Mikor Abrám kilencvenkilenc esztendős volt, megjelent neki az ÚR, és azt mondta: Én a mindenható Isten vagyok, járj énelőttem, és légy tökéletes.

Mikor Ábrám kilenczvenkilencz esztendős vala, megjelenék az Úr Ábrámnak, és monda néki: Én a mindenható Isten vagyok, járj én előttem, és légy tökéletes.

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Când a fost Avram în vârstă de nouăzeci şi nouă de ani, Domnul i S-a arătat şi i-a zis: „Eu sunt Dumnezeul cel Atotputernic. Umblă înaintea Mea şi fii fără prihană.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless,

Szövetséget szerzek köztem és közted, és fölöttébb megsokasítalak téged.

És megkötöm az én szövetségemet én közöttem és te közötted: és felette igen megsokasítlak téged.

And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.

Voi face un legământ între Mine şi tine şi te voi înmulţi nespus de mult.”

that I may make my covenant between me and you, and may multiply you greatly.”

Ekkor arcra borult Abrám, Isten pedig így szólt hozzá:

És arczára borúla Ábrám; az Isten pedig szóla őnéki, mondván:

And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,

Avram s-a aruncat cu faţa la pământ; şi Dumnezeu i-a vorbit astfel:

Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him,

Ami engem illet, íme, ez az én szövetségem teveled, hogy népek sokaságának atyjává leszel:

A mi engem illet, imhol az én szövetségem te veled, hogy népek sokaságának atyjává leszesz.

As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

„Iată legământul Meu, pe care-l fac cu tine: vei fi tatăl multor neamuri.

“Behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations.

ne hívjanak ezután Abrámnak, hanem Ábrahám legyen a neved, mert népek sokaságának atyjává teszlek.

És ne neveztessék ezután a te neved Ábrámnak, hanem legyen a te neved Ábrahám, mert népek sokaságának atyjává teszlek téged.

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Nu te vei mai numi Avram; ci numele tău va fi Avraam; căci te fac tatăl multor neamuri.

No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham, for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.

Fölöttébb megsokasítalak, és népek támadnak, és királyok is származnak majd tőled.

És felette igen megsokasítalak téged; és népekké teszlek, és királyok is származnak tőled.

And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

Te voi înmulţi nespus de mult; voi face din tine neamuri întregi; şi din tine vor ieşi împăraţi.

I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make you into nations, and kings shall come from you.

Szövetséget kötök veled és a te utódaiddal, örök szövetséget minden nemzedékükkel, hogy Istened legyek neked és utódaidnak.

És megállapítom az én szövetségemet én közöttem és te közötted, és te utánad a te magod között annak nemzedékei szerint örök szövetségűl, hogy legyek tenéked Istened, és a te magodnak te utánad.

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

Voi pune legământul Meu între Mine şi tine şi sămânţa ta după tine, din neam în neam; acesta va fi un legământ veşnic, în puterea căruia Eu voi fi Dumnezeul tău şi al seminţei tale după tine.

And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you.

Neked és utódaidnak adom bujdosásod földjét, Kánaán egész földjét örök birtokul; és Istenük leszek.

És adom tenéked és a te magodnak te utánnad a te bujdosásod földét, Kanaánnak egész földét, örök birtokul; és Istenök lészek nékik.

And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Ţie, şi seminţei tale după tine, îţi voi da ţara în care locuieşti acum ca străin, şi anume îţi voi da toată ţara Canaanului în stăpânire veşnică; şi Eu voi fi Dumnezeul lor.”

And I will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God.”

Azután ezt mondta Isten Ábrahámnak: Te pedig őrizd meg a szövetségemet, te és utódaid, nemzedékről nemzedékre.

Annakfelette monda Isten Ábrahámnak: Te pedig az én szövetségemet megőrizzed, te és a te magod te utánad az ő nemzedékei szerint.

And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

Dumnezeu a zis lui Avraam: „Să păzeşti legământul Meu, tu şi sămânţa ta după tine, din neam în neam.

And God said to Abraham, “As for you, you shall keep my covenant, you and your offspring after you throughout their generations.

Ez az én szövetségem, amelyet veletek és utódaitokkal kötök, melyet meg kell tartanotok: metéljetek körül minden férfit közületek.

Ez [pedig] az én szövetségem, melyet meg kell tartanotok én közöttem és ti közöttetek, és a te utánnad való magod között: minden férfi körűlmetéltessék nálatok.

This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

Acesta este legământul Meu pe care să-l păziţi între Mine şi voi, şi sămânţa ta după tine: tot ce este de parte bărbătească între voi să fie tăiat împrejur.

This is my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and your offspring after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised.

Metéljétek körül férfitestetek bőrének elejét, és az lesz a jele a köztem és köztetek való szövetségnek.

És metéljétek körűl a ti férfitestetek bőrének elejét, és az lesz az én közöttem és ti közöttetek való szövetségnek jele.

And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

Să vă tăiaţi împrejur în carnea prepuţului vostru: şi acesta să fie semnul legământului dintre Mine şi voi.

You shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and you.

Nyolcnapos korában metéljetek körül minden fiúgyermeket közületek nemzedékről nemzedékre. Akár a házadnál született, akár pénzen vásárolták valamely idegentől, aki nem a te ivadékod.

Nyolcznapos korában körűlmetéltessék nálatok minden férfigyermek nemzedékeiteknél; akár háznál született, akár pénzen vásároltatott valamely idegentől, a ki nem a te magodból való.

And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.

La vârsta de opt zile, orice copil de parte bărbătească dintre voi să fie tăiat împrejur, neam după neam: fie că este rob născut în casă, fie că este cumpărat cu bani de la vreun străin, care nu face parte din neamul tău.

He who is eight days old among you shall be circumcised. Every male throughout your generations, whether born in your house or bought with your money from any foreigner who is not of your offspring,

Metéljék körül a házadban születettet és a pénzeden vásároltat is. Örökkévaló szövetségül lesz az én szövetségem a testeteken.

Körűlmetéltetvén körűlmetéltessék a házadban született és a pénzeden vett; és örökkévaló szövetségűl lesz az én szövetségem a ti testeteken.

He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

Va trebui tăiat împrejur atât robul născut în casă, cât şi cel cumpărat cu bani; şi astfel legământul Meu să fie întărit în carnea voastră ca un legământ veşnic.

both he who is born in your house and he who is bought with your money, shall surely be circumcised. So shall my covenant be in your flesh an everlasting covenant.

A körülmetéletlen férfi pedig, akinek nem metélték körül férfitestének bőrét, az ilyen lélek kivágatik népe közül, mert felbontotta a szövetségemet.

A körűlmetéletlen férfi pedig, a ki körűl nem metélteti az ő férfitestének bőrét, az ilyen lélek kivágattatik az ő népe közűl, [mert] felbontotta az én szövetségemet.

And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

Un copil de parte bărbătească netăiat împrejur în carnea prepuţului lui să fie nimicit din mijlocul neamului său: a călcat legământul Meu.”

Any uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin shall be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.”

Azután ezt mondta Isten Ábrahámnak: Szárajt, a feleségedet ne nevezd Szárajnak, mert Sára a neve.

És monda Isten Ábrahámnak: Szárainak, a te feleségednek nevét ne nevezd Szárainak, mert Sára az ő neve.

And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.

Dumnezeu a zis lui Avraam: „Să nu mai chemi Sarai pe nevasta ta, Sarai; ci numele ei să fie Sara.

And God said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.

Megáldom őt, és fiút is adok tőle neked, és megáldom, hogy népek támadjanak belőle, és népek királyai származzanak tőle.

És megáldom őt, és fiat is adok ő tőle néked, és megáldom, hogy legyen népekké; nemzetek királyai származzanak ő tőle.

And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.

Eu o voi binecuvânta, şi îţi voi da un fiu din ea; da, o voi binecuvânta, şi ea va fi mama unor neamuri întregi; chiar împăraţi de noroade vor ieşi din ea.”

I will bless her, and moreover, I will give you a son by her. I will bless her, and she shall become nations; kings of peoples shall come from her.”

Ekkor arcra borult Ábrahám, és nevetett, mert azt gondolta szívében: vajon százesztendős embernek lehet-e gyermeke? Avagy Sára kilencvenesztendős lévén szülhet-e?

Ekkor arczára borúla Ábrahám, és nevete és gondolá az ő szívében: vajjon száz esztendős embernek lesz-é gyermeke? avagy Sára kilenczven esztendős lévén, szűlhet-é?

Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

Avraam s-a aruncat cu faţa la pământ şi a râs, căci a zis în inima lui: „Să i se mai nască oare un fiu unui bărbat de o sută de ani? Şi să mai nască oare Sara la nouăzeci de ani?”

Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed and said to himself, “Shall a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?”

Ábrahám ezt mondta Istennek: Bárcsak Izmael élne teelőtted!

És monda Ábrahám az Istennek: Vajha Ismáel élne te előtted.

And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!

Şi Avraam a zis lui Dumnezeu: „Să trăiască Ismael înaintea Ta!”

And Abraham said to God, “Oh that Ishmael might live before you!”

Isten pedig azt mondta: Feleséged, Sára kétség nélkül fiút szül neked, akit Izsáknak nevezel, és megerősítem szövetségemet ővele és az ő ivadékaival, örökkévaló szövetségül.

Az Isten pedig monda: Kétségnélkűl a te feleséged Sára szűl néked fiat, és nevezed annak nevét Izsáknak, és megerősítem az én szövetségemet ő vele örökkévaló szövetségűl az ő magvának ő utánna.

And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

Dumnezeu a zis: „Cu adevărat, nevasta ta, Sara, îţi va naşte un fiu; şi-i vei pune numele Isaac. Eu voi încheia legământul Meu cu el, ca un legământ veşnic pentru sămânţa lui după el.

God said, “No, but Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his offspring after him.

Izmael felől is meghallgatlak: Íme, megáldom, megszaporítom és fölöttébb megsokasítom őt. Tizenkét fejedelmet nemz, és nagy néppé teszem.

Ismáel felől is meghallgattalak: Ímé megáldom őt, és megszaporítom őt és megsokasítom őt felette nagyon; tizenkét fejedelmet nemz, és nagy néppé teszem őt.

And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

Dar şi cu privire la Ismael te-am ascultat. Iată, îl voi binecuvânta, îl voi face să crească şi îl voi înmulţi nespus de mult; doisprezece voievozi va naşte, şi voi face din el un neam mare.

As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I have blessed him and will make him fruitful and multiply him greatly. He shall father twelve princes, and I will make him into a great nation.

Szövetségemet pedig megerősítem Izsákkal, akit Sára szül neked ez idő tájt, a következő esztendőben.

Az én szövetségemet pedig megerősítem Izsákkal, kit néked szűl Sára ez időkorban a következő esztendőben.

But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.

Dar legământul Meu îl voi încheia cu Isaac, pe care ţi-l va naşte Sara la anul pe vremea aceasta.”

But I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this time next year.”

Amikor Isten befejezte a vele való beszédet, fölment Ábrahámtól.

És elvégezé vele való beszédét, és felméne az Isten Ábrahámtól.

And he left off talking with him, and God went up from Abraham.

Când a isprăvit de vorbit cu el, Dumnezeu S-a înălţat de la Avraam.

When he had finished talking with him, God went up from Abraham.

Vette azért Ábrahám a fiát, Izmaelt és háza minden szülöttjét és azt is mind, akit pénzen vett, minden férfit Ábrahám háza népe közül, és körülmetélte férfitestüknek bőrét még azon a napon, ahogyan meghagyta neki Isten.

Vevé azért Ábrahám Ismáelt az ő fiát, és háza minden szülöttét, és mind a pénzén vetteket, minden férfiat Ábrahám házanépe közűl és körűlmetélé férfitestöknek bőrét ugyanazon napon, a mikor szólott vala vele az Isten.

And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as God had said unto him.

Avraam a luat pe fiul său, Ismael, pe toţi cei ce se născuseră în casa lui şi pe toţi robii cumpăraţi cu bani, adică pe toţi cei de parte bărbătească dintre oamenii din casa lui Avraam, şi le-a tăiat împrejur carnea prepuţului, chiar în ziua aceea, după porunca pe care i-o dăduse Dumnezeu.

Then Abraham took Ishmael his son and all those born in his house or bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham’s house, and he circumcised the flesh of their foreskins that very day, as God had said to him.

And Abraham was ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

Fia, Izmael, tizenhárom esztendős volt, mikor körülmetélték.

Ismáel pedig az ő fia tizenhárom esztendős vala, mikor körűlmetélék az ő férfitestének bőrét.

And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

Fiul său, Ismael, era în vârstă de treisprezece ani când a fost tăiat împrejur în carnea prepuţului său.

And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

Ugyanazon a napon metéltetett körül Ábrahám és Izmael, az ő fia.

Ugyanazon napon metéltetett körűl Ábrahám és Ismáel az ő fia.

In the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son.

Avraam şi fiul său, Ismael, au fost tăiaţi împrejur chiar în ziua aceea.

That very day Abraham and his son Ishmael were circumcised.

És vele együtt körülmetélték házának minden férfitagját, háza szülötteit és akiket idegen embertől pénzen vásároltak.

És házának minden férfi tagja, háza szülöttei és kik idegen embertől pénzen vásároltattak, vele együtt körűlmetéltetének.

And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.

Şi toţi oamenii din casa lui: robi născuţi în casa lui, sau cumpăraţi cu bani de la străini, au fost tăiaţi împrejur împreună cu el.

And all the men of his house, those born in the house and those bought with money from a foreigner, were circumcised with him.
