at you and ponder over you: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms,

Aki a földkerekséget pusztasággá tette, városait lerontotta, és foglyait nem bocsátotta haza?

A ki a föld kerekségét pusztasággá tette, városait lerontá, [és ]foglyait nem bocsátá haza!

That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

care prefăcea lumea în pustiu, nimicea cetăţile şi nu dădea drumul prinşilor săi de război?”

who made the world like a desert and overthrew its cities, who did not let his prisoners go home?’

A népek minden királya dicsőségben nyugszik, mindegyik a maga sírjában,

A népeknek minden királyai dicsőségben nyugosznak, kiki az ő sírjában,

All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.

Toţi împăraţii neamurilor, da, toţi, se odihnesc cu cinste, fiecare în mormântul lui.

All the kings of the nations lie in glory, each in his own tomb;

de téged messzire dobnak a sírodból, mint valami hitvány gallyat. Befednek a meggyilkoltak, a karddal átszúrtak, a sziklasírba leszállók, mint valami eltaposott holttestet.

Te pedig [messze] vettetel sírodtól, mint valami hitvány gally, takarva megölettekkel, fegyverrel átverettekkel, sziklasírba leszállókkal, mint valami eltapodott holttest!

But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.

Dar tu ai fost aruncat departe de mormântul tău, ca o ramură dispreţuită, ca o pradă luată de la nişte oameni ucişi cu lovituri de sabie şi aruncată pe pietrele unei gropi, ca un hoit călcat în picioare.

but you are cast out, away from your grave, like a loathed branch, clothed with the slain, those pierced by the sword, who go down to the stones of the pit, like a dead body trampled underfoot.

Nem úgy lesz temetésed, mint nekik, mert elpusztítottad földedet, megölted népedet. Nem emlegetik soha többé a gonoszok ivadékát.

Nem egyesülsz velök a sírban, mert elpusztítád földedet, megölted népedet: nem él sokáig a gonoszok magva [sem!]

Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

Tu nu eşti unit cu ei în mormânt, căci ţi-ai nimicit ţara şi ţi-ai prăpădit poporul. Nu se va mai vorbi niciodată de neamul celor răi.

You will not be joined with them in burial, because you have destroyed your land, you have slain your people. “May the offspring of evildoers nevermore be named!

Készítsetek vágóhidat fiainak atyáik vétkéért, hogy föl ne keljenek, ne örököljék e földet, és ne töltsék be városokkal e föld színét!

Készítsetek öldöklést az ő fiainak atyáik vétkéért, hogy fel ne keljenek, és örökségül bírják e földet, és városokkal töltsék be e földnek színét!

Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.

Pregătiţi măcelărirea fiilor, din pricina nelegiuirii părinţilor lor! Ca să nu se mai scoale să cucerească pământul şi să umple lumea cu cetăţi!

Prepare slaughter for his sons because of the guilt of their fathers, lest they rise and possess the earth, and fill the face of the world with cities.”

Fölkelek ellenük, így szól a Seregek URa, és kivágom Babilón nevét és maradékát, ivadékait és utódait – ezt mondja az ÚR.

És felkelnek ő ellenök, szóla a seregeknek Ura, és kivágom Babilon nevét és maradékát, fiait és unokáit, szól az Úr;

For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.

Eu Mă voi ridica împotriva lor! – zice Domnul oştirilor – şi voi şterge numele şi urma Babilonului, pe fiu şi nepot – zice Domnul.

“I will rise up against them,” declares the LORD of hosts, “and will cut off from Babylon name and remnant, descendants and posterity,” declares the LORD.

Sündisznók birtokává és állóvizek tócsájává teszem, és elsöpröm a pusztítás söprűjével – mondja a Seregek URa.

És a sündisznónak örökségévé és álló vizek tavává teszem azt, és elsöpröm azt a pusztítás seprőjével, szól a seregeknek Ura.

I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.

Voi face din el un culcuş de arici şi o mlaştină şi îl voi mătura cu mătura nimicirii – zice Domnul oştirilor.”

“And I will make it a possession of the hedgehog, and pools of water, and I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” declares the LORD of hosts.

Megesküdött a Seregek URa, és azt mondta: Úgy lesz, ahogy elgondoltam, úgy megy végbe, ahogy elhatároztam:

Megesküdött a seregeknek Ura, mondván: Úgy lészen, mint elgondolám, úgy megy véghez, mint elvégezém:

The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:

Domnul oştirilor a jurat şi a zis: „Da, ce am hotărât se va întâmpla, ce am pus la cale se va împlini.

The LORD of hosts has sworn: “As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand,

összetöröm Asszíriát földemen, megtaposom hegyeimen, és eltávozik róluk igája, terhe eltávozik vállukról.

Megrontom Assiriát földemen, és megtapodom hegyeimen, és eltávozik róluk igája, és terhe válláról eltávozik.

That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.

Voi zdrobi pe asirian în ţara Mea, îl voi călca în picioare pe munţii Mei; astfel jugul lui se va lua de pe ei, şi povara lui va fi luată de pe umerii lor.

that I will break the Assyrian in my land, and on my mountains trample him underfoot; and his yoke shall depart from them, and his burden from their shoulder.”

Ez az elvégzett tanács az egész föld felől, és ez az a fölemelt kéz minden nép fölött.

This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.

Mert a Seregek URa határozott így, és ki gátolhatja meg? Keze föl van emelve, ki fordíthatja el?

Mert a seregek Ura végezte, és ki teszi azt erőtelenné? Az ő keze fel van emelve; ki fordítja el azt?

For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Domnul oştirilor a luat această hotărâre: cine I se va împotrivi? Mâna Lui este întinsă: cine o va abate?”

For the LORD of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?

Áház király halála évében hangzott el ez a jövendölés.

A mely esztendőben meghalt Akház király, akkor lőn e jövendölés.

In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.

În anul morţii împăratului Ahaz a fost rostită această prorocie:

Ne örvendj oly nagyon, Filisztea, hogy eltört a téged verő vesszeje, mert a kígyó gyökeréből vipera támad, és gyümölcse repülő sárkány lesz.

Ne örvendj oly nagyon Filisztea, hogy eltört a téged verőnek vesszeje, mert a kígyó magvából baziliskus jő ki, a melytől szárnyas sárkány származik.

Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.

„Nu te bucura, ţara filistenilor, că s-a frânt toiagul care te lovea! Căci din rădăcina şarpelui va ieşi un basilic, şi rodul lui va fi un balaur zburător.

Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of you, that the rod that struck you is broken, for from the serpent’s root will come forth an adder, and its fruit will be a flying fiery serpent.

De a szegények elsőszülöttei legelésznek, és a szűkölködők biztonságban nyugszanak. Ám a te gyökeredet éhínséggel pusztítom ki, és maradékodat megölöm.

És legelnek a szegényeknek elsőszülöttei, és a szűkölködők bátorsággal nyugosznak; és én kivesztem gyökeredet éhséggel, és maradékodat megölik.

And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant.

Atunci cei mai săraci vor putea paşte, şi cei nenorociţi vor putea să locuiască liniştiţi; dar îţi voi lăsa neamul să piară de foame, şi ce va mai rămâne din tine va fi omorât.

And the firstborn of the poor will graze, and the needy lie down in safety; but I will kill your root with famine, and your remnant it will slay.

Jajgass, kapu, kiálts, város! Rettegj, egész Filisztea, mert füst jön észak felől, és nem marad el seregeiből senki sem!

Jajgass kapu, kiálts város! remeg egész Filisztea, mivel füst jő észak felől; és nem marad el seregeiből egy sem!

Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times.

Gemi, poartă! Boceşte-te, cetate! Cutremură-te, toată ţara filistenilor! Căci un fum vine de la miazănoapte, şi şirurile vrăjmaşului sunt strânse.”

Wail, O gate; cry out, O city; melt in fear, O Philistia, all of you! For smoke comes out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.

Mit kell majd felelni a nép követeinek? Azt, hogy az ÚR vetette meg Sion alapját, és ott találnak oltalmat népe szegényei.

És mit felelnek a népek követei? [Azt,] hogy az Úr veté meg a Sion alapját, és abban bíznak népe szegényei.

What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.

„Şi ce va răspunde trimişilor poporului?” – „Că Domnul a întemeiat Sionul şi că cei nenorociţi din poporul Lui găsesc un loc de adăpost acolo.” –

What will one answer the messengers of the nation? “The LORD has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.”
