Ez az a beszéd, amelyet Jeremiásnak mondott az ÚR Cidkijjának, Júda királyának tizedik esztendejében. Ez az esztendő Nebukadneccar tizennyolcadik esztendeje.

The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD in the tenth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, which was the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar.

Iată cuvântul spus lui Ieremia din partea Domnului, în al zecelea an al lui Zedechia, împăratul lui Iuda. – Acesta era anul al optsprezecelea al lui Nebucadneţar.

The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD in the tenth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, which was the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar.

Akkor már megszállta a babilóni király serege Jeruzsálemet, és Jeremiás próféta be volt zárva a börtön udvarába, amely Júda királyának palotájában volt.

For then the king of Babylon's army besieged Jerusalem: and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house.

Oastea împăratului Babilonului împresura pe atunci Ierusalimul, şi prorocul Ieremia era închis în curtea temniţei, care ţinea de casa împăratului lui Iuda.

At that time the army of the king of Babylon was besieging Jerusalem, and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the guard that was in the palace of the king of Judah.

Mert Cidkijjá, Júda királya záratta be őt, és azt mondta: Miért prófétálsz így, és miért mondod: „Ezt mondta az ÚR: Íme, ezt a várost a babilóni király kezébe adom, és beveszi azt”?

Mert Sedékiás, a Júda királya záratta be őt, mondván: Miért prófétálsz te, ezt mondván: Ezt mondta az Úr: Ímé, én e várost a babiloni király kezébe adom és beveszi azt?

For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;

Zedechia, împăratul lui Iuda, pusese să-l închidă şi-i zisese: „Pentru ce proroceşti şi zici: „Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Iată, dau cetatea aceasta în mâinile împăratului Babilonului, şi o va lua;

For Zedekiah king of Judah had imprisoned him, saying, “Why do you prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the LORD: Behold, I am giving this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall capture it;

És Cidkijjá, Júda királya sem menekül meg a káldeusok kezéből, hanem bizonnyal a babilóni király kezébe adatik; személyesen beszél vele, és szemtől szemben fogja látni.

És Sedékiás, a Júda királya, meg nem menekszik a Káldeusok kezéből, hanem a babiloni király kezébe adatik, és ennek szája szól amannak szájával, és ennek szemei látják amannak szemeit.

And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;

Zedechia, împăratul lui Iuda, nu va scăpa de haldei, ci va fi dat în mâinile împăratului Babilonului, îi va vorbi gură către gură şi se vor vedea faţă în faţă.

Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him face to face and see him eye to eye.

És Babilónba viszi Cidkijját, és ott lesz mindaddig, amíg meg nem látogatom őt – ezt mondja az ÚR. Ha hadakoztok a káldeusok ellen, nem lesz jó dolgotok!

És Babilonba viszi Sedékiást és ott lesz mindaddig, míg meg nem látogatom őt, azt mondja az Úr, hogyha hadakoztok a Káldeusok ellen, nem lesz jó dolgotok.

And he shall lead Zedekiah to Babylon, and there shall he be until I visit him, saith the LORD: though ye fight with the Chaldeans, ye shall not prosper.

Împăratul Babilonului va duce pe Zedechia la Babilon, unde va rămâne până când Îmi voi aduce Eu aminte de el, zice Domnul. Chiar dacă vă bateţi împotriva haldeilor, nu veţi avea izbândă.”

And he shall take Zedekiah to Babylon, and there he shall remain until I visit him, declares the LORD. Though you fight against the Chaldeans, you shall not succeed’?”

And Jeremiah said, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Íme, Hanamél, Sallumnak, nagybátyádnak a fia elmegy hozzád, és azt mondja: Vedd meg a mezőmet, amely Anátótban van, mert téged illet a megváltás joga, hogy megvedd.

Ímé, Hanameél, Sallumnak, a te nagybátyádnak fia hozzád megy, mondván: Vedd meg az én mezőmet, a mely Anatótban van, mert téged illet vér szerint, hogy megvegyed.

Behold, Hanameel the son of Shallum thine uncle shall come unto thee saying, Buy thee my field that is in Anathoth: for the right of redemption is thine to buy it.

„Iată că Hanameel, fiul unchiului tău Şalum, va veni la tine să-ţi spună: „Cumpără ogorul meu care este la Anatot, căci tu ai drept de răscumpărare ca să-l cumperi.”

Behold, Hanamel the son of Shallum your uncle will come to you and say, ‘Buy my field that is at Anathoth, for the right of redemption by purchase is yours.’

Eljött azért hozzám Hanamél, a nagybátyám fia, az ÚR beszéde szerint a börtön udvarához, és ezt mondta nekem: Kérlek, vedd meg a mezőmet, amely Anátótban, Benjámin földjén van, mert téged illet mint örököst, és tiéd a megváltás joga is, vedd meg hát magadnak! Akkor fölismertem, hogy az ÚR szava ez.

Eljöve azért hozzám Hanameél, az én nagybátyámnak fia, az Úr beszéde szerint a tömlöcz pitvarához, és monda nékem: Kérlek, vedd meg az én mezőmet, a mely Anatótban, a Benjámin földén van, mert téged illet, mint örököst, és te reád néz vér szerint is, vedd meg hát magadnak. Akkor észrevevém, hogy az Úr szava ez.

So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray thee, that is in Anathoth, which is in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is thine, and the redemption is thine; buy it for thyself. Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD.

Şi Hanameel, fiul unchiului meu, a venit la mine, după cuvântul Domnului, în curtea temniţei şi mi-a zis: „Cumpără ogorul meu care este la Anatot, în ţara lui Beniamin, căci tu ai drept de moştenire şi de răscumpărare, cumpără-l!” Am cunoscut că era cuvântul Domnului.

Then Hanamel my cousin came to me in the court of the guard, in accordance with the word of the LORD, and said to me, ‘Buy my field that is at Anathoth in the land of Benjamin, for the right of possession and redemption is yours; buy it for yourself.’ Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD.

Azért megvettem Hanaméltól, nagybátyám fiától a mezőt, amely Anátótban van, és kimértem neki a pénzt: tizenhét ezüstsékelt.

And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle's son, that was in Anathoth, and weighed him the money, even seventeen shekels of silver.

Şi am cumpărat de la Hanameel, fiul unchiului meu, ogorul de la Anatot, şi i-am cântărit argintul, şaptesprezece sicli de argint.

“And I bought the field at Anathoth from Hanamel my cousin, and weighed out the money to him, seventeen shekels of silver.

And I subscribed the evidence, and sealed it, and took witnesses, and weighed him the money in the balances.

I signed the deed, sealed it, got witnesses, and weighed the money on scales.

Ezután kezembe vettem a vételről szóló okmányt, amely le volt pecsételve a törvényes rend szerint, és a pecsét nélküli levelet is.

So I took the evidence of the purchase, both that which was sealed according to the law and custom, and that which was open:

Am luat apoi zapisul de cumpărare, pe cel care era pecetluit după Lege şi obiceiuri şi pe cel ce era deschis;

Then I took the sealed deed of purchase, containing the terms and conditions and the open copy.

És odaadtam a vételről szóló okmányt Bárúknak, Nérijjá fiának, Mahszéjá unokájának, Hanamélnek, a nagybátyám fiának szeme láttára, és a tanúk szeme láttára, akik be voltak írva a vételről szóló okmányba; és mindazon júdaiak szeme láttára, akik a börtön udvarán ültek.

És a vétel felől való levelet odaadám Báruknak, a Néria fiának, a ki Mahásiás fia vala, Hanameélnek, az én nagybátyám [fiá]nak szemei előtt, és a tanúk szemei előtt, a kik be valának írva a vétel felől való levélbe, mindama júdaiak szemei előtt, a kik ülnek vala a tömlöcz pitvarában.

And I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle's son, and in the presence of the witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that sat in the court of the prison.

şi am dat zapisul de cumpărare lui Baruc, fiul lui Neriia, fiul lui Mahseia, în faţa lui Hanameel, fiul unchiului meu, în faţa martorilor care iscăliseră zapisul de cumpărare şi în faţa tuturor iudeilor care se aflau în curtea temniţei.

And I gave the deed of purchase to Baruch the son of Neriah son of Mahseiah, in the presence of Hanamel my cousin, in the presence of the witnesses who signed the deed of purchase, and in the presence of all the Judeans who were sitting in the court of the guard.

And I charged Baruch before them, saying,

I charged Baruch in their presence, saying,

Azt mondja a Seregek URa, Izráel Istene: Fogd ezeket az okmányokat, a vételről szóló iratokat, a lepecsételtet és a pecsét nélkülit, és tedd cserépedénybe, hogy sok ideig elálljanak.

Ezt mondja a Seregek Ura, az Izráel Istene: Vedd fel e leveleket, ezt a vételi levelet, mind a bepecsételtetett, mind a közönséges levelet, és tedd azokat cserépedénybe, hogy sok ideig elálljanak.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul oştirilor, Dumnezeul lui Israel: „Ia zapisele acestea de cumpărare, cel pecetluit şi cel deschis, şi pune-le într-un vas de pământ, ca să se păstreze multă vreme!”

‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Take these deeds, both this sealed deed of purchase and this open deed, and put them in an earthenware vessel, that they may last for a long time.

Mert azt mondja a Seregek URa, Izráel Istene: Fognak még házakat, mezőket és szőlőket venni e földön!

Mert ezt mondja a Seregek Ura, Izráel Istene: Még házakat, mezőket és szőlőket fognak venni e földön.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.

Căci aşa vorbeşte Domnul oştirilor, Dumnezeul lui Israel: „Iarăşi se vor mai cumpăra case, ogoare şi vii în ţara aceasta.”

For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Houses and fields and vineyards shall again be bought in this land.’

Majd e szavakkal könyörögtem az ÚRhoz, miután odaadtam a vételről szóló okmányt Bárúknak, Nérijjá fiának:

És könyörgék az Úrnak, miután odaadám a vétel felől való levelet Báruknak, a Néria fiának, mondván:

Now when I had delivered the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, I prayed unto the LORD, saying,

După ce am dat zapisul de cumpărare lui Baruc, fiul lui Neriia, am făcut Domnului această rugăciune:

“After I had given the deed of purchase to Baruch the son of Neriah, I prayed to the LORD, saying:

Ó, URam, Istenem! Íme, te alkottad a mennyet és a földet nagy hatalmaddal és kinyújtott karoddal, és nincs előtted semmi lehetetlen!

Ah, ah, Uram Isten! Ímé te teremtetted a mennyet és földet a te nagy hatalmaddal és a te kiterjesztett karoddal, és semmi sincs lehetetlen előtted!

Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:

„Ah! Doamne Dumnezeule, iată, Tu ai făcut cerurile şi pământul cu puterea Ta cea mare şi cu braţul Tău întins: nimic nu este de mirat din partea Ta!

‘Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.

Irgalmasságot cselekszel ezerízig, de megfizetsz az atyák bűnéért a fiaikon őutánuk, te nagy Isten, te hatalmas, akinek neve Seregek URa!

A ki irgalmasságot cselekszel ezeríziglen, és a ki az atyák bűnéért az ő fiaik keblében fizetsz meg ő utánok, te nagy Isten, te hatalmas, a kinek neve Seregek Ura!

Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,

Tu dai îndurare până la al miilea neam de oameni şi pedepseşti nelegiuirea părinţilor în sânul copiilor lor după ei. Tu eşti Dumnezeul cel mare, cel puternic, al cărui nume este Domnul oştirilor!

You show steadfast love to thousands, but you repay the guilt of fathers to their children after them, O great and mighty God, whose name is the LORD of hosts,

Nagyok a tanácsaid, és hatalmasak a cselekedeteid, szemed jól látja az emberek fiainak minden útját, és megfizetsz kinek-kinek útjai szerint és cselekedeteinek gyümölcse szerint.

Nagy tanácsú és hatalmas cselekedetű, a kinek szemei jól látják az ember[ek] fiainak minden útait, hogy kinek-kinek megfizess az ő útai szerint, és az ő cselekedeteinek gyümölcse szerint;

Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:

Tu eşti mare la sfat şi puternic la faptă, Tu ai ochii deschişi asupra tuturor căilor copiilor oamenilor ca să dai fiecăruia după căile lui, după rodul faptelor lui.

great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes are open to all the ways of the children of man, rewarding each one according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds.

Jeleket és csodákat tettél Egyiptom földjén, Izráel földjén és az emberek között egészen a mai napig, és olyan nevet szereztél magadnak, amely a mai napig megvan.

A ki jeleket és csudákat tettél Égyiptom földén [és] mind e napiglan mind Izráel [föld]én, mind az embereken, és nevet szerzettél magadnak, a mint [ez] mai nap [is megvan.]

Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day;

Tu ai făcut minuni şi semne mari în ţara Egiptului şi până în ziua de azi, şi în Israel, şi printre oameni, şi Ţi-ai făcut un Nume aşa cum este astăzi.

You have shown signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, and to this day in Israel and among all mankind, and have made a name for yourself, as at this day.

Kihoztad népedet, Izráelt Egyiptom földjéről jelekkel és csodákkal, hatalmas kézzel és kinyújtott karral, nagy rettegés közepette.

És kihoztad a te népedet, az Izráelt Égyiptom földéből jelekkel és csudákkal, és hatalmas kézzel, és kinyújtott karral, és nagy rettegtetéssel.

And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror;

Ai scos din ţara Egiptului pe poporul tău, Israel, cu minuni şi semne mari, cu mână tare şi cu braţ întins, şi cu o mare groază.

You brought your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and outstretched arm, and with great terror.

És nekik adtad e földet, amely felől megesküdtél atyáiknak, hogy tejjel és mézzel folyó földet adsz nekik.

És nékik adtad e földet, a mely felől megesküdtél az ő atyáiknak, hogy adsz nékik tejjel és mézzel folyó földet.

And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;

Tu le-ai dat ţara aceasta, pe care juraseşi părinţilor lor că le-o vei da, ţară în care curge lapte şi miere.

And you gave them this land, which you swore to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Ők bementek, és birtokba vették, mindazonáltal nem hallgattak szavadra, és nem jártak törvényeid szerint. Semmit sem tettek meg abból, amit parancsoltál nekik, hogy tegyenek meg, ezért zúdítottad rájuk e vészt.

És bementek és birtokolták azt, mindazáltal nem hallgattak a te szódra, és nem jártak a te törvényeidben, a miket parancsoltál nékik, hogy megcselekedjék, azokból semmit sem cselekedtek, azért mind e gonoszt rájok borítottad.

And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them:

Ei au venit şi au luat-o în stăpânire. Dar n-au ascultat de glasul Tău, n-au păzit Legea Ta şi n-au făcut tot ce le porunciseşi să facă. Şi atunci ai trimis peste ei toate aceste nenorociri!

And they entered and took possession of it. But they did not obey your voice or walk in your law. They did nothing of all you commanded them to do. Therefore you have made all this disaster come upon them.

Íme, az ostromsáncok már a városig érnek, hogy bevegyék, és e város fegyver, éhínség és dögvész által a káldeusok kezébe adatik, akik megostromolják. Amit szóltál, meglett, íme, magad is látod.

Ímé, a sánczok a városhoz érnek, hogy bevegyék azt, és e város odaadatik a Káldeusok kezébe, a kik megostromolják ezt fegyverrel, éhséggel és döghalállal. És a mit szólottál, meglett, ímé látod is.

Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest it.

Iată, şanţurile de apărare se înalţă împotriva cetăţii şi o ameninţă; cetatea va fi dată în mâinile haldeilor care luptă împotriva ei, biruită de sabie, de foamete şi de ciumă. Ce ai spus Tu s-a întâmplat: Tu însuţi vezi!

Behold, the siege mounds have come up to the city to take it, and because of sword and famine and pestilence the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What you spoke has come to pass, and behold, you see it.

És mégis azt mondtad nekem, ó, URam Istenem: Vedd meg magadnak a mezőt ezüstön, és legyenek tanúid felőle! Holott ez a város a káldeusok kezére jut.

És mégis azt mondottad, Uram Isten, nékem: Végy magadnak mezőt pénzen, és legyenek tanúid felőle, holott a város a Káldeusok kezébe adatik.

And thou hast said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

Şi totuşi, Doamne Dumnezeule, Tu mi-ai zis: „Cumpără-ţi un ogor cu argint şi pune şi martori!”… când totuşi cetatea este dată în mâinile haldeilor!”

Yet you, O Lord GOD, have said to me, “Buy the field for money and get witnesses”—though the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans.’”

Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah:

Íme, én, az ÚR, Istene vagyok minden testnek; vajon van-e, ami lehetetlen nekem?

Ímé, én az Úr, Istene vagyok minden testnek, vajjon van- é valami lehetetlen nékem?

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

„Iată, Eu sunt Domnul Dumnezeul oricărei făpturi. Este ceva de mirat din partea Mea?”

“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?

Azért így szól az ÚR: Íme, én e várost a káldeusok kezébe adom, és Nebukadneccar babilóni király kezébe, hogy bevegye.

Azért ezt mondja az Úr: Ímé, én odaadom e várost a Káldeusok kezébe, és Nabukodonozornak, a babiloni királynak kezébe, hogy bevegye azt.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

De aceea, aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Iată, dau cetatea aceasta în mâinile haldeilor şi în mâinile lui Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului, şi o va lua.

Therefore, thus says the LORD: Behold, I am giving this city into the hands of the Chaldeans and into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he shall capture it.

És bemennek a káldeusok e városba, akik ostromolják, és fölgyújtják e várost, fölégetik azokkal a házakkal együtt, amelyeknek tetején a Baalnak tömjéneztek, és idegen isteneknek áldoztak italáldozatot, hogy engem haragra ingereljenek.

És bemennek a Káldeusok, a kik ostromolják e várost, és e várost felgyújtják tűzzel és felégetik azt, és a házakat is, a melyeknek tetején füstöltek a Baálnak és áldoztak idegen isteneknek, hogy engem haragra ingereljenek.

And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger.

Haldeii care luptă împotriva cetăţii acesteia vor intra, îi vor pune foc şi o vor arde împreună cu casele pe acoperişul cărora au adus tămâie lui Baal şi au turnat jertfe de băutură altor dumnezei ca să Mă mânie.

The Chaldeans who are fighting against this city shall come and set this city on fire and burn it, with the houses on whose roofs offerings have been made to Baal and drink offerings have been poured out to other gods, to provoke me to anger.

Mert Izráel fiai és Júda fiai ifjúságuktól fogva csak azt cselekedték, ami gonosz az én szememben, és Izráel fiai csak haragra gerjesztettek engem kezük cselekedeteivel – ezt mondja az ÚR.

For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD.

For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have done nothing but evil in my sight from their youth. The children of Israel have done nothing but provoke me to anger by the work of their hands, declares the LORD.

For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,

Căci cetatea aceasta Îmi aţâţă mânia şi urgia, din ziua când s-a zidit şi până azi; de aceea vreau s-o iau dinaintea feţei Mele,

This city has aroused my anger and wrath, from the day it was built to this day, so that I will remove it from my sight

Izráel fiainak és Júda fiainak minden bűnéért, amelyet azért cselekedtek, hogy fölháborítsanak engem ők maguk, királyaik, fejedelmeik, papjaik és prófétáik és Júda férfiai és Jeruzsálem polgárai.

Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

És háttal fordultak felém, nem arccal, holott tanítottam őket idejében; és noha tanítottam őket, nem voltak engedelmesek az intés befogadására.

And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.

Sőt utálatosságaikat abba a házba helyezték, amelyet nevemről neveznek, hogy tisztátalanná tegyék.

Magaslatokat emeltek a Baalnak a Ben-Hinnóm völgyében, hogy föláldozzák fiaikat és leányaikat a Moloknak, amit nem parancsoltam nekik, és még csak nem is gondoltam, hogy ilyen utálatosságot tesznek, és Júdát vétekbe viszik.

És magaslatokat emeltek a Baálnak, a Ben-Hinnom völgyében, hogy megáldozzák fiaikat és leányaikat a Moloknak, a mit nem parancsoltam nékik, és még csak nem is gondoltam, hogy ez útálatosságot megcselekedjék, hogy Júdát vétekre vigyék.

And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

Au zidit înălţimi lui Baal în valea Ben-Hinon ca să treacă prin foc lui Moloc pe fiii şi fiicele lor: lucru pe care nu li-l poruncisem; şi nici nu-Mi trecuse prin gând că au să facă asemenea grozăvii ca să ducă pe Iuda în păcat.”

They built the high places of Baal in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to offer up their sons and daughters to Molech, though I did not command them, nor did it enter into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

Most azért azt mondja az ÚR, Izráel Istene e városnak, amely felől ti azt mondjátok, a babilóni király kezébe kerül fegyver, éhínség és dögvész miatt:

És most azért azt mondja az Úr, Izráel Istene e városnak, a mely felől ti mondjátok: Odaadatik a babiloni király kezébe, fegyver, éhség és döghalál miatt:

And now therefore thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;

Şi acum, aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel despre cetatea aceasta despre care ziceţi: „Va fi dată în mâinile împăratului Babilonului, biruită prin sabie, prin foamete şi prin ciumă.”

“Now therefore thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city of which you say, ‘It is given into the hand of the king of Babylon by sword, by famine, and by pestilence’:

Íme, összegyűjtöm őket mindazokból az országokból, ahová elűztem őket haragomban, fölgerjedésemben és nagy fölháborodásomban, és visszahozom őket e helyre, letelepítem őket, és biztonságban élnek.

Ímé én összegyűjtöm őket mindama földekről, a melyekre kiűztem őket haragomban, felgerjedésemben és nagy bosszankodásomban, és visszahozom őket e helyre, és lakni hagyom őket bátorságban.

Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:

Behold, I will gather them from all the countries to which I drove them in my anger and my wrath and in great indignation. I will bring them back to this place, and I will make them dwell in safety.

Népemmé lesznek, én pedig Istenük leszek.

És népemmé lesznek nékem, én pedig nékik Istenök leszek.

And they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

Ei vor fi poporul Meu, şi Eu voi fi Dumnezeul lor.

És egy szívet és egy utat adok nekik, hogy engem féljenek mindenkor, és jól legyen dolguk nekik és fiaiknak őutánuk.

And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:

Örökkévaló szövetséget kötök velük, nem fordulok el tőlük, és jót teszek velük; az én félelmemet adom a szívükbe, hogy ne távozzanak el tőlem.

És örökkévaló szövetséget kötök velök, hogy nem fordulok el tőlök és a velök való jótéteménytől, és az én félelmemet adom az ő szívökbe, hogy el ne távozzanak tőlem.

And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

Voi încheia cu ei un legământ veşnic că nu Mă voi mai întoarce de la ei, ci le voi face bine şi le voi pune în inimă frica de Mine, ca să nu se depărteze de Mine.

I will make with them an everlasting covenant, that I will not turn away from doing good to them. And I will put the fear of me in their hearts, that they may not turn from me.

És örvendezem, ha jót cselekedhetem velük, teljes szívemmel és teljes lelkemmel, és bizonyosan beültetem őket ebbe a földbe.

És örvendezek bennök, ha jót cselekedhetem velök és biztosan beplántálhatom őket e földbe, teljes szívvel és teljes lélekkel.

Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

Mă voi bucura să le fac bine, îi voi sădi cu adevărat în ţara aceasta, din toată inima şi din tot sufletul Meu.”

I will rejoice in doing them good, and I will plant them in this land in faithfulness, with all my heart and all my soul.

Mert így szól az ÚR: Amint ráhoztam e népre mindezt a nagy veszedelmet, úgy hozom rájuk mindazt a jót is, amit mondtam nekik.

Mert ezt mondja az Úr: A miképen ráhoztam e népre mind e nagy veszedelmet, azonképen hozom rájok mind azt a jót, a miket én ő felőlök mondok.

For thus saith the LORD; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.

Căci aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „După cum am adus peste poporul aceasta toate aceste mari nenorociri, tot aşa voi aduce peste ei tot binele pe care li-l făgăduiesc.

“For thus says the LORD: Just as I have brought all this great disaster upon this people, so I will bring upon them all the good that I promise them.

Mert vesznek még mezőt ebben az országban, amely felől azt mondjátok: Pusztaság ez, emberek és jószág nélkül, és a káldeusok kezébe kerül.

És vesznek [még] mezőt e földön, a mely felől ti ezt mondjátok: Pusztaság ez emberek nélkül, barmok nélkül, [és] odaadatik a Káldeusok kezébe.

And fields shall be bought in this land, whereof ye say, It is desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

Se vor cumpăra iarăşi ogoare în ţara aceasta despre care ziceţi că este un pustiu fără oameni şi fără dobitoace şi că este dată în mâinile haldeilor.

Fields shall be bought in this land of which you are saying, ‘It is a desolation, without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.’

Ezüstön vesznek mezőket, és okmányba foglalják, lepecsételik, és tanúkat állítanak Benjámin földjén, Jeruzsálem környékén és Júda városaiban, a hegyvidék, a síkság és a Délvidék városaiban, mert visszahozom őket a fogságból – ezt mondja az ÚR.

Pénzen vesznek mezőket, és beírják a levélbe, és megpecsételik, és tanukat állítanak a Benjámin földén, Jeruzsálem környékén és Júda városaiban, a hegyi városokban és a síkföldi városokban és a dél felé való városokban, mert visszahozom az ő foglyaikat, azt mondja az Úr.

Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal them, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for I will cause their captivity to return, saith the LORD.

Se vor cumpăra iarăşi ogoare pe argint, se vor scrie zapise, se vor pecetlui, se vor pune martori, în ţara lui Beniamin şi în împrejurimile Ierusalimului, în cetăţile lui Iuda, în cetăţile de la munte, în cetăţile de la câmpie şi în cetăţile de la miazăzi, căci voi aduce înapoi pe prinşii lor de război, zice Domnul.”

Fields shall be bought for money, and deeds shall be signed and sealed and witnessed, in the land of Benjamin, in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, in the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb; for I will restore their fortunes, declares the LORD.”
