Jézus ismét példázatokban szólt hozzájuk:

És megszólalván Jézus, ismét példázatokban beszél vala nékik, mondván:

And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,

Hasonló a mennyek országa a királyhoz, aki menyegzőt készített a fiának.

The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,

„Împărăţia cerurilor se aseamănă cu un împărat care a făcut nuntă fiului său.

“The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son,

Elküldte szolgáit, hogy a hivatalosokat meghívják a menyegzőre, de azok nem akartak elmenni.

És elküldé szolgáit, hogy meghívják azokat, a kik a menyegzőre hivatalosak valának; de nem akarnak vala eljőni.

And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

A trimis pe robii săi să cheme pe cei poftiţi la nuntă; dar ei n-au vrut să vină.

and sent his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast, but they would not come.

Ekkor más szolgákat küldött, hogy mondják meg a hivatalosoknak: Íme, ebédemet elkészítettem, ökreimet és hizlalt állataimat levágtam, minden készen van. Jöjjetek a menyegzőre!

Ismét külde más szolgákat, mondván: Mondjátok meg a hivatalosoknak: Ímé, ebédemet elkészítettem, tulkaim és hízlalt állataim levágva vannak, és kész minden; jertek el a menyegzőre.

Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.

A trimis iarăşi alţi robi şi le-a zis: „Spuneţi celor poftiţi: „Iată că am gătit ospăţul meu; juncii şi vitele mele cele îngrăşate au fost tăiate; toate sunt gata, veniţi la nuntă.”

Again he sent other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves have been slaughtered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding feast.”’

De azok mit sem törődve ezzel elmentek: az egyik a földjére, a másik a kereskedésébe.

De azok nem törődvén vele, elmenének, az egyik a maga szántóföldjére, a másik a maga kereskedésébe;

But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:

Dar ei, fără să le pese de poftirea lui, au plecat: unul la holda lui, şi altul la negustoria lui.

But they paid no attention and went off, one to his farm, another to his business,

A többiek pedig megragadták szolgáit, bántalmazták és megölték őket.

And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.

while the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them.

A király ekkor haragra gerjedt, elküldte hadait, elvesztette a gyilkosokat, és városukat fölégette.

Meghallván pedig ezt a király, megharaguvék, és elküldvén hadait, azokat a gyilkosokat elveszté, és azoknak városait fölégeté.

But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.

Când a auzit împăratul, s-a mâniat; a trimis oştile sale, a nimicit pe ucigaşii aceia şi le-a ars cetatea.

The king was angry, and he sent his troops and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

Majd azt mondta szolgáinak: A menyegző ugyan kész, de a hivatalosok nem voltak rá méltók.

Akkor monda az ő szolgáinak: A menyegző ugyan készen van, de a hivatalosok nem valának méltók.

Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

Atunci a zis robilor săi: „Nunta este gata; dar cei poftiţi n-au fost vrednici de ea.

Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy.

Menjetek azért a keresztutakra, és akiket csak találtok, hívjátok el a menyegzőre.

Menjetek azért a keresztútakra, és a kiket csak találtok, hívjátok be a menyegzőbe.

Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.

Duceţi-vă, dar, la răspântiile drumurilor şi chemaţi la nuntă pe toţi aceia pe care-i veţi găsi.”

Go therefore to the main roads and invite to the wedding feast as many as you find.’

Kimentek azért a szolgák az utakra, és összeszedtek mindenkit, akit csak találtak, gonoszokat és jókat egyaránt. És megtelt a menyegző vendégekkel.

És kimenvén azok a szolgák az útakra, begyűjték mind a kiket csak találtak vala, jókat és gonoszokat egyaránt. És megtelék a menyegző vendégekkel.

So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

Robii au ieşit la răspântii, au strâns pe toţi pe care i-au găsit, şi buni şi răi, şi odaia ospăţului de nuntă s-a umplut de oaspeţi.

And those servants went out into the roads and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good. So the wedding hall was filled with guests.

Amikor bement a király, hogy megtekintse a vendégeket, látott ott egy embert, akinek nem volt menyegzői ruhája.

Bemenvén pedig a király, hogy megtekintse a vendégeket, láta ott egy embert, a kinek nem vala menyegzői ruhája.

And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

Împăratul a intrat să-şi vadă oaspeţii; şi a zărit acolo pe un om care nu era îmbrăcat în haina de nuntă.

“But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment.

Így szólt hozzá: Barátom, hogyan jöhettél be ide, holott nincs menyegzői ruhád? Az pedig hallgatott.

És monda néki: Barátom, mi módon jöttél ide, holott nincsen menyegzői ruhád? Az pedig hallgata.

And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

„Prietene”, i-a zis el, „cum ai intrat aici fără să ai haină de nuntă?” Omul acela a amuţit.

And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

Akkor a király azt mondta a szolgáinak: Vigyétek el, és kötözzétek meg kezét-lábát, és vessétek őt a külső sötétségre; ott lesz majd sírás és fogcsikorgatás.

Akkor monda a király a szolgáknak: Kötözzétek meg a lábait és kezeit, és vigyétek és vessétek őt a külső sötétségre; ott lészen sírás és fogcsikorgatás.

Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Atunci împăratul a zis slujitorilor săi: „Legaţi-i mâinile şi picioarele şi luaţi-l şi aruncaţi-l în întunericul de afară; acolo va fi plânsul şi scrâşnirea dinţilor.

Then the king said to the attendants, ‘Bind him hand and foot and cast him into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Ekkor a farizeusok elmentek, és tanácsot tartottak, hogyan fogják meg őt beszédében.

Ekkor a farizeusok elmenvén, tanácsot tartának, hogy szóval ejtsék őt tőrbe.

Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.

Atunci fariseii s-au dus şi s-au sfătuit cum să prindă pe Isus cu vorba.

Then the Pharisees went and plotted how to entangle him in his words.

Majd elküldték hozzá tanítványaikat a Heródes-pártiakkal együtt, akik ezt mondták: Mester, tudjuk, hogy igaz vagy, az Isten útját igaz módon tanítod, és senkire sem vagy tekintettel, mert nem az emberek személyére nézel.

És elküldék hozzá tanítványaikat a Heródes pártiakkal, a kik ezt mondják vala: Mester, tudjuk, hogy igaz vagy és az Isten útját igazán tanítod, és nem törődöl senkivel, mert embereknek személyére nem nézel.

And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.

Au trimis la El pe ucenicii lor împreună cu irodienii, care I-au zis: „Învăţătorule, ştim că eşti adevărat şi că înveţi pe oameni calea lui Dumnezeu în adevăr, fără să-Ţi pese de nimeni, pentru că nu cauţi la faţa oamenilor.

And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians, saying, “Teacher, we know that you are true and teach the way of God truthfully, and you do not care about anyone’s opinion, for you are not swayed by appearances.

Mondd meg azért nekünk, mit gondolsz: szabad-e a császárnak adót fizetnünk, vagy nem?

Mondd meg azért nékünk, mit gondolsz: Szabad-é a császárnak adót fizetnünk, vagy nem?

Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?

Spune-ne, dar, ce crezi? Se cade să plătim bir cezarului sau nu?”

Tell us, then, what you think. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?”

Jézus pedig, ismerve álnokságukat, így szólt: Mit kísértetek engem, képmutatók?

Jézus pedig ismervén az ő álnokságukat, monda: Mit kisértgettek engem, képmutatók?

But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?

Isus, care le cunoştea vicleşugul, a răspuns: „Pentru ce Mă ispitiţi, făţarnicilor?

But Jesus, aware of their malice, said, “Why put me to the test, you hypocrites?

Mutassatok nekem egy adópénzt! Azok pedig odavittek neki egy dénárt.

Mutassátok nékem az adópénzt. Azok pedig oda vivének néki egy dénárt.

Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.

Arătaţi-Mi banul birului.” Şi ei I-au adus un ban.

Show me the coin for the tax.” And they brought him a denarius.

Ekkor azt kérdezte tőlük: Kié ez a kép és a felirat?

És monda nékik: Kié ez a kép, és a felírás?

And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?

El i-a întrebat: „Chipul acesta şi slovele scrise pe el ale cui sunt?”

And Jesus said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?”

Azt felelték: A császáré. Akkor azt mondta nekik: Adjátok meg azért a császárnak azt, ami a császáré, Istennek pedig azt, ami az Istené!

Mondának néki: A császáré. Akkor monda nékik: Adjátok meg azért a mi a császáré a császárnak; és a mi az Istené, az Istennek.

They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

„Ale cezarului”, I-au răspuns ei. Atunci El le-a zis: „Daţi, dar, cezarului ce este al cezarului, şi lui Dumnezeu ce este al lui Dumnezeu!”

They said, “Caesar’s.” Then he said to them, “Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

Amikor ezt meghallották, elcsodálkoztak, majd otthagyták, és elmentek.

És ezt hallván, elcsodálkozának; és ott hagyván őt, elmenének.

When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.

Miraţi de cuvintele acestea, ei L-au lăsat şi au plecat.

When they heard it, they marveled. And they left him and went away.

Azon a napon a szadduceusok is felkeresték, akik azt állították, hogy nincs feltámadás, és egy kérdést intéztek hozzá:

Ugyanazon a napon menének hozzá a sadduczeusok, a kik a feltámadást tagadják, és megkérdezék őt,

The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,

În aceeaşi zi, au venit la Isus saducheii, care zic că nu este înviere. Ei I-au pus următoarea întrebare:

The same day Sadducees came to him, who say that there is no resurrection, and they asked him a question,

Mester, Mózes azt mondta: ha valaki gyermekek nélkül hal meg, a testvére vegye el annak feleségét, és támasszon utódot testvérének.

Mondván: Mester, Mózes azt mondotta: Ha valaki magzatok nélkül hal meg, annak testvére vegye el annak feleségét, és támaszszon magot testvérének.

Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

„Învăţătorule, Moise a zis: „Dacă moare cineva fără să aibă copii, fratele lui să ia pe nevasta fratelui său şi să-i ridice urmaş.”

saying, “Teacher, Moses said, ‘If a man dies having no children, his brother must marry the widow and raise up offspring for his brother.’

Volt pedig nálunk hét testvér, és az első, miután megházasodott, meghalt, és mivelhogy nem volt utóda, feleségét a testvérére hagyta.

Vala pedig minálunk hét testvér: és az első feleséget vevén, meghala; és mivelhogy nem vala magzata, feleségét a testvérére hagyá;

Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:

Erau, dar, la noi şapte fraţi. Cel dintâi s-a însurat şi a murit; şi, fiindcă n-avea copii, a lăsat fratelui său pe nevasta lui.

Now there were seven brothers among us. The first married and died, and having no offspring left his wife to his brother.

Hasonlóképpen a második is, a harmadik is, és így egészen a hetedikig.

Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.

Tot aşa şi al doilea, şi al treilea, până la al şaptelea.

So too the second and third, down to the seventh.

Végül az asszony is meghalt.

Legutoljára pedig az asszony is meghala.

And last of all the woman died also.

La urmă, după ei toţi, a murit şi femeia.

After them all, the woman died.

A feltámadáskor azért a hét közül melyiké lesz az asszony, mert mind a hétnek felesége volt?

Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.

La înviere, nevasta căruia din cei şapte va fi ea? Fiindcă toţi au avut-o de nevastă.”

In the resurrection, therefore, of the seven, whose wife will she be? For they all had her.”

Jézus így válaszolt nekik: Tévelyegtek, mivel nem ismeritek sem az Írásokat, sem az Isten hatalmát.

Jézus pedig felelvén, monda nékik: Tévelyegtek, mivelhogy nem ismeritek sem az írásokat, sem az Istennek hatalmát.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

Drept răspuns, Isus le-a zis: „Vă rătăciţi! Pentru că nu cunoaşteţi nici Scripturile, nici puterea lui Dumnezeu.

But Jesus answered them, “You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God.

Mert a feltámadáskor nem házasodnak, férjhez sem mennek, hanem olyanok lesznek, mint Isten angyalai a mennyben.

For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Căci la înviere, nici nu se vor însura, nici nu se vor mărita, ci vor fi ca îngerii lui Dumnezeu în cer.

For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

A halottak feltámadása felől pedig nem olvastátok, amit Isten mondott nektek, amikor így szólt:

A halottak feltámadása felől pedig nem olvastátok-é, a mit az Isten mondott néktek, így szólván:

But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,

Cât priveşte învierea morţilor, oare n-aţi citit ce vi s-a spus de Dumnezeu, când zice:

And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God:

„Én vagyok Ábrahám Istene, Izsák Istene és Jákób Istene”? Isten pedig nem a halottaknak, hanem az élőknek az Istene.

Én vagyok az Ábrahám Istene, és az Izsák Istene, és a Jákób Istene; az Isten nem holtaknak, hanem élőknek Istene.

I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

„Eu sunt Dumnezeul lui Avraam, Dumnezeul lui Isaac şi Dumnezeul lui Iacov”? Dumnezeu nu este un Dumnezeu al celor morţi, ci al celor vii.”

‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living.”

Amikor a sokaság ezt hallotta, elálmélkodott a tanításán.

És a sokaság ezt hallván, csodálkozék az ő tudományán.

And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine.

A farizeusok pedig amikor meghallották, hogy a szadduceusokat elnémította, összegyűltek,

A farizeusok pedig, hallván, hogy a sadduczeusokat elnémította vala, egybegyűlének;

But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.

Când au auzit fariseii că Isus a astupat gura saducheilor, s-au strâns la un loc.

But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.

majd egy törvénytudó közülük, próbára akarva tenni őt, megkérdezte tőle:

És megkérdé őt közülök egy törvénytudó, kisértvén őt, és mondván:

Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,

Şi unul din ei, un învăţător al Legii, ca să-L ispitească, I-a pus întrebarea următoare:

And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him.

„Învăţătorule, care este cea mai mare poruncă din Lege?”

Jézus pedig így válaszolt: Szeresd az Urat, a te Istenedet teljes szívedből, teljes lelkedből és teljes elmédből.

Jézus pedig monda néki: Szeresd az Urat, a te Istenedet teljes szívedből, teljes lelkedből és teljes elmédből.

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Isus i-a răspuns: „Să iubeşti pe Domnul Dumnezeul tău cu toată inima ta, cu tot sufletul tău şi cu tot cugetul tău.”

And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

Ehhez hasonló a második: Szeresd felebarátodat, mint magadat.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Iar a doua, asemenea ei, este: „Să iubeşti pe aproapele tău ca pe tine însuţi.”

And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

În aceste două porunci se cuprinde toată Legea şi Prorocii.”

Most, hogy a farizeusok így összegyűltek, megkérdezte tőlük Jézus:

Mikor pedig a farizeusok összegyülekezének, kérdezé őket Jézus,

Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,

Hogyan vélekedtek Krisztusról, kinek a fia? Azt mondták neki: Dávidé.

Mondván: Miképen vélekedtek ti a Krisztus felől? kinek a fia? Mondának néki: A Dávidé.

Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.

„Ce credeţi voi despre Hristos? Al cui fiu este?” „Al lui David”, I-au răspuns ei.

saying, “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said to him, “The son of David.”

Ismét kérdezte őket: De hát hogyan hívhatja őt Dávid a Lélek által urának, amikor azt mondja, hogy

Monda nékik: Miképen hívja tehát őt Dávid lélekben Urának, ezt mondván:

He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,

Şi Isus le-a zis: „Cum atunci David, fiind insuflat de Duhul, Îl numeşte Domn, când zice:

He said to them, “How is it then that David, in the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying,

szólt az Úr az én Uramnak: ülj jobbom felől, míg ellenségeidet lábad alá nem vetem.

Monda az Úr az én Uramnak: Ülj az én jobb kezem felől, míglen vetem a te ellenségeidet a te lábaid alá zsámolyul.

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

„Domnul a zis Domnului Meu: „Şezi la dreapta Mea, până voi pune pe vrăjmaşii Tăi sub picioarele Tale”?

“‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet”’?

Ha tehát Dávid Urának hívja őt, hogyan lehet neki fia?

Ha tehát Dávid Urának hívja őt, mi módon fia?

If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?

Deci dacă David Îl numeşte Domn, cum este El fiul lui?”

If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?”

Erre senki sem tudott felelni neki egyetlenegy szót sem. Attól a naptól fogva nem is mert kérdezni tőle többé senki semmit.

És senki egy szót sem felelhet vala néki; sem pedig nem meri vala őt e naptól fogva többé senki megkérdezni.

And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

Nimeni nu I-a putut răspunde un cuvânt. Şi, din ziua aceea, n-a îndrăznit nimeni să-I mai pună întrebări.

And no one was able to answer him a word, nor from that day did anyone dare to ask him any more questions.
