Júda vétke vas íróvesszővel van fölírva, gyémántheggyel van fölvésve szívük táblájára és oltáraik szarvaira,

The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;

Păcatul lui Iuda este scris cu un priboi de fier, cu un vârf de diamant; este săpat pe tabla inimii lor şi pe coarnele altarelor lor.

“The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron; with a point of diamond it is engraved on the tablet of their heart, and on the horns of their altars,

mivel még fiai is oltáraikról, Asérá-bálványaikról emlékeznek meg a zöld fák mellett, a magas halmokon

Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.

Cum se gândesc la copiii lor, aşa se gândesc la altarele lor şi la idolii şi Astarteile lor, lângă copacii verzi, pe dealuri înalte.

while their children remember their altars and their Asherim, beside every green tree and on the high hills,

és a környék hegyein! Vagyonodat és minden kincsedet zsákmányul adom magaslataid és minden vétked miatt, amelyek ott vannak összes határodban.

Oh én hegyem a síkon! Vagyonodat, minden kincsedet prédává teszem a te magaslataidért, minden határodban való vétkeidért.

O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin, throughout all thy borders.

Eu dau la pradă muntele Meu şi ogoarele lui, avuţiile tale, toate vistieriile şi înălţimile tale, din pricina păcatelor tale, pe tot ţinutul tău!

on the mountains in the open country. Your wealth and all your treasures I will give for spoil as the price of your high places for sin throughout all your territory.

Önhibádból el kell szakadnod örökségedtől, amelyet adtam neked, és ellenségeid szolgálatába hajtalak olyan földön, amelyet nem ismersz. Mivel lángra lobbantottátok haragomat, örökké égni fog az!

És elszakíttatol, és pedig magad által, a te örökségedtől, a melyet én adtam néked, és szolgáltatni fogom veled a te ellenségeidet olyan földön, a melyet nem ismersz; mert tűzre lobbantottátok haragomat, örökké égni fog.

And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.

Din vina ta vei pierde moştenirea pe care ţi-o dădusem; te voi face să slujeşti vrăjmaşului tău într-o ţară pe care n-o cunoşti, căci aţi aprins focul mâniei Mele, care va arde totdeauna.”

You shall loosen your hand from your heritage that I gave to you, and I will make you serve your enemies in a land that you do not know, for in my anger a fire is kindled that shall burn forever.”

Azt mondja az ÚR: Átkozott az a férfi, aki emberben bízik, és testi erőre támaszkodik, az ÚRtól pedig elfordul a szíve!

Ezt mondja az Úr: Átkozott az a férfi, a ki emberben bízik és testbe helyezi erejét, az Úrtól pedig eltávozott az ő szíve!

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Blestemat să fie omul care se încrede în om, care se sprijină pe un muritor şi îşi abate inima de la Domnul!

Thus says the LORD: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the LORD.

Mert olyan lesz, mint a cserje a pusztában, amely nem látja, hogy jó következnék, hanem sivár helyen lakik a sivatagban, kopár és kihalt földön.

Mert olyanná lesz, mint a hangafa a pusztában, és nem látja, hogy jó következik, hanem szárazságban lakik a sivatagban, a sovány és lakhatatlan földön.

For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

Căci este ca un nenorocit în pustiu şi nu vede venind fericirea; locuieşte în locurile arse ale pustiului, într-un pământ sărat şi fără locuitori.

He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land.

De áldott az a férfi, aki az ÚRban bízik, és akinek bizodalma az ÚR.

Áldott az a férfi, a ki az Úrban bízik, és a kinek bizodalma az Úr;

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

Binecuvântat să fie omul care se încrede în Domnul şi a cărui nădejde este Domnul!

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD.

Mert olyan lesz, mint a víz mellé ültetett fa, amely a folyó felé bocsátja gyökereit, és nem fél, ha hőség következik, levele zöld marad. Száraz esztendőben sem aggódik, nem szűnik meg gyümölcsöt teremni.

Mert olyanná lesz, mint a víz mellé ültetett fa, a mely a folyó felé bocsátja gyökereit, és nem fél, ha hőség következik, és a levele zöld marad; és a száraz esztendőben nem retteg, sem a gyümölcsözéstől meg nem szűnik.

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Căci el este ca un pom sădit lângă ape care-şi întinde rădăcinile spre râu; nu se teme de căldură când vine, şi frunzişul lui rămâne verde; în anul secetei nu se teme şi nu încetează să aducă rod.

He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”

Csalárdabb a szív mindennél, és romlott az, ki ismerhetné ki?

Csalárdabb a szív mindennél, és gonosz az; kicsoda ismerhetné azt?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Inima este nespus de înşelătoare şi de deznădăjduit de rea; cine poate s-o cunoască?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?

Én, az ÚR vagyok az, aki a szívet fürkészem és a veséket vizsgálom, hogy megfizessek mindenkinek útjai szerint és cselekedeteinek gyümölcse szerint.

Én, az Úr vagyok az, a ki a szívet fürkészem és a veséket vizsgálom, hogy megfizessek kinek-kinek az ő útai szerint és cselekedeteinek gyümölcse szerint.

I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Eu, Domnul, cercetez inima şi încerc rinichii, ca să răsplătesc fiecăruia după purtarea lui, după rodul faptelor lui.

“I the LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”

Mint a fogolymadár, amely azt költi, amit nem tojt, olyan az, aki gazdagságot gyűjt, de nem igaz módon. Napjai felénél ott kell hagynia, a végén pedig bolonddá lesz.

[Mint] a fogoly madár, mely [fiakat] gyűjt, melyeket nem ő költött, [olyan,] a ki gazdagságot gyűjt, de nem igazán; az ő napjainak felén elhagyja azt, a halálakor pedig bolonddá lesz.

As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.

Ca o potârniche care cloceşte nişte ouă pe care nu le-a ouat ea, aşa este cel ce agoniseşte bogăţii pe nedrept; trebuie să le părăsească în mijlocul zilelor sale, şi la urmă nu este decât un nebun.” –

Like the partridge that gathers a brood that she did not hatch, so is he who gets riches but not by justice; in the midst of his days they will leave him, and at his end he will be a fool.

Izráel reménysége, ó, URam! Akik elhagynak téged, mind megszégyenülnek! Akik elpártolnak tőled, azokat a porba írják, mert elhagyták az URat, az élő vizek kútfejét!

Izráelnek reménysége, oh Uram! A kik elhagynak téged, mind megszégyenülnek! A kik elpártolnak tőlem, a porba iratnak be, mert elhagyták az élő vizeknek kútfejét, az Urat!

O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Doamne, nădejdea lui Israel! Toţi cei ce Te părăsesc vor fi acoperiţi de ruşine. – „Cei ce se abat de la Mine vor fi scrişi pe pământ, căci părăsesc pe Domnul, Izvorul de apă vie.” –

O LORD, the hope of Israel, all who forsake you shall be put to shame; those who turn away from you shall be written in the earth, for they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living water.

Gyógyíts meg, URam, akkor meggyógyulok, szabadíts meg, akkor megszabadulok, mert téged dicsőítelek!

Gyógyíts meg engem Uram, hogy meggyógyuljak, szabadíts meg engem, hogy megszabaduljak, mert te vagy az én dicsekedésem!

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Vindecă-mă Tu, Doamne, şi voi fi vindecat; mântuieşte-mă Tu, şi voi fi mântuit; căci Tu eşti slava mea!

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.

Íme, ők azt mondják nekem: Hol van az ÚR szava? Most jöjjön el!

Ímé, ők azt mondják nékem: Hol van az Úr szózata? Most jőjjön el!

Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.

Iată, ei îmi zic: „Unde este cuvântul Domnului? Să se împlinească, dar!”

Behold, they say to me, “Where is the word of the LORD? Let it come!”

De nem tudták elérni, hogy ne kövesselek mint pásztoromat, és a nyomorúság napját sem kívántam, te tudod. Ami ajkamon kijött, ismert volt előtted.

De én nem siettem elhagyni a te útaidnak követését, sem gonosz napot nem kívántam, te tudod; a mi ajkaimon jött ki, nyilvánvaló volt előtted.

As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee.

Şi eu, ca să Te ascult, n-am vrut să nu fiu păstor; nici n-am dorit ziua nenorocirii, ştii; şi ce a ieşit din buzele mele este descoperit înaintea Ta.

I have not run away from being your shepherd, nor have I desired the day of sickness. You know what came out of my lips; it was before your face.

Ne légy rettentésemre; te vagy menedékem a gonosz napokban!

Ne légy nékem rettentésemre: reménységem vagy te a háborúság napján!

Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil.

De aceea, nu fi o pricină de groază pentru mine, căci Tu eşti scăparea mea în ziua nenorocirii!

Be not a terror to me; you are my refuge in the day of disaster.

Azok szégyenüljenek meg, akik üldöznek engem, és én ne szégyenüljek meg! Ők rettegjenek, és én ne rettegjek! Hozd rájuk a háborúság napját, és kétszeres zúzással zúzd össze őket!

Szégyenüljenek meg, a kik üldöznek engem, de ne én szégyenüljek meg; ők rettegjenek és ne én rettegjek; hozz reájok háborúság napját, és kétszeres zúzással zúzd össze őket!

Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

Prigonitorii mei să fie acoperiţi de ruşine, dar să nu fiu ruşinat eu; să tremure ei, dar să nu tremur eu! Adu peste ei ziua nenorocirii, loveşte-i cu o îndoită urgie! –

Let those be put to shame who persecute me, but let me not be put to shame; let them be dismayed, but let me not be dismayed; bring upon them the day of disaster; destroy them with double destruction!

Ezt mondta nekem az ÚR: Menj, és állj meg a nép fiainak kapujában, amelyen Júda királyai mennek be és jönnek ki, és azután Jeruzsálem minden kapujában!

Ezt mondá nékem az Úr: Menj és állj meg a nép fiainak kapujában, a melyen bemennek és a melyen kijönnek Júdának királyai, és Jeruzsálemnek is minden kapujában!

Thus said the LORD unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem;

Aşa mi-a vorbit Domnul: „Du-te şi stai la poarta copiilor poporului, pe care intră şi ies împăraţii lui Iuda, şi la toate porţile Ierusalimului

Thus said the LORD to me: “Go and stand in the People’s Gate, by which the kings of Judah enter and by which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem,

Ezt mondd nekik: Halljátok meg az ÚR szavát, Júda királyai, egész Júda és Jeruzsálem minden lakosa, akik bejártok e kapukon!

És [ezt] mondd nékik: Halljátok meg az Úrnak szavát Júdának királyai és egész Júda és Jeruzsálemnek minden lakosa, a kik bejártok e kapukon!

And say unto them, Hear ye the word of the LORD, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:

şi spune-le: „Ascultaţi cuvântul Domnului, împăraţi ai lui Iuda, tot Iuda şi toţi locuitorii Ierusalimului care intraţi pe aceste porţi!”

and say: ‘Hear the word of the LORD, you kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, who enter by these gates.

Azt mondja az ÚR: Vigyázzatok lelketekre, és ne hordjatok terhet szombatnapon, Jeruzsálem kapuin se vigyétek azt be!

Ezt mondja az Úr: Vigyázzatok a ti lelketekre, és ne hordjatok terhet szombat-napon, se Jeruzsálem kapuin be ne vigyetek!

Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Luaţi seama în sufletele voastre să nu purtaţi nicio povară în ziua Sabatului şi să n-o aduceţi înăuntru pe porţile Ierusalimului.

Thus says the LORD: Take care for the sake of your lives, and do not bear a burden on the Sabbath day or bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem.

Házatokból se vigyetek ki terhet szombatnapon, és semmiféle munkát ne végezzetek, hanem szenteljétek meg a szombatnapot, ahogyan atyáitoknak megparancsoltam!

Házaitokból se vigyetek ki terhet szombat-napon, és semmi munkát ne végezzetek, hanem szenteljétek meg a szombat-napot, úgy a mint atyáitoknak megparancsoltam!

Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.

Să nu scoateţi din casele voastre nicio povară în ziua Sabatului şi să nu faceţi nicio lucrare, ci sfinţiţi ziua Sabatului, cum am poruncit părinţilor voştri.

And do not carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath or do any work, but keep the Sabbath day holy, as I commanded your fathers.

De ők nem hallgattak erre, és fülüket sem fordították felém, hanem megkeményítették a nyakukat, nem hallgattak rám, és nem fogadták meg az intést.

De ők nem hallgattak, és fülöket sem hajtották rá, hanem megkeményítették nyakokat, hogy ne halljanak, és az oktatást be ne vehessék.

But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.

Dar ei n-au ascultat şi n-au luat aminte; ci şi-au înţepenit gâtul ca să n-asculte şi să nu ia învăţătură.

Yet they did not listen or incline their ear, but stiffened their neck, that they might not hear and receive instruction.

Pedig ha ti igazán hallgattok rám – ezt mondja az ÚR –, és nem visztek be terhet e város kapuin szombatnapon, és megszentelitek a szombatnapot úgy, hogy semmiféle munkát nem végeztek azon,

Pedig ha szívesen hallgattok reám, ezt mondja az Úr, és nem visztek be terhet e város kapuin szombat-napon, és megszentelitek a szombat-napot, úgy hogy semmi dolgot nem végeztek azon:

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

Dacă Mă veţi asculta în adevăr, zice Domnul, şi nu veţi aduce nicio sarcină înăuntru pe porţile acestei cetăţi în ziua Sabatului, ci veţi sfinţi ziua Sabatului şi nu veţi face nicio lucrare în ziua aceasta,

“‘But if you listen to me, declares the LORD, and bring in no burden by the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work on it,

akkor e város kapuin királyok és fejedelmek fognak bevonulni, akik a Dávid trónján ülnek, harci szekereken és lovakon járnak, mind maguk, mind fejedelmeik, Júda férfiai és Jeruzsálem lakosai; és mindörökké e városban fognak lakni.

Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.

atunci pe porţile acestei cetăţi vor intra împăraţi şi voievozi care vor şedea pe scaunul de domnie al lui David; ei vor veni în care şi călare pe cai, ei şi voievozii lor, oamenii lui Iuda şi locuitorii Ierusalimului, şi cetatea aceasta va fi locuită în veci.

then there shall enter by the gates of this city kings and princes who sit on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their officials, the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And this city shall be inhabited forever.

Eljönnek majd Júda városaiból, Jeruzsálem környékéről, Benjámin földjéről, a síkságról, a hegyvidékről és a Délvidékről, hogy égőáldozatot, véresáldozatot, ételáldozatot és tömjént hozzanak, és hálaáldozatot hozzanak az ÚR házába.

És bejőnek Júda városaiból, Jeruzsálem környékéről, Benjámin földéről, a lapályról, a hegyről és dél felől, hozván égőáldozatot, véres áldozatot, ételáldozatot és temjént, és hozván hála[áldozat]ot az Úrnak házába.

And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.

Vor veni din cetăţile lui Iuda şi din împrejurimile Ierusalimului, din ţara lui Beniamin, din vale, de pe munte şi de la miazăzi, ca să aducă arderi de tot şi jertfe, să aducă daruri de mâncare şi tămâie şi să aducă jertfe de mulţumire în Casa Domnului.

And people shall come from the cities of Judah and the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the Shephelah, from the hill country, and from the Negeb, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and frankincense, and bringing thank offerings to the house of the LORD.

Ha pedig nem hallgattok rám, és nem szentelitek meg a szombatnapot, terheket hordoztok, és így jártok át Jeruzsálem kapuin szombatnapon, akkor tüzet gerjesztek kapuiban, és az megemészti Jeruzsálem palotáit, és nem lehet eloltani.

Ha pedig nem hallgattok reám, hogy megszenteljétek a szombat-napot, és hogy ne hordjatok terhet és ne jőjjetek be Jeruzsálem kapuin szombat- napon: tüzet gerjesztek az ő kapuiban, és megemészti Jeruzsálem palotáit, és nem lesz eloltható.

But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.

Dar, dacă nu veţi asculta când vă poruncesc să sfinţiţi ziua Sabatului, să nu duceţi nicio povară şi să n-o aduceţi înăuntru pe porţile Ierusalimului în ziua Sabatului, atunci voi aprinde un foc la porţile cetăţii, care va arde casele cele mari ale Ierusalimului şi nu se va stinge.”

But if you do not listen to me, to keep the Sabbath day holy, and not to bear a burden and enter by the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will kindle a fire in its gates, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem and shall not be quenched.’”
