Jaj a pártütő fiaknak – így szól az ÚR –, akik nélkülem viszik véghez tervüket, és szövetséget kötnek, de nem lelkem által, hogy bűnt bűnre halmozzanak!

Jaj a pártos fiaknak, így szól az Úr, a kik tervet visznek véghez nélkülem, és szövetséget kötnek, de nem lelkem által, hogy bűnre bűnt halmozzanak!

Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:

„Vai – zice Domnul – de copiii răzvrătiţi, care iau hotărâri fără Mine, fac legăminte care nu vin din Duhul Meu şi îngrămădesc astfel păcat peste păcat!

“Ah, stubborn children,” declares the LORD, “who carry out a plan, but not mine, and who make an alliance, but not of my Spirit, that they may add sin to sin;

Akik Egyiptomba mennek le, de számat nem kérdezik meg, a fáraó oltalmába menekülnek, és Egyiptom árnyékába rejtőznek.

That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!

Ei se coboară în Egipt fără să Mă întrebe, ca să fugă sub ocrotirea lui faraon şi să caute un adăpost sub umbra egiptenilor!

who set out to go down to Egypt, without asking for my direction, to take refuge in the protection of Pharaoh and to seek shelter in the shadow of Egypt!

De a fáraó oltalma szégyenetekre lesz, és az Egyiptom árnyékában való rejtőzés gyalázatot hoz rátok.

És lesz néktek a Faraó oltalma szégyentekre, és az elrejtőzködés Égyiptom árnyékában gyalázatotokra.

Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

Therefore shall the protection of Pharaoh turn to your shame, and the shelter in the shadow of Egypt to your humiliation.

Mindnyájan megszégyenülnek az olyan nép miatt, amelyik nem használ nekik. Az ilyen nem segít és nem használ, hanem szégyenükre és gyalázatukra lesz!

Megszégyenülnek mind a nép miatt, a mely nem használ nékik, a mely nem segít és nem használ, sőt szégyenökre és gyalázatukra lesz!

They were all ashamed of a people that could not profit them, nor be an help nor profit, but a shame, and also a reproach.

Dar toţi vor rămâne de ruşine din pricina unui popor care nu le va fi de folos, nici nu-i va ajuta, nici nu le va folosi, ci va fi spre ruşinea şi ocara lor.”

everyone comes to shame through a people that cannot profit them, that brings neither help nor profit, but shame and disgrace.”

Jövendölés Dél vadállatai ellen: Az ínség és szükség földjén keresztül, ahol nőstény és hím oroszlán, viperák és szárnyas sárkányok élnek, szamárcsikók hátán viszik gazdagságukat, és tevék púpján viszik kincsüket a népnek, amely nem használ nekik.

The burden of the beasts of the south: into the land of trouble and anguish, from whence come the young and old lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent, they will carry their riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures upon the bunches of camels, to a people that shall not profit them.

An oracle on the beasts of the Negeb. Through a land of trouble and anguish, from where come the lioness and the lion, the adder and the flying fiery serpent, they carry their riches on the backs of donkeys, and their treasures on the humps of camels, to a people that cannot profit them.

Egypt’s help is worthless and empty; therefore I have called her “Rahab who sits still.”

Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:

„Du-te acum – zice Domnul – de scrie aceste lucruri înaintea lor pe o tăbliţă şi sapă-le într-o carte, ca să rămână până în ziua de apoi ca mărturie pe vecie şi în veci de veci.

And now, go, write it before them on a tablet and inscribe it in a book, that it may be for the time to come as a witness forever.

Mert pártütő nép ez, hazug fiak; fiak, akik nem akarnak hallgatni az ÚR törvényére.

Mert pártütő nép ez, [apát] megtagadó fiak, fiak, kik nem akarják hallani az Úr törvényét;

That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:

Scrie că: „Poporul acesta este un popor răzvrătit, nişte copii mincinoşi, nişte copii care nu vor să asculte Legea Domnului,

For they are a rebellious people, lying children, children unwilling to hear the instruction of the LORD;

Akik ezt mondják a látóknak: „Ne lássatok”, és a prófétáknak: „Ne prófétáljatok nekünk igazat, beszéljetek kedvünk szerint valókat, prófétáljatok csalárdságokat!

Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:

Hagyjátok el ezt az utat, térjetek le már erről az ösvényről, ne zavarjatok bennünket Izráel Szentjével!”

Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

Abateţi-vă din drum, daţi-vă în lături de pe cărare, lăsaţi-ne în pace cu Sfântul lui Israel!”

leave the way, turn aside from the path, let us hear no more about the Holy One of Israel.”

Ezért így szól Izráel Szentje: Mivel megvetettétek ezt a beszédet, a sanyargatásban és hamisságban bíztok, és ezekre támaszkodtok:

Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:

Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel, “Because you despise this word and trust in oppression and perverseness and rely on them,

azért ez a bűn olyan lesz nektek, mint hasadék a magas kőfalon, amely már omlani készül, és egyszer csak hirtelen összedől.

Azért e bűn olyan lesz tinéktek, mint a leesendő falhasadék, a mely már kiáll a magas kőfalon, a melynek aztán nagy hirtelen jő el romlása;

Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.

de aceea, nelegiuirea aceasta va fi pentru voi ca spărtura unui zid înalt care, spărgându-se, ameninţă să cadă, şi a cărui prăbuşire vine deodată, într-o clipă:

therefore this iniquity shall be to you like a breach in a high wall, bulging out and about to collapse, whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant;

Összetörik, mint a fazekasok edénye, amelyet kíméletlenül összetörnek, és nem lehet töredékei között még olyan cserepet sem találni, amellyel parazsat lehetne vinni a tűzhelyről vagy vizet meríteni a tócsából.

És romlása olyan lesz, mint a fazekasok edényének romlása, a mely kimélés nélkül eltöretik, és nem találni töredéki közt oly cserepet, a melyen tűzhelyről tüzet lehetne vinni, avagy vizet meríteni a tócsából.

And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.

îl sfărâmă cum se sfărâmă un vas de pământ, care se sfărâmă fără nicio milă şi din ale cărui sfărâmături nu mai rămâne niciun ciob măcar cu care să iei foc din vatră sau să scoţi apă din fântână.”

and its breaking is like that of a potter’s vessel that is smashed so ruthlessly that among its fragments not a shard is found with which to take fire from the hearth, or to dip up water out of the cistern.”

Mert így szól az én Istenem, az ÚR, Izráel Szentje: a megtérés és megnyugvás megmentene benneteket, a csöndesség és bizalom erősségetek lehetne. De ti nem akarjátok,

Mert így szól az Úr Isten, Izráelnek Szentje: Megtérve és megnyugodva megmaradhattatok volna; csöndességben és reménységben erősségtek lett volna; de ti nem akarátok;

For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Căci aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu, Sfântul lui Israel: „În linişte şi odihnă va fi mântuirea voastră, în seninătate şi încredere va fi tăria voastră.” Dar n-aţi voit!

For thus said the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” But you were unwilling,

hanem azt mondjátok: „Nem, hanem lóháton menekülünk” – ezért majd menekülnötök kell. „Gyors paripán elvágtatunk” – ezért gyorsak lesznek üldözőitek.

Hanem ezt mondátok: Nem, sőt lóra ülvén, futunk; ezért futnotok kell; és gyors paripán elvágtatunk; ezért gyorsak lesznek üldözőitek.

But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

Ci aţi zis: „Nu! Ci vom fugi pe cai!” – De aceea veţi şi fugi! – „Vom călări pe cai iuţi!” – De aceea cei ce vă vor urmări vor fi şi mai iuţi!

and you said, “No! We will flee upon horses”; therefore you shall flee away; and, “We will ride upon swift steeds”; therefore your pursuers shall be swift.

Ezer fut el egy ember riasztására, öt ember fenyegetésére pedig úgy elfuttok mind, hogy csak egy szál pózna marad a hegytetőn, mint egy zászlórúd a halmon.

Ezer [fut] egynek riasztására, ötnek riasztására [mind] elfuttok, mígnem úgy maradtok, mint egy szál fenyő a hegytetőn, mint egy zászló a halmon.

One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.

O mie vor fugi la ameninţarea unuia singur; şi, când vă vor ameninţa cinci, toţi veţi fugi, până veţi rămâne ca un stâlp pe vârful unui munte şi ca un steag pe creştetul unui deal.

A thousand shall flee at the threat of one; at the threat of five you shall flee, till you are left like a flagstaff on the top of a mountain, like a signal on a hill.

De azért vár még az ÚR, hogy könyörüljön rajtatok, és azért felséges ő, hogy megkegyelmezzen nektek. Mert bár ítélő Isten az ÚR, de boldogok mindazok, akik őt várják.

S azért vár az Úr, hogy könyörüljön rajtatok, és azért felséges ő, hogy megkegyelmezzen néktek, mert az ítélet Istene az Úr; boldogok mindazok, a kik Őt szolgálják.

And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Totuşi Domnul aşteaptă să Se milostivească de voi şi Se va scula să vă dea îndurare, căci Domnul este un Dumnezeu drept: ferice de toţi cei ce nădăjduiesc în El!

Therefore the LORD waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the LORD is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.

Mert te nép, mely a Sionon, Jeruzsálemben laksz, nem fogsz sírni többé, bizonyosan könyörül ő rajtad; mihelyt meghallja kiáltásod hangját, felel neked.

Mert te nép, mely Sionon Jeruzsálemben lakol, nem fogsz te sírni többé, bizton könyörül rajtad Ő kiáltásod szavára, mihelyt meghallja, megfelel néked;

For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.

Da, popor al Sionului, locuitor al Ierusalimului, nu vei mai plânge! El Se va îndura de tine, când vei striga; cum va auzi, te va asculta.

For a people shall dwell in Zion, in Jerusalem; you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry. As soon as he hears it, he answers you.

Bár az ínség kenyerét és a nyomorúság vizét adja nektek az Úr, nem kell többé elrejtőzködni tanítóidnak, hanem szemed tanítóidra nézhet!

És ad néktek az Úr kenyeret a keserűségben, és a nyomorban vizet, és nem kell többé elrejtőzködniök tanítóidnak, hanem szemeid tanítóidra néznek!

And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:

Domnul vă va da pâine în necaz, şi apă, în strâmtorare. Învăţătorii tăi nu se vor mai ascunde, ci ochii tăi vor vedea pe învăţătorii tăi.

And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide himself anymore, but your eyes shall see your Teacher.

És füled meghallja a mögötted kiáltó szót, amikor jobbra vagy balra letérnétek: Ez az út, ezen járjatok!

És füleid meghallják a kiáltó szót mögötted: ez az út, ezen járjatok; ha jobbra és ha balra elhajoltok.

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Urechile tale vor auzi după tine glasul care va zice: „Iată drumul, mergeţi pe el!”, când veţi voi să vă mai abateţi la dreapta sau la stânga.

And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.

Akkor megutáljátok majd ezüstözött bálványaitokat és aranyból öntött képeiteket, kiszórod őket, mint valami undokságot. Ki innen! – mondod nekik.

És megútáljátok megezüstözött bálványaitokat és megaranyozott képeiteket; kiszórod őket, mint az undokságot: ki innen! szólsz nékik.

Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth; thou shalt say unto it, Get thee hence.

Veţi socoti ca spurcate argintul care vă acoperă idolii şi aurul cu care sunt poleite chipurile turnate. Ca pe o necurăţie le vei arunca şi le vei zice: „Afară cu voi de aici!”

Then you will defile your carved idols overlaid with silver and your gold-plated metal images. You will scatter them as unclean things. You will say to them, “Be gone!”

Ő pedig esőt ad a magra, amellyel beveted a földet, és a kenyér, a föld termése bőséges és tápláló lesz, és nyájad széles mezőn legel azon a napon.

És ad esőt a magra, a melylyel a földet beveted, és a kenyér, a föld termése, bő és tápláló lesz, és széles mezőn legelnek nyájaid ama napon.

Then shall he give the rain of thy seed, that thou shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures.

Atunci El va da ploaie peste sămânţa pe care o vei pune în pământ, şi pâinea pe care o va da pământul va fi gustoasă şi hrănitoare; în acelaşi timp, turmele tale vor paşte în păşuni întinse.

And he will give rain for the seed with which you sow the ground, and bread, the produce of the ground, which will be rich and plenteous. In that day your livestock will graze in large pastures,

The oxen likewise and the young asses that ear the ground shall eat clean provender, which hath been winnowed with the shovel and with the fan.

and the oxen and the donkeys that work the ground will eat seasoned fodder, which has been winnowed with shovel and fork.

Minden magas hegyen és kiemelkedő halmon vízzel teli patakok lesznek a nagy öldöklés napján, amikor leomlanak a tornyok.

És lesznek minden magas hegyen és emelkedettebb halmon patakok, folyamok a nagy öldöklés napján, mikor a tornyok leomlanak.

And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

Pe orice munte înalt şi pe orice deal înalt vor izvorî râuri, curgeri de apă, în ziua marelui măcel, când turnurile vor cădea.

And on every lofty mountain and every high hill there will be brooks running with water, in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

A hold fénye olyan lesz, mint a nap fénye, és a nap fénye hétszer erősebb lesz, olyan, mint hét nap fénye azon a napon, amikor bekötözi az ÚR népe sebeit, és a sérültek sebhelyét meggyógyítja.

És a holdnak fénye olyan lesz, mint a napnak fénye, és a napnak fénye hétszer nagyobb lesz, olyan, mint hét napnak napfénye; ama napon, a melyen az Úr beköti népe romlását, és vereségének sebét meggyógyítja!

Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

Şi lumina lunii va fi ca lumina soarelui, iar lumina soarelui va fi de şapte ori mai mare (ca lumina a şapte zile), când va lega Domnul vânătăile poporului Său şi va tămădui rana loviturilor lui.

Moreover, the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day when the LORD binds up the brokenness of his people, and heals the wounds inflicted by his blow.

Íme, az ÚR neve jön messziről, haragja lángol, sűrűn gomolyog. Ajka haraggal telve, nyelve olyan, mint az emésztő tűz.

Ímé, az Úr neve jő messziről, haragja ég és sötét gomolygó füstje; ajkai rakvák haraggal, és nyelve, mint emésztő tűz!

Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

Iată, Numele Domnului vine din depărtare! Mânia Lui este aprinsă şi un pârjol puternic; buzele Lui sunt pline de urgie, şi limba Lui este ca un foc mistuitor;

Behold, the name of the LORD comes from afar, burning with his anger, and in thick rising smoke; his lips are full of fury, and his tongue is like a devouring fire;

And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.

his breath is like an overflowing stream that reaches up to the neck; to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction, and to place on the jaws of the peoples a bridle that leads astray.

És fölzendül éneketek, úgy, mint a szent ünnep éjszakáján; és örvendezik szívetek, mint azé, aki sípszóra vonul az ÚR hegyére, Izráel kőszálához.

És fölzendül éneketek, mint a szent ünnepnek éjszakáján, és örvendez szívetek, mint azé, a ki sípolva megy az Úr hegyére, Izráel kőszálához.

Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.

Voi însă veţi cânta ca în noaptea când se prăznuieşte sărbătoarea, veţi fi cu inima veselă ca cel ce merge în sunetul flautului ca să se ducă la muntele Domnului, spre Stânca lui Israel.

You shall have a song as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one sets out to the sound of the flute to go to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel.

Megzendül az ÚR dicsőséges szava, megmutatja izzó haragjában és emésztő tűz lángjában lesújtó karját, felhőszakadással, zivatarral és jégesővel.

És megzendíti az Úr dicsőséges szavát, karjának lesujtását megmutatja megbúsult haragjában és emésztő tűz lángjában, vízáradással, zivatarral és jégeső kövével.

And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

Şi Domnul va face să răsune glasul Lui măreţ, Îşi va arăta braţul gata să lovească, în mânia Lui aprinsă, în mijlocul flăcării unui foc mistuitor, în mijlocul înecului, furtunii şi pietrelor de grindină.

And the LORD will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and storm and hailstones.

Mert megretten Asszíria az ÚR hangjától, vesszejével veri azt.

Mert az Úrnak szavától megretten Assiria, veri azt akkor vesszővel;

For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.

Atunci asirianul va tremura de glasul Domnului, care îl va lovi cu nuiaua Sa.

The Assyrians will be terror-stricken at the voice of the LORD, when he strikes with his rod.
