A kígyó pedig ravaszabb volt minden mezei vadnál, melyet az ÚR Isten teremtett, és ezt kérdezte az asszonytól: Csakugyan azt mondta Isten, hogy a kertnek egy fájáról se egyetek?

A kígyó pedig ravaszabb vala minden mezei vadnál, melyet az Úr Isten teremtett vala, és monda az asszonynak: Csakugyan azt mondta az Isten, hogy a kertnek egy fájáról se egyetek?

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Şarpele era mai şiret decât toate fiarele câmpului pe care le făcuse Domnul Dumnezeu. El a zis femeii: „Oare a zis Dumnezeu cu adevărat: „Să nu mâncaţi din toţi pomii din grădină”?”

Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?”

Az asszony így válaszolt a kígyónak: A kert fáinak gyümölcséből ehetünk.

És monda az asszony a kígyónak: A kert fáinak gyümölcséből ehetünk;

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

Femeia a răspuns şarpelui: „Putem să mâncăm din rodul tuturor pomilor din grădină.

And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden,

De annak a fának a gyümölcséből, amely a kert közepén van, azt mondta Isten: abból ne egyetek, azt meg se érintsétek, hogy meg ne haljatok.

De annak a fának gyümölcséből, mely a kertnek közepette van, azt mondá Isten: abból ne egyetek, azt meg se illessétek, hogy meg ne haljatok.

But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Dar despre rodul pomului din mijlocul grădinii, Dumnezeu a zis: „Să nu mâncaţi din el şi nici să nu vă atingeţi de el, ca să nu muriţi.”

but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’”

A kígyó pedig azt mondta az asszonynak: Bizony nem haltok meg.

És monda a kígyó az asszonynak: Bizony nem haltok meg;

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Atunci şarpele a zis femeii: „Hotărât, că nu veţi muri,

But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.

Hanem tudja Isten, hogy amelyik napon esztek abból, megnyílik a szemetek, és olyanok lesztek, mint az Isten: jónak és gonosznak tudói.

Hanem tudja az Isten, hogy a mely napon ejéndetek abból, megnyilatkoznak a ti szemeitek, és olyanok lésztek mint az Isten: jónak és gonosznak tudói.

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

dar Dumnezeu ştie că, în ziua când veţi mânca din el, vi se vor deschide ochii şi veţi fi ca Dumnezeu, cunoscând binele şi răul.”

For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Mivel úgy látta az asszony, hogy jó volna enni arról a fáról, mert kedves a szemnek, és kívánatos, mert bölccsé tesz, szakított annak gyümölcséből, és evett. Adott a vele levő férjének is, és ő is evett.

És látá az asszony, hogy jó az a fa eledelre s hogy kedves a szemnek, és kivánatos az a fa a bölcseségért: szakaszta azért annak gyümölcséből, és evék, és ada vele levő férjének is, és az is evék.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Femeia a văzut că pomul era bun de mâncat şi plăcut de privit şi că pomul era de dorit ca să deschidă cuiva mintea. A luat deci din rodul lui şi a mâncat; a dat şi bărbatului ei, care era lângă ea, şi bărbatul a mâncat şi el.

So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate.

Ekkor megnyílt mindkettőjük szeme, és észrevették, hogy mezítelenek. Fügefalevelet fűztek hát össze, és ágyékkötőket csináltak maguknak.

És megnyilatkozának mindkettőjöknek szemei s észrevevék, hogy mezítelenek; figefa levelet aggatának azért össze, és körülkötőket csinálának magoknak.

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Atunci li s-au deschis ochii la amândoi; au cunoscut că erau goi, au cusut laolaltă frunze de smochin şi şi-au făcut şorţuri din ele.

Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths.

Majd meghallották az ÚR Isten szavát, aki hűvös alkonyatkor a kertben járt. És elrejtőzött az ember és a felesége az ÚR Isten elől a kert fái közé.

És meghallák az Úr Isten szavát, a ki hűvös alkonyatkor a kertben jár vala; és elrejtőzék az ember és az ő felesége az Úr Isten elől a kert fái között.

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

Atunci au auzit glasul Domnului Dumnezeu care umbla prin grădină în răcoarea zilei: şi omul şi nevasta lui s-au ascuns de faţa Domnului Dumnezeu printre pomii din grădină.

And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

Az ÚR Isten pedig hívta az embert, és azt mondta neki: Hol vagy?

Szólítá ugyanis az Úr Isten az embert és monda néki: Hol vagy?

And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

Dar Domnul Dumnezeu a chemat pe om şi i-a zis: „Unde eşti?”

But the LORD God called to the man and said to him, “Where are you?”

Ő így felelt: Szavadat hallottam a kertben, és megijedtem, mivel mezítelen vagyok, és elrejtőztem.

És monda: Szavadat hallám a kertben, és megfélemlém, mivelhogy mezítelen vagyok, és elrejtezém.

And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

El a răspuns: „Ţi-am auzit glasul în grădină; şi mi-a fost frică, pentru că eram gol, şi m-am ascuns.”

And he said, “I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.”

Isten azt kérdezte: Ki mondta neked, hogy mezítelen vagy? Vagy talán ettél a fáról, amelyről megtiltottam, hogy egyél?

És monda Ő: Ki mondá néked, hogy mezítelen vagy? Avagy talán ettél a fáról, melytől tiltottalak, hogy arról ne egyél?

And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

Şi Domnul Dumnezeu a zis: „Cine ţi-a spus că eşti gol? Nu cumva ai mâncat din pomul din care îţi poruncisem să nu mănânci?”

He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?”

Az ember ezt mondta: Az asszony, akit mellém adtál, ő adott nekem arról a fáról, azért ettem.

És monda az ember: Az asszony, a kit mellém adtál vala, ő ada nékem arról a fáról, úgy evém.

And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

Omul a răspuns: „Femeia pe care mi-ai dat-o ca să fie lângă mine, ea mi-a dat din pom şi am mâncat.”

The man said, “The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate.”

Ekkor az ÚR Isten azt kérdezte az asszonytól: Mit cselekedtél? Az asszony ezt felelte: A kígyó ámított el engem, azért ettem.

És monda az Úr Isten az asszonynak: Mit cselekedtél? Az asszony pedig monda: A kígyó ámított el engem, úgy evém.

And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Şi Domnul Dumnezeu a zis femeii: „Ce ai făcut?” Femeia a răspuns: „Şarpele m-a amăgit şi am mâncat din pom.”

Then the LORD God said to the woman, “What is this that you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

Akkor azt mondta az ÚR Isten a kígyónak: Mivel ezt tetted, átkozott légy minden jószág és minden mezei vad között. Hasadon járj, és port egyél életed minden napján.

És monda az Úr Isten a kígyónak: Mivelhogy ezt cselekedted, átkozott légy minden barom és minden mezei vad között; hasadon járj, és port egyél életed minden napjaiban.

And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Domnul Dumnezeu a zis şarpelui: „Fiindcă ai făcut lucrul acesta, blestemat eşti între toate vitele şi între toate fiarele de pe câmp; în toate zilele vieţii tale să te târăşti pe pântece şi să mănânci ţărână.

The LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and above all beasts of the field; on your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life.

Ellenségeskedést szerzek közötted és az asszony között, a te magod között és az ő magva között: ő a fejedre tapos, te pedig a sarkát mardosod.

És ellenségeskedést szerzek közötted és az asszony között, a te magod között, és az ő magva között: az neked fejedre tapos, te pedig annak sarkát mardosod.

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Vrăjmăşie voi pune între tine şi femeie, între sămânţa ta şi sămânţa ei. Aceasta îţi va zdrobi capul, şi tu îi vei zdrobi călcâiul.”

I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”

Az asszonynak azt mondta: Nagyon megsokasítom várandósságod fájdalmait. Fájdalommal szülsz gyermekeket, mégis vágyakozni fogsz a férjed után, ő pedig uralkodik rajtad.

Az asszonynak monda: Felette igen megsokasítom viselősséged fájdalmait, fájdalommal szűlsz magzatokat; és epekedel a te férjed után, ő pedig uralkodik te rajtad.

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Femeii i-a zis: „Voi mări foarte mult suferinţa şi însărcinarea ta; cu durere vei naşte copii, şi dorinţele tale se vor ţine după bărbatul tău, iar el va stăpâni peste tine.”

To the woman he said, “I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children. Your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.”

Az embernek pedig azt mondta: Mivel hallgattál a feleséged szavára, és ettél arról a fáról, amelyről azt parancsoltam, hogy ne egyél, átkozott legyen a föld temiattad, fáradságos munkával élj belőle életed minden napján.

Az embernek pedig monda: Mivelhogy hallgattál a te feleséged szavára, és ettél arról a fáról, a melyről azt parancsoltam, hogy ne egyél arról: Átkozott legyen a föld te miattad, fáradságos munkával élj belőle életednek minden napjaiban.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Omului i-a zis: „Fiindcă ai ascultat de glasul nevestei tale şi ai mâncat din pomul despre care îţi poruncisem: „Să nu mănânci deloc din el”, blestemat este acum pământul din pricina ta. Cu multă trudă să-ţi scoţi hrana din el în toate zilele vieţii tale;

And to Adam he said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, ‘You shall not eat of it,’ cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life;

Tövist és bogáncskórót teremjen neked, s a mező füvét egyed.

Töviset és bogácskórót teremjen tenéked; s egyed a mezőnek fűvét.

Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

spini şi pălămidă să-ţi dea şi să mănânci iarba de pe câmp.

thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you; and you shall eat the plants of the field.

Arcod verítékével egyed kenyeredet, mígnem visszatérsz a földbe, mert abból vétettél: mert por vagy te, és ismét porrá leszel.

Orczád verítékével egyed a te kenyeredet, míglen visszatérsz a földbe, mert abból vétettél: mert por vagy te s ismét porrá leszesz.

In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

În sudoarea feţei tale să-ţi mănânci pâinea, până te vei întoarce în pământ, căci din el ai fost luat; căci ţărână eşti şi în ţărână te vei întoarce.”

By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”

Ádám pedig Évának nevezte feleségét, mivelhogy ő lett az anyja minden élőnek.

Nevezte vala pedig Ádám az ő feleségét Évának, mivelhogy ő lett anyja minden élőnek.

And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Adam a pus nevestei sale numele Eva: căci ea a fost mama tuturor celor vii.

The man called his wife’s name Eve, because she was the mother of all living.

Az ÚR Isten pedig bőrruhát csinált Ádámnak és feleségének, és felöltöztette őket.

És csinála az Úr Isten Ádámnak és az ő feleségének bőr ruhákat, és felöltözteté őket.

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

Domnul Dumnezeu a făcut lui Adam şi nevestei lui haine de piele şi i-a îmbrăcat cu ele.

And the LORD God made for Adam and for his wife garments of skins and clothed them.

Majd azt mondta az ÚR Isten: Íme, az ember olyan lett, mint közülünk egy, mivel tudja, hogy mi a jó, és mi a rossz. Most tehát, hogy ki ne nyújtsa kezét, hogy szakítson az élet fájáról is, hogy egyen, és örökké éljen:

És monda az Úr Isten: Ímé az ember olyanná lett, mint mi közűlünk egy, jót és gonoszt tudván. Most tehát, hogy ki ne nyújtsa kezét, hogy szakaszszon az élet fájáról is, hogy egyék, s örökké éljen:

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Domnul Dumnezeu a zis: „Iată că omul a ajuns ca unul din Noi, cunoscând binele şi răul. Să-l împiedicăm, dar, acum ca nu cumva să-şi întindă mâna, să ia şi din pomul vieţii, să mănânce din el şi să trăiască în veci.”

Then the LORD God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—”

kiküldte az ÚR Isten az Éden kertjéből, hogy művelje a földet, amelyből vétetett.

Kiküldé őt az Úr Isten az Éden kertjéből, hogy mívelje a földet, a melyből vétetett vala.

Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

De aceea Domnul Dumnezeu l-a izgonit din grădina Edenului, ca să lucreze pământul din care fusese luat.

therefore the LORD God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken.

Kiűzte az embert, és odahelyezte az Éden kertjének keleti oldala felől a kerúbokat és a villogó lángpallost, hogy őrizzék az élet fájához vezető utat.

És kiűzé az embert, és oda helyezteté az Éden kertjének keleti oldala felől a Kerúbokat és a villogó pallos lángját, hogy őrizzék az élet fájának útját.

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Astfel a izgonit El pe Adam; şi la răsăritul grădinii Edenului a pus nişte heruvimi, care să învârtească o sabie învăpăiată, ca să păzească drumul care duce la pomul vieţii.

He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life.
