Azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Menj el, és vásárolj magadnak egy lenvászon övet és kösd a derekadra! De vízbe ne mártsd!

Ezt mondá az Úr nékem: Menj el, és vásárolj magadnak lenövet, és illeszd azt a derekadra, de vízbe ne vidd be azt!

Thus saith the LORD unto me, Go and get thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water.

Aşa mi-a vorbit Domnul: „Du-te de cumpără-ţi un brâu de in şi pune-l în jurul coapselor tale; dar să nu-l înmoi în apă!”

Thus says the LORD to me, “Go and buy a linen loincloth and put it around your waist, and do not dip it in water.”

Megvásároltam az övet, ahogyan az ÚR parancsolta, és a derekamra kötöttem.

És megvásároltam az övet, a mint az Úr rendelte vala, és derekamra illesztém.

So I got a girdle according to the word of the LORD, and put it on my loins.

Am cumpărat brâul, după porunca Domnului, şi l-am pus în jurul coapselor mele.

So I bought a loincloth according to the word of the LORD, and put it around my waist.

Másodszor így szólt hozzám az ÚR:

És másodszor szól vala az Úr hozzám, mondván:

And the word of the LORD came unto me the second time, saying,

Apoi cuvântul Domnului mi-a vorbit a doua oară astfel:

And the word of the LORD came to me a second time,

Vedd az övet, amelyet vásároltál, és a derekadon van! Kelj föl, menj az Eufráteszhez, és rejtsd el ott egy kőszikla hasadékában.

Vedd az övet, a melyet vásároltál, a mely a derekadon van, és kelj fel, és menj az Eufrateshez, és rejtsd el azt ott a kőszikla hasadékában.

Take the girdle that thou hast got, which is upon thy loins, and arise, go to Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole of the rock.

„Ia brâul pe care l-ai cumpărat şi pe care l-ai pus în jurul coapselor tale, scoală-te, du-te la Eufrat şi ascunde-l acolo în crăpătura unei stânci.”

“Take the loincloth that you have bought, which is around your waist, and arise, go to the Euphrates and hide it there in a cleft of the rock.”

El is mentem, és elrejtettem azt az Eufrátesznél, ahogyan az ÚR parancsolta nekem.

És elmenék, és elrejtém azt az Eufratesnél, a mint megparancsolta nékem az Úr.

So I went, and hid it by Euphrates, as the LORD commanded me.

M-am dus şi l-am ascuns la Eufrat, cum îmi poruncise Domnul.

So I went and hid it by the Euphrates, as the LORD commanded me.

Sok nap múlva történt, hogy azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Kelj föl, menj az Eufráteszhez, és vedd elő onnan az övet, amely felől azt parancsoltam, hogy rejtsd el ott.

Sok nap mulva pedig [újra] monda nékem az Úr: Kelj fel, menj az Eufrateshez, és vedd el onnan az övet, a mely felől parancsoltam, hogy ott rejtsd el.

And it came to pass after many days, that the LORD said unto me, Arise, go to Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded thee to hide there.

După mai multe zile, Domnul mi-a zis: „Scoală-te, du-te la Eufrat şi ia de acolo brâul pe care-ţi poruncisem să-l ascunzi acolo!”

And after many days the LORD said to me, “Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take from there the loincloth that I commanded you to hide there.”

Elmentem tehát az Eufráteszhez, kiástam, és kivettem az övet arról a helyről, ahová elrejtettem, és íme, az öv rothadt volt, egészen hasznavehetetlen.

És elmenék az Eufrateshez, és kiásám, és kivevém arról a helyről az övet, a hová elrejtettem azt, és ímé, az öv rothadt vala, egészen hasznavehetetlen.

Then I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing.

M-am dus la Eufrat, am săpat şi am luat brâul din locul în care-l ascunsesem; dar iată că brâul era stricat şi nu mai era bun de nimic.

Then I went to the Euphrates, and dug, and I took the loincloth from the place where I had hidden it. And behold, the loincloth was spoiled; it was good for nothing.

Ekkor így szólt hozzám az ÚR:

És szóla az Úr nékem, mondván:

Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Cuvântul Domnului mi-a vorbit astfel:

Ezt mondja az ÚR: Így teszem tönkre Júda kevélységét és Jeruzsálem nagy kevélységét.

Ezt mondja az Úr: Így rothasztom meg a Júda kevélységét, és a nagy Jeruzsálem kevélységét.

Thus saith the LORD, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Aşa voi nimici mândria lui Iuda şi mândria peste măsură de mare a Ierusalimului.

“Thus says the LORD: Even so will I spoil the pride of Judah and the great pride of Jerusalem.

Ez a gonosz nép, amely nem akar hallgatni beszédeimre, szívének hamisságában jár, és idegen istenek után jár, hogy azoknak szolgáljon, és azok előtt boruljon le, olyanná lesz majd, mint ez az öv, amely teljesen hasznavehetetlen.

Ez a gonosz nép, a mely nem akar hallgatni az én beszédeimre, a mely a maga szívének hamisságában jár, és jár idegen istenek után, hogy azoknak szolgáljon, és azokat imádja: olyanná lesz majd, mint ez az öv, a mely egészen hasznavehetetlen.

This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.

Poporul acesta este un popor rău: nu vrea să asculte cuvintele Mele, urmează pornirile inimii lui şi merge după alţi dumnezei, ca să le slujească şi să se închine înaintea lor; de aceea va ajunge întocmai ca brâul acesta care nu mai este bun de nimic!

This evil people, who refuse to hear my words, who stubbornly follow their own heart and have gone after other gods to serve them and worship them, shall be like this loincloth, which is good for nothing.

Mert ahogy az övet az ember derekához csatolják, úgy csatoltam magamhoz Izráel egész házát és Júda egész házát – ezt mondja az ÚR –, hogy népemmé legyenek, nevem dicséretére és tiszteletemre, de ők nem hallgattak rám.

Mert a miként derekára kapcsolja a férfi az övet; akként kapcsoltam magamhoz Izráelnek egész házát és Júdának egész házát, azt mondja az Úr, hogy legyenek az én népemmé, az én nevemre, dicséretemre és tisztességemre, de nem engedelmeskedtek.

For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.

Căci, cum se lipeşte brâul de coapsele unui om, aşa Îmi lipisem Eu toată casa lui Israel şi toată casa lui Iuda, zice Domnul, ca să fie poporul Meu, numele Meu, lauda Mea şi slava Mea; dar nu M-au ascultat.

For as the loincloth clings to the waist of a man, so I made the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah cling to me, declares the LORD, that they might be for me a people, a name, a praise, and a glory, but they would not listen.

Ezeket a szavakat mondd nekik: Azt mondja az ÚR, Izráel Istene: Minden tömlőt meg kell tölteni borral! Ha erre azt mondják neked: „Azt hiszed, mi nem tudjuk, hogy minden tömlőt meg kell tölteni borral?”,

Ilyen szókkal szólj azért nékik: Ezt mondja az Úr, Izráelnek Istene: Minden tömlőt meg kell tölteni borral! És azt mondják néked: Avagy nem tudjuk-é jól, hogy minden tömlőt borral kell megtölteni?

Therefore thou shalt speak unto them this word; Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say unto thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine?

De aceea spune-le cuvintele acestea: Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel: „Toate vasele se vor umple cu vin!” Şi ei îţi vor zice: „Crezi că noi nu ştim că toate vasele se vor umple cu vin?”

“You shall speak to them this word: ‘Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, “Every jar shall be filled with wine.”’ And they will say to you, ‘Do we not indeed know that every jar will be filled with wine?’

így felelj nekik: Azt mondja az ÚR: Íme, én megitatom részegítő itallal e föld minden lakosát, a királyokat, akik Dávid trónján ülnek, a papokat, a prófétákat és Jeruzsálem minden lakosát.

Te pedig azt mondd nékik: Ezt mondja az Úr: Ímé betöltöm e földnek minden lakosát, és a királyokat, a kik Dávid trónján ülnek, és a papokat, a prófétákat, és Jeruzsálemnek minden lakosát részegséggel;

Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David's throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.

Atunci spune-le: Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Iată, voi umple pe toţi locuitorii ţării acesteia, pe împăraţii care stau pe scaunul de domnie al lui David, pe preoţi, pe proroci şi pe toţi locuitorii Ierusalimului, îi voi umple de beţie.

Then you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the LORD: Behold, I will fill with drunkenness all the inhabitants of this land: the kings who sit on David’s throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Odacsapom őket, egyiket a másikhoz, az apákat és a fiakat egyaránt – mondja az ÚR. Nem kímélem meg őket, nem kedvezek, nem leszek irgalmas, hanem elveszítem őket!

És összeütöm őket, egyiket a másikhoz, az atyákat és a fiakat együtt, azt mondja az Úr; nem kegyelmezek meg, és nem kedvezek, és nem leszek irgalmas, hogy el ne veszítsem őket!

And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.

Îi voi sfărâma pe unii de alţii, pe părinţi şi pe fii laolaltă, zice Domnul. Nu-i voi cruţa, nu voi avea milă de ei, nu Mă voi îndura de ei, nimic nu Mă va împiedica să-i nimicesc.”

And I will dash them one against another, fathers and sons together, declares the LORD. I will not pity or spare or have compassion, that I should not destroy them.’”

Hallgassatok és figyeljetek; ne fuvalkodjatok föl, mert az ÚR szólt!

Hallgassatok és figyelmezzetek; ne fuvalkodjatok fel, mert az Úr szólott!

Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.

Ascultaţi şi luaţi aminte! Nu fiţi mândri, căci Domnul vorbeşte!

Hear and give ear; be not proud, for the LORD has spoken.

Dicsőítsétek Isteneteket, az URat, mielőtt sötétséget támaszt, és mielőtt megbotlana lábatok a sötétbe boruló hegyeken. Világosságot vártok, de a halál árnyékává változtatja azt, és sűrű homályt támaszt!

Dicsőítsétek az Urat, a ti Isteneteket, mielőtt setétséget szerezne, és mielőtt megütnétek lábaitokat a setét hegyekben; mert világosságot vártok, és halál árnyékává változtatja azt, és sűrű homálylyá fordítja!

Give glory to the LORD your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness.

Daţi slavă Domnului Dumnezeului vostru până nu vine întunericul, până nu vi se lovesc picioarele de munţii nopţii! Veţi aştepta lumina, dar El o va preface în umbra morţii şi o va preface în negură adâncă.

Give glory to the LORD your God before he brings darkness, before your feet stumble on the twilight mountains, and while you look for light he turns it into gloom and makes it deep darkness.

Ha pedig nem hallgattok erre, titokban sírni fog a lelkem kevélységetek miatt, és zokogva zokogok, szemem könnyeket hullat, mert az ÚR nyája fogságba kerül.

Ha pedig nem hallgatjátok ezt: sírni fog az én lelkem a rejtekhelyeken [a ti] kevélység[tek] miatt, és zokogva zokog; a szemem pedig könyeket hullat, mert az Úr népe fogságba vitetik.

But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD's flock is carried away captive.

Iar dacă nu vreţi să ascultaţi, voi plânge în ascuns pentru mândria voastră; mi se vor topi ochii în lacrimi, pentru că turma Domnului va fi dusă în robie.

But if you will not listen, my soul will weep in secret for your pride; my eyes will weep bitterly and run down with tears, because the LORD’s flock has been taken captive.

Mondd meg a királynak és az anyakirálynénak: Alázkodjatok meg, és üljetek veszteg, mert leesik fejetekről ékes koronátok!

Mondd meg a királynak és a királynéasszonynak: Alázzátok meg magatokat, és üljetek veszteg, mert leesik fejetekről a ti dicsőségtek koronája!

Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your principalities shall come down, even the crown of your glory.

Spune împăratului şi împărătesei: „Şedeţi pe pământ! Căci v-a căzut de pe cap cununa împărătească ce vă slujea ca podoabă.”

Say to the king and the queen mother: “Take a lowly seat, for your beautiful crown has come down from your head.”

Körül vannak zárva a délen fekvő városok, és nem lesz, aki megnyissa őket. Fogságba viszik egész Júdát, fogságba viszik mindenestül!

A dél felől való városok bezároltatnak, és nem lesz, a ki megnyissa [azokat;] fogságra vitetik Júda egészen, fogságra vitetik mindenestül!

The cities of the south shall be shut up, and none shall open them: Judah shall be carried away captive all of it, it shall be wholly carried away captive.

Cetăţile de la miazăzi sunt închise şi nu-i cine să deschidă. Tot Iuda este dus în robie, da, în întregime este dus în robie.

The cities of the Negeb are shut up, with none to open them; all Judah is taken into exile, wholly taken into exile.

Emeljétek föl szemeteket, és nézzétek azokat, akik északról jönnek! Hol van a nyáj, amelyet te kaptál, dicsőséges juhnyájad?

Emeljétek fel szemeiteket, és nézzétek azokat, a kik északról jőnek! Hol van a nyáj, a mely néked adatott, a te dicsőségednek juhnyája?

Lift up your eyes, and behold them that come from the north: where is the flock that was given thee, thy beautiful flock?

Ridică-ţi ochii şi priveşte pe cei ce vin de la miazănoapte. Unde este turma care-ţi fusese dată, turma de care erai aşa de mândru?

“Lift up your eyes and see those who come from the north. Where is the flock that was given you, your beautiful flock?

Mit mondasz, ha azzal büntet téged, hogy akiket magad tanítottál, föléd kerekednek? Nem környékeznek-e meg téged a fájdalmak, mint a szülő asszonyt?

Mit mondasz, hogy ha megfenyít téged? Hiszen te oktattad őket magad ellen, fejedelmekké [tetted fejeden!] A fájdalmak nem környékeznek-é még téged, mint a szülőasszonyt?

What wilt thou say when he shall punish thee? for thou hast taught them to be captains, and as chief over thee: shall not sorrows take thee, as a woman in travail?

Ce vei zice când va pune mai mari peste tine pe străinii aceia pe care i-ai obişnuit să-ţi fie prieteni de aproape? Nu te vor apuca durerile cum apucă pe o femeie la naştere?

What will you say when they set as head over you those whom you yourself have taught to be friends to you? Will not pangs take hold of you like those of a woman in labor?

Ha pedig azt kérded szívedben: „Miért következnének ezek rám?”, bűnöd sokaságáért húzzák le rólad ruhádat, és lesz mezítelenné sarkad.

És ha azt mondod a te szívedben: Miért következnének ezek reám? A te hamisságod sokaságáért takartatik fel a te ruhád, és lesznek mezítelenekké a te sarkaid.

And if thou say in thine heart, Wherefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of thine iniquity are thy skirts discovered, and thy heels made bare.

Şi dacă vei zice în inima ta: „Pentru ce mi se întâmplă lucrul acesta?” – Din pricina mulţimii nelegiuirilor tale ţi s-au ridicat poalele hainelor şi ţi se dezgolesc călcâiele cu sila.

And if you say in your heart, ‘Why have these things come upon me?’ it is for the greatness of your iniquity that your skirts are lifted up and you suffer violence.

Megváltoztathatja-e bőrét a szerecsen és foltjait a párduc? Így tudtok ti is jót cselekedni, akik megszoktátok a gonoszt.

Elváltoztathatja-é bőrét a szerecsen, és a párducz az ő foltosságát? [Úgy] ti is cselekedhettek jót, a kik megszoktátok a gonoszt.

Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.

Poate un etiopian să-şi schimbe pielea sau un pardos să-şi schimbe petele? Tot aşa, aţi putea voi să faceţi binele, voi care sunteţi deprinşi să faceţi răul?

Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then also you can do good who are accustomed to do evil.

Azért szétszórom őket, ahogyan a polyvát hányja-veti a pusztai szél.

Azért szétszórom őket, a mint hányja-veti a pozdorját a pusztának szele.

Therefore will I scatter them as the stubble that passeth away by the wind of the wilderness.

„De aceea, îi voi risipi ca pleava luată de vântul pustiului.

I will scatter you like chaff driven by the wind from the desert.

Ez lesz a sorsod, kimért részed tőlem – ezt mondja az ÚR –, mert elfelejtkeztél rólam, és a hazugságnak hittél.

Ez a te sorsod, a te kimért részed én tőlem, ezt mondja az Úr, a ki elfelejtkeztél én rólam, és hittél a hazugságnak.

This is thy lot, the portion of thy measures from me, saith the LORD; because thou hast forgotten me, and trusted in falsehood.

Iată-ţi soarta, partea pe care ţi-o măsor, zice Domnul, pentru că M-ai uitat şi ţi-ai pus încrederea în minciună.

This is your lot, the portion I have measured out to you, declares the LORD, because you have forgotten me and trusted in lies.

Azért én is arcodra borítom a ruhádat, hogy látható legyen gyalázatod!

Azért én is arczodra borítom fel a te ruhádat, hogy látható legyen a te gyalázatod!

Therefore will I discover thy skirts upon thy face, that thy shame may appear.

De aceea îţi voi ridica poalele şi ţi le voi da peste cap ca să ţi se vadă ruşinea.

I myself will lift up your skirts over your face, and your shame will be seen.

Láttam paráználkodásaidat és nyihogásaidat, undok bujálkodásodat és utálatosságaidat a halmokon és a mezőn. Jaj neked, Jeruzsálem! Nem akarsz tiszta lenni ezután sem? Meddig még?

A te paráznaságaidat és nyihogásaidat, bujálkodásodnak undokságát: a halmokon, a mezőn láttam a te útálatosságaidat. Jaj néked Jeruzsálem! Nem leszel tiszta ezután [se?] Meddig még?

I have seen thine adulteries, and thy neighings, the lewdness of thy whoredom, and thine abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto thee, O Jerusalem! wilt thou not be made clean? when shall it once be?

Am văzut preacurviile şi nechezăturile tale, curviile nelegiuite pe dealuri şi în ogoare, ţi-am văzut urâciunile! Vai de tine, Ierusalime! Nu vrei să te cureţi? Cât vei mai zăbovi?”

I have seen your abominations, your adulteries and neighings, your lewd whorings, on the hills in the field. Woe to you, O Jerusalem! How long will it be before you are made clean?”
