Elindult tehát Izráel minden hozzátartozójával, Beérsebába ment, és áldozatokat mutatott be atyja, Izsák Istenének.

And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.

And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.

And God spoke to Israel in visions of the night and said, “Jacob, Jacob.” And he said, “Here I am.”

És mondta: Én vagyok az Isten, a te atyád Istene. Ne félj lemenni Egyiptomba, mert nagy néppé teszlek ott téged.

És monda: Én vagyok az Isten, a te atyádnak Istene: Ne félj lemenni Égyiptomba: mert nagy néppé teszlek ott téged.

And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

Şi Dumnezeu a zis: „Eu sunt Dumnezeu, Dumnezeul tatălui tău. Nu te teme să te cobori în Egipt, căci acolo te voi face să ajungi un neam mare.

Then he said, “I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for there I will make you into a great nation.

Lemegyek veled Egyiptomba, és bizonyosan fel is hozlak onnan. És József keze fogja majd le a szemedet.

Én lemegyek veled Égyiptomba, és én bizonynyal fel is hozlak; és József fogja bé a te szemeidet.

I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

Eu însumi Mă voi coborî cu tine în Egipt şi Eu însumi te voi scoate iarăşi de acolo; iar Iosif îţi va închide ochii.”

I myself will go down with you to Egypt, and I will also bring you up again, and Joseph’s hand shall close your eyes.”

Fölkerekedett hát Jákób Beérsebából, és elvitték Izráel fiai atyjukat, Jákóbot és gyermekeiket és feleségeiket azokon a szekereken, amelyeket a fáraó küldött érte.

Felkerekedék azért Jákób Beérsebából, és elvivék Izráel fiai Jákóbot az ő atyjokat, és gyermekeiket és feleségeiket a szekereken, melyeket a Faraó küldött vala érette.

And Jacob rose up from Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

Then Jacob set out from Beersheba. The sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons that Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

Elvitték nyájaikat és szerzeményeiket, amelyeket Kánaán földjén szereztek, és eljutott Egyiptomba Jákób és minden vele levő ivadéka.

És elvivék nyájaikat és szerzeményeiket, melyeket Kanaán földén szereztek vala, és jutának Égyiptomba Jákób és minden vele levő magva.

And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:

Şi-au luat şi turmele şi averile pe care le agonisiseră în ţara Canaanului. Şi Iacov s-a dus în Egipt cu toată familia lui.

They also took their livestock and their goods, which they had gained in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him,

Fiait és fiúunokáit, leányait és leányunokáit és minden vele levő magzatát elvitte magával Egyiptomba.

His sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.

And these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.

These be the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three.

Aceştia sunt fiii pe care i-a născut lui Iacov, Lea, în Padan-Aram, împreună cu fiica, sa Dina. Fiii şi fiicele lui alcătuiau în totul treizeci şi trei de inşi.

These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore to Jacob in Paddan-aram, together with his daughter Dinah; altogether his sons and his daughters numbered thirty-three.

These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter; and these she bore to Jacob—sixteen persons.

Egyiptom földjén született Manassé és Efraim, akiket Ászenat, Pótiferának, Ón papjának leánya szült Józsefnek.

És születének Józsefnek Égyiptom földén Manasse és Efráim, a kiket Asznáth, Potiferának, On papjának leánya szűlt néki.

And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bare unto him.

Lui Iosif i s-au născut, în ţara Egiptului: Manase şi Efraim, pe care i i-a născut Asnat, fata lui Poti-Fera, preotul lui On. –

And to Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenath, the daughter of Potiphera the priest of On, bore to him.

And the sons of Benjamin were Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.

Fiii lui Beniamin: Bela, Becher, Aşbel, Ghera, Naaman, Ehi, Roş, Mupim, Hupim şi Ard.

And the sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, Ashbel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Rosh, Muppim, Huppim, and Ard.

These are the sons of Bilhah, which Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bare these unto Jacob: all the souls were seven.

These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel his daughter, and these she bore to Jacob—seven persons in all.

Összesen hatvanhat lélek, akik tőle származtak, és Jákóbbal Egyiptomba mentek, Jákób fiainak feleségeit nem számítva.

All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six;

És József befogatott a szekerébe, és eléje ment atyjának, Izráelnek Gósenbe. Mikor maga előtt látta, nyakába borult, és sokáig sírt.

És befogata József az ő szekerébe, és eleibe méne Izráelnek az ő atyjának Gósenbe; s a mint maga előtt látá, nyakába borula, és síra az ő nyakán sok ideig.

And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen, and presented himself unto him; and he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.

Then Joseph prepared his chariot and went up to meet Israel his father in Goshen. He presented himself to him and fell on his neck and wept on his neck a good while.

And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, because thou art yet alive.

Israel said to Joseph, “Now let me die, since I have seen your face and know that you are still alive.”

József pedig ezt mondta testvéreinek és atyja háza népének: Elmegyek, és tudtára adom a fáraónak, hogy testvéreim és atyám háznépe, akik Kánaán földjén voltak, eljöttek hozzám.

József pedig monda az ő testvéreinek, és az ő atyja házanépének: Felmegyek és tudtára adom a Faraónak, és ezt mondom néki: Az én testvéreim és atyám háznépe, kik Kanaán földén valának, eljöttek én hozzám.

And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and shew Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father's house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;

Iosif a zis fraţilor săi şi familiei tatălui său: „Mă duc să înştiinţez pe faraon şi să-i spun: „Fraţii mei şi familia tatălui meu, care erau în ţara Canaan, au venit la mine.

Joseph said to his brothers and to his father’s household, “I will go up and tell Pharaoh and will say to him, ‘My brothers and my father’s household, who were in the land of Canaan, have come to me.

Minthogy pedig ezek az emberek juhpásztorok s mindig jószágtartó nép voltak, juhaikat, marháikat és mindenüket elhozták, amijük van.

And the men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.

Oamenii aceştia sunt păstori, căci cresc vite; ei şi-au adus oile şi boii şi tot ce este al lor.”

And the men are shepherds, for they have been keepers of livestock, and they have brought their flocks and their herds and all that they have.’

S ha majd a fáraó hívat titeket, és azt kérdi: mi a foglalkozásotok,

S ha majd a Faraó hivat titeket és azt kérdi: Mi a ti életmódotok?

And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation?

Şi, când vă va chema faraon şi vă va întreba: „Cu ce vă îndeletniciţi?”,

When Pharaoh calls you and says, ‘What is your occupation?’

Azt mondjátok: Baromtartó emberek voltak a te szolgáid gyermekségünktől fogva mind ez ideig, mi is, mint a mi atyáink, hogy lakhassatok Gósen földén; mert minden juhpásztor utálatos az Égyiptombeliek előtt.

That ye shall say, Thy servants' trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.

voi să răspundeţi: „Robii tăi au crescut vite, din tinereţea noastră până acum, atât noi, cât şi părinţii noştri.” În felul acesta veţi locui în ţinutul Gosen, căci toţi păstorii sunt o urâciune pentru egipteni.”

you shall say, ‘Your servants have been keepers of livestock from our youth even until now, both we and our fathers,’ in order that you may dwell in the land of Goshen, for every shepherd is an abomination to the Egyptians.”
