Azután elköltözött onnan Ábrahám a déli tartományba, és letelepedett Kádés és Súr között, és Gerárban tartózkodott.

És elköltözék onnan Ábrahám a déli tartományba, és letelepedék Kádes és Súr között, és tartózkodék Gérárban.

And Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar.

Avraam a plecat de acolo în ţara de miazăzi, s-a aşezat între Cades şi Şur şi a locuit ca străin în Gherar.

From there Abraham journeyed toward the territory of the Negeb and lived between Kadesh and Shur; and he sojourned in Gerar.

Ábrahám azt mondta Sáráról, a feleségéről: A húgom ő. Ezért érte küldött Abímelek, Gerár királya, és elvitette Sárát.

És monda Ábrahám Sáráról az ő feleségéről: Én húgom ő. Elkülde azért Abimélek Gérárnak királya, és elviteté Sárát.

And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah.

Avraam zicea despre Sara, nevasta sa: „Este sora mea!” S-a temut să spună că este nevasta sa, ca să nu-l omoare oamenii din cetate, din pricina ei. Abimelec, împăratul Gherarului, a trimis şi a luat pe Sara.

And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, “She is my sister.” And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah.

De Isten Abímelekhez jött éjjeli álomban, és azt mondta neki: Íme, meghalsz az asszonyért, akit elvettél, holott férjnél van.

De Isten Abimélekhez jöve éjjeli álomban, és monda néki: Ímé meghalsz az asszonyért, a kit elvettél, holott férjnél van.

But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.

Atunci Dumnezeu S-a arătat noaptea în vis lui Abimelec şi i-a zis: „Iată, ai să mori din pricina femeii pe care ai luat-o, căci este nevasta unui bărbat.”

But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night and said to him, “Behold, you are a dead man because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is a man’s wife.”

Abímelek pedig nem illette még az asszonyt, és ezt mondta: Uram, az ártatlan népet is megölöd-e?

Abimélek pedig nem illette vala őt, és monda: Uram, az ártatlan népet is megölöd-é?

But Abimelech had not come near her: and he said, LORD, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation?

Abimelec, care nu se apropiase de ea, a răspuns: „Doamne, vei omorî Tu oare chiar şi un neam nevinovat?

Now Abimelech had not approached her. So he said, “Lord, will you kill an innocent people?

Avagy nem Ábrahám mondta-e nekem: a húgom ő? S ez is azt mondta: a bátyám ő. Szívem ártatlanságában és kezem tisztaságában cselekedtem ezt.

Avagy nem ő mondotta-é nékem: én húgom ő; s ez is azt mondotta: én bátyám ő. Szívem ártatlanságában, és kezeim tisztaságában cselekedtem ezt.

Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.

Nu mi-a spus el că este sora sa? Şi n-a zis ea însăşi că el este fratele său? Eu am lucrat cu inimă curată şi cu mâini nevinovate.”

Did he not himself say to me, ‘She is my sister’? And she herself said, ‘He is my brother.’ In the integrity of my heart and the innocence of my hands I have done this.”

Akkor azt mondta Isten neki álomban: Én is tudom, hogy szíved ártatlanságában művelted ezt, azért én is visszatartottalak attól, hogy vétkezz ellenem; ezért nem engedtem, hogy illessed őt.

És monda az Isten néki álomban: Én is tudom, hogy szívednek ártatlanságában mívelted ezt, azért tartóztattalak én is, hogy ne vétkezzél ellenem, azért nem engedtem, hogy illessed azt.

And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her.

Dumnezeu i-a zis în vis: „Ştiu şi Eu că ai lucrat cu inimă curată: de aceea te-am şi ferit să păcătuieşti împotriva Mea. Iată de ce n-am îngăduit să te atingi de ea.

Then God said to him in the dream, “Yes, I know that you have done this in the integrity of your heart, and it was I who kept you from sinning against me. Therefore I did not let you touch her.

Most azért add vissza annak az embernek a feleségét, mert próféta ő, és imádkozni fog érted, hogy élj. Ha pedig nem adod vissza, tudd meg, hogy meghalsz minden hozzátartozóddal együtt.

Mostan azért add vissza az embernek az ő feleségét, mert Próféta ő: és imádkozik te éretted, és élsz; hogyha pedig vissza nem adod: tudd meg, hogy halállal halsz meg te, és minden hozzád tartozó.

Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.

Acum, dă omului nevasta înapoi; căci el este proroc, se va ruga pentru tine şi vei trăi. Dar, dacă n-o dai înapoi, să ştii că vei muri negreşit, tu şi tot ce-i al tău.”

Now then, return the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, so that he will pray for you, and you shall live. But if you do not return her, know that you shall surely die, you and all who are yours.”

Reggel tehát fölkelt Abímelek, és előhívta minden szolgáját, s fülük hallatára mindezeket elbeszélte, és az emberek igen megijedtek.

Felkele azért Abimélek reggel, és előhívatá minden szolgáját, s fülök hallatára mindezeket elbeszélé és az emberek igen megfélemlének.

Therefore Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ears: and the men were sore afraid.

Abimelec s-a sculat dis-de-dimineaţă, a chemat pe toţi slujitorii săi şi le-a spus tot ce se întâmplase. Şi oamenii aceia au fost cuprinşi de o mare spaimă.

So Abimelech rose early in the morning and called all his servants and told them all these things. And the men were very much afraid.

Azután hívatta Abímelek Ábrahámot, és ezt mondta neki: Mit cselekedtél velünk? És mit vétettem ellened, hogy énreám és országomra ilyen nagy bűnt hoztál? Olyan dolgokat cselekedtél ellenem, amiket cselekedni nem szabad!

És hívatá Abimélek Ábrahámot, és monda néki: Mit cselekedtél mi velünk? És mit vétettem te ellened, hogy én reám és az én országomra ilyen nagy bűnt hoztál? A miket cselekedni nem szabad, olyan dolgokat cselekedtél ellenem.

Then Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and what have I offended thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done.

Abimelec a chemat şi pe Avraam şi i-a zis: „Ce ne-ai făcut? Şi cu ce am păcătuit eu împotriva ta, de ai făcut să vină peste mine şi peste împărăţia mea un păcat atât de mare? Ai făcut faţă de mine lucruri care nu trebuiau nicidecum făcute.”

Then Abimelech called Abraham and said to him, “What have you done to us? And how have I sinned against you, that you have brought on me and my kingdom a great sin? You have done to me things that ought not to be done.”

Majd azt mondta Abímelek Ábrahámnak: Mi jutott eszedbe, hogy ezt a dolgot cselekedted?

És monda Abimélek Ábrahámnak: Mit láttál, hogy ezt a dolgot cselekedted?

And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What sawest thou, that thou hast done this thing?

Şi Abimelec a zis lui Avraam: „Ce ai văzut de ai făcut lucrul acesta?”

And Abimelech said to Abraham, “What did you see, that you did this thing?”

Ábrahám így felelt: Bizony, azt gondoltam: nincs istenfélelem e helyen, és megölnek engem a feleségemért.

Felele Ábrahám: Bizony azt gondoltam: nincsen istenfélelem e helyen, és megölnek engem az én feleségemért.

And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake.

Avraam a răspuns: „Îmi ziceam că, fără îndoială, nu-i nicio frică de Dumnezeu în ţara aceasta şi că au să mă omoare din pricina nevestei mele.

Abraham said, “I did it because I thought, ‘There is no fear of God at all in this place, and they will kill me because of my wife.’

De valósággal húgom is, apám leánya ő, csakhogy nem az én anyámnak leánya, és így lett feleségemmé.

De valósággal húgom is, az én atyámnak leánya ő, csakhogy nem az én anyámnak leánya; és így lőn feleségemmé.

And yet indeed she is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.

De altfel, este adevărat că este sora mea, fiica tatălui meu; numai că nu-i fiica mamei mele; şi a ajuns să-mi fie nevastă.

Besides, she is indeed my sister, the daughter of my father though not the daughter of my mother, and she became my wife.

Amikor Isten kibujdostatott engem atyám házából, azt mondtam a feleségemnek: Tedd meg nekem azt a kedvességet, hogy ahová megyünk, mindenütt azt mondod rólam: a bátyám ő.

És lőn hogy a mikor kibujdostata engem az Isten az én atyámnak házából, azt mondám néki: Ilyen kegyességet cselekedjél én velem, mindenütt valahová megyünk, azt mondjad én felőlem: én bátyám ez.

And it came to pass, when God caused me to wander from my father's house, that I said unto her, This is thy kindness which thou shalt shew unto me; at every place whither we shall come, say of me, He is my brother.

Când m-a scos Dumnezeu din casa tatălui meu, am zis Sarei: „Iată hatârul pe care ai să mi-l faci: în toate locurile unde vom merge, spune despre mine că sunt fratele tău.”

And when God caused me to wander from my father’s house, I said to her, ‘This is the kindness you must do me: at every place to which we come, say of me, “He is my brother.”’”

Akkor Abímelek vett juhokat, ökröket, szolgákat és szolgálókat, és Ábrahámnak adta, és visszaadta neki Sárát is, a feleségét.

Akkor Abimélek vett juhokat, ökröket, szolgákat és szolgálókat, és adá Ábrahámnak, és vissza adá néki Sárát is az ő feleségét.

And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife.

Abimelec a luat oi şi boi, robi şi roabe şi le-a dat lui Avraam; şi i-a dat înapoi şi pe Sara, nevasta sa.

Then Abimelech took sheep and oxen, and male servants and female servants, and gave them to Abraham, and returned Sarah his wife to him.

Azt mondta Abímelek: Íme, előtted van országom, ahol jónak tetszik neked, ott lakjál.

És monda Abimélek: Ímé előtted van az én országom, a hol tenéked jónak tetszik, ott lakjál.

And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee.

Abimelec a zis: „Iată, ţara mea este înaintea ta; locuieşte unde-ţi va plăcea.”

And Abimelech said, “Behold, my land is before you; dwell where it pleases you.”

Sárának pedig ezt mondta: Íme, ezer ezüstpénzt adtam bátyádnak, íme, az neked a szemek befedezője mindazok előtt, akik veled vannak. Így mindenképpen igazolva vagy.

Sárának pedig monda: Ímé ezer ezüst pénzt adtam a te bátyádnak, ímé az neked a szemek befedezője mindazok előtt, a kik veled vannak; és így mindenképen igazolva vagy.

And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other: thus she was reproved.

Şi Sarei i-a zis: „Iată, dau fratelui tău o mie de arginţi; aceasta să-ţi fie o dovadă de cinste faţă de toţi cei ce sunt cu tine, aşa că înaintea tuturor vei fi fără vină.”

To Sarah he said, “Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver. It is a sign of your innocence in the eyes of all who are with you, and before everyone you are vindicated.”

Könyörgött azért Ábrahám Istennek, és meggyógyította Isten Abímeleket, feleségét és szolgálóit; úgyhogy ismét szülhettek.

Könyörge azért Ábrahám az Istennek, és meggyógyítá Isten Abiméleket, és az ő feleségét, és az ő szolgálóit, és szűlének.

So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children.

Avraam s-a rugat lui Dumnezeu, şi Dumnezeu a însănătoşit pe Abimelec, pe nevasta şi roabele lui, aşa că au putut să nască.

Then Abraham prayed to God, and God healed Abimelech, and also healed his wife and female slaves so that they bore children.

Mert az ÚR erősen bezárta Abímelek háza népének méhét Sáráért, Ábrahám feleségéért.

Mert az Úr erősen bezárta vala az Abimélek háza népének méhét, Sáráért az Ábrahám feleségéért.

For the LORD had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife.

Fiindcă Domnul încuiase pântecele tuturor femeilor din casa lui Abimelec, din pricina Sarei, nevasta lui Avraam.

For the LORD had closed all the wombs of the house of Abimelech because of Sarah, Abraham’s wife.
