A filiszteusok háborút viseltek Izráel ellen, és megfutamodott Izráel népe a filiszteusok elől, és sokan a sebeik miatt el is hulltak Gilbóa hegyén.

A Filiszteusok pedig hadakoznak vala az Izráellel, és megfutamodék Izráel népe a Filiszteusok előtt, és [néhányan] a sebek miatt el is hullának a Gilboa hegyén.

Now the Philistines fought against Israel; and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa.

Filistenii s-au luptat cu Israel, şi oamenii lui Israel au luat-o la fugă înaintea filistenilor şi au căzut morţi pe muntele Ghilboa.

Now the Philistines fought against Israel, and the men of Israel fled before the Philistines and fell slain on Mount Gilboa.

A filiszteusok pedig Saulnak és fiainak a nyomába eredtek, és megölték a filiszteusok Jónátánt, Abinádábot és Malkisúát, Saul fiait.

Elérék pedig a Filiszteusok Sault és az ő fiait, és megölék a Filiszteusok Jonathánt, Abinádábot és Malkisuát, a Saul fiait.

And the Philistines followed hard after Saul, and after his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Malchishua, the sons of Saul.

Filistenii au urmărit pe Saul şi pe fiii lui şi au ucis pe Ionatan, Abinadab şi Malchi-Şua, fiii lui Saul.

And the Philistines overtook Saul and his sons, and the Philistines struck down Jonathan and Abinadab and Malchi-shua, the sons of Saul.

A viadal igen heves volt Saul körül, és amikor rátaláltak az íjászok, a nyilakkal megsebesítették.

And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him, and he was wounded of the archers.

Învălmăşeala luptei a prins şi pe Saul; arcaşii l-au ajuns şi l-au rănit.

The battle pressed hard against Saul, and the archers found him, and he was wounded by the archers.

Erre Saul így szólt a fegyverhordozójához: Vond ki fegyveredet, és döfj át vele, hogy ha ideérnek e körülmetéletlenek, ne gyalázzanak meg engem! De fegyverhordozója vonakodott, mert igen félt. Erre Saul megragadta a kardját, és beledőlt.

És monda Saul az ő fegyverhordozójának: Vond ki fegyveredet, és verj által engem vele, mert netalán eljőnek e körülmetéletlenek, és meggyaláznak engemet. De fegyverhordozója nem akará, mert igen fél vala. Ragadá azért Saul a fegyvert, és belé bocsátkozék.

Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.

Saul a zis atunci celui ce-i ducea armele: „Scoate-ţi sabia şi străpunge-mă cu ea, ca nu cumva să vină aceşti netăiaţi împrejur să mă batjocorească.” Cel ce-i ducea armele n-a voit, căci se temea. Şi Saul şi-a luat sabia şi s-a aruncat în ea.

Then Saul said to his armor-bearer, “Draw your sword and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised come and mistreat me.” But his armor-bearer would not, for he feared greatly. Therefore Saul took his own sword and fell upon it.

Amikor a fegyverhordozója látta, hogy Saul immár meghalt, ő is kardjába dőlt, és meghalt.

Látván pedig az ő fegyverhordozója, hogy Saul immár meghalt, ő is a fegyverbe bocsátkozék, és meghala.

And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died.

Cel ce ducea armele lui Saul, văzându-l mort, s-a aruncat şi el în sabia lui şi a murit.

And when his armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he also fell upon his sword and died.

Így halt meg Saul, három fia és vele együtt egész háznépe.

Meghala azért Saul és az ő három fia, és egész háznépe is egyetemben meghala.

So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.

Astfel a pierit Saul şi cei trei fii ai lui, şi toată casa lui a pierit în acelaşi timp.

Thus Saul died; he and his three sons and all his house died together.

Mikor pedig mindazok az izráeliek, akik a völgyben voltak, látták, hogy ők megfutamodtak, és hogy Saul és fiai meghaltak, pusztán hagyták városaikat, és elmenekültek. Akkor eljöttek a filiszteusok, és betelepedtek azokba.

Mikor pedig meglátták Izráelnek minden férfiai, a kik a völgyben valának, hogy ők megfutamodtak, és hogy Saul és az ő fiai megholtak: pusztán hagyák városaikat és elfutának. Akkor eljövének a Filiszteusok, és azokba beszállának.

And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, then they forsook their cities, and fled: and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.

Toţi bărbaţii lui Israel care erau în vale, văzând fuga şi văzând că Saul şi fiii lui au murit, şi-au părăsit cetăţile şi au fugit şi ei. Şi filistenii au venit şi s-au aşezat acolo.

And when all the men of Israel who were in the valley saw that the army had fled and that Saul and his sons were dead, they abandoned their cities and fled, and the Philistines came and lived in them.

Másnap történt, hogy a filiszteusok eljöttek, hogy kifosszák az elesetteket. Megtalálták Sault és fiait, amint holtan feküdtek a Gilbóa-hegyen.

Lőn pedig másodnap, eljövének a Filiszteusok, hogy a holtakat kifoszszák, és megtalálák Sault és az ő fiait, halva feküdvén a Gilboa hegyén.

And it came to pass on the morrow, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found Saul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa.

A doua zi, filistenii au venit să jefuiască morţii şi au găsit pe Saul şi pe fiii lui căzuţi pe muntele Ghilboa.

The next day, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, they found Saul and his sons fallen on Mount Gilboa.

Kifosztották őt, fejét vették, elvették fegyvereit, és elküldték ezeket a filiszteusok minden tartományába körös-körül, hogy hírül adják bálványaiknak és a népnek.

És kifoszták őt, és elvevék fejét és az ő fegyvereit, és elküldék a Filiszteusok minden tartományába köröskörül, hogy hírül adják bálványaiknak és a népnek.

And when they had stripped him, they took his head, and his armour, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to carry tidings unto their idols, and to the people.

L-au jefuit şi i-au luat capul şi armele. Apoi au trimis să dea de ştire prin toată ţara filistenilor, idolilor lor şi poporului.

And they stripped him and took his head and his armor, and sent messengers throughout the land of the Philistines to carry the good news to their idols and to the people.

And they put his armour in the house of their gods, and fastened his head in the temple of Dagon.

Mikor azonban meghallották a jábés-gileádiak, hogy mit cselekedtek a filiszteusok Saullal,

And when all Jabeshgilead heard all that the Philistines had done to Saul,

Când au auzit toţi locuitorii din Iabesul din Galaad tot ce au făcut filistenii lui Saul,

But when all Jabesh-gilead heard all that the Philistines had done to Saul,

fölkelt az összes erős férfi, és elvitték Saulnak és fiainak a testét. Jábésba vitték és eltemették a csontjaikat a tölgyfa alatt Jábésban, és hét napig böjtöltek.

Feltámadának mindnyájan az erős férfiak, és elvivék Saulnak és az ő fiainak testét; és Jábesbe vivén, eltemeték azoknak csontjaikat a tölgyfa alatt Jábesben, és bőjtölének hetednapig.

They arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.

s-au sculat toţi oamenii viteji, au luat trupul lui Saul şi trupurile fiilor lui şi le-au dus la Iabes. Le-au îngropat oasele sub stejar, la Iabes, şi au postit şapte zile.

all the valiant men arose and took away the body of Saul and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh. And they buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh and fasted seven days.

Így halt meg Saul gonoszsága miatt, mivel vétkezett az ÚR ellen. Az ÚR szavát nem tartotta meg, sőt a halottidézőt is megkereste, hogy megkérdezze,

Meghala azért Saul az ő gonoszsága miatt, mivel vétkezett az Úr ellen, az Úrnak igéje ellen, melyet nem őrzött meg, sőt az ördöngöst is megkereste, hogy megkérdezze;

So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;

Saul a murit, pentru că s-a făcut vinovat de fărădelege faţă de Domnul, al cărui cuvânt nu l-a păzit, şi pentru că a întrebat şi cerut sfatul celor ce cheamă morţii.

So Saul died for his breach of faith. He broke faith with the LORD in that he did not keep the command of the LORD, and also consulted a medium, seeking guidance.

és nem az URat kérdezte meg. Ezért elveszítette őt az ÚR, és országát Dávidnak, Isai fiának adta.

És nem az Urat kérdé. Ezért elveszté őt, és adá az ő országát Dávidnak, az Isai fiának.

And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.

N-a întrebat pe Domnul: de aceea Domnul l-a omorât, şi împărăţia a dat-o lui David, fiul lui Isai.

He did not seek guidance from the LORD. Therefore the LORD put him to death and turned the kingdom over to David the son of Jesse.
