So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

Tot Israelul este scris în spiţele de neam şi trecut în cartea împăraţilor lui Israel. Şi Iuda a fost luat rob în Babilon, din pricina fărădelegilor lui.

So all Israel was recorded in genealogies, and these are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel. And Judah was taken into exile in Babylon because of their breach of faith.

Jeruzsálemben Júda és Benjámin fiai közül, valamint Efraim és Manassé fiai közül valók laktak:

And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;

La Ierusalim locuiau fii de ai lui Iuda, fii de ai lui Beniamin şi fii de ai lui Efraim şi Manase. –

And some of the people of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh lived in Jerusalem:

A silóiak közül való volt Aszájá, az elsőszülött és fiai.

And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.

Helyük mindmáig ott van napkelet felől a királyi kapunál. Ők voltak a kapuőrök Lévi fiainak a táborában.

Who hitherto waited in the king's gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.

until then they were in the king’s gate on the east side as the gatekeepers of the camps of the Levites.

Sallum pedig, Kóré fia, aki Ebjászáf fia, aki Kórah fia volt, testvéreivel együtt, akik a kórahiak családjából származtak, a szolgálat munkájában a hajlék küszöbének őrizői voltak úgy, mint már atyáik is, akik az ÚR táborának bejáratát őrizték,

And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.

Şalum, fiul lui Core, fiul lui Ebiasaf, fiul lui Core, şi fraţii săi din casa tatălui său, coreiţii, împlineau slujba de păzitori ai pragurilor Cortului; părinţii lor păziseră intrarea în tabăra Domnului,

Shallum the son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his kinsmen of his fathers’ house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, as their fathers had been in charge of the camp of the LORD, keepers of the entrance.

And Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was porter of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Ezek kétszáztizenketten mind választott kapuőrök voltak. Őket falvaikban, nemzetségük szerint megszámlálták; már Dávid és Sámuel, a látó rendelte őket erre a tisztségre.

Ezek mind választott ajtónállók voltak, kétszáztizenketten; kik az ő faluikban, nemzetségök szerint, megszámláltattak volt; kiket Dávid rendelt és Sámuel próféta az ő tisztökbe.

All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office.

De toţi erau două sute doisprezece, aleşi ca uşieri ai pragurilor şi scrişi în spiţele de neam, după satele lor. David şi văzătorul Samuel îi puseseră în slujba lor.

All these, who were chosen as gatekeepers at the thresholds, were 212. They were enrolled by genealogies in their villages. David and Samuel the seer established them in their office of trust.

So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

So they and their sons were in charge of the gates of the house of the LORD, that is, the house of the tent, as guards.

A négy égtáj irányába voltak őrök: keletre, nyugatra, északra és délre.

In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.

The gatekeepers were on the four sides, east, west, north, and south.

And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.

And their kinsmen who were in their villages were obligated to come in every seven days, in turn, to be with these,

For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

for the four chief gatekeepers, who were Levites, were entrusted to be over the chambers and the treasures of the house of God.

Az ÚR háza körül éjszakáztak, mivel az ő tisztük volt az őrködés, és minden reggel ők nyitották ki az ajtókat.

And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.

And they lodged around the house of God, for on them lay the duty of watching, and they had charge of opening it every morning.

Közülük néhányan a szolgálati edényekre viseltek gondot, mert mind a kivitelnél, mind a visszavitelnél számba vették azokat.

És ő közülök [némelyek] a szolgálati edényekre [viselnek vala gondot;] mert mind a kivitelnél, mind a visszavitelnél számon veszik vala azokat.

And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.

Unii din leviţi aveau grijă de uneltele pentru slujbă, pe care le numărau la intrare şi le numărau şi la ieşire.

Some of them had charge of the utensils of service, for they were required to count them when they were brought in and taken out.

Néhányat közülük kiválasztottak az egyéb edényekről, a lisztről, a borról, az olajról, a tömjénről és a fűszerekről való gondoskodásra.

Ugyanazok közül választattak vala [némelyek másféle] edénynek, a szenthely minden eszközeinek, a lisztnek, bornak, olajnak, tömjénnek és fűszereknek [gondviselésére.]

Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

Alţii îngrijeau de unelte, de toate uneltele Sfântului Locaş, şi de floarea făinii, de vin, de untdelemn, de tămâie şi de miresme.

Others of them were appointed over the furniture and over all the holy utensils, also over the fine flour, the wine, the oil, the incense, and the spices.

Továbbá a léviták közül való Mattitjá, a kórahi Sallum elsőszülöttje a serpenyőkre viselt gondot.

Továbbá Mattitja, a Léviták közül való (ki elsőszülötte a Kórakhiták közül való Sallumnak), a serpenyőkre visel vala gondot.

And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.

Matitia, unul din leviţi, întâiul născut al lui Şalum, coreitul, avea grijă de turtele coapte în tigaie.

and Mattithiah, one of the Levites, the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, was entrusted with making the flat cakes.

A kehátiak fiait és testvéreiket rendelték a szent kenyér szolgálatára, hogy minden szombaton elkészítsék.

A Kéhátiták fiai és azok atyjokfiai közül [rendeltettek volt ]a szent kenyérnek gondviselésére, hogy minden szombaton megkészítsék [azt].

And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath.

Şi unii din fraţii lor, dintre chehatiţi, erau însărcinaţi să pregătească pentru fiecare Sabat pâinile pentru punerea înaintea Domnului.

Also some of their kinsmen of the Kohathites had charge of the showbread, to prepare it every Sabbath.

Az énekesek és a kamrákban tartózkodó léviták közül a családfők mentesek voltak más feladatok alól, mert éjjel és nappal szolgálattal tartoztak.

Ezek közül valók valának az éneklők is, a Léviták közül a családfők, a kik szabadosok valának [egyéb tiszttől] az ő kamarájokban; mert éjjel és nappal szolgálattal tartoznak vala.

And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night.

Aceştia sunt cântăreţii, capii de familie ai leviţilor, care locuiau în odăi, scutiţi de alte slujbe, pentru că lucrau zi şi noapte.

Now these, the singers, the heads of fathers’ houses of the Levites, were in the chambers of the temple free from other service, for they were on duty day and night.

A léviták családfői voltak ezek, származásuk szerint főemberek, és ők Jeruzsálemben laktak.

These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.

These were heads of fathers’ houses of the Levites, according to their generations, leaders. These lived in Jerusalem.

And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.
