Rúbennek, Izráel elsőszülöttjének fiai. Ő volt az elsőszülött, de amikor beszennyezte apjának ágyát, elsőszülöttségi jogát József fiai kapták, aki Izráel fia volt. Ezért nincs besorolva származás szerint az elsőszülöttek közé.

Now the sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel, (for he was the firstborn; but forasmuch as he defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given unto the sons of Joseph the son of Israel: and the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright.

Fiii lui Ruben, întâiul născut al lui Israel. – Căci el era întâiul născut, dar, pentru că a spurcat patul tatălui său, dreptul lui de întâi născut a fost dat fiilor lui Iosif, fiul lui Israel; totuşi Iosif n-a fost scris în spiţele de neam ca întâi născut.

The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel (for he was the firstborn, but because he defiled his father’s couch, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph the son of Israel, so that he could not be enrolled as the oldest son;

Habár Júda tekintélyesebb volt testvéreinél, és fejedelem is került ki belőle, de az elsőszülöttségi jog Józsefé lett.

For Judah prevailed above his brethren, and of him came the chief ruler; but the birthright was Joseph's:)

Iuda a fost în adevăr puternic printre fraţii săi, şi din el a ieşit un domnitor; dar dreptul de întâi născut este al lui Iosif.

though Judah became strong among his brothers and a chief came from him, yet the birthright belonged to Joseph),

The sons, I say, of Reuben the firstborn of Israel were, Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.

Az ő fia Beérá, akit fogságba vitt TiglatPileszer asszír király. Ő volt a rúbeniek fejedelme.

Beerah his son, whom Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria carried away captive: he was prince of the Reubenites.

Beerah his son, whom Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria carried away into exile; he was a chief of the Reubenites.

And his brethren by their families, when the genealogy of their generations was reckoned, were the chief, Jeiel, and Zechariah,

And his kinsmen by their clans, when the genealogy of their generations was recorded: the chief, Jeiel, and Zechariah,

And Bela the son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel, who dwelt in Aroer, even unto Nebo and Baalmeon:

and Bela the son of Azaz, son of Shema, son of Joel, who lived in Aroer, as far as Nebo and Baal-meon.

napkeleti irányban pedig az Eufrátesz folyótól a puszta széléig terjeszkedett, mivel jószágai igen elszaporodtak Gileád földjén.

Napkelet felé is lakik vala a pusztában való bemenetelig, az Eufrátes folyóvíztől fogva; mert az ő barmai Gileád földén igen elszaporodtak.

And eastward he inhabited unto the entering in of the wilderness from the river Euphrates: because their cattle were multiplied in the land of Gilead.

la răsărit, locuia până la intrarea pustiului de la râul Eufrat, căci turmele lor erau în mare număr în ţara Galaadului.

He also lived to the east as far as the entrance of the desert this side of the Euphrates, because their livestock had multiplied in the land of Gilead.

Saul idejében pedig hadat indítottak a hagriak ellen, akik elhullottak kezük által, és azoknak sátraiban laktak Gileád egész keleti vidékén.

Saul királynak idejében pedig támasztának hadat a Hágárénusok ellen, és elhullának [azok] az ő kezeik által, és lakának azoknak sátoraikban, Gileádnak napkelet felé való egész részében.

And in the days of Saul they made war with the Hagarites, who fell by their hand: and they dwelt in their tents throughout all the east land of Gilead.

Pe vremea lui Saul au făcut război cu hagareniţii, care au căzut în mâinile lor, şi au locuit în corturile lor pe toată partea de răsărit a Galaadului.

And in the days of Saul they waged war against the Hagrites, who fell into their hand. And they lived in their tents throughout all the region east of Gilead.

Gád fiai pedig velük szemben, Básán földjén laktak Szalkáig.

And the children of Gad dwelt over against them, in the land of Bashan unto Salcah:

Fiii lui Gad locuiau în faţa lor, în ţara Basanului, până la Salca.

The sons of Gad lived over against them in the land of Bashan as far as Salecah:

Jóél volt a nemzetségfő, Sáfám pedig a második őutána. Janaj és Sáfát is Básánban lakott.

Jóel vala előljárójok, Sáfám második az után; Johánai és Sáfát Básánban.

Joel the chief, and Shapham the next, and Jaanai, and Shaphat in Bashan.

Ioel, cel dintâi; Şafam, al doilea; Iaenai şi Şafat, în Basan.

Joel the chief, Shapham the second, Janai, and Shaphat in Bashan.

Testvéreik családjaik szerint ezek: Míkáél, Mesullám, Seba, Jóraj, Jakán, Zía és Héber, ők heten.

And their brethren of the house of their fathers were, Michael, and Meshullam, and Sheba, and Jorai, and Jachan, and Zia, and Heber, seven.

These are the children of Abihail the son of Huri, the son of Jaroah, the son of Gilead, the son of Michael, the son of Jeshishai, the son of Jahdo, the son of Buz;

These were the sons of Abihail the son of Huri, son of Jaroah, son of Gilead, son of Michael, son of Jeshishai, son of Jahdo, son of Buz.

És Ahi, Gúni fiának, Abdiélnek a fia volt a család feje.

Ahi the son of Abdiel, the son of Guni, chief of the house of their fathers.

Ezek Gileádban, Básánban és az ezekhez tartozó mezővárosokban laktak, és Sárón minden legelőjén, egész a határukig.

[Ezek] Gileádban, Básánban és az ezekhez tartozó mezővárosokban laktak, és Sáronnak minden legelőjén, határaikig.

And they dwelt in Gilead in Bashan, and in her towns, and in all the suburbs of Sharon, upon their borders.

Ei locuiau în Galaad, în Basan şi în cetăţile lor şi în toate împrejurimile Saronului până la marginile lor.

and they lived in Gilead, in Bashan and in its towns, and in all the pasturelands of Sharon to their limits.

Mindnyájukat megszámlálták Jótámnak, Júda királyának idejében és Jeroboámnak, Izráel királyának idejében.

Kik mindnyájan megszámláltatának Jótámnak, a Júda királyának idejében, és Jeroboámnak, az Izráel királyának idejében.

All these were reckoned by genealogies in the days of Jotham king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel.

Toţi au fost scrişi în spiţele de neamuri pe vremea lui Iotam, împăratul lui Iuda, şi pe vremea lui Ieroboam, împăratul lui Israel.

All of these were recorded in genealogies in the days of Jotham king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel.

Rúben fiai és a gádiak közül meg a Manassé törzsének egyik feléből való felvértezett fegyveres férfiak, íjászok, a hadakozásban jártas negyvennégyezer-hétszázhatvan fegyverforgató férfi

A Rúben fiai közül és a Gáditák közül és a Manasse félnemzetsége közül erős paizs- és fegyverhordozó férfiak, kézívesek és a hadakozásban jártasok, negyvennégyezerhétszázhatvanan harczra kész férfiak;

The sons of Reuben, and the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot with bow, and skilful in war, were four and forty thousand seven hundred and threescore, that went out to the war.

Fiii lui Ruben, gadiţii şi jumătate din seminţia lui Manase aveau oameni viteji, care purtau scut şi sabie, trăgeau cu arcul şi erau deprinşi cu războiul, în număr de patruzeci şi patru de mii şapte sute şaizeci, în stare să meargă la oaste.

The Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh had valiant men who carried shield and sword, and drew the bow, expert in war, 44,760, able to go to war.

Legyőzték őket, és kezükbe kerültek a hagriak és mindazok, akik velük voltak, mert Istenhez kiáltottak harc közben, és ő meghallgatta őket, mert benne bíztak.

És győzedelmesek levének azokon, és kezekbe adatának a Hágárénusok és mindazok, a kik ezekkel valának; mert az Istenhez kiáltának harcz közben, és ő meghallgatá őket, mert ő benne bíztak.

And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand, and all that were with them: for they cried to God in the battle, and he was intreated of them; because they put their trust in him.

Au primit ajutor împotriva lor, şi hagareniţii şi toţi cei ce erau cu ei au fost daţi în mâinile lor. Căci, în timpul luptei, strigaseră către Dumnezeu, care i-a ascultat, pentru că se încrezuseră în El.

And when they prevailed over them, the Hagrites and all who were with them were given into their hands, for they cried out to God in the battle, and he granted their urgent plea because they trusted in him.

And they took away their cattle; of their camels fifty thousand, and of sheep two hundred and fifty thousand, and of asses two thousand, and of men an hundred thousand.

Şi le-au luat turmele, cincizeci de mii de cămile, două sute cincizeci de mii de oi, două mii de măgari şi o sută de mii de inşi;

They carried off their livestock: 50,000 of their camels, 250,000 sheep, 2,000 donkeys, and 100,000 men alive.

Sebesülés miatt is sokan elestek, mert Istentől volt az a harc, és azok helyén laktak a fogságig.

For there fell down many slain, because the war was of God. And they dwelt in their steads until the captivity.

For many fell, because the war was of God. And they lived in their place until the exile.

Manassé fél törzsének fiai pedig azon a földön laktak, amely Básántól BaalHermónig, Szenírig és a Hermón-hegyig terjedt, mert igen megsokasodtak.

A Manasse nemzetsége felének fiai pedig [azon] a földön laktak, [a mely] Básántól Baál-Hermonig, Szenirig és Hermon hegyéig [terjedt,] [mert] igen megsokasodtak vala.

And the children of the half tribe of Manasseh dwelt in the land: they increased from Bashan unto Baalhermon and Senir, and unto mount Hermon.

Fiii jumătăţii seminţiei lui Manase locuiau în ţară, de la Basan până la Baal-Hermon şi Senir, şi pe muntele Hermon; erau mulţi la număr.

The members of the half-tribe of Manasseh lived in the land. They were very numerous from Bashan to Baal-hermon, Senir, and Mount Hermon.

Családjaik nemzetségfői voltak: Éfer, Jisi, Eliél, Azriél, Jirmejá, Hódavjá és Jahdiél, igen erős férfiak, híres emberek, családjaik nemzetségfői.

És ezek voltak az ő atyjok háznépének fejedelmei: Efer, Isi, Eliel, Azriel, Irméja, Hodávia és Jahdiel, igen erős férfiak, híres férfiak, a kik az ő atyjok háznépe között fők voltak.

And these were the heads of the house of their fathers, even Epher, and Ishi, and Eliel, and Azriel, and Jeremiah, and Hodaviah, and Jahdiel, mighty men of valour, famous men, and heads of the house of their fathers.

De vétkeztek atyáik Istene ellen, mert az ország népeinek bálványisteneivel paráználkodtak, amely népeket Isten kipusztított előlük.

Vétkezének pedig az ő atyjoknak Istene ellen; mert a föld lakóinak bálványisteneivel paráználkodának, a kiket az Isten szemök elől elpusztított.

And they transgressed against the God of their fathers, and went a whoring after the gods of the people of the land, whom God destroyed before them.

Dar au păcătuit împotriva Dumnezeului părinţilor lor şi au curvit după dumnezeii popoarelor ţării, pe care Dumnezeu le nimicise dinaintea lor.

But they broke faith with the God of their fathers, and whored after the gods of the peoples of the land, whom God had destroyed before them.

Ezért fölindította Izráel Istene Púl asszír királynak és Tiglat-Pileszer asszír királynak a lelkét, hogy fogságba vigye a rúbenieket, a gádiakat és Manassé törzsének a felét. Elvitte őket Halahba, Hábórba, Hárába és a Gózán folyója mellé. Így van ez mindmáig.

Felindítá azért az Izráel Istene Pulnak, az Assiriabeli királynak szívét és Tiglát-Pilésernek, az assiriai királynak szívét, és fogva elvivé őket, a Rúbenitákat, a Gáditákat és a Manasse félnemzetségét is; és elvivé őket Haláhba és Háborba, Hárába és a Gózán folyóvizéhez mind e mai napig.

And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul king of Assyria, and the spirit of Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away, even the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought them unto Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and to the river Gozan, unto this day.

Dumnezeul lui Israel a aţâţat duhul lui Pul, împăratul Asiriei, şi duhul lui Tiglat-Pilneser, împăratul Asiriei; şi Tiglat-Pilneser a luat robi pe rubeniţi, gadiţi şi jumătate din seminţia lui Manase şi i-a dus la Halah, la Habor, la Hara şi la râul Gozan, unde au rămas până în ziua de azi.

So the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul king of Assyria, the spirit of Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, and he took them into exile, namely, the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah, Habor, Hara, and the river Gozan, to this day.
