Ábrahám pedig ismét feleséget vett magának, akinek Ketúrá volt a neve.

Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.

Avraam a mai luat o nevastă, numită Chetura.

Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah.

And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.

Ea i-a născut pe Zimran, pe Iocşan, pe Medan, pe Madian, pe Işbac şi Şuah.

She bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah.

Joksán pedig Sebát és Dedánt nemzette. Dedán fiai lettek az assúriak, letúsiak és a leummiak.

And Jokshan begat Sheba, and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, and Letushim, and Leummim.

Jokshan fathered Sheba and Dedan. The sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim.

Midján fiai pedig: Éfá, Éfer, Hanók, Abidá és Eldáá. Mindezek Ketúrá fiai.

S Midiánnak fiai: Éfah, Éfer, Hánok, Abida és Eldaah: Mind ezek Ketúráhnak fiai.

And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abidah, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah.

Fiii lui Madian au fost: Efa, Efer, Enoh, Abida şi Eldaa. Toţi aceştia sunt fiii Cheturei.

The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah.

Ábrahám mindazt, amije volt, Izsáknak adta.

Valamije pedig Ábrahámnak vala, mindazt Izsáknak adta vala.

And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac.

Avraam a dat lui Isaac toate averile sale.

Abraham gave all he had to Isaac.

Azoknak a fiainak pedig, akik az ágyasaitól származtak, ajándékokat adott, és még életében elküldte őket fia, Izsák mellől kelet felé, egy keleti tartományba.

Az ágyasok fiainak pedig, a kik Ábraháméi valának, ada Ábrahám ajándékokat, és elküldé azokat az ő fia mellől, Izsák mellől még éltében napkelet felé, napkeleti tartományba.

But unto the sons of the concubines, which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country.

Dar a dat daruri fiilor ţiitoarelor sale; şi, pe când era încă în viaţă, i-a îndepărtat de lângă fiul său, Isaac, înspre răsărit, în ţara răsăritului.

But to the sons of his concubines Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he sent them away from his son Isaac, eastward to the east country.

Ez Ábrahám életének ideje, amelyet megért: százhetvenöt esztendő.

S ezek Ábrahám élete esztendeinek napjai, melyeket élt: száz hetvenöt esztendő.

And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years.

Iată zilele anilor vieţii lui Avraam: el a trăit o sută şaptezeci şi cinci de ani.

These are the days of the years of Abraham’s life, 175 years.

És elhunyt Ábrahám, meghalt jó vénségben, öregen és betelve az élettel, és elődei mellé temették.

És kimúlék és meghala Ábrahám, jó vénségben, öregen és betelve az [élettel], és takaríttaték az ő népéhez.

Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.

Avraam şi-a dat duhul şi a murit, după o bătrâneţe fericită, înaintat în vârstă şi sătul de zile; şi a fost adăugat la poporul său.

Abraham breathed his last and died in a good old age, an old man and full of years, and was gathered to his people.

Fiai, Izsák és Izmael temették el Makpéla barlangjában, Efrónnak, a hettita Cóhar fiának mezején, Mamréval szemben.

És eltemeték őt Izsák és Ismáel az ő fiai a Makpelá barlangjában, Efronnak, a Khitteus Czohár fiának mezejében, mely Mamré átellenében van.

And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is before Mamre;

The field which Abraham purchased of the sons of Heth: there was Abraham buried, and Sarah his wife.

Ábrahám halála után Isten megáldotta fiát, Izsákot. Izsák pedig a Lahajrói-kútnál lakott.

Lőn pedig Ábrahám halála után, megáldá Isten az ő fiát Izsákot; Izsák pedig lakozék a Lakhai Rói forrásánál.

And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac; and Isaac dwelt by the well Lahairoi.

După moartea lui Avraam, Dumnezeu a binecuvântat pe fiul său, Isaac. El locuia lângă fântâna „Lahai-Roi.”

After the death of Abraham, God blessed Isaac his son. And Isaac settled at Beer-lahai-roi.

Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's handmaid, bare unto Abraham:

Iată spiţa neamului lui Ismael, fiul lui Avraam, pe care-l născuse lui Avraam, egipteanca Agar, roaba Sarei.

These are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s servant, bore to Abraham.

Ezek Izmael fiai nevük és nemzetségük szerint: Izmael elsőszülöttje Nebájót, azután Kédár, Adbeél és Mibszám.

Ezek az Ismáel fiainak nevei, nevök s nemzetségök szerint: Ismáelnek elsőszülötte Nebájót, azután Kédar, Adbeél és Mibszám.

And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, according to their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

Iată numele fiilor lui Ismael, după numele lor, după neamurile lor: Nebaiot, întâiul născut al lui Ismael; Chedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

These are the names of the sons of Ishmael, named in the order of their birth: Nebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmael; and Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

Ezek Izmael fiai, és ez azoknak a neve táborhelyeik és falvaik szerint: tizenkét fejedelem, nemzetségük szerint.

Ezek az Ismáel fiai, és ezek azoknak nevei udvaraikban, falvaikban; tizenkét fejedelem az ő nemzetségök szerint.

These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations.

Aceştia sunt fiii lui Ismael; acestea sunt numele lor, după satele şi taberele lor. Ei au fost cei doisprezece voievozi, după neamurile lor.

These are the sons of Ishmael and these are their names, by their villages and by their encampments, twelve princes according to their tribes.

Ez Izmael életének ideje: százharminchét esztendő. Elhunyt Izmael, meghalt, és népéhez tért.

Ezek pedig az Ismáel életének esztendei: száz harminczkét esztendő. És kimúlék és meghala, és takaríttaték az ő népéhez.

And these are the years of the life of Ishmael, an hundred and thirty and seven years: and he gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto his people.

Şi iată anii vieţii lui Ismael: o sută treizeci şi şapte de ani. El şi-a dat duhul şi a murit, şi a fost adăugat la poporul său.

(These are the years of the life of Ishmael: 137 years. He breathed his last and died, and was gathered to his people.)

Utódai Havílától Súrig laktak, amely Egyiptommal szemben van, amerre Asszíriába mennek. Összes testvérével szemben volt a lakóhelye.

Lakoztak pedig Havilától fogva Súrig, a mely Égyiptom átellenében van, a merre Assiriába mennek. Minden atyjafiával szemben esett az ő [lakása].

And they dwelt from Havilah unto Shur, that is before Egypt, as thou goest toward Assyria: and he died in the presence of all his brethren.

Fiii lui au locuit de la Havila până la Şur, care este în faţa Egiptului, cum mergi spre Asiria. El s-a aşezat în faţa tuturor fraţilor lui.

They settled from Havilah to Shur, which is opposite Egypt in the direction of Assyria. He settled over against all his kinsmen.

Ezek pedig Izsáknak, Ábrahám fiának a nemzetségei: Ábrahám nemzette Izsákot.

And these are the generations of Isaac, Abraham's son: Abraham begat Isaac:

Iată spiţa neamului lui Isaac, fiul lui Avraam. Avraam a născut pe Isaac.

These are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham fathered Isaac,

Izsák pedig negyvenesztendős volt, amikor feleségül vette Rebekát, az arámi Betúél leányát, Paddan-Arámból az arámi Lábán húgát.

Izsák pedig negyven esztendős vala, a mikor feleségűl vette Rebekát a Siriából való Bethuélnek leányát, Mésopotámiából, a Siriából való Lábánnak húgát.

And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian.

Isaac era în vârstă de patruzeci de ani când a luat de nevastă pe Rebeca, fata lui Betuel, arameul din Padan-Aram, şi sora lui Laban, arameul.

and Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Aramean of Paddan-aram, the sister of Laban the Aramean, to be his wife.

És könyörgött Izsák az ÚRhoz a feleségéért, mivelhogy az meddő volt. Az ÚR meghallgatta, és várandós lett Rebeka, a felesége.

És könyörge Izsák az Úrnak az ő feleségéért, mivelhogy magtalan vala, és az Úr meghallgatá őt: és teherbe esék Rebeka, az ő felesége.

And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.

Isaac s-a rugat Domnului pentru nevasta sa, căci era stearpă; şi Domnul l-a ascultat: nevasta sa, Rebeca, a rămas însărcinată.

And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife, because she was barren. And the LORD granted his prayer, and Rebekah his wife conceived.

És két fiúgyermek tusakodott a méhében. Akkor ezt mondta: Ha már így van, miért vagyok így? Elment azért, hogy megkérdezze az URat.

Tusakodnak vala pedig a fiak az ő méhében. Akkor monda: Ha így van, miért vagyok én így? Elméne azért, hogy megkérdezze az Urat.

And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD.

Copiii se băteau în pântecele ei; şi ea a zis: „Dacă-i aşa, pentru ce mai sunt însărcinată?” S-a dus să întrebe pe Domnul.

The children struggled together within her, and she said, “If it is thus, why is this happening to me?” So she went to inquire of the LORD.

És ezt mondta neki az ÚR: Két nemzetség van méhedben. Két nép válik ki bensődből; az egyik erősebb lesz a másiknál, és a nagyobbik szolgál a kisebbiknek.

És monda az Úr őnéki: Két nemzetség van a te méhedben; és két nép válik ki a te belsődből, egyik nép a másik népnél erősebb lesz, és a nagyobbik szolgál a kisebbiknek.

And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.

Şi Domnul i-a zis: „Două neamuri sunt în pântecele tău, şi două noroade se vor despărţi la ieşirea din pântecele tău. Unul din noroadele acestea va fi mai tare decât celălalt. Şi cel mai mare va sluji celui mai mic.”

And the LORD said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you shall be divided; the one shall be stronger than the other, the older shall serve the younger.”

És elérkezett szülésének ideje, és ímé, ikrek voltak a méhében.

És betelének az ő szülésének napjai, és ímé kettősök valának az ő méhében.

And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.

S-au împlinit zilele când avea să nască; şi iată că în pântecele ei erau doi gemeni.

When her days to give birth were completed, behold, there were twins in her womb.

Kijött az első: vöröses volt, mindenestől szőrös, mint a daróc. Ezért nevezték Ézsaunak.

És kijöve az első; vereses vala, mindenestől szőrös, mint egy lazsnak; azért nevezék nevét Ézsaúnak.

And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau.

Cel dintâi a ieşit roşu de tot, ca o manta de păr, şi de aceea i-au pus numele Esau.

The first came out red, all his body like a hairy cloak, so they called his name Esau.

Azután kijött a testvére, kezével Ézsau sarkába fogódzva. Ezért nevezték Jákóbnak. Izsák pedig hatvanesztendős volt, amikor ők születtek.

Azután kijöve az ő atyjafia, kezével Ézsaú sarkába fogódzva; azért nevezék nevét Jákóbnak. Izsák pedig hatvan esztendős vala, a mikor ezek születének.

And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.

Apoi a ieşit fratele său, care ţinea cu mâna de călcâi pe Esau; şi de aceea i-au pus numele Iacov. Isaac era în vârstă de şaizeci de ani când s-au născut ei.

Afterward his brother came out with his hand holding Esau’s heel, so his name was called Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them.

Amikor felnövekedtek a gyermekek, Ézsau vadászathoz értő mezei ember lett, Jákób pedig szelíd sátorlakó.

És felnevekedének a gyermekek, és Ézsaú vadászathoz értő mezei ember vala; Jákób pedig szelíd ember, sátorban lakozó.

And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents.

Băieţii aceştia s-au făcut mari. Esau a ajuns un vânător îndemânatic, un om care îşi petrecea vremea mai mult pe câmp; dar Iacov era un om liniştit, care stătea acasă în corturi.

When the boys grew up, Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field, while Jacob was a quiet man, dwelling in tents.

Izsák Ézsaut szerette, mert ízlett neki a vad, Rebeka pedig Jákóbot szerette.

Szereti vala azért Izsák Ézsaút, mert szájaíze szerint vala a vad; Rebeka pedig szereti vala Jákóbot.

And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Isaac iubea pe Esau, pentru că mânca din vânatul lui; Rebeca însă iubea mai mult pe Iacov.

Isaac loved Esau because he ate of his game, but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Jákób egyszer valami főzeléket főzött, és Ézsau fáradtan jött meg a mezőről.

Jákób egyszer valami főzeléket főze, és Ézsaú megjövén elfáradva a mezőről,

And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint:

Odată, pe când fierbea Iacov o ciorbă, Esau s-a întors de la câmp, rupt de oboseală.

Once when Jacob was cooking stew, Esau came in from the field, and he was exhausted.

Így szólt Jákóbhoz: hadd egyem abból a vörös ételből, mert fáradt vagyok. Ezért nevezték őt Edómnak.

Monda Ézsaú Jákóbnak: Engedd, hogy ehessem a veres ételből, mert fáradt vagyok. Ezért nevezék nevét Edomnak.

And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

Şi Esau a zis lui Iacov: „Dă-mi, te rog, să mănânc din ciorba aceasta roşiatică, fiindcă sunt rupt de oboseală.” Pentru aceea s-a dat lui Esau numele Edom.

And Esau said to Jacob, “Let me eat some of that red stew, for I am exhausted!” (Therefore his name was called Edom.)

De Jákób ezt felelte: Add el érte nekem most azonnal az elsőszülöttségedet.

Jákób pedig monda: Add el hát nékem azonnal a te elsőszülöttségedet.

And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.

Iacov a zis: „Vinde-mi azi dreptul tău de întâi născut!”

Jacob said, “Sell me your birthright now.”

És mondta Ézsau: Íme, én közel járok a halálhoz, mire jó hát nekem az én elsőszülöttségem?

És monda Ézsaú; Ímé én halni járok, mire való hát nékem az én elsőszülöttségem?

And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

Esau a răspuns: „Iată-mă, sunt pe moarte; la ce-mi slujeşte dreptul acesta de întâi născut?”

Esau said, “I am about to die; of what use is a birthright to me?”

Jákób ezt felelte: Esküdj meg hát nekem azonnal! Ő megesküdött neki, és eladta az elsőszülöttségi jogát Jákóbnak.

És monda Jákób: Esküdjél meg hát nékem azonnal, és megesküvék néki és eladá az ő elsőszülöttségét Jákóbnak.

And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

Şi Iacov a zis: „Jură-mi întâi.” Esau i-a jurat şi astfel şi-a vândut dreptul de întâi născut lui Iacov.

Jacob said, “Swear to me now.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.

S ekkor Jákób adott Ézsaunak kenyeret és főtt lencsét, és ő evett és ivott, majd fölkelt és elment. Így vetette meg Ézsau az elsőszülöttséget.

S akkor Jákób ada Ézsaúnak kenyeret, és főtt lencsét, és evék és ivék, és felkele és elméne. Így veté meg Ézsaú az elsőszülöttséget.

Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.

Atunci Iacov a dat lui Esau pâine şi ciorbă de linte. El a mâncat şi a băut; apoi s-a sculat şi a plecat. Astfel şi-a nesocotit Esau dreptul de întâi născut.

Then Jacob gave Esau bread and lentil stew, and he ate and drank and rose and went his way. Thus Esau despised his birthright.
