Sába királynője pedig, hallva Salamon hírét, eljött Jeruzsálembe igen nagy sereggel és tevékkel, amelyek fűszereket, igen sok aranyat és drágaköveket hoztak, hogy próbára tegye Salamont nehéz kérdésekkel. Salamonhoz ment, és beszélt vele mindenről, ami a szívén volt.

A Séba királynéasszonya pedig hallván Salamon hírét, eljöve, hogy megkisértse Salamont nehéz kérdésekkel, Jeruzsálembe, igen nagy sereggel és tevékkel, a melyek hoznak vala fűszereket, igen sok aranyat és drágaköveket; és Salamonhoz méne, és beszélt vele mindenekről, a melyek szívén voltak.

And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to prove Solomon with hard questions at Jerusalem, with a very great company, and camels that bare spices, and gold in abundance, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart.

Împărăteasa din Seba a auzit de faima lui Solomon şi a venit la Ierusalim ca să-l încerce prin întrebări grele. Ea avea un alai foarte mare şi cămile încărcate cu mirodenii, aur mult de tot şi pietre scumpe. S-a dus la Solomon şi i-a spus tot ce avea pe inimă.

Now when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to Jerusalem to test him with hard questions, having a very great retinue and camels bearing spices and very much gold and precious stones. And when she came to Solomon, she told him all that was on her mind.

De Salamon megfelelt minden szavára, mert semmi sem volt Salamon elől elrejtve, amire ne tudott volna megfelelni.

And Solomon told her all her questions: and there was nothing hid from Solomon which he told her not.

And Solomon answered all her questions. There was nothing hidden from Solomon that he could not explain to her.

És mikor látta Sába királynője Salamon bölcsességét és a palotát, amelyet épített,

And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, and the house that he had built,

az asztalának étkeit, udvari szolgáinak ülésrendjét, hivatalnokainak rendjét és öltözékeiket, pohárnokait s azoknak öltözetét és az égőáldozatot, amellyel az ÚR házában áldozott, még a lélegzete is elállt.

És az ő asztalának étkeit, szolgáinak lakását és hivatalnokainak állását és öltözékeiket, pohárnokait s azoknak öltözékeit, és az ő áldozatát, a melylyel az Úrnak házában áldozott: a lélekzete is elállott.

And the meat of his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the attendance of his ministers, and their apparel; his cupbearers also, and their apparel; and his ascent by which he went up into the house of the LORD; there was no more spirit in her.

şi bucatele de la masa lui, şi locuinţa slujitorilor lui, şi slujbele şi hainele celor ce-i slujeau, şi paharnicii lui şi hainele lor, şi treptele pe care se suia la Casa Domnului. Uimită,

the food of his table, the seating of his officials, and the attendance of his servants, and their clothing, his cupbearers, and their clothing, and his burnt offerings that he offered at the house of the LORD, there was no more breath in her.

És ezt mondta a királynak: Mind igaz volt, amit országomban hallottam dolgaidról és bölcsességedről.

És monda a királynak: Mind igaz volt, a mit hallottam volt az én lakóföldemben a te dolgaidról és bölcseségedről;

And she said to the king, It was a true report which I heard in mine own land of thine acts, and of thy wisdom:

And she said to the king, “The report was true that I heard in my own land of your words and of your wisdom,

De nem akartam hinni a beszédnek, míg én magam el nem jöttem, és saját szememmel meg nem láttam. És íme, a felét sem mondták el a te bölcsességed nagyságának. Fölülmúltad azt a hírt, amit hallottam rólad.

De hinni sem akartam azoknak beszédeit, míg én magam el nem jöttem és szemeimmel nem láttam. És ímé nékem a felét sem beszélték el a te bölcseséged nagyságának; felülmúltad a hírt, a melyet hallottam.

Howbeit I believed not their words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the one half of the greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: for thou exceedest the fame that I heard.

Nu credeam tot ce se zicea, până n-am venit şi am văzut cu ochii mei. Şi iată că nu mi s-a istorisit nici jumătate din mărirea şi înţelepciunea ta. Tu întreci faima pe care am auzit-o despre tine.

but I did not believe the reports until I came and my own eyes had seen it. And behold, half the greatness of your wisdom was not told me; you surpass the report that I heard.

Boldogok az embereid, és boldogok a szolgáid, akik szüntelen előtted állnak, és hallhatják bölcsességedet!

Boldogok a te embereid és boldogok ezek a te szolgáid, a kik szüntelen udvarlanak néked, hogy hallhatják a te bölcseségedet!

Happy are thy men, and happy are these thy servants, which stand continually before thee, and hear thy wisdom.

Ferice de oamenii tăi, ferice de slujitorii tăi, care sunt pururi înaintea ta şi care aud înţelepciunea ta!

Happy are your men! Happy are these your servants, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom!

Áldott legyen az ÚR, a te Istened, aki annyira kedvelt, hogy trónjára emelt, hogy az ÚRnak, a te Istenednek királya légy. Mivel Istened szereti Izráelt, és fenn akarja őt tartani örökké, azért tett királlyá felettük, hogy jogot és igazságot szolgáltass.

Legyen az Úr, a te Istened áldott, a ki téged annyira szeretett, hogy az ő székébe helyezett, hogy lennél az Úrnak, a te Istenednek királya; mivel a te Istened szerette Izráelt, hogy megerősítse őt mindörökké, azért tett téged királylyá felettök, hogy szolgáltass ítéletet és igazságot.

Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on his throne, to be king for the LORD thy God: because thy God loved Israel, to establish them for ever, therefore made he thee king over them, to do judgment and justice.

Binecuvântat să fie Domnul Dumnezeul tău care S-a îndurat de tine şi te-a pus pe scaunul Lui de domnie ca împărat pentru Domnul Dumnezeul tău! Pentru că Dumnezeul tău iubeşte pe Israel şi vrea să-l facă să rămână în picioare pe vecie, pentru aceea te-a pus împărat peste el, ca să faci judecată şi dreptate.”

Blessed be the LORD your God, who has delighted in you and set you on his throne as king for the LORD your God! Because your God loved Israel and would establish them forever, he has made you king over them, that you may execute justice and righteousness.”

Majd adott a királynak százhúsz talentum aranyat és igen sok balzsamot és drágaköveket. Nem is volt ahhoz fogható balzsam, mint amilyet Sába királynője adott Salamon királynak.

És ada a királynak százhúsz tálentom aranyat és felette sok fűszerszámot és drágaköveket. Nem is volt [több] olyan fűszerszám, mint a milyet Séba királynéasszonya ada Salamon királynak.

And she gave the king an hundred and twenty talents of gold, and of spices great abundance, and precious stones: neither was there any such spice as the queen of Sheba gave king Solomon.

Ea a dat împăratului o sută douăzeci de talanţi de aur, foarte multe mirodenii şi pietre scumpe. N-au mai fost mirodenii ca cele date împăratului Solomon de împărăteasa din Seba.

Then she gave the king 120 talents of gold, and a very great quantity of spices, and precious stones. There were no spices such as those that the queen of Sheba gave to King Solomon.

Hírám szolgái meg Salamon szolgái is, akik aranyat hoztak Ófírból, ébenfát és drágaköveket is hoztak.

And the servants also of Huram, and the servants of Solomon, which brought gold from Ophir, brought algum trees and precious stones.

Slujitorii lui Hiram şi slujitorii lui Solomon, care au adus aur din Ofir, au adus şi lemn mirositor şi pietre scumpe.

Moreover, the servants of Hiram and the servants of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, brought algum wood and precious stones.

A király az ébenfából lépcsőket készíttetett az ÚR házába és a királyi palotába, s az énekeseknek citerákat és lantokat. Nem láttak ezekhez hasonlókat azelőtt Júda országában.

És csinála a király az ébenfából lépcsőket az Úr házába és a király házába, s cziterákat és lantokat az éneklőknek. Ezekhez hasonlókat nem láttak azelőtt Júda országában.

And the king made of the algum trees terraces to the house of the LORD, and to the king's palace, and harps and psalteries for singers: and there were none such seen before in the land of Judah.

Împăratul a făcut cu lemnul mirositor scări pentru Casa Domnului şi pentru casa împăratului şi harpe şi lăute pentru cântăreţi. Nu se mai văzuse aşa ceva în ţara lui Iuda.

And the king made from the algum wood supports for the house of the LORD and for the king’s house, lyres also and harps for the singers. There never was seen the like of them before in the land of Judah.

Salamon király is adott Sába királynőjének mindent, amit csak kívánt és kért tőle, de másfélét, mint amit ő hozott a királynak. Azután visszatért országába szolgáival együtt.

Salamon király pedig ada a Séba királynéasszonyának mindent, a mit csak kivánt és kért tőle, azonkivül, a mit ő a királynak hozott. Azután megtére és méne az ő földébe mind ő, mind az ő szolgái.

And king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked, beside that which she had brought unto the king. So she turned, and went away to her own land, she and her servants.

Împăratul Solomon a dat împărătesei din Seba tot ce a dorit ea, ce a cerut, mai mult decât adusese ea împăratului. Apoi s-a întors şi s-a dus în ţara ei, ea şi slujitorii ei.

And King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all that she desired, whatever she asked besides what she had brought to the king. So she turned and went back to her own land with her servants.

Az arany súlya pedig, amely esztendőnként befolyt Salamonhoz, hatszázhatvanhat talentum volt

Vala pedig mértéke az aranynak, a mely esztendőnként bejő vala Salamonnak, hatszázhatvanhat tálentom arany,

Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and threescore and six talents of gold;

Greutatea aurului care venea pe fiecare an lui Solomon era de şase sute şaizeci şi şase de talanţi de aur,

Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was 666 talents of gold,

azonkívül, amit az árusok és a kereskedők hoztak. De még Arábia királyai és az ország helytartói is hoztak aranyat és ezüstöt Salamonnak.

Azonkivül, [a mit] hoznak vala a kalmárok és kereskedők; de még Arábia minden királyai és annak a földnek fejedelmei és hoznak vala aranyat és ezüstöt Salamonnak.

Beside that which chapmen and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon.

afară de ce lua de la negustorii cei mari şi de la cei mici, de la toţi împăraţii Arabiei şi de la dregătorii ţării, care aduceau aur şi argint lui Solomon.

besides that which the explorers and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and the governors of the land brought gold and silver to Solomon.

Csináltatott Salamon király kétszáz pajzsot vert aranyból. Mindegyik pajzshoz hatszáz sékel vert aranyat használtak fel.

És csináltata Salamon király kétszáz paizst vert aranyból, mindenik paizsra hatszáz vert arany siklus ment fel.

And king Solomon made two hundred targets of beaten gold: six hundred shekels of beaten gold went to one target.

Împăratul Solomon a făcut două sute de scuturi mari de aur bătut, şi pentru fiecare din ele a întrebuinţat şase sute de sicli de aur bătut,

King Solomon made 200 large shields of beaten gold; 600 shekels of beaten gold went into each shield.

Háromszáz kerek pajzsot is csináltatott vert aranyból. Mindegyik pajzshoz háromszáz sékel aranyat használtak fel. Ezeket a király a libánoni erdei palotában helyezte el.

Háromszáz kerek paizst is vert aranyból; mindenik paizsra háromszáz arany siklus megy vala, a melyeket a király helyeztete a Libánon erdejének házába.

And three hundred shields made he of beaten gold: three hundred shekels of gold went to one shield. And the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.

şi alte trei sute de scuturi de aur bătut, şi pentru fiecare din ele a întrebuinţat trei sute de sicli de aur; şi împăratul le-a pus în casa Pădurii Libanului.

And he made 300 shields of beaten gold; 300 shekels of gold went into each shield; and the king put them in the House of the Forest of Lebanon.

Készíttetett a király egy nagy elefántcsont trónt és beboríttatta színarannyal.

És csináltatott a király egy nagy királyiszéket elefántcsontból, és beboríttatá azt finom aranynyal.

Moreover the king made a great throne of ivory, and overlaid it with pure gold.

Hat lépcsője volt a trónnak, és aranyzsámoly volt hozzáerősítve. Karfái voltak mindkétfelől az ülés mellett, és két oroszlán állt a karok mellett.

Hat lépcsője volt a széknek, és arany zsámolya a székhez erősítve, és támaszai valának mindkét felől az ülés mellett, és két oroszlán állott a karok mellett.

And there were six steps to the throne, with a footstool of gold, which were fastened to the throne, and stays on each side of the sitting place, and two lions standing by the stays:

The throne had six steps and a footstool of gold, which were attached to the throne, and on each side of the seat were armrests and two lions standing beside the armrests,

Tizenkét oroszlán állt ott a hat lépcsőn kétfelől. Senki soha olyat még nem csinált egyetlen országban sem.

And twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other upon the six steps. There was not the like made in any kingdom.

şi pe cele şase trepte, de o parte şi de alta, erau doisprezece lei. Aşa ceva nu s-a făcut pentru nicio împărăţie.

while twelve lions stood there, one on each end of a step on the six steps. Nothing like it was ever made for any kingdom.

Salamon király minden ivóedénye aranyból volt, a libánoni erdei háznak összes edénye is tiszta aranyból. Nem volt az ezüstnek semmi értéke Salamon idejében.

És Salamon királynak összes ivóedényei aranyból valának; a Libánon erdő házának is összes edényei tiszta aranyból valának; nem vala az ezüstnek semmi becse a Salamon idejében;

And all the drinking vessels of king Solomon were of gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon were of pure gold: none were of silver; it was not any thing accounted of in the days of Solomon.

Toate paharele împăratului Solomon erau de aur şi toate vasele din casa Pădurii Libanului erau de aur curat. Nu era nimic de argint: argintului nu i se dădea niciun preţ pe vremea lui Solomon.

All King Solomon’s drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were of pure gold. Silver was not considered as anything in the days of Solomon.

Mert hajói voltak a királynak, amelyek Tarsísba jártak Hírám szolgáival együtt. Háromévenként egyszer jöttek meg a hajók Tarsísból, és aranyat, ezüstöt, elefántcsontot, majmokat és pávákat hoztak onnan.

For the king's ships went to Tarshish with the servants of Huram: every three years once came the ships of Tarshish bringing gold, and silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks.

Căci împăratul avea corăbii din Tarsis care călătoreau cu slujitorii lui Hiram; şi, la fiecare trei ani, veneau corăbiile din Tarsis, aducând aur şi argint, fildeş, maimuţe şi păuni.

For the king’s ships went to Tarshish with the servants of Hiram. Once every three years the ships of Tarshish used to come bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.

Salamon király felülmúlta a föld minden királyát gazdagságban és bölcsességben.

És felülmúlta Salamon király e földnek minden királyait gazdagságban és bölcseségben.

And king Solomon passed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.

Împăratul Solomon a întrecut pe toţi împăraţii pământului prin bogăţiile şi înţelepciunea lui.

Thus King Solomon excelled all the kings of the earth in riches and in wisdom.

És a föld minden királya találkozni kívánt Salamonnal, hogy hallhassa bölcsességét, amelyet Isten adott a szívébe.

És e földnek minden királyai kivánnak vala szembe lenni Salamonnal, hogy hallhatnák az ő bölcseségét, a melyet Isten adott vala az ő szívébe.

And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, that God had put in his heart.

Toţi împăraţii pământului căutau să vadă pe Solomon, ca să audă înţelepciunea pe care o pusese Dumnezeu în inima lui.

And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put into his mind.

Mindnyájan évenként ajándékot vittek neki: arany- és ezüstedényeket, ruhákat, fegyvert, fűszereket, lovakat és öszvéreket.

És azok mindnyájan ajándékot visznek vala néki, arany és ezüst edényeket, ruhákat, fegyvert, fűszerszámokat, lovakat és öszvéreket esztendőnként.

And they brought every man his present, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and raiment, harness, and spices, horses, and mules, a rate year by year.

Şi fiecare din ei îşi aducea darul lui, lucruri de argint şi lucruri de aur, haine, arme, mirodenii, cai şi catâri; aşa era în fiecare an.

Every one of them brought his present, articles of silver and of gold, garments, myrrh, spices, horses, and mules, so much year by year.

Salamonnak négyezer lova és harci szekere volt istállóiban és tizenkétezer lovasa, ezeket a harci szekerek városaiban és Jeruzsálemben, a király mellett helyezte el.

És Salamonnak négyezer lóistállói, szekerei és tizenkétezer lovagjai valának, a kiket helyheztete a szekerek városaiba és a király mellé Jeruzsálemben.

And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.

Solomon avea patru mii de iesle pentru caii de la carele lui şi douăsprezece mii de călăreţi, pe care i-a aşezat în cetăţile unde îşi ţinea carele şi la Ierusalim lângă împărat.

And Solomon had 4,000 stalls for horses and chariots, and 12,000 horsemen, whom he stationed in the chariot cities and with the king in Jerusalem.

Így uralkodott minden király fölött az Eufrátesz folyamtól a filiszteusok földjéig és Egyiptom határáig.

És uralkodó vala minden király felett az [Eufrátes] folyóvíztől a Filiszteusok földéig és az Égyiptom határáig.

And he reigned over all the kings from the river even unto the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt.

El stăpânea peste toţi împăraţii, de la Râu până la ţara filistenilor şi până la hotarul Egiptului.

And he ruled over all the kings from the Euphrates to the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt.

A király úgy felhalmozta Jeruzsálemben az ezüstöt, mint a köveket, és a cédrusfa is oly sok volt, mint a vadfügefák a lapályon.

És a király Jeruzsálemben olyanná tevé az ezüstöt, mint a köveket, és a czédrusfákat úgy elszaporítá, mint a vad fügefákat, a melyek nevekednek a mezőségen bőséggel.

And the king made silver in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar trees made he as the sycomore trees that are in the low plains in abundance.

Împăratul a făcut argintul tot aşa de obişnuit la Ierusalim ca pietrele, şi cedrii, tot atât de mulţi ca smochinii sălbatici care cresc pe câmpie.

And the king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stone, and he made cedar as plentiful as the sycamore of the Shephelah.

És Salamonnak lovakat szállítottak Egyiptomból és sok más országból.

Hordnak vala pedig Salamonnak lovakat Égyiptomból és minden országból.

And they brought unto Solomon horses out of Egypt, and out of all lands.

Din Egipt şi din toate ţările se aduceau cai pentru Solomon.

And horses were imported for Solomon from Egypt and from all lands.

Salamon egyéb dolgai, úgy az elsők, mint az utolsók is, nincsenek-e megírva Nátán próféta könyvében és a silói Ahijjá próféciájában és Jedó prófétának Jeroboámról, Nebát fiáról írt látomásaiban?

Salamonnak egyéb dolgai, úgy az elsők, mint az utolsók, avagy nem írattak-é meg a Nátán próféta könyvében, és a Silóbeli Ahija prófécziájában, és Jehdó prófétának Jeroboám ellen, a Nébát fia ellen [írt] látásaiban?

Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, are they not written in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer against Jeroboam the son of Nebat?

Celelalte fapte ale lui Solomon, cele dintâi şi cele de pe urmă, nu sunt scrise oare în cartea prorocului Natan, în prorocia lui Ahia din Silo şi în descoperirile prorocului Ieedo despre Ieroboam, fiul lui Nebat?

Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, from first to last, are they not written in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam the son of Nebat?

Salamon negyven évig uralkodott Jeruzsálemben egész Izráelen.

And Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.

Azután elaludt, és atyáihoz tért Salamon, és eltemették apjának, Dávidnak a városában; utána fia, Roboám lett a király.

És elaluvék Salamon az ő atyáival egyetemben, és eltemeték őt az ő atyjának, Dávidnak városában, és uralkodék helyette az ő fia, Roboám.

And Solomon slept with his fathers, and he was buried in the city of David his father: and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.

Apoi Solomon a adormit cu părinţii lui, şi l-au îngropat în cetatea tatălui său, David. Şi, în locul lui, a domnit fiul său Roboam.

And Solomon slept with his fathers and was buried in the city of David his father, and Rehoboam his son reigned in his place.
