Jósiás a páskát is megtartotta az ÚR tiszteletére Jeruzsálemben, és levágták a páskabárányt az első hónap tizennegyedik napján.

Moreover Josiah kept a passover unto the LORD in Jerusalem: and they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.

Josiah kept a Passover to the LORD in Jerusalem. And they slaughtered the Passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the first month.

A papokat őrhelyükre állította, és az ÚR házának a szolgálatára buzdította őket.

And he set the priests in their charges, and encouraged them to the service of the house of the LORD,

He appointed the priests to their offices and encouraged them in the service of the house of the LORD.

Ezt mondta a lévitáknak, akik az egész Izráelt tanítják, és az ÚRnak szentelték magukat: Helyezzétek a szent ládát abba a házba, amelyet Salamon, Dávid fia, Izráel királya épített. Nem kell most már a vállatokon hordoznotok. Szolgáljatok immár az ÚRnak, a ti Isteneteknek és az ő népének, Izráelnek!

És monda a Lévitáknak, a kik az egész Izráelt oktatják, és magokat az Úrnak szentelék: Helyheztessétek a szent ládát a házba, a melyet készített volt Salamon a Dávid fia, az Izráel királya; nem kell most vállatokon hordoznotok; hanem szolgáljatok az Úrnak, a ti Istenteknek, és az ő népének az Izráelnek.

And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,

A zis leviţilor, care învăţau pe tot Israelul şi care erau închinaţi Domnului: „Puneţi chivotul sfânt în Casa pe care a zidit-o Solomon, fiul lui David, împăratul lui Israel. N-aveţi să-l mai purtaţi pe umeri. Slujiţi acum Domnului Dumnezeului vostru şi poporului Său, Israel.

And he said to the Levites who taught all Israel and who were holy to the LORD, “Put the holy ark in the house that Solomon the son of David, king of Israel, built. You need not carry it on your shoulders. Now serve the LORD your God and his people Israel.

Készüljetek föl családjaitok és beosztásotok szerint, ahogy Dávid, Izráel királya elrendelte, és fia, Salamon megírta.

And prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, after your courses, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.

Prepare yourselves according to your fathers’ houses by your divisions, as prescribed in the writing of David king of Israel and the document of Solomon his son.

Álljatok föl a szentélyben, és a nép közül való testvéreitek családjainak rendje a léviták családjának egy-egy csoportja szerint legyen.

És álljatok a szent helyen, a nép közül való testvéreitek családjainak csoportjai és a Léviták családjának [egy]-[egy] csoportja szerint.

And stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the families of the fathers of your brethren the people, and after the division of the families of the Levites.

Luaţi-vă locurile în Sfântul Locaş, după feluritele case părinteşti ale fraţilor voştri, fiii poporului, şi după înşiruirea caselor părinteşti ale leviţilor.

And stand in the Holy Place according to the groupings of the fathers’ houses of your brothers the lay people, and according to the division of the Levites by fathers’ household.

Azután vágjátok le a páskabárányt, szenteljétek meg magatokat, és készítsétek el azt testvéreiteknek, hogy az ÚRnak Mózes által kapott igéje szerint cselekedjetek.

Azután öljétek meg a páskha[bárányt,] és szenteljétek meg magatokat, és készítsétek el azt a ti atyátokfiainak, hogy az Úrnak Mózes által tett beszéde szerint cselekedjetek.

So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

Jertfiţi paştile, sfinţiţi-vă şi pregătiţi-le pentru fraţii voştri, întocmai după cuvântul Domnului rostit prin Moise.”

And slaughter the Passover lamb, and consecrate yourselves, and prepare for your brothers, to do according to the word of the LORD by Moses.”

Jósiás a nép fiainak szám szerint harmincezer juhot, bárányt és gödölyét adott a páskaáldozatokra, mindenkinek, aki ott volt; valamint háromezer bikát. Ezek mind a király jószágaiból voltak.

And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these were of the king's substance.

Then Josiah contributed to the lay people, as Passover offerings for all who were present, lambs and young goats from the flock to the number of 30,000, and 3,000 bulls; these were from the king’s possessions.

And his princes gave willingly unto the people, to the priests, and to the Levites: Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of the house of God, gave unto the priests for the passover offerings two thousand and six hundred small cattle and three hundred oxen.

Căpeteniile lui au făcut de bunăvoie un dar poporului, preoţilor şi leviţilor. Hilchia, Zaharia şi Iehiel, mai marii Casei lui Dumnezeu, au dat preoţilor, pentru Paşti, două mii şase sute de miei şi trei sute de boi.

And his officials contributed willingly to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites. Hilkiah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, the chief officers of the house of God, gave to the priests for the Passover offerings 2,600 Passover lambs and 300 bulls.

Kónanjáhú és testvérei, Semajáhú és Netanél, továbbá Hasabjáhú, Jeiél és Józábád, a léviták fejedelmei ötezer juhot és ötszáz bikát adtak a lévitáknak a páskaáldozatokra.

Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.

So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their courses, according to the king's commandment.

When the service had been prepared for, the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their divisions according to the king’s command.

Azután levágták a páskabárányt, és a papok hintették kezükkel a vért, a léviták pedig a bárányok bőrét nyúzták le.

Megölék azért a páskha[bárányt,] és a papok hintik vala kezökből a [vért], a Léviták pedig a [bárányok] bőrét húzzák le.

And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled the blood from their hands, and the Levites flayed them.

Au jertfit paştile. Preoţii au stropit sângele pe care-l luau din mâna leviţilor, şi leviţii au jupuit vitele de piele.

And they slaughtered the Passover lamb, and the priests threw the blood that they received from them while the Levites flayed the sacrifices.

Különválasztották az egészen elégő áldozatra valókat, és odaadták azokat a nép közül való családok csoportjainak, hogy áldozzanak az ÚRnak, amint az Mózes könyvében meg van írva. Ugyanígy adtak a bikákból is.

És külön választák az egészen égőáldozatra valókat, hogy adnák azokat a nép közül való családok csoportjainak, hogy áldoznának az Úrnak, a mint a Mózes könyvében megiratott; azonképen a tulkokból is [elválaszták.]

And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen.

Au pus deoparte arderile de tot, ca să le dea cetelor caselor părinteşti ale oamenilor din popor, ca să le aducă Domnului, cum este scris în cartea lui Moise. Tot aşa au făcut şi cu boii.

And they set aside the burnt offerings that they might distribute them according to the groupings of the fathers’ houses of the lay people, to offer to the LORD, as it is written in the Book of Moses. And so they did with the bulls.

Majd tűzön megsütötték a páskabárányt a rendelkezés szerint. A megszentelt állatokat pedig megfőzték fazekakban, vasfazekakban és üstökben, és gyorsan odaadták az egész közösségnek.

And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: but the other holy offerings sod they in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily among all the people.

Au fiert paştile la foc, după orânduială, şi au fiert lucrurile sfinte în cazane, căldări şi tigăi. Şi le-au împărţit în grabă la tot poporul.

And they roasted the Passover lamb with fire according to the rule; and they boiled the holy offerings in pots, in cauldrons, and in pans, and carried them quickly to all the lay people.

Ezek után maguknak és a papoknak is elkészítették a páskabárányt, mert Áron fiai, a papok az égőáldozatoknak és a kövérjének a feláldozásával foglalatoskodtak késő éjszakáig. Ezért a léviták készítették el azokat maguknak és Áron fiainak, a papoknak is.

And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron were busied in offering of burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of Aaron.

Apoi au pregătit ce era pentru ei şi pentru preoţi, căci preoţii, fiii lui Aaron, au avut treabă până noaptea cu aducerea arderilor de tot şi a grăsimilor. De aceea au pregătit leviţii pentru ei şi pentru preoţi, fiii lui Aaron.

And afterward they prepared for themselves and for the priests, because the priests, the sons of Aaron, were offering the burnt offerings and the fat parts until night; so the Levites prepared for themselves and for the priests, the sons of Aaron.

Az énekesek, Ászáf fiai is szolgálatban voltak Dávidnak, Ászáfnak, Hémánnak és Jedútúnnak, a király prófétájának rendelkezése szerint. A kapuőrök is mindnyájan az ajtóknál álltak. Nem távozhattak el szolgálatukból, hanem testvéreik, a léviták készítették el nekik.

And the singers the sons of Asaph were in their place, according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king's seer; and the porters waited at every gate; they might not depart from their service; for their brethren the Levites prepared for them.

Cântăreţii, fiii lui Asaf, stăteau la locul lor, după rânduiala lui David, lui Asaf, lui Heman şi lui Iedutun, văzătorul împăratului. Uşierii de asemenea erau la fiecare uşă. N-au avut nevoie să se abată de la slujba lor, căci fraţii lor, leviţii, au pregătit ce era pentru ei.

The singers, the sons of Asaph, were in their place according to the command of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king’s seer; and the gatekeepers were at each gate. They did not need to depart from their service, for their brothers the Levites prepared for them.

Így készítettek elő minden szolgálatot az ÚRnak azon a napon, hogy megtartsák a páskát, egészen elégő áldozatokkal áldozva az ÚR oltárán, ahogy Jósiás király megparancsolta.

So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.

Astfel a fost întocmită în ziua aceea toată slujba Domnului, ca să prăznuiască Paştile şi să aducă arderile de tot pe altarul Domnului, după porunca împăratului Iosia.

So all the service of the LORD was prepared that day, to keep the Passover and to offer burnt offerings on the altar of the LORD, according to the command of King Josiah.

Megtartották tehát Izráel ott lévő fiai a páskát abban az időben, meg a kovásztalan kenyerek ünnepét hét napon át.

And the children of Israel that were present kept the passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days.

Ehhez hasonló páskát nem tartottak Izráelben Sámuel próféta ideje óta. Izráel királyai közül senki sem tartott olyan páskát, amilyet Jósiás tartott és a papok, a léviták, egész Júda és akik Izráelből jelen voltak, meg Jeruzsálem lakosai.

And there was no passover like to that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did all the kings of Israel keep such a passover as Josiah kept, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Nicio sărbătoare a Paştilor nu mai fusese prăznuită ca aceasta în Israel din zilele prorocului Samuel. Şi niciunul din împăraţii lui Israel nu mai prăznuise Paşti ca cel pe care l-au prăznuit Iosia, preoţii şi leviţii, tot Iuda şi Israelul care se aflau acolo şi locuitorii Ierusalimului.

No Passover like it had been kept in Israel since the days of Samuel the prophet. None of the kings of Israel had kept such a Passover as was kept by Josiah, and the priests and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel who were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

In the eighteenth year of the reign of Josiah was this passover kept.

Azok után, hogy Jósiás helyreállította Isten házát, felvonult Nékó, Egyiptom királya, hogy elfoglalja az Eufrátesz mellett lévő Karkemis városát, de Jósiás ellene indult.

After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Necho king of Egypt came up to fight against Charchemish by Euphrates: and Josiah went out against him.

După toate aceste lucruri, după ce a dres Iosia Casa Domnului, Neco, împăratul Egiptului, s-a suit să lupte împotriva Carchemişului pe Eufrat. Iosia i-a ieşit înainte.

After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Neco king of Egypt went up to fight at Carchemish on the Euphrates, and Josiah went out to meet him.

Nékó követeket küldött hozzá ezzel az üzenettel: Mi közöm hozzád, Júda királya? Én most nem ellened megyek, hanem ellenségem háza ellen, és Isten parancsolta, hogy siessek. Ne ellenkezz Istennel, aki velem van, hogy el ne veszítsen téged.

És noha követeket külde ő hozzá [Nékó], ezt mondván: Mi közöm te hozzád nékem, Júda királya? Mert én most nem ellened [megyek], hanem az én országom ellensége ellen, és Isten parancsolta, hogy siessek; ne tusakodjál az Isten ellen, a ki én velem van, hogy el ne veszessen téged;

But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not.

Şi Neco i-a trimis soli să-i spună: „Ce am eu cu tine, împăratul lui Iuda? Nu împotriva ta vin astăzi; ci împotriva unei case cu care sunt în război. Şi Dumnezeu mi-a spus să mă grăbesc. Nu te împotrivi lui Dumnezeu, care este cu mine, ca să nu te nimicească.”

But he sent envoys to him, saying, “What have we to do with each other, king of Judah? I am not coming against you this day, but against the house with which I am at war. And God has commanded me to hurry. Cease opposing God, who is with me, lest he destroy you.”

Jósiás mégsem tért ki előle, hanem harcra készülve álruhát öltött. Nem hallgatott Nékó beszédére, amely Isten szájából származott. Elment tehát, hogy megütközzék vele Megiddó mezején.

Mindazáltal Jósiás nem tére ki ő előle, hanem, hogy megütköznék vele, öltözetit megváltoztatá, és nem hallgatott Nékó beszédeire, a [melyek] az Isten szájából [származtak vala.] Elméne azért, hogy megütközzék vele Megiddó mezején.

Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

Dar Iosia nu s-a întors de la el, ci şi-a schimbat hainele ca să lupte împotriva lui, fără să asculte cuvintele lui Neco care veneau din gura lui Dumnezeu. A înaintat la luptă în valea Meghido.

Nevertheless, Josiah did not turn away from him, but disguised himself in order to fight with him. He did not listen to the words of Neco from the mouth of God, but came to fight in the plain of Megiddo.

Amikor az íjászok nyilakkal meglőtték Jósiás királyt, ezt mondta a király a szolgáinak: Vigyetek ki innen, mert nagyon megsebesültem.

And the archers shot at king Josiah; and the king said to his servants, Have me away; for I am sore wounded.

And the archers shot King Josiah. And the king said to his servants, “Take me away, for I am badly wounded.”

Akkor szolgái leemelték őt a szekérből, egy másik szekérre helyezték és Jeruzsálembe vitték. Ott halt meg, és eltemették atyái sírjába. Egész Júda és Jeruzsálem siratta Jósiást.

His servants therefore took him out of that chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had; and they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in one of the sepulchres of his fathers. And all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.

Slujitorii l-au luat din car, l-au pus într-un alt car al lui şi l-au adus la Ierusalim. A murit şi a fost îngropat în mormântul părinţilor săi. Tot Iuda şi Ierusalimul au plâns pe Iosia.

So his servants took him out of the chariot and carried him in his second chariot and brought him to Jerusalem. And he died and was buried in the tombs of his fathers. All Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.

Jeremiás siratódalt szerzett Jósiás fölött. Az énekesek és énekesnők pedig mind e mai napig megéneklik Jósiást gyászdalaikban. Ez szokássá is lett Izráelben, íme, meg is van írva Jeremiás siralmaiban.

And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the singing men and the singing women spake of Josiah in their lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel: and, behold, they are written in the lamentations.

Ieremia a făcut un cântec de jale pentru Iosia. Toţi cântăreţii şi toate cântăreţele au vorbit de Iosia în cântecele lor de jale până în ziua de azi şi au ajuns o datină în Israel. Cântările acestea sunt scrise în „Cântecele de jale”.

Jeremiah also uttered a lament for Josiah; and all the singing men and singing women have spoken of Josiah in their laments to this day. They made these a rule in Israel; behold, they are written in the Laments.

Jósiás egyéb dolgai pedig és az ÚR törvényében megírtak szerinti kegyes tettei

Jósiásnak pedig többi dolgai, és a szerint való jó tettei, a mint az Úrnak törvényében meg van írva;

Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and his goodness, according to that which was written in the law of the LORD,

Celelalte fapte ale lui Iosia şi faptele lui evlavioase, făcute aşa cum porunceşte Legea Domnului,

Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and his good deeds according to what is written in the Law of the LORD,

And his deeds, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.
