Hallgassatok rám, ti szigetek, nyerjenek új erőt a népek! Közeledjenek, azután szóljanak, hadd szálljunk perbe egymással!

Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment.

„Tăceţi, ostroave, şi ascultaţi-Mă! Să-şi învioreze popoarele puterea, să înainteze şi să vorbească! Să ne apropiem şi să ne judecăm împreună.

Listen to me in silence, O coastlands; let the peoples renew their strength; let them approach, then let them speak; let us together draw near for judgment.

Ki serkentette föl napkeletről azt, akit igazságban hív az ő lábához? A népeket kezébe adja, és királyok fölött uralkodóvá teszi, hogy kardjával mint a port szórja szét őket, és mint repülő polyvát az íja által!

Ki támasztá fel [azt] keletről, a kit igazságban hív az ő lábához? A népeket kezébe adja és királyok felett uralkodóvá teszi, kardjával mint port szórja szét, mint repülő polyvát kézíve által!

Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow.

Cine a ridicat de la răsărit pe acela pe care, în neprihănirea Lui, îl cheamă să calce pe urmele Lui? Cine îi supune neamuri şi împăraţi? Cine le face sabia praf, şi arcul, o pleavă luată de vânt?

Who stirred up one from the east whom victory meets at every step? He gives up nations before him, so that he tramples kings underfoot; he makes them like dust with his sword, like driven stubble with his bow.

Kergeti őket, és békén vonul olyan úton, amelyen még nem járt a lába.

Kergeti őket, békességgel vonul az úton, a melyen lábaival nem járt.

He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet.

El îi urmăreşte, merge în pace pe un drum pe care n-a mai călcat niciodată cu piciorul lui.

He pursues them and passes on safely, by paths his feet have not trod.

Ki tette, ki vitte végbe ezt? Ki az, aki kezdettől fogva létrehívja a nemzedékeket? Én, az ÚR vagyok az első, és az utolsókkal is én vagyok.

Ki tette és vitte végbe ezt? A ki elhívja eleitől fogva a nemzetségeket: én, az Úr, az első és utolsókkal is az vagyok én!

Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he.

Cine a făcut şi a împlinit aceste lucruri? Acela care a chemat neamurile de la început, Eu, Domnul, Cel Dintâi şi Acelaşi până în cele din urmă veacuri.”

Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he.

Látják a szigetek, és megrémülnek, a föld végei reszketnek. Közelednek egymáshoz, és egybegyűlnek;

Látták a szigetek és megrémülének, a földnek végei reszkettek, közelegtek és egybegyűltek.

The isles saw it, and feared; the ends of the earth were afraid, drew near, and came.

Ostroavele văd lucrul acesta şi se tem, capetele pământului tremură: se apropie şi vin.

The coastlands have seen and are afraid; the ends of the earth tremble; they have drawn near and come.

mindenki segíti a társát, és ezt mondják egymásnak: Légy erős!

Kiki társát segíti, és barátjának ezt mondja: Légy erős!

They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage.

Se ajută unul pe altul, şi fiecare zice fratelui său: „Fii cu inimă!”

Everyone helps his neighbor and says to his brother, “Be strong!”

Bátorítja a mester az ötvöst, és aki az üllőt veri simítókalapáccsal, így szól a forrasztásról: „Jó az így”, és megerősíti szögekkel, hogy ne mozogjon.

És bátorítja a mester az ötvöst, és a kalapácscsal simító azt, a ki az ülőt veri; így szól a forrasztásról: jó az, és megerősíti szegekkel, hogy meg ne mozduljon.

So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved.

Lemnarul îmbărbătează pe argintar; cel ce lustruieşte cu ciocanul îmbărbătează pe cel ce bate pe nicovală, zicând despre îmbinare: „Este bună!”, şi ţintuieşte idolul în cuie ca să nu se clatine.

The craftsman strengthens the goldsmith, and he who smooths with the hammer him who strikes the anvil, saying of the soldering, “It is good”; and they strengthen it with nails so that it cannot be moved.

De te, szolgám, Izráel, Jákób, akit kiválasztottam, barátomnak, Ábrahámnak magva,

De te Izráel, én szolgám, Jákób, a kit én elválasztottam, Ábrahámnak, az én barátomnak magva;

But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.

„Dar tu, Israele, robul Meu, Iacove, pe care te-am ales, sămânţa lui Avraam, prietenul Meu,

But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham, my friend;

te, akit a föld széléről hoztalak el, annak legvégső határáról hívtalak el, és azt mondtam neked: Szolgám vagy, kiválasztottalak, és nem vetlek meg.

Te, a kit én a föld utolsó részéről hoztalak és véghatárairól elhívtalak, és ezt mondám néked: Szolgám vagy te, elválasztottalak és meg nem útállak:

Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.

tu, pe care te-am luat de la marginile pământului şi pe care te-am chemat dintr-o ţară depărtată, căruia ţi-am zis: „Tu eşti robul Meu, te aleg, şi nu te lepăd!

you whom I took from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest corners, saying to you, “You are my servant, I have chosen you and not cast you off”;

Ne félj, mert veled vagyok, ne csüggedj, mert én vagyok Istened! Megerősítelek, sőt megsegítelek, és igazságom jobbjával támogatlak.

Ne félj, mert én veled vagyok; ne csüggedj, mert én vagyok Istened; megerősítelek, sőt megsegítlek, és igazságom jobbjával támogatlak.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Nu te teme, căci Eu sunt cu tine; nu te uita cu îngrijorare, căci Eu sunt Dumnezeul tău; Eu te întăresc, tot Eu îţi vin în ajutor. Eu te sprijin cu dreapta Mea biruitoare.”

fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Íme, megszégyenülnek, és gyalázat éri azokat, akik fölgerjednek ellened, semmivé lesznek, és elvesznek, akik veled perlekednek.

Ímé, megszégyenülnek és meggyaláztatnak, a kik fölgerjednek ellened, semmivé lesznek és elvesznek, a kik veled perlekednek.

Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

Iată, înfruntaţi şi acoperiţi de ruşine vor fi toţi cei ce sunt mâniaţi pe tine; vor fi nimiciţi şi vor pieri cei ce ţi se împotrivesc.

Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish.

Keresed, de nem találod az ellened támadókat, megsemmisülnek teljesen, akik téged háborgatnak.

Keresed őket és meg nem találod a veled versengőket; megsemmisülnek teljesen, a kik téged háborgatnak.

Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.

Îi vei căuta, şi nu-i vei mai găsi pe cei ce se certau cu tine; vor fi nimiciţi, vor fi pierduţi cei ce se războiau cu tine.

You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all.

Mert én vagyok URad, Istened, aki fogom jobb kezedet, és azt mondom neked: Ne félj, én megsegítelek!

Mivel én vagyok Urad, Istened, a ki jobbkezedet fogom, és a ki ezt mondom néked: Ne félj, én megsegítelek!

For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

Căci Eu sunt Domnul Dumnezeul tău care te iau de mâna dreaptă şi-ţi zic: „Nu te teme de nimic, Eu îţi vin în ajutor!”

For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

Ne félj, férgecske Jákób, maroknyi Izráel! Megsegítelek, mondja az ÚR, a te megváltód, Izráelnek Szentje!

Ne félj, férgecske Jákób, maroknyi Izráel, én megsegítlek, szól az Úr, a te megváltód, Izráelnek Szentje!

Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

Nu te teme de nimic, viermele lui Iacov şi rămăşiţă slabă a lui Israel; căci Eu îţi vin în ajutor – zice Domnul – şi Sfântul lui Israel este Mântuitorul tău.

Fear not, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel! I am the one who helps you, declares the LORD; your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

Íme, éles fogú, új cséplőhengerré teszlek. Hegyeket csépelsz és törsz össze, és halmokat zúzol pozdorjává.

Ímé, én teszlek éles, új cséplőhengerré, a melynek két éle van; hegyeket csépelj és zúzz össze, és a halmokat pozdorjává tegyed.

Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

Iată, te fac o unealtă ascuţită, nouă de tot, cu mulţi dinţi; vei zdrobi, vei sfărâma munţii şi vei face dealurile ca pleava.

Behold, I make of you a threshing sledge, new, sharp, and having teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and crush them, and you shall make the hills like chaff;

Szétszórod, hogy elvigye a szél, és a forgószél szétszélessze őket. Te pedig ujjongani fogsz az ÚRban, és dicsekszel Izráel Szentjében.

Te szórd, és a szél vigye el őket, és elszéleszsze őket a forgószél, és te örülsz az Úrban, és dicsekedel Izráelnek Szentjében.

Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

Le vei vântura, şi le va lua vântul, şi un vârtej le va risipi, dar tu te vei bucura în Domnul, te vei făli cu Sfântul lui Israel.

you shall winnow them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the tempest shall scatter them. And you shall rejoice in the LORD; in the Holy One of Israel you shall glory.

A nyomorultak és szegények vizet keresnek, de nincs, nyelvük eleped a szomjúságtól. Én, az ÚR, meghallgatom őket, én, Izráel Istene, nem hagyom el őket.

A nyomorultak és szegények keresnek vizet, de nincs, nyelvök a szomjúságban elepedt: én, az Úr meghallgatom őket, én, Izráel Istene, nem hagyom el őket.

When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

Cei nenorociţi şi cei lipsiţi caută apă, şi nu este; li se usucă limba de sete. Eu, Domnul, îi voi asculta; Eu, Dumnezeul lui Israel, nu-i voi părăsi.

When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue is parched with thirst, I the LORD will answer them; I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

A kopár hegyeken folyókat fakasztok és a völgyek között forrásokat. A pusztát bővizű tóvá teszem és a kiaszott földet vizek forrásaivá.

Kopasz hegyeken folyókat nyitok és a rónák közepén forrásokat; a pusztát vizek tavává teszem és az aszú földet vizeknek forrásivá.

I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

Voi face să izvorască râuri pe dealuri, şi izvoare, în mijlocul văilor; voi preface pustiul în iaz, şi pământul uscat, în şuvoaie de ape;

I will open rivers on the bare heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

A pusztában cédrust és akácot nevelek, mirtuszt és olajfát. A kietlenbe ciprust és kőrisfát ültetek, sudárcédrussal együtt.

A pusztában czédrust, akáczot nevelek és mirtust és olajfát, plántálok a kietlenben cziprust, platánt, sudarczédrussal együtt,

I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:

voi sădi cedri, salcâmi, mirţi şi măslini în pustiu; voi pune chiparoşi, ulmi şi merişori turceşti la un loc în pustiu,

I will put in the wilderness the cedar, the acacia, the myrtle, and the olive. I will set in the desert the cypress, the plane and the pine together,

Hadd lássák, hadd tudják meg, hadd vegyék észre és értsék meg mindnyájan, hogy az ÚR keze művelte ezt, Izráel Szentje teremtette ezt!

Hogy lássák, megtudják, eszökbe vegyék és megértsék mindnyájan, hogy az Úrnak keze mívelte ezt, és Izráel Szentje teremtette ezt!

That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

ca să vadă cu toţii şi să ştie, să priceapă şi să înţeleagă că mâna Domnului a făcut aceste lucruri, şi Sfântul lui Israel le-a zidit.

that they may see and know, may consider and understand together, that the hand of the LORD has done this, the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Hozzátok ide ügyeteket! – így szól az ÚR. Adjátok elő érveiteket! – így szól Jákób királya.

Hozzátok ide ügyeteket, szól az Úr, adjátok elő erősségeiteket, így szól Jákób királya.

Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob.

Apăraţi-vă pricina – zice Domnul – arătaţi-vă dovezile cele mai tari, zice Împăratul lui Iacov.

Set forth your case, says the LORD; bring your proofs, says the King of Jacob.

Adják elő, és jelentsék ki nekünk, hogy mi fog történni! Mondjátok meg, mi történt régen, hadd fontoljuk meg! Adjátok tudtunkra az elkövetkezőket, azt, ami eljövendő!

Adják elő és jelentsék meg nékünk, a mik történni fognak; a mik először lesznek, jelentsétek meg, hogy eszünkbe vegyük és megtudjuk végöket, vagy a jövendőket tudassátok velünk!

Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.

Să le arate şi să ne spună ce are să se întâmple; care sunt prorociile pe care le-aţi făcut vreodată? Spuneţi, ca să luăm seama la ele şi să le vedem împlinirea; sau vestiţi-ne viitorul.

Let them bring them, and tell us what is to happen. Tell us the former things, what they are, that we may consider them, that we may know their outcome; or declare to us the things to come.

Jelentsétek meg, mi lesz ezután, hogy megtudjuk, hogy istenek vagytok-e! Tegyetek akár jót vagy gonoszat, hogy megdöbbenjünk és féljünk.

Jelentsétek meg, mik lesznek ezután, hogy megtudjuk, hogy ti Istenek vagytok; vagy hát míveljetek jót vagy gonoszt, hogy mérkőzzünk és majd lássuk együtt!

Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.

Spuneţi-ne ce se va întâmpla mai târziu, ca să ştim că sunteţi dumnezei, faceţi măcar ceva bun sau rău, ca să vedem şi să privim cu toţii.

Tell us what is to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods; do good, or do harm, that we may be dismayed and terrified.

Íme, ti semmik vagytok, és dolgaitok is semmire valók. Utálatos az, aki titeket választ.

Ímé, ti semmiből valók vagytok, és dolgotok is semmiből való; útálat az, a ki titeket szeret.

Behold, ye are of nothing, and your work of nought: an abomination is he that chooseth you.

Iată că nu sunteţi nimic, şi lucrarea voastră este nimic; o scârbă este cine vă alege pe voi.

Behold, you are nothing, and your work is less than nothing; an abomination is he who chooses you.

Fölserkentem északról azt, aki eljött, és napkelet felől azt, aki hirdeti nevemet. Etapossa a fejedelmeket, mint az agyagot, ahogyan a fazekas a sarat tapodja.

Feltámasztám északról, és eljött napkelet felől; hirdeti nevemet, és tapodja a fejedelmeket, mint az agyagot, és mint a fazekas a sarat tapossa.

I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay.

Am sculat pe cineva de la miazănoapte, şi vine de la răsărit; el cheamă Numele Meu; trece peste voievozi ca pe noroi şi-i calcă în picioare cum calcă olarul lutul.

I stirred up one from the north, and he has come, from the rising of the sun, and he shall call upon my name; he shall trample on rulers as on mortar, as the potter treads clay.

Ki jelentette ki ezt kezdettől fogva, hogy tudhatnánk jó előre, hogy azt mondhatnánk: Igaz! Senki sem jelentette ki, nem is tudatta senki, senki sem hallotta szavatokat.

Ki jelenté meg ezt eleitől fogva, hogy megtudnók? vagy régen, hogy ezt mondanók: Igaz? De nem jelenté meg, de nem tudatá senki, nem hallá szavatokat senki sem!

Who hath declared from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime, that we may say, He is righteous? yea, there is none that sheweth, yea, there is none that declareth, yea, there is none that heareth your words.

Cine a vestit lucrul acesta de la început, ca să-l ştim, şi cu mult înainte, ca să zicem: „Are dreptate”? Nimeni nu l-a vestit, nimeni nu l-a prorocit şi nimeni n-a auzit cuvintele voastre.

Who declared it from the beginning, that we might know, and beforehand, that we might say, “He is right”? There was none who declared it, none who proclaimed, none who heard your words.

Én hirdettem először Sionnak: Íme, itt vannak! Én adtam örömhírmondót Jeruzsálemnek.

Sionnak először [én hirdetém,] ímé itt vannak [a tanúk,] és örömmondót adtam Jeruzsálemnek.

The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.

Eu, Cel Dintâi, am zis Sionului: „Iată-i, iată-i!”, şi Ierusalimului: „Îţi trimit un vestitor de veşti bune!”

I was the first to say to Zion, “Behold, here they are!” and I give to Jerusalem a herald of good news.

Körülnézek, de nincs senki, nincs ezek között egy sem, aki tanácsot adott volna, akit ha megkérdezek, megfelelt volna.

És néztem és nem volt senki, ezek közül nem volt tanácsadó, hogy megkérdezzem őket és feleljenek nékem.

For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word.

Căci Mă uit, şi nu este nimeni, nimeni între ei care să prorocească şi care să poată răspunde, dacă-l voi întreba.

But when I look, there is no one; among these there is no counselor who, when I ask, gives an answer.

Íme, semmik ők mindnyájan, semmit érő a cselekedetük, bálványuk pedig csak szél és hiábavalóság.

Ímé, mindnyájan semmik ők, semmiség cselekedetök, szél és hiábavalóság képeik.

Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion.

Iată că toţi sunt nimic, lucrările lor sunt zadarnice, idolii lor sunt o suflare goală!

Behold, they are all a delusion; their works are nothing; their metal images are empty wind.
