Ammón fiai felől azt mondja az ÚR: Vajon nincsenek Izráelnek fiai? Nincsen örököse? Miért birtokolja Milkóm Gádot, és népe miért lakik annak városaiban?

Az Ammon fiai felől ezt mondja az Úr: Nincsenek-é Izráelnek fiai? Nincsen-é örököse néki? Miért birtokolja Milkom Gádot, és az ő népe miért lakik annak városaiban?

Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?

Asupra copiilor lui Amon. Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „N-are Israel fii? Şi n-are moştenitori? Atunci pentru ce stăpâneşte Malcom Gadul şi locuieşte poporul lui în cetăţile lui?

Concerning the Ammonites. Thus says the LORD: “Has Israel no sons? Has he no heir? Why then has Milcom dispossessed Gad, and his people settled in its cities?

Azért íme, eljönnek a napok – ezt mondja az ÚR –, amikor harci riadót hallanak az ammóni Rabbában, és romhalmazzá lesz az. Falvait felperzselik, és Izráel fogja birtokolni birtokát – ezt mondja az ÚR.

Azért ímé eljőnek a napok, azt mondja az Úr, és harczi riadót hallatok Rabbában az Ammon fiaival, és romhalommá lesz, és leányai tűzzel égettetnek meg, és Izráel birtokolja azokat, a kik [most] őt birtokolják, azt mondja az Úr.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

De aceea, iată că vin zile, zice Domnul, când voi face să răsune strigătul de război împotriva Rabei copiilor lui Amon. Ea va ajunge un morman de dărâmături, şi satele sale vor fi arse de foc. Atunci Israel va izgoni pe cei ce-l izgoniseră, zice Domnul.

Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will cause the battle cry to be heard against Rabbah of the Ammonites; it shall become a desolate mound, and its villages shall be burned with fire; then Israel shall dispossess those who dispossessed him, says the LORD.

Jajgass, Hesbón, mert elpusztult Aj. Kiáltsatok, Rabbá leányai, öltözzetek zsákruhába, sírjatok, és futkossatok ide-oda a falszorosok között, mert Milkóm fogságba megy, papjai és fejedelmei is vele együtt.

Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.

Gemi, Hesbonule, căci Ai este pustiit! Strigaţi, fiicele Rabei, îmbrăcaţi-vă cu saci şi bociţi-vă alergând încoace şi încolo de-a lungul zidurilor! Căci Malcom se duce în robie cu preoţii şi căpeteniile sale!

“Wail, O Heshbon, for Ai is laid waste! Cry out, O daughters of Rabbah! Put on sackcloth, lament, and run to and fro among the hedges! For Milcom shall go into exile, with his priests and his officials.

Mit dicsekszel a völgyeiddel, völgyeid termékenységével, te engedetlen leány, aki kincseidben bízol, és ezt mondod: Ki támadhat ellenem?

Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?

Why do you boast of your valleys, O faithless daughter, who trusted in her treasures, saying, ‘Who will come against me?’

Íme, én félelmet bocsátok rád – mondja az ÚR, a Seregek URa – minden szomszédod felől, és szétszóródtok egymás elől, és nem lesz, aki összegyűjtse az elszéledteket.

Ímé én félelmet bocsátok reád, azt mondja az Úr, a Seregek Ura, minden szomszédod felől, és szétrebbentek egymástól, és nem lesz, a ki összegyűjtse az elszéledteket.

Behold, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wandereth.

Iată, voi aduce groaza peste tine, zice Domnul Dumnezeul oştirilor; ea va veni din toate împrejurimile tale, fiecare din voi va fi izgonit drept înainte, şi nimeni nu va strânge pe fugari!

Behold, I will bring terror upon you, declares the Lord GOD of hosts, from all who are around you, and you shall be driven out, every man straight before him, with none to gather the fugitives.

De azután jóra fordítom majd Ammón fiainak a sorsát – ezt mondja az ÚR.

De azután visszahozom majd a fogságból az Ammon fiait, azt mondja az Úr.

And afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon, saith the LORD.

Dar, după aceea, voi aduce înapoi pe prinşii de război ai copiilor lui Amon, zice Domnul.”

“But afterward I will restore the fortunes of the Ammonites, declares the LORD.”

Így szól a Seregek URa Edómról: Nincs már bölcsesség Témánban? Tanácstalanok lettek az értelmesek? Hiábavalóvá lett a bölcsességük?

Ezt mondja a Seregek Ura Edom felől. Nincs bölcsesség többé Témánban? elveszett-é a tanács az értelmesektől? hiába valóvá lett-é az ő bölcsességök?

Concerning Edom, thus saith the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished?

Asupra Edomului. Aşa vorbeşte Domnul oştirilor: „Nu mai este înţelepciune în Teman? A pierit chibzuinţa de la oamenii pricepuţi? S-a dus înţelepciunea lor?

Concerning Edom. Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Is wisdom no more in Teman? Has counsel perished from the prudent? Has their wisdom vanished?

Fussatok, forduljatok vissza innen, rejtőzzetek el mélyen, Dedán lakói, mert veszedelmet hozok Ézsaura, megbüntetésének idejét.

Fussatok, forduljatok, rejtőzzetek el mélyen Dédán lakosai, mert Ézsau veszedelmét hozom ő reá az ő megfenyíttetésének idején.

Flee ye, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him.

Fugiţi, daţi dosul, plecaţi în peşteri, locuitori ai Dedanului! Căci voi aduce nenorocirea peste Esau, la vremea când îl voi pedepsi.

Flee, turn back, dwell in the depths, O inhabitants of Dedan! For I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time when I punish him.

Ha szőlőszüretelők törnek rád, nem hagynak böngésznivalót, ha pedig éjjeli tolvajok, pusztítanak, amíg nekik tetszik.

Ha szőlőszedők törnek reád, nem hagynak gerezdeket, ha éjjeli tolvajok: pusztítanak, a míg nékik tetszik.

If grapegatherers come to thee, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough.

Oare, dacă ar veni nişte culegători de struguri la tine, nu ţi-ar lăsa nimic de cules pe urma culegătorilor? Dacă ar veni nişte hoţi noaptea, n-ar pustii decât până s-ar sătura!

If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave gleanings? If thieves came by night, would they not destroy only enough for themselves?

Bizony mezítelenné teszem Ézsaut, fölfedem titkos helyeit, és nem rejtőzhet el. Elpusztulnak utódai, testvérei és szomszédai sem lesznek.

Bizony én mezítelenné teszem Ézsaut, titkait kijelentem, és el nem rejtőzhetik, magva elpusztul, és atyjafiai és szomszédai sem lesznek.

But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.

Dar Eu însumi voi despuia pe Esau, îi voi descoperi ascunzătorile, şi nu va putea să se ascundă. Copiii lui, fraţii lui, vecinii lui vor pieri, şi el nu va mai fi!

But I have stripped Esau bare; I have uncovered his hiding places, and he is not able to conceal himself. His children are destroyed, and his brothers, and his neighbors; and he is no more.

Hagyd rám árváidat, én eltartom őket, özvegyeidet is. Belém vessék bizalmukat!

Hagyd el a te árváidat, én eltartom özvegyeidet is; bennem vessék reménységüket.

Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

Lasă pe orfanii tăi! Eu îi voi ţine în viaţă, şi văduvele tale să se încreadă în Mine!”

Leave your fatherless children; I will keep them alive; and let your widows trust in me.”

Mert azt mondja az ÚR: Íme, akik nem azt érdemelték, hogy kiigyák a poharat, ők is ki fogják inni. Hát te teljesen büntetlenül maradhatnál? Nem maradsz büntetlenül, mert bizony mindenképpen ki kell innod!

Mert azt mondja az Úr: Ímé, a kiknek nem kell vala meginniok a pohárt, ugyancsak megiszszák; te pedig teljesen büntetlenül maradnál-é? Nem maradsz büntetlenül, mert bizonyára megiszod.

For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it.

Căci aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Iată că cei ce nu trebuiau să bea potirul totuşi îl vor bea; şi tu să rămâi nepedepsit? Nu, nu vei rămâne nepedepsit, ci îl vei bea şi tu!

For thus says the LORD: “If those who did not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, will you go unpunished? You shall not go unpunished, but you must drink.

Mert önmagamra esküszöm – ezt mondja az ÚR –, hogy Bocrá iszonyattá, gyalázattá, pusztasággá és átokká lesz, és a többi város is pusztasággá lesz örökre.

Mert én magamra esküdtem meg, azt mondja az Úr, hogy útálattá és gyalázattá, pusztasággá és átokká lesz Boczra, és minden városa örökkévaló pusztasággá lesz.

For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes.

Căci pe Mine însumi jur, zice Domnul, că Boţra va fi dată pradă pustiiri, ocării, nimicirii şi blestemului, şi toate cetăţile ei se vor preface în nişte dărâmături veşnice.”

For I have sworn by myself, declares the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a horror, a taunt, a waste, and a curse, and all her cities shall be perpetual wastes.”

Hírt hallottam az ÚRtól, követ küldetett a nemzetekhez, aki ezt mondja: Gyűljetek össze, induljatok, keljetek harcra ellene!

Hírt hallottam az Úrtól, és követ küldetett a nemzetekhez, a ki ezt mondja: Gyűljetek össze, induljatok ellene, és keljetek fel a harczra,

I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather ye together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle.

Am auzit o veste de la Domnul, şi un sol a fost trimis printre neamuri: „Strângeţi-vă şi porniţi împotriva ei! Sculaţi-vă pentru război!

I have heard a message from the LORD, and an envoy has been sent among the nations: “Gather yourselves together and come against her, and rise up for battle!

Mert íme, kicsinnyé teszlek téged a nemzetek között és megvetetté az emberek között.

Mert ímé, kicsinynyé teszlek téged a nemzetek között, és az emberek között útálatossá.

For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.

Căci iată, te voi face mic printre neamuri, dispreţuit printre oameni.

For behold, I will make you small among the nations, despised among mankind.

Könnyelműséged és szíved kevélysége becsapott téged, aki a sziklák hasadékaiban laksz, és elfoglaltad a halmok tetejét. De ha olyan magas helyre rakod is fészkedet, mint a sas, onnan is lerántalak téged – ezt mondja az ÚR.

A te könnyelműséged csalt meg téged és a te szíved kevélysége, a ki a sziklák hasadékaiban lakol, [és] elfoglaltad a halmok tetejét. Ha olyan magas helyen rakod is fészkedet, mint a saskeselyű, onnét is lerántalak téged, azt mondja az Úr.

Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.

Înfumurarea ta, îngâmfarea inimii tale te-a rătăcit, pe tine care locuieşti în crăpăturile stâncilor şi care stai pe vârful dealurilor. Dar, chiar dacă ţi-ai aşeza cuibul tot atât de sus ca al vulturului, şi de acolo te voi prăbuşi, zice Domnul.

The horror you inspire has deceived you, and the pride of your heart, you who live in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill. Though you make your nest as high as the eagle’s, I will bring you down from there, declares the LORD.

Pusztasággá lesz Edóm, aki csak keresztülmegy rajta, álmélkodik és fölszisszen vereségét látva.

És pusztasággá lesz Edom, a ki csak átmegy rajta elálmélkodik, és sziszeget egész veresége felett.

Also Edom shall be a desolation: every one that goeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.

Edomul va fi pustiit; toţi cei ce vor trece pe lângă el se vor mira şi vor fluiera pentru toate rănile lui.

“Edom shall become a horror. Everyone who passes by it will be horrified and will hiss because of all its disasters.

Ahogy Sodomának, Gomorának és szomszédainak pusztulásakor történt – ezt mondja az ÚR –, úgy benne sem lakik többé senki, és senki emberfia nem tartózkodik ott.

A mint Sodomának és Gomorának és az ő szomszédainak elsüllyedésekor [volt], azt mondja az Úr, ott sem lakik [több ]ember, és benne emberek fia nem tartózkodik.

As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD, no man shall abide there, neither shall a son of man dwell in it.

Ca şi Sodoma şi Gomora, şi cetăţile vecine, care au fost nimicite, zice Domnul, nici el nu va mai fi locuit, şi nimeni nu se va mai aşeza acolo…

As when Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring cities were overthrown, says the LORD, no man shall dwell there, no man shall sojourn in her.

Íme, úgy jön föl a Jordán erdőségéből az örökzöld legelőre, mint az oroszlán, de hamar kiűzöm őt onnan, és választottamat helyezem föléje. Ugyan kicsoda hasonló hozzám, és ki szab nekem törvényt? Ki az a pásztor, aki szembeszállhatna velem?

Ímé, mint oroszlán jön fel a Jordán erdőségéből az örök[zöld] legelőre, de hamarsággal kiűzöm őt onnan, és a kiválasztottat teszem azon fejedelemmé, mert kicsoda hozzám hasonló, és ki szab nékem törvényt, és kicsoda az a pásztor, a ki megállhat ellenem?

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

Iată, vrăjmaşul se suie ca un leu de pe malurile îngâmfate ale Iordanului împotriva locuinţei tale tari; deodată voi face Edomul să fugă de acolo şi voi pune peste el pe acela pe care l-am ales. Căci cine este ca Mine? Cine-Mi va porunci? Cine-Mi va sta împotrivă?

Behold, like a lion coming up from the jungle of the Jordan against a perennial pasture, I will suddenly make him run away from her. And I will appoint over her whomever I choose. For who is like me? Who will summon me? What shepherd can stand before me?

Halljátok meg azért az ÚR tervét, amelyet eltervezett Edóm felől, és gondolatait, amelyeket elgondolt Témán polgárairól. Bizony még a juhnyáj kicsinyeit is elhurcolják, szörnyülködik rajtuk a saját legelőjük.

Halljátok meg azért az Úr tervét, a melyet tervezett Edom felől, és az ő gondolatait, a melyeket gondolt Témán polgárai felől. Bizony elhurczolják őket, a juhnyáj kicsinyeit, bizony szörnyűködik rajtok a saját legelőjök.

Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them.

De aceea, ascultaţi hotărârea pe care a luat-o Domnul împotriva Edomului şi planurile pe care le-a făcut împotriva locuitorilor din Teman: „Cu adevărat îi vor târî ca pe nişte oi slabe, cu adevărat li se va pustii locuinţa!

Therefore hear the plan that the LORD has made against Edom and the purposes that he has formed against the inhabitants of Teman: Even the little ones of the flock shall be dragged away. Surely their fold shall be appalled at their fate.

Romlásuk hangjától megrendül a föld, kiáltásuk hangja elhallatszik a Vörös-tengerig.

Az ő romlásuk zajától megrendült a föld, az ő kiáltásuk szava elhallatszik a veres tengerig.

The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red sea.

De vuietul căderii lor se cutremură pământul; strigătul lor se aude până la Marea Roşie…

At the sound of their fall the earth shall tremble; the sound of their cry shall be heard at the Red Sea.

Íme, fölszáll, mint a sas, és szárnyait szétterjesztve lecsap Bocrára. Olyan lesz azon a napon Edóm harcosainak szíve, mint a vajúdó asszony szíve.

Ímé, feljő mint saskeselyű, és repül és szárnyait szétterjeszti Boczrán: és Edom vitézeinek szíve olyan lesz az napon, mint a vajudó asszony szíve.

Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings over Bozrah: and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.

Iată, ca vulturul înaintează vrăjmaşul şi zboară, îşi întinde aripile peste Boţra, şi în ziua aceea inima vitejilor Edomului este ca inima unei femei în durerile naşterii.”

Behold, one shall mount up and fly swiftly like an eagle and spread his wings against Bozrah, and the heart of the warriors of Edom shall be in that day like the heart of a woman in her birth pains.”

Damaszkuszról: Megszégyenült Hamát és Arpád, mert rossz hírt hallottak, ezért remegnek, mint a háborgó tenger, amely nem nyughat.

Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Concerning Damascus: “Hamath and Arpad are confounded, for they have heard bad news; they melt in fear, they are troubled like the sea that cannot be quiet.

Megrendül Damaszkusz, menekülésre készül, és reszketés fogja el, szorongás és fájdalmak szállják meg őt, mint a szülő asszonyt.

Megrendült Damaskus, futáshoz készül és reszketés fogja el, szorongás és fájdalmak szállják meg őt, mint a szűlő asszonyt.

Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.

Damascul este topit, se întoarce să fugă, îl ia groaza, îl apucă neliniştea şi durerile ca pe o femeie în durerile naşterii. –

Damascus has become feeble, she turned to flee, and panic seized her; anguish and sorrows have taken hold of her, as of a woman in labor.

Miért is nem hagyták el a dicsőséges várost, örömöm városát?

Miért is nem marad ki a dicsőséges város, az én örömömnek városa?

How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

Ah! cum nu este cruţată cetatea slăvită, cetatea bucuriei Mele! –

How is the famous city not forsaken, the city of my joy?

De elhullanak ifjai a tereken, és minden harcost levágnak azon a napon – azt mondja a Seregek URa.

Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.

De aceea tinerii ei vor cădea pe uliţe şi toţi bărbaţii ei de război vor pieri în ziua aceea, zice Domnul oştirilor.

Therefore her young men shall fall in her squares, and all her soldiers shall be destroyed in that day, declares the LORD of hosts.

Tüzet gyújtok Damaszkusz kőfalán, és megemészti Ben-Hadad palotáit.

És tüzet gyújtok Damaskus kőfalán, és megemészti a Ben-Hadád palotáit.

And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad.

Voi pune foc zidurilor Damascului, şi va mistui casele împărăteşti din Ben-Hadad.”

And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall devour the strongholds of Ben-hadad.”

Azt mondja az ÚR Kédárról és Hácór királyairól, akiket levert Nebukadneccar, a babilóni király: Keljetek föl, vonuljatok Kédár ellen, és pusztítsátok kelet fiait!

Kédárnak és Házornak országai felől, a melyeket megvert Nabukodonozor, a babiloni király, ezt mondja az Úr: Keljetek fel, menjetek fel Kédárra, és pusztítsátok keletnek fiait.

Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.

Asupra Chedarului şi împărăţiilor Haţorului, pe care le-a bătut Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului. Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Sculaţi-vă, suiţi-vă împotriva Chedarului şi nimiciţi pe fiii răsăritului!

Concerning Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon struck down. Thus says the LORD: “Rise up, advance against Kedar! Destroy the people of the east!

Elveszik sátraikat és nyájukat, sátorponyváikat, minden vagyonukat, és elviszik tevéiket is, és ezt kiáltják feléjük: Rettegés köröskörül!

Sátoraikat és nyájokat elveszik, és kárpitjaikat és minden edényöket és tevéiket elviszik, és ezt kiáltják feléjök: Rettegés köröskörül!

Their tents and their flocks shall they take away: they shall take to themselves their curtains, and all their vessels, and their camels; and they shall cry unto them, Fear is on every side.

Le vor lua corturile şi turmele, le vor ridica pânzele, tot calabalâcul şi cămilele, şi le vor striga: „Spaimă de jur împrejur!”

Their tents and their flocks shall be taken, their curtains and all their goods; their camels shall be led away from them, and men shall cry to them: ‘Terror on every side!’

Fussatok, bujdossatok el, rejtőzzetek a völgyek mélyére, Hácór lakói – ezt mondja az ÚR –, mert tervet szőtt ellenetek Nebukadneccar, a babilóni király, és ellenetek gondolt ki valamit.

Fussatok el, igen siessetek, rejtőzzetek el mélyen, Házornak lakói, azt mondja az Úr, mert tervet tervezett ellenetek Nabukodonozor, a babiloni király, és ellenetek gondolatot gondolt.

Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you.

Fugiţi, fugiţi din toate puterile voastre, căutaţi o locuinţă deoparte, locuitori ai Haţorului! – zice Domnul – căci Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului, a luat o hotărâre împotriva voastră, a făcut un plan împotriva voastră.

Flee, wander far away, dwell in the depths, O inhabitants of Hazor! declares the LORD. For Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has made a plan against you and formed a purpose against you.

Keljetek föl, vonuljatok a nép ellen, amely nyugodtan és biztonságban lakik! – ezt mondja az ÚR. Sem kapujuk, sem zárjuk nincsen, egyedül laknak!

Keljetek fel, menjetek a békességes nemzet közé, azok közé, a kik bátorságban lakoznak, azt mondja az Úr, sem kapujok, sem zárjok nincsen, egyedül laknak!

Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.

Sculaţi-vă, suiţi-vă împotriva unui neam liniştit care locuieşte fără teamă, zice Domnul; n-are nici porţi, nici zăvoare şi locuieşte singur.

“Rise up, advance against a nation at ease, that dwells securely, declares the LORD, that has no gates or bars, that dwells alone.

Tevéik prédává lesznek, és sok jószáguk zsákmánnyá. Szétszórom e megnyírt hajúakat, és minden égtáj felől veszedelmet hozok rájuk – ezt mondja az ÚR.

Tevéik prédává lesznek, és az ő sok barmaik zsákmánynyá, és elszórom őket, e nyirott üstökűeket minden szél felé, és minden oldal felől veszedelmet hozok reájok, azt mondja az Úr.

And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter into all winds them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof, saith the LORD.

Cămilele lor vor fi de jaf, şi mulţimea turmelor lor va fi o pradă. Voi risipi în toate vânturile pe cei ce-şi rad colţurile bărbii şi le voi aduce pieirea din toate părţile – zice Domnul.

Their camels shall become plunder, their herds of livestock a spoil. I will scatter to every wind those who cut the corners of their hair, and I will bring their calamity from every side of them, declares the LORD.

Hácór sakálok lakhelyévé lesz, örök pusztasággá, senki sem lakik ott, és senki emberfia nem tartózkodik benne.

És Házor sakálok lakhelyévé lesz, örökkévaló pusztasággá, senki nem lakik ott, és embernek fia nem is tartózkodik azon.

And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.

Haţorul va fi astfel vizuina şacalilor, un pustiu pe vecie; nimeni nu va locui în el şi niciun om nu va şedea în el.”

Hazor shall become a haunt of jackals, an everlasting waste; no man shall dwell there; no man shall sojourn in her.”

Ez az ÚR szava, amelyet Jeremiás prófétának szólt Élámról Cidkijjá, Júda királya országlásának kezdetén:

The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,

Cuvântul Domnului care a fost spus prorocului Ieremia asupra Elamului, la începutul domniei lui Zedechia, împăratul lui Iuda, sună astfel:

The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah.

Azt mondja a Seregek URa: Íme, eltöröm Élám íját, erejének zsengéjét.

Ezt mondja a Seregek Ura: Ímé, én eltöröm az Elám kézívét, erejének zsengéjét.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul oştirilor: „Iată, voi sfărâma arcul Elamului, puterea lui de căpetenie.

Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might.

Négy szelet hozok Élám ellen az ég négy tájáról, és szétszórom őket mindegyik szél felé, és nem lesz olyan nép, amelyhez nem kerülnek Élámból szétszóródottak.

És négy szelet hozok Elám ellen, az égnek négy határáról, és elszórom őket mindenik szél felé, és nem lesz nemzet, a kihez nem futnak az Elám szökevényei.

And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Voi aduce asupra Elamului cele patru vânturi de la cele patru margini ale cerului, îi voi risipi în toate vânturile acestea, şi nu va fi niciun popor la care să n-ajungă fugari din Elam.

And I will bring upon Elam the four winds from the four quarters of heaven. And I will scatter them to all those winds, and there shall be no nation to which those driven out of Elam shall not come.

Rettegésben tartom Élámot ellenségei előtt és a lelkét keresők előtt. Veszedelmet hozok rájuk, fölgerjedt haragomat – ezt mondja az ÚR –, és fegyvert bocsátok utánuk mindaddig, míg meg nem semmisítem őket.

És megrettentem Elámot az ő ellenségei előtt és az ő lelköknek keresői előtt, és veszedelmet hozok reájok, az én felgerjedt haragomat, azt mondja az Úr, és utánok bocsátom a fegyvert mindaddig, míg meg nem emésztem őket.

For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them:

Voi face ca locuitorii Elamului să tremure înaintea vrăjmaşilor lor şi înaintea celor ce vor să-i omoare. Voi aduce nenorociri peste ei, mânia Mea aprinsă, zice Domnul, şi-i voi urmări cu sabia, până ce îi voi nimici.

I will terrify Elam before their enemies and before those who seek their life. I will bring disaster upon them, my fierce anger, declares the LORD. I will send the sword after them, until I have consumed them,

Trónomat Élámba helyezem, és kipusztítom onnan a királyt és a fejedelmeket – ezt mondja az ÚR.

És az én székemet Elámba helyezem, és kivesztem onnét a királyt és a fejedelmeket, azt mondja az Úr:

And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

Îmi voi aşeza scaunul de domnie în Elam şi-i voi nimici împăratul şi căpeteniile, zice Domnul.

and I will set my throne in Elam and destroy their king and officials, declares the LORD.

De végül jóra fordítom Élám sorsát – ezt mondja az ÚR.

De végezetre visszahozom Elámot a fogságból, azt mondja az Úr.

But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

Dar în zilele de apoi voi aduce înapoi pe prinşii de război ai Elamului, zice Domnul.”

“But in the latter days I will restore the fortunes of Elam, declares the LORD.”
