Amikor Jézus kijött a templomból, és éppen elindult, odamentek hozzá a tanítványai, hogy megmutassák neki a templom épületeit.

És kijővén Jézus a templomból, tovább méne; és hozzámenének az ő tanítványai, hogy mutogassák néki a templom épületeit.

And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

La ieşirea din Templu, pe când mergea Isus, ucenicii Lui s-au apropiat de El ca să-I arate clădirile Templului.

Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple.

Jézus pedig azt mondta nekik: Látjátok mindezeket? Bizony mondom nektek: nem marad itt kő kövön, melyet le ne rombolnának.

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Dar Isus le-a zis: „Vedeţi voi toate aceste lucruri? Adevărat vă spun că nu va rămâne aici piatră pe piatră care să nu fie dărâmată.”

But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.”

Amikor pedig az Olajfák hegyén ült, odamentek hozzá a tanítványok külön, és megkérdezték: Mondd meg nekünk, mikor lesznek meg ezek, és mi lesz a jele eljövetelednek és a világvégének?

Mikor pedig az olajfák hegyén ül vala, hozzá menének a tanítványok magukban mondván: Mondd meg nékünk, mikor lesznek meg ezek? és micsoda jele lesz a te eljövetelednek, és a világ végének?

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

Mindez pedig a vajúdás kínjainak kezdete.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake.

And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

És Isten országának ezt az evangéliumát hirdetik majd az egész világon, bizonyságul minden népnek, és majd akkor jön el a vég.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

“So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

And alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days!

Imádkozzatok pedig, hogy futásotok ne télen legyen, se szombaton!

But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

Rugaţi-vă ca fuga voastră să nu fie iarna, nici într-o zi de Sabat.

Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a Sabbath.

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Şi dacă zilele acelea n-ar fi fost scurtate, nimeni n-ar scăpa; dar, din pricina celor aleşi, zilele acelea vor fi scurtate.

And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it.

For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Căci, cum iese fulgerul de la răsărit şi se vede până la apus, aşa va fi şi venirea Fiului omului.

For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates.

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

Mert amint az özönvíz előtti napokban ettek, ittak, házasodtak, és férjhez mentek mind ama napig, amelyen Nóé bement a bárkába,

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark,

és nem vettek észre semmit, mígnem eljött az özönvíz, és mindnyájukat elragadta, úgy lesz az Emberfiának eljövetele is.

And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

şi n-au ştiut nimic, până când a venit potopul şi i-a luat pe toţi, tot aşa va fi şi la venirea Fiului omului.

and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

Vigyázzatok azért, mert nem tudjátok, melyik órában jön el a ti Uratok!

Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Să ştiţi că, dacă ar şti stăpânul casei la ce strajă din noapte va veni hoţul, ar veghea şi n-ar lăsa să-i spargă casa.

But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into.

Azért legyetek készen ti is, mert abban az órában jön el az Emberfia, amelyikben nem is gondoljátok.

Azért legyetek készen ti is; mert a mely órában nem gondoljátok, abban jő el az embernek Fia.

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

De aceea, şi voi fiţi gata; căci Fiul omului va veni în ceasul în care nu vă gândiţi.

Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

“Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time?

Boldog az a szolga, akit az ő ura, amikor hazajön, ilyen munkában talál.

Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Ha pedig a gonosz szolga így szólna szívében: Halogatja még az én uram a hazajövetelt,

Ha pedig ama gonosz szolga így szólna az ő szívében: Halogatja még az én uram a hazajövetelt;

But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

Dar dacă este un rob rău, care zice în inima lui: „Stăpânul meu zăboveşte să vină!”

But if that wicked servant says to himself, ‘My master is delayed,’

And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

Dacă va începe să bată pe tovarăşii lui de slujbă şi să mănânce şi să bea cu beţivii,

and begins to beat his fellow servants and eats and drinks with drunkards,

megjön annak a szolgának az ura, amely napon nem várja, és amely órában nem gondolja,

Megjő annak a szolgának az ura, a mely napon nem várja és a mely órában nem gondolja,

The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

stăpânul robului aceluia va veni în ziua în care el nu se aşteaptă şi în ceasul pe care nu-l ştie,

the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know

kettévágatja, és a képmutatók sorsára juttatja; ott lesz majd sírás és fogcsikorgatás.

És ketté vágatja őt, és a képmutatók sorsára juttatja; ott lészen sírás és fogcsikorgatás.

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

îl va tăia în două, şi soarta lui va fi soarta făţarnicilor; acolo va fi plânsul şi scrâşnirea dinţilor.

and will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
