In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.

În ziua aceea, se va cânta următoarea cântare în ţara lui Iuda: „Avem o cetate tare; Dumnezeu ne dă mântuirea ca ziduri şi întăritură.

In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city; he sets up salvation as walls and bulwarks.

Nyissátok ki a kapukat, hogy bevonuljon az igaz nép, amely megőrízte hűségét.

Nyissátok fel a kapukat, hogy bevonuljon az igaz nép, a hűség megőrzője.

Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.

Deschideţi porţile, ca să intre neamul cel neprihănit şi credincios.

Open the gates, that the righteous nation that keeps faith may enter in.

Akinek szíve rád támaszkodik, megőrzöd azt teljes békében, mert benned bízik.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Celui cu inima tare, Tu-i chezăşuieşti pacea; da, pacea, căci se încrede în Tine.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Bízzatok az ÚRban örökké, mert ÚR, az ÚR örök kőszálunk.

Bízzatok az Úrban örökké, mert az Úrban, Jehovában, örök kőszálunk van.

Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

Încredeţi-vă în Domnul pe vecie, căci Domnul Dumnezeu este Stânca veacurilor.

Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock.

Mert ő letaszította a magasban lakókat, megalázta a kevély várost, földre tiporta, és porba döntötte.

For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.

The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.

Calea dreptului este neprihănirea; Tu, care eşti fără prihană, netezeşti cărarea dreptului.

The path of the righteous is level; you make level the way of the righteous.

Benned reméltünk ítéleted ösvényén is, ó, URam! Neved és emlékezeted után vágyott a lelkünk!

Mi is vártunk Téged, ítéleted ösvényén, oh Uram! neved és emlékezeted után vágyott a lélek!

Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.

De aceea Te aşteptăm, Doamne, şi pe calea judecăţilor Tale; sufletul nostru suspină după Numele Tău şi după pomenirea Ta.

In the path of your judgments, O LORD, we wait for you; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul.

Lelkem utánad vágyódik éjszaka, egész lelkemmel téged kereslek. Mert ha ítéleteid megjelennek a földön, igazságot tanulnak a földkerekség lakói.

Szívem utánad vágyott éjszaka, az én lelkem is bensőmben Téged keresett, mivel ha ítéleteid [megjelennek] a földön, igazságot tanulnak a földnek lakosai.

With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Sufletul meu Te doreşte noaptea, şi duhul meu Te caută înăuntrul meu. Căci, când se împlinesc judecăţile Tale pe pământ, locuitorii lumii învaţă dreptatea.

My soul yearns for you in the night; my spirit within me earnestly seeks you. For when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

Ha kegyelmet nyer a gonosz, nem tanul igazságot, az igaz földön is hamisságot cselekszik, és nem nézi az ÚR méltóságát.

Ha kegyelmet nyer a gonosz, nem tanul igazságot, az igaz földön is hamisságot cselekszik, és nem nézi az Úr méltóságát.

Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

Dacă ierţi pe cel rău, el totuşi nu învaţă neprihănirea, se dedă la rău în ţara în care domneşte neprihănirea şi nu caută la măreţia Domnului.

If favor is shown to the wicked, he does not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness he deals corruptly and does not see the majesty of the LORD.

URam! Magasba emelted kezedet, de nem látják! De látni fogják néped iránti buzgó szerelmedet, és megszégyenülnek, tűz emészti meg ellenségeidet.

Uram! magas a Te kezed, de nem látják! de látni fogják, és megszégyenülnek, néped iránt való buzgó szerelmedet; és tűz emészti meg ellenségeidet.

LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.

Doamne, mâna Ta este puternică: ei n-o zăresc! Dar vor vedea râvna Ta pentru poporul Tău, şi vor fi ruşinaţi; va arde focul pe vrăjmaşii Tăi.

O LORD, your hand is lifted up, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people, and be ashamed. Let the fire for your adversaries consume them.

URam! Te adsz nekünk békességet, hisz minden dolgunkat te vitted véghez értünk.

Uram! Te adsz nékünk békességet, hisz minden dolgainkat megcselekedted értünk.

LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.

Dar nouă, Doamne, Tu ne dai pace, căci tot ce facem noi, Tu împlineşti pentru noi.

O LORD, you will ordain peace for us, for you have indeed done for us all our works.

URunk, Istenünk! Más urak parancsoltak nekünk, de csak a te nevedről emlékezünk meg!

Uram! mi Istenünk! urak parancsoltak nékünk kívüled; de általad dicsőítjük neved!

O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.

Doamne Dumnezeul nostru, alţi stăpâni afară de Tine au stăpânit peste noi, dar acum numai pe Tine şi numai Numele Tău îl chemăm.

O LORD our God, other lords besides you have ruled over us, but your name alone we bring to remembrance.

Akik meghaltak, nem élnek, az árnyak nem kelnek föl: ezért büntetted meg és veszítetted el őket, még emlékezetüket is eltörölted.

A meghaltak nem élnek, az árnyak nem kelnek föl: ezért látogatád meg és vesztéd el őket, és eltörléd emlékezetöket.

They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.

Cei ce sunt morţi acum nu vor mai trăi, sunt nişte umbre, şi nu se vor mai scula; căci Tu i-ai pedepsit, i-ai nimicit şi le-ai şters pomenirea.

They are dead, they will not live; they are shades, they will not arise; to that end you have visited them with destruction and wiped out all remembrance of them.

Megszaporítottad e népet, URam! Megszaporítottad e népet, megdicsőítetted magadat, és mindenfelé kiterjesztetted az ország határát.

Megszaporítád e népet, Uram! megszaporítád e népet, magadat megdicsőítéd, kiterjesztetted a földnek minden határait.

Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.

Înmulţeşte poporul, Doamne! Înmulţeşte poporul, arată-Ţi slava; dă înapoi toate hotarele ţării.

But you have increased the nation, O LORD, you have increased the nation; you are glorified; you have enlarged all the borders of the land.

Ó, URam! A szorongattatásban téged kerestek, és halkan imádságot mondtak, mikor rajtuk volt ostorod.

Oh Uram! a szorongásban kerestek Téged, és halk imádságot mondtanak, mikor rajtuk volt ostorod.

LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.

Doamne, ei Te-au căutat, când erau în strâmtorare; au început să se roage, când i-ai pedepsit.

O LORD, in distress they sought you; they poured out a whispered prayer when your discipline was upon them.

Olyanok voltunk előtted, URam, mint a várandós asszony, aki közel van a szüléshez: vajúdik, s fölkiált fájdalmában.

Miként a terhes asszony, a ki közel a szűléshez, vajudik, felkiált fájdalmiban, előtted olyanok voltunk, Uram!

Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD.

Cum se zvârcoleşte o femeie însărcinată, gata să nască, şi cum strigă ea în mijlocul durerilor ei, aşa am fost noi, departe de faţa Ta, Doamne!

Like a pregnant woman who writhes and cries out in her pangs when she is near to giving birth, so were we because of you, O LORD;

Mint várandósak vajúdtunk, de csak szelet szültünk: nem hoztunk szabadulást e földnek, és nem születtek lakói a föld kerekségének.

Mint terhesek vajudtunk, de csak szelet szűltünk: szabadulása nem lőn e földnek, és nem hulltak el a föld kerekségének lakói.

We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.

Am zămislit, am simţit dureri şi, când să naştem, am născut vânt: ţara nu este mântuită, şi locuitorii ei nu sunt născuţi.

we were pregnant, we writhed, but we have given birth to wind. We have accomplished no deliverance in the earth, and the inhabitants of the world have not fallen.

Megelevenednek halottaid, és holttestük föltámad. Serkenjetek föl és ujjongjatok, akik a porban laktok, mert harmatotok a napkeltének harmata, és a föld visszaadja az árnyakat!

Megelevenednek halottaid és holttesteim fölkelnek: serkenjetek föl és énekeljetek, a kik a porban lakoztok, mert harmatod az élet harmata, és visszaadja a föld az árnyakat!

Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

Să învie, dar, morţii Tăi! Să se scoale trupurile mele moarte! – Treziţi-vă şi săriţi de bucurie, cei ce locuiţi în ţărână! Căci roua Ta este o rouă dătătoare de viaţă, şi pământul va scoate iarăşi afară pe cei morţi.

Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For your dew is a dew of light, and the earth will give birth to the dead.

Menj be, népem, menj be szobáidba, és zárd be ajtóidat magad után! Rejtőzz el egy rövid szempillantásig, míg elmúlik az ÚR haragja!

Menj be népem, menj be szobáidba, és zárd be ajtóidat utánad, és rejtsd el magad rövid szempillantásig, míg elmúlik a bús harag!

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

Du-te, poporul meu, intră în odaia ta şi încuie uşa după tine; ascunde-te câteva clipe, până va trece mânia! –

Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the fury has passed by.

Mert íme, kijön helyéről az ÚR, hogy megbüntesse a föld lakóinak álnokságát. Föltárja a föld a vért, és nem takarja be többé a megölteket.

Mert ímé az Úr kijő helyéről, hogy meglátogassa a föld lakóinak álnokságát, s felmutatja a föld a vért, és el nem fedi megöletteit többé!

For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Căci iată, Domnul iese din locuinţa Lui să pedepsească nelegiuirile locuitorilor pământului; şi pământul va da sângele pe faţă, şi nu va mai acoperi uciderile.

For behold, the LORD is coming out from his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity, and the earth will disclose the blood shed on it, and will no more cover its slain.
