Kiálts teljes torokból, ne kíméld! Emeld föl hangodat, mint a kürt, és jelentsd ki népemnek bűneit és Jákób házának vétkeit!

Kiálts [teljes] torokkal, ne kiméld; mint trombita emeld fel hangodat, és hirdesd népemnek bűneiket, és Jákób házának vétkeit.

Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.

Strigă în gura mare, nu te opri! Înalţă-ţi glasul ca o trâmbiţă şi vesteşte poporului Meu nelegiuirile lui, casei lui Iacov, păcatele ei!

“Cry aloud; do not hold back; lift up your voice like a trumpet; declare to my people their transgression, to the house of Jacob their sins.

Ők mindennap keresnek engem, és szeretnék megismerni útjaimat, mint egy olyan nép, amely igazságot cselekszik, és nem hagyja el Istene törvényét. Igaz ítéletet kérnek tőlem, és Isten közelségét kívánják.

Holott ők engem mindennap keresnek, és tudni kivánják útaimat, mint oly nép, a mely igazságot cselekedett és Istene törvényét el nem hagyta; kérik tőlem az igazságnak ítéleteit, és Istennek elközelgését kivánják.

Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.

În toate zilele Mă întreabă şi vor să afle căile Mele, ca un neam care ar fi înfăptuit neprihănirea şi n-ar fi părăsit Legea Dumnezeului său. Îmi cer hotărâri drepte, doresc să se apropie de Dumnezeu. –

Yet they seek me daily and delight to know my ways, as if they were a nation that did righteousness and did not forsake the judgment of their God; they ask of me righteous judgments; they delight to draw near to God.

Miért böjtölünk, ha te nem nézed, miért gyötörjük lelkünket, ha te nem tudsz róla? Íme, böjtölésetek napján kedvteléseiteket űzitek és robotosaitokat hajszoljátok.

Mért bőjtölünk és Te nem nézed, gyötörjük lelkünket és Te nem tudod? Ímé, bőjtöléstek napján kedvtelésteket űzitek, és minden robotosaitokat szorongatjátok.

Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.

„La ce ne foloseşte să postim” – zic ei – „dacă Tu nu vezi? La ce să ne chinuim sufletul, dacă Tu nu ţii seama de lucrul acesta?” – Pentru că, zice Domnul, în ziua postului vostru, vă lăsaţi în voia pornirilor voastre şi asupriţi pe simbriaşii voştri.

‘Why have we fasted, and you see it not? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you take no knowledge of it?’ Behold, in the day of your fast you seek your own pleasure, and oppress all your workers.

Íme, pereskedve és versengve böjtöltök, és gonoszul, ököllel sújtotok le. Ne úgy böjtöljetek, ahogyan ma, ne úgy, hogy hallani lehessen hangotokat a magasságban!

Ímé perrel és versengéssel bőjtöltök, és sújtotok a gazságnak öklével; nem úgy bőjtöltök mostan, hogy meghallassék szavatok a magasságban.

Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

Iată, postiţi ca să vă ciorovăiţi şi să vă certaţi, ca să bateţi răutăcios cu pumnul; nu postiţi cum cere ziua aceea, ca să vi se audă strigătul sus.

Behold, you fast only to quarrel and to fight and to hit with a wicked fist. Fasting like yours this day will not make your voice to be heard on high.

Hát ilyen az a böjt, amelyet én kedvelek, és ilyen az a nap, amelyen az ember a lelkét gyötri? Ha lehajtja fejét, mint a káka, és zsákot vesz föl, és hamut terít maga alá, azt nevezed te böjtnek és az ÚR kedves napjának?

Hát ilyen a bőjt, a melyet én kedvelek, [és olyan] a nap, a melyen az ember lelkét gyötri? Avagy ha mint káka lehajtja fejét, és zsákot és hamvat terít maga alá: ezt nevezed-é bőjtnek és az Úr előtt kedves napnak?

Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

Oare acesta este postul plăcut Mie: să-şi chinuiască omul sufletul o zi? Să-şi plece capul ca un pipirig şi să se culce pe sac şi cenuşă? Aceasta numeşti tu post şi zi plăcută Domnului?

Is such the fast that I choose, a day for a person to humble himself? Is it to bow down his head like a reed, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will you call this a fast, and a day acceptable to the LORD?

Hát nem az-e a böjt, amit kedvelek, hogy megnyitod a gonoszság bilincseit, megoldod az iga köteleit, szabadon bocsátod az elnyomottakat, és minden igát széttörsz?

Hát nem ez-é a bőjt, a mit én kedvelek: hogy megnyisd a gonoszságnak bilincseit, az igának köteleit megoldjad, és szabadon bocsásd az elnyomottakat, és hogy minden igát széttépjetek?

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Iată postul plăcut Mie: dezleagă lanţurile răutăţii, deznoadă legăturile robiei, dă drumul celor asupriţi şi rupe orice fel de jug;

“Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Nem az-e, hogy az éhezőnek megszeged kenyeredet, és beviszed házadba a szegény bujdosókat; ha mezítelent látsz, felruházod, és nem zárkózol el saját testvéred elől.

Nem az-é, hogy az éhezőnek megszegd kenyeredet, és a szegény bujdosókat házadba bevigyed, ha meztelent látsz, felruházzad, és tested előtt el ne rejtsd magadat?

Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

împarte-ţi pâinea cu cel flămând şi adu în casa ta pe nenorociţii fără adăpost; dacă vezi pe un om gol, acoperă-l, şi nu întoarce spatele semenului tău.

Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?

Akkor fölvirrad világosságod, mint a hajnal, és gyógyulásod gyorsan kivirágzik, igazságod előtted jár, és az ÚR dicsősége követ.

Akkor felhasad, mint hajnal a te világosságod, és meggyógyulásod gyorsan kivirágzik, és igazságod előtted jár; az Úr dicsősége követ.

Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

Atunci lumina ta va răsări ca zorile, şi vindecarea ta va încolţi repede; neprihănirea ta îţi va merge înainte, şi slava Domnului te va însoţi.

Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

Ha kiáltasz, az ÚR meghallgat, ha jajgatsz, ő azt mondja: Íme, itt vagyok! Ha eltávolítod a magad köréből az igát, ha nem mutogatsz ujjal, és nem beszélsz hamisságot,

Akkor kiáltasz, és az Úr meghallgat, jajgatsz, és ő azt mondja: Ímé, itt vagyok. Ha elvetended közüled az igát, és [megszünsz] ujjal mutogatni és hamisságot beszélni;

Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

Atunci tu vei chema, şi Domnul va răspunde, vei striga, şi El va zice: „Iată-Mă!” Dacă vei îndepărta jugul din mijlocul tău, ameninţările cu degetul şi vorbele de ocară,

Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; you shall cry, and he will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness,

ha megosztod falatodat az éhezővel, és megelégíted az elepedt lelkűt, akkor fölragyog a sötétségben világosságod, és homályosságod olyan lesz, mint a dél.

Ha odaadod utolsó falatodat az éhezőnek, és az elepedt lelkűt megelégíted: feltámad a setétségben világosságod, és homályosságod olyan lesz, mint a dél.

And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

dacă vei da mâncarea ta celui flămând, dacă vei sătura sufletul lipsit, atunci lumina ta va răsări peste întunecime, şi întunericul tău va fi ca ziua în amiaza mare!

if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.

Az ÚR vezet szüntelen, nagy szárazságban is megelégíti lelkedet és megerősíti csontjaidat. Olyan leszel, mint a megöntözött kert, és mint a vízforrás, amelynek nem fogy el a vize.

És vezérel téged az Úr szüntelen, megelégíti lelkedet nagy szárazságban is, és csontjaidat megerősíti, és olyan leszel, mint a megöntözött kert, és mint vízforrás, a melynek vize el nem fogy.

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Domnul te va călăuzi neîncetat, îţi va sătura sufletul chiar în locuri fără apă şi va da din nou putere mădularelor tale; vei fi ca o grădină bine udată, ca un izvor ale cărui ape nu seacă.

And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

Fiaid fölépítik az ősi romokat, falat húzol a régiek által készített alapokra. A repedés javítójának neveznek majd, az utcák helyreállítójának, amiért újra lakhatóvá válnak.

És megépítik fiaid a régi romokat, az emberöltők alapzatait felrakod, és neveztetel romlás építőjének, ösvények megújítójának, hogy ott lakhassanak.

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Ai tăi vor zidi iarăşi pe dărâmăturile de mai înainte, vei ridica din nou temeliile străbune, vei fi numit „Dregător de spărturi”, „Cel ce drege drumurile şi face ţara cu putinţă de locuit”.

And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.

Ha megtartóztatod a lábadat szombaton, és nem űzöd kedvtelésedet szent napomon, hanem a szombatot gyönyörűségnek hívod, az ÚR szent és dicsőséges napjának, és megszenteled úgy, hogy nem végzed dolgaidat, nem találsz magadnak foglalatosságot, és nem szólsz hamis beszédet,

Ha megtartóztatod szombaton lábadat, és nem űzöd kedvtelésedet szent napomon, és a szombatot gyönyörűségnek hívod, az Úr szent és dicsőséges [napjá]nak, és megszenteled azt, dolgaidat nem tevén, foglalkozást sem találván, [hamis] beszédet sem szólván:

If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

Dacă îţi vei opri piciorul în ziua Sabatului ca să nu-ţi faci gusturile tale în ziua Mea cea sfântă; dacă Sabatul va fi desfătarea ta, ca să sfinţeşti pe Domnul, slăvindu-L, şi dacă-L vei cinsti neurmând căile tale, neîndeletnicindu-te cu treburile tale şi nededându-te la flecării,

“If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the LORD honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;

akkor gyönyörűséged lesz az ÚRban, én pedig a föld magaslatain hordozlak, és Jákóbnak, atyádnak örökségével táplállak. Az ÚR szája szólt!

Akkor gyönyörűséged lesz az Úrban; és én hordozlak a föld magaslatain, és azt mívelem, hogy Jákóbnak, atyádnak örökségével élj; mert az Úr szája szólt!

Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

atunci te vei putea desfăta în Domnul, şi Eu te voi sui pe înălţimile ţării, te voi face să te bucuri de moştenirea tatălui tău Iacov; căci gura Domnului a vorbit.”

then you shall take delight in the LORD, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”
