Ezt mondta nekem az ÚR: Végy magadnak egy nagy írótáblát, és írd föl rá közönséges írással: hamar a zsákmányra és gyorsan a prédára!

És monda nékem az Úr: Végy magadnak egy nagy táblát, és írd fel reá közönséges betűkkel: siess zsákmányra [és ]gyorsan prédára;

Moreover the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write in it with a man's pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz.

Domnul mi-a zis: „Ia o tablă mare şi scrie pe ea, aşa ca să se înţeleagă: „Grăbeşte-te de pradă, aruncă-te asupra prăzii.”

Then the LORD said to me, “Take a large tablet and write on it in common characters, ‘Belonging to Maher-shalal-hash-baz.’

Hű tanúkul választom magamnak Úrijjá papot és Zekarjáhút, Jeberekjáhú fiát.

És én hív tanúkul választom magamnak Úriást, a papot és Zakariást, Jeberekiás fiát.

And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.

Am luat cu mine nişte martori vrednici de credinţă: pe preotul Urie şi pe Zaharia, fiul lui Berechia.

And I will get reliable witnesses, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah, to attest for me.”

És bementem a prófétaasszonyhoz, aki fogant, és fiút szült. Akkor azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Nevezd így: „Hamar a zsákmányra és gyorsan a prédára!”

És bementem a prófétaasszonyhoz, a ki fogant, és szült fiat; és mondá az Úr nékem: Nevezd nevét: siess zsákmányra [és] gyorsan prédára.

And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the LORD to me, Call his name Mahershalalhashbaz.

M-am apropiat de prorociţă. Ea a zămislit, şi a născut un fiu. Apoi Domnul mi-a zis: „Pune-i numele Maher-Şalal-Haş-Baz”.

And I went to the prophetess, and she conceived and bore a son. Then the LORD said to me, “Call his name Maher-shalal-hash-baz;

Mert mielőtt e gyermek ki tudja mondani: apám és anyám, Damaszkusz gazdagságát és Samária prédáját elviszi Asszíria királya.

Mert mielőtt e gyermek ezt ki tudja mondani: apám és anyám, Damaskus gazdagságát és Samaria prédáját Assiria királyának szolgája elviszi.

For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the king of Assyria.

Căci, înainte ca să ştie copilul să spună „tată” şi „mamă”, se vor lua dinaintea împăratului Asiriei bogăţiile Damascului şi prada Samariei.”

for before the boy knows how to cry ‘My father’ or ‘My mother,’ the wealth of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria will be carried away before the king of Assyria.”

Majd az ÚR ismét szólt hozzám, és azt mondta:

Ismét szólott az Úr hozzám, mondván:

The LORD spake also unto me again, saying,

Domnul mi-a vorbit iarăşi şi mi-a zis:

The LORD spoke to me again:

Mivel megvetette e nép a Silóah lassan folyó vizét, és Recínnek meg Remaljá fiának örvendezik,

Mivel megútálta e nép Siloahnak lassan folyó vizét, és Reczinben és Remalja fiában gyönyörködik:

Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah's son;

„Pentru că poporul acesta a dispreţuit apele din Siloe, care curg lin, şi s-a bucurat de Reţin şi de fiul lui Remalia,

“Because this people has refused the waters of Shiloah that flow gently, and rejoice over Rezin and the son of Remaliah,

ezért íme, rájuk hozza az Úr a folyó mindent elsöprő vizét, Asszíria királyát és annak minden hatalmát. Kilép mindenütt a medréből, és partjain túl árad.

Azért ímé rájok hozza az Úr a folyónak erős és sok vizét, Assiria királyát és minden ő hatalmát, és feljő minden medre fölé, és foly minden partjai felett,

Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks:

iată, Domnul va trimite împotriva lor apele puternice şi mari ale Râului (Eufrat), adică pe împăratul Asiriei cu toată puterea lui; pretutindeni el va ieşi din albia lui şi se va vărsa peste malurile lui;

therefore, behold, the Lord is bringing up against them the waters of the River, mighty and many, the king of Assyria and all his glory. And it will rise over all its channels and go over all its banks,

Betör Júdába, elárasztja, és átzúdul rajta, és nyakig ér, szétterjesztett szárnyai ellepik földed egész szélességét, ó, Immánuel!

És becsap Júdába, és megáradván átmegy rajta, s torkig ér, és elterjesztett szárnyai ellepik földednek szélességét, oh Immánuel!

And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.

va pătrunde în Iuda, va da peste maluri, va năvăli şi va ajunge până la gât. Iar aripile întinse ale oştii lui vor umple întinderea ţării tale, Emanuele!”

and it will sweep on into Judah, it will overflow and pass on, reaching even to the neck, and its outspread wings will fill the breadth of your land, O Immanuel.”

Háborogjatok csak, népek, rettenjetek meg, figyeljetek, akik messze földön laktok! Készüljetek és megrettentek majd, készüljetek és megrettentek majd!

Fenekedjetek csak népek és romoljatok meg; figyeljetek, valakik messze laktok; készüljetek és megrontattok; készüljetek és megrontattok.

Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.

Scoateţi strigăte de război cât voiţi, popoare, căci tot veţi fi zdrobite; luaţi aminte, toţi cei ce locuiţi departe! Pregătiţi-vă oricât de luptă, căci tot veţi fi zdrobiţi. Pregătiţi-vă oricât de luptă, căci tot veţi fi zdrobiţi.

Be broken, you peoples, and be shattered; give ear, all you far countries; strap on your armor and be shattered; strap on your armor and be shattered.

Tanácskozzatok csak, de hiábavaló lesz, beszéljétek csak meg, úgysem megy végbe, mert Isten velünk van!

Tanácskozzatok, de haszontalan lesz, beszéljetek beszédet, de nem áll meg, mert Isten van mi velünk!

Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.

Faceţi la planuri cât voiţi, căci nu se va alege nimic de ele! Luaţi la hotărâri cât voiţi, căci vor fi fără urmări! Căci Dumnezeu este cu noi (Emanuel).

Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing; speak a word, but it will not stand, for God is with us.

Mert így szólt hozzám az ÚR, amikor rajtam volt erős keze, hogy tanítson engem, hogy ne járjak e nép útján:

Mert így szólott hozzám az Úr, rajtam lévén erős keze, hogy tanítson engem, hogy e népnek útján ne járjak, mondván:

For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,

Aşa mi-a vorbit Domnul, când m-a apucat mâna Lui şi m-a înştiinţat să nu umblu pe calea poporului acestuia:

For the LORD spoke thus to me with his strong hand upon me, and warned me not to walk in the way of this people, saying:

Ti ne mondjátok összeesküvésnek azt, amit e nép összeesküvésnek mond, és amitől fél, attól ti ne féljetek, és ne rettegjetek!

Ti ne mondjátok összeesküvésnek, valamit e nép összeesküvésnek mond, és félelme szerint ne féljetek és ne rettegjetek;

Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

„Nu numiţi uneltire tot ce numeşte poporul acesta uneltire; şi nu vă temeţi de ce se teme el, nici nu vă speriaţi!

“Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread.

A Seregek URát, őt tartsátok szentnek, őt féljétek és rettegjétek!

A seregek Urát: Őt szenteljétek meg, Őt féljétek, és Őt rettegjétek!

Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

Sfinţiţi însă pe Domnul oştirilor. De El să vă temeţi şi să vă înfricoşaţi.

But the LORD of hosts, him you shall honor as holy. Let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

És ő szent hellyé lesz nektek, de megütközés köve és botránkozás sziklája lesz Izráel két házának, Jeruzsálem lakosainak pedig csapda és háló.

És Ő néktek szenthely lészen; de megütközés köve és botránkozás sziklája Izráel két házának, s tőr és háló Jeruzsálem lakosainak.

And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Şi atunci El va fi un locaş sfânt, dar şi o piatră de poticnire, o stâncă de păcătuire pentru cele două case ale lui Israel, un laţ şi o cursă pentru locuitorii Ierusalimului!

And he will become a sanctuary and a stone of offense and a rock of stumbling to both houses of Israel, a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Sokan megbotlanak közülük, elesnek és összetörnek, csapdába esnek, és az megfogja őket.

És megütköznek köztük sokan, s elesnek és összetöretnek; tőrbe esnek és megfogatnak!

And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Mulţi se vor poticni, vor cădea şi se vor sfărâma, vor da în laţ şi vor fi prinşi.” –

And many shall stumble on it. They shall fall and be broken; they shall be snared and taken.”

Zárd le e bizonyságtételt, és pecsételd le e tanítást tanítványaimnak!

Kösd be e bizonyságtételt, és pecsételd be e tanítást tanítványaimban!

Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

Înveleşte această mărturie, pecetluieşte această descoperire, între ucenicii Mei. –

Bind up the testimony; seal the teaching among my disciples.

Én pedig várom az URat, aki elrejtette arcát Jákób háza elől, és benne bízom.

Én pedig várom az Urat, a ki elrejté orczáját Jákób házától, és benne bízom.

And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

Eu nădăjduiesc în Domnul, care Îşi ascunde faţa de casa lui Iacov. În El îmi pun încrederea.

I will wait for the LORD, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob, and I will hope in him.

Íme, itt vagyok én és a gyermekek, akiket az ÚR adott nekem, jelül és csodául vagyunk Izráelben. A Sion hegyén lakozó Seregek URától vagyunk mi!

Ímhol vagyok én és a fiak, kiket adott nékem az Úr jelekül és csodákul Izráelben: a Sion hegyén lakozó seregeknek Urától [vagyunk mi!]

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

Iată, eu şi copiii pe care mi i-a dat Domnul suntem nişte semne şi nişte minuni în Israel, din partea Domnului oştirilor care locuieşte pe muntele Sionului.

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are signs and portents in Israel from the LORD of hosts, who dwells on Mount Zion.

Ha azt mondják nektek: Tudakozódjatok a halottidézőktől és a jövendőmondóktól, akik mormolnak és suttognak – hát nem Istenétől tudakozódik-e a nép? Az élők felől a holtaktól kell-e tudakozódni?

És ha ezt mondják tinéktek: Tudakozzatok a halottidézőktől és a jövendőmondóktól, a kik sipognak és suttognak: hát nem Istenétől tudakozik-é a nép? az élőkért a holtaktól [kell-é tudakozni]?

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

Dacă vi se zice însă: „Întrebaţi pe cei ce cheamă morţii şi pe cei ce spun viitorul, care şoptesc şi bolborosesc”, răspundeţi: „Nu va întreba oare un popor pe Dumnezeul său? Va întreba el pe cei morţi pentru cei vii?

And when they say to you, “Inquire of the mediums and the necromancers who chirp and mutter,” should not a people inquire of their God? Should they inquire of the dead on behalf of the living?

A tanításra és bizonyságtételre hallgassatok! Aki nem ezt mondja, annak nincs hajnala.

A tanításra és bizonyságtételre [hallgassatok!] Ha nem ekként szólnak azok, a kiknek nincs hajnalok:

To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

La Lege şi la mărturie!” Căci dacă nu vor vorbi aşa, nu vor mai răsări zorile pentru poporul acesta.

To the teaching and to the testimony! If they will not speak according to this word, it is because they have no dawn.

Az ilyen szorongva és éhezve fog bolyongani a földön. Ha pedig megéhezik, haragra gerjed, és megátkozza királyát és Istenét: fölfelé néz,

Úgy bolyongani fognak [a földön], szorongva és éhezve; és lészen, hogyha megéhezik, felgerjed és megátkozza királyát és Istenét, s néz fölfelé,

And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.

El va pribegi prin ţară, apăsat şi flămând, şi, când îi va fi foame, se va mânia şi va huli pe Împăratul şi Dumnezeul lui, apoi, fie că va ridica ochii în sus,

They will pass through the land, greatly distressed and hungry. And when they are hungry, they will be enraged and will speak contemptuously against their king and their God, and turn their faces upward.

aztán a földre tekint, és íme, mindenütt nyomor, sötétség és szorongató homály, ő pedig ki lesz taszítva a sűrű sötétbe.

És azután a földre tekint, és ímé mindenütt nyomor és sötétség, és szorongatásnak éjszakája, ő pedig a sűrű sötétben elhagyatva!

And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.

fie că se va uita spre pământ, iată, nu va fi decât necaz, negură, nevoie neagră, şi se va vedea izgonit în întuneric beznă.

And they will look to the earth, but behold, distress and darkness, the gloom of anguish. And they will be thrust into thick darkness.
