A főpapok és az írástudók keresték a módját, hogyan öljék meg őt, mert féltek a néptől.

And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.

Preoţii cei mai de seamă şi cărturarii căutau un mijloc cum să omoare pe Isus; căci se temeau de norod.

And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to put him to death, for they feared the people.

Bement pedig a Sátán Júdásba, akit Iskáriótesnek hívnak, és a tizenkettőhöz tartozott,

Beméne pedig a Sátán Júdásba, ki Iskáriótesnek neveztetik, és a tizenkettőnek számából vala;

Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.

Azok örültek, és megegyeztek, hogy pénzt adnak neki,

And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

Ei s-au bucurat şi au căzut la învoială să-i dea bani.

And they were glad, and agreed to give him money.

ő pedig megígérte, hogy keres egy jó alkalmat, amikor a tömeg tudta nélkül a kezükbe juttatja.

And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.

După ce le-a făgăduit că li-L va da în mâini, Iuda căuta un prilej nimerit să dea pe Isus în mâinile lor, fără ştirea norodului.

So he consented and sought an opportunity to betray him to them in the absence of a crowd.

Elérkezett a kovásztalan kenyerek napja, amelyen fel kellett áldozni a húsvéti bárányt,

Eljöve pedig a kovásztalan kenyerek napja, melyen meg kelle öletni a husvéti báránynak;

Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.

Ziua praznicului Azimelor, în care trebuiau jertfite paştile, a venit.

Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed.

és Jézus elküldte Pétert és Jánost, és ezt mondta nekik: Menjetek, készítsétek el nekünk a húsvéti bárányt, hogy megegyük!

És elküldé Pétert és Jánost, mondván: Elmenvén, készítsétek el nékünk a husvéti bárányt, hogy megegyük.

And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

Şi Isus a trimis pe Petru şi pe Ioan şi le-a zis: „Duceţi-vă de pregătiţi-ne paştile, ca să mâncăm.”

So Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat it.”

Ők megkérdezték: Hol akarod, hogy elkészítsük?

Ők pedig mondának néki: Hol akarod, hogy elkészítsük?

And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare?

„Unde voieşti să pregătim?”, L-au întrebat ei.

They said to him, “Where will you have us prepare it?”

Ő pedig azt mondta nekik: Amikor beértek a városba, szembejön veletek egy ember, aki egy korsó vizet visz. Kövessétek őt abba a házba, amelybe bemegy,

És ő monda nékik: Ímé, mikor bementek a városba, szembe jő veletek egy ember, ki egy korsó vizet visz; kövessétek őt abba a házba, a melybe bemegy.

And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.

El le-a răspuns: „Iată, când veţi intra în cetate, vă va ieşi înainte un om, ducând un ulcior cu apă; mergeţi după el în casa în care va intra

He said to them, “Behold, when you have entered the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him into the house that he enters

és mondjátok a házigazdának: Azt kérdezi a Mester: „Hol van az a szállás, ahol tanítványaimmal megehetem a húsvéti bárányt?”

És mondjátok a ház gazdájának: Ezt mondja néked a Mester: Hol van az a szállás, a hol megeszem az én tanítványaimmal a husvéti bárányt?

And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

şi spuneţi stăpânului casei: „Învăţătorul îţi zice: „Unde este odaia pentru oaspeţi în care să mănânc paştile cu ucenicii Mei?”

and tell the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says to you, Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’

Ő majd mutat nektek egy berendezett, nagy emeleti helyiséget, ott készítsétek el.

És ő mutat néktek egy nagy vacsoráló helyet, berendezve, ott készítsétek el.

And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

Şi are să vă arate o odaie mare de sus, aşternută gata: acolo să pregătiţi paştile.”

And he will show you a large upper room furnished; prepare it there.”

Elmentek azért, és mindent úgy találtak, ahogy megmondta nekik, és elkészítették a húsvéti bárányt.

Elmenvén pedig, úgy találák, a mint mondta nékik; és elkészíték a húsvéti bárányt.

And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

Ei au plecat şi au găsit aşa cum le spusese El. Şi au pregătit paştile.

And they went and found it just as he had told them, and they prepared the Passover.

Amikor eljött az idő, az apostolokkal együtt asztalhoz telepedett,

És mikor eljött az idő, asztalhoz üle, és a tizenkét apostol ő vele egyetembe.

And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.

Când a sosit ceasul, Isus a şezut la masă cu cei doisprezece apostoli.

And when the hour came, he reclined at table, and the apostles with him.

és azt mondta nekik: Vágyva vágytam arra, hogy mielőtt szenvednék, megegyem veletek a húsvéti bárányt.

És monda nékik: Kívánva kívántam a husvéti bárányt megenni veletek, melőtt én szenvednék:

And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:

El le-a zis: „Am dorit mult să mănânc paştile acestea cu voi înainte de patima Mea;

And he said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

Mert mondom nektek, hogy többet nem eszem azt, amíg be nem teljesedik ez az Isten országában.

Mert mondom néktek, hogy többé nem eszem abból, míglen beteljesedik az Isten országában.

For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

căci vă spun că de acum încolo nu le voi mai mânca, până la împlinirea lor în Împărăţia lui Dumnezeu.”

For I tell you I will not eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”

Aztán vette a poharat, hálát adott, és ezt mondta: Vegyétek, és osszátok el magatok között,

És [a] pohárt vévén, minekutána hálákat adott, monda: Vegyétek ezt, és osszátok el magatok között:

And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:

Şi a luat un pahar, a mulţumit lui Dumnezeu şi a zis: „Luaţi paharul acesta şi împărţiţi-l între voi;

And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he said, “Take this, and divide it among yourselves.

mert mondom nektek, hogy mostantól fogva nem iszom a szőlőtő terméséből, amíg el nem jön az Isten országa.

Mert mondom néktek, hogy nem iszom a szőlőtőkének gyümölcséből, míglen eljő az Isten országa.

For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.

pentru că vă spun că nu voi mai bea de acum încolo din rodul viţei, până când va veni Împărăţia lui Dumnezeu.”

For I tell you that from now on I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”

És vette a kenyeret, hálát adott, megtörte, nekik adta, és ezt mondta: Ez az én testem, amely tiérettetek adatik, ezt cselekedjétek az én emlékezetemre.

És minekutána a kenyeret vette, hálákat adván megszegé, és adá nékik, mondván: Ez az én testem, mely ti érettetek adatik: ezt cselekedjétek az én emlékezetemre.

And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Apoi a luat pâine; şi, după ce a mulţumit lui Dumnezeu, a frânt-o şi le-a dat-o, zicând: „Acesta este trupul Meu care se dă pentru voi; să faceţi lucrul acesta spre pomenirea Mea.”

And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

Hasonlóképpen vette a poharat is, miután megvacsorázott, és ezt mondta: Ez a pohár az új szövetség az én véremben, amely tiérettetek kiontatik.

Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.

De íme, annak a keze, aki engem elárul, az enyémmel együtt van az asztalon.

But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.

Dar iată că mâna vânzătorului Meu este cu Mine la masa aceasta.

But behold, the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table.

Mert az Emberfia elmegy ugyan, amint az elrendeltetett, de jaj annak az embernek, aki elárulja!

És az embernek Fia jóllehet, elmegy, mint elvégeztetett: de jaj annak az embernek, a ki által elárultatik!

And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed!

Negreşit, Fiul omului Se duce după cum este rânduit. Dar vai de omul acela prin care este vândut El!”

For the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom he is betrayed!”

Ők pedig kezdték egymás között kérdezni, vajon ki lehet az közülük, aki ezt megteszi.

És ők kezdék egymás között kérdezni, vajjon ki lehet az ő közöttük, a ki ezt meg fogja tenni?

And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.

Şi au început să se întrebe unii pe alţii cine din ei să fie acela care va face lucrul acesta.

And they began to question one another, which of them it could be who was going to do this.

Majd versengés is támadt közöttük arról, hogy ki tekinthető közöttük nagyobbnak.

Támada pedig köztük versengés is, hogy ki tekinthető köztük nagyobbnak.

And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

Între apostoli s-a iscat şi o ceartă, ca să ştie care din ei avea să fie socotit ca cel mai mare.

A dispute also arose among them, as to which of them was to be regarded as the greatest.

Ő pedig azt mondta nekik: A pogányokon királyaik uralkodnak, és akik a hatalmat gyakorolják fölöttük, jótevőnek hívatják magukat.

Ő pedig monda nékik: A pogányokon uralkodnak az ő királyaik, és a kiknek azokon hatalmuk van, jóltévőknek hivatnak.

And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.

Isus le-a zis: „Împăraţii Neamurilor domnesc peste ele; şi celor ce le stăpânesc li se dă numele de binefăcători.

And he said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those in authority over them are called benefactors.

Ti viszont ne így tegyetek, hanem aki a legnagyobb köztetek, olyan legyen, mint aki a legkisebb, és aki vezet, olyan legyen, mint aki szolgál.

De ti nem úgy: hanem a ki legnagyobb köztetek, olyan legyen, mint a ki legkisebb; és a ki fő, mint a ki szolgál.

But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

Voi să nu fiţi aşa. Ci cel mai mare dintre voi să fie ca cel mai mic; şi cel ce cârmuieşte, ca cel ce slujeşte.

But not so with you. Rather, let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves.

Mert ki a nagyobb? Az, aki az asztalnál ül, vagy aki szolgál? Nemde aki az asztalnál ül? Én pedig olyan vagyok közöttetek, mint aki szolgál.

Mert melyik nagyobb, az-é, a ki asztalnál ül, vagy a ki szolgál? nemde a ki asztalnál ül? De én ti köztetek olyan vagyok, mint a ki szolgál.

For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.

Căci care este mai mare: cine stă la masă sau cine slujeşte la masă? Nu cine stă la masă? Şi Eu totuşi sunt în mijlocul vostru ca cel ce slujeşte la masă.

For who is the greater, one who reclines at table or one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at table? But I am among you as the one who serves.

Ti vagytok azok, akik kitartottatok velem megpróbáltatásaimban,

Ti vagytok pedig azok, kik megmaradtatok én velem az én kísérteteimben;

Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.

Voi sunteţi aceia care aţi rămas necontenit cu Mine în încercările Mele.

“You are those who have stayed with me in my trials,

ezért én királyságot adok nektek, amit az én Atyám adott nekem,

Én azért adok néktek, miképen az én Atyám adott nékem, országot,

And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

De aceea vă pregătesc Împărăţia, după cum Tatăl Meu Mi-a pregătit-o Mie,

and I assign to you, as my Father assigned to me, a kingdom,

hogy egyetek és igyatok az asztalomnál az én országomban, és királyi trónszékeken ülve ítéljétek Izráel tizenkét nemzetségét.

Hogy egyetek és igyatok az én asztalomon az én országomban, és üljetek királyi székeken, ítélvén az Izráelnek tizenkét nemzetségét.

That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

ca să mâncaţi şi să beţi la masa Mea în Împărăţia Mea şi să şedeţi pe scaune de domnie, ca să judecaţi pe cele douăsprezece seminţii ale lui Israel.”

that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Simon! Simon! Íme, a Sátán kikért titeket, hogy megrostáljon, mint a búzát,

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

“Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat,

de én imádkoztam érted, hogy el ne fogyatkozzék a hited. Azért ha majd megtérsz, erősítsd testvéreidet!

De én imádkoztam érted, hogy el ne fogyatkozzék a te hited: te azért idővel megtérvén, a te atyádfiait erősítsed.

But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Dar Eu M-am rugat pentru tine, ca să nu se piardă credinţa ta; şi, după ce te vei întoarce la Dumnezeu, să întăreşti pe fraţii tăi.”

but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.”

Ő pedig azt mondta neki: Uram, veled kész vagyok akár börtönbe vagy a halálba is menni!

Ő pedig monda néki: Uram, te veled kész vagyok mind tömlöczre, mind halálra menni!

And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

„Doamne”, I-a zis Petru, „cu Tine sunt gata să merg chiar şi în temniţă şi la moarte.”

Peter said to him, “Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

Mire ő azt felelte: Mondom neked, Péter, mielőtt a kakas ma megszólal, te háromszor megtagadod, hogy ismersz engem.

És ő monda: Mondom néked Péter: Ma nem szól addig a kakas, míg te háromszor meg nem tagadod, hogy ismersz engem.

And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Şi Isus i-a zis: „Petre, îţi spun că nu va cânta astăzi cocoşul, până te vei lepăda de trei ori că nu Mă cunoşti.”

Jesus said, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow this day, until you deny three times that you know me.”

És azt mondta nekik: Amikor elküldtelek titeket erszény, tarisznya és saru nélkül, volt-e valamiben hiányotok? Azt felelték: Semmiben sem.

És monda nékik: Mikor elküldtelek benneteket erszény, táska és saru nélkül, volt-é valamiben fogyatkozástok? Ők pedig mondának: Semmiben sem.

And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.

Apoi le-a mai zis: „Când v-am trimis fără pungă, fără traistă şi fără încălţăminte, aţi dus voi lipsă de ceva?” „De nimic”, I-au răspuns ei.

And he said to them, “When I sent you out with no moneybag or knapsack or sandals, did you lack anything?” They said, “Nothing.”

Majd ezt mondta nekik: Most azért akinek van erszénye, vegye elő, hasonlóképpen a tarisznyát is, akinek pedig nincs kardja, adja el felsőruháját, és vegyen magának.

Monda azért nékik: De most, a kinek erszénye van elővegye, hasonlóképen a táskát; és a kinek nincs, adja el felső ruháját, és vegyen szablyát.

Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

Şi El le-a zis: „Acum, dimpotrivă, cine are o pungă s-o ia; cine are o traistă, de asemenea, s-o ia; şi cine n-are sabie să-şi vândă haina şi să-şi cumpere o sabie.

He said to them, “But now let the one who has a moneybag take it, and likewise a knapsack. And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one.

Mert mondom nektek, hogy be kell teljesednie rajtam annak, ami meg van írva: „A gonoszok közé számláltatott”, mert ami elrendeltetett felőlem, az beteljesedik.

Mert mondom néktek, hogy még ennek az írásnak be kell teljesülni rajtam, hogy: És a gonoszok közé számláltatott. Mert a mik reám vonatkoznak is, elvégeztetnek.

For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.

Căci vă spun că trebuie să se împlinească cu Mine aceste cuvinte scrise: „El a fost pus în numărul celor fărădelege.” Şi lucrurile privitoare la Mine sunt gata să se împlinească.”

For I tell you that this Scripture must be fulfilled in me: ‘And he was numbered with the transgressors.’ For what is written about me has its fulfillment.”

Azok pedig mondták: Uram, itt van két kard. Ő pedig ennyit mondott: Elég.

Azok pedig mondának: Uram, ímé van itt két szablya. Ő pedig monda: Elég.

And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.

„Doamne”, I-au zis ei, „iată aici două săbii.” Şi El le-a zis: „Destul!”

And they said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.” And he said to them, “It is enough.”

Majd elindult, és szokása szerint kiment az Olajfák hegyére, a tanítványai pedig követték.

És kimenvén, méne az ő szokása szerint az Olajfák hegyére; követék pedig őt az ő tanítványai is.

And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.

După ce a ieşit afară, S-a dus, ca de obicei, în Muntele Măslinilor. Ucenicii Lui au mers după El.

And he came out and went, as was his custom, to the Mount of Olives, and the disciples followed him.

Amikor arra a helyre ért, azt mondta nekik: Imádkozzatok, hogy kísértésbe ne essetek!

És mikor ott a helyen vala, monda nékik: Imádkozzatok, hogy kísértetbe ne essetek.

And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.

Când a ajuns la locul acela, le-a zis: „Rugaţi-vă, ca să nu cădeţi în ispită.”

And when he came to the place, he said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

Majd eltávozott tőlük egy kőhajításnyira, és térdre borulva így imádkozott:

És ő eltávozék tőlök mintegy kőhajításnyira; és térdre esvén, imádkozék,

And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,

Apoi S-a depărtat de ei ca la o aruncătură de piatră, a îngenuncheat şi a început să Se roage,

And he withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and knelt down and prayed,

Atyám, ha akarod, vedd el tőlem ezt a poharat, mindazáltal ne az én akaratom legyen meg, hanem a tied!

Mondván: Atyám, ha akarod, távoztasd el tőlem e pohárt; mindazáltal ne az én akaratom, hanem a tiéd legyen!

Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

zicând: „Tată, dacă voieşti, depărtează paharul acesta de la Mine! Totuşi facă-se nu voia Mea, ci a Ta.”

saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”

Ekkor angyal jelent meg neki a mennyből, és erősítette őt.

És angyal jelenék meg néki mennyből, erősítvén őt.

And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

Atunci I s-a arătat un înger din cer, ca să-L întărească.

And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, strengthening him.

Halálos gyötrődésében még buzgóbban imádkozott, verejtéke, mint megannyi vércsepp hullott a földre.

És haláltusában lévén, buzgóságosabban imádkozék; és az ő verítéke olyan vala, mint a nagy vércseppek, melyek a földre hullanak.

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow,

And when he rose from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping for sorrow,

Azt mondta nekik: Miért alusztok? Keljetek fel, és imádkozzatok, hogy kísértésbe ne essetek!

És monda nékik: Mit alusztok? Keljetek fel és imádkozzatok, hogy kísértetbe ne essetek.

And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.

şi le-a zis: „Pentru ce dormiţi? Sculaţi-vă şi rugaţi-vă, ca să nu cădeţi în ispită.”

and he said to them, “Why are you sleeping? Rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

Még beszélt, amikor íme, sokaság közeledett, élükön Júdással, a tizenkettő egyikével, aki Jézushoz lépett, hogy megcsókolja.

És mikor még beszéle, ímé sokaság [jöve,] melynek az méne előtte, a ki Júdásnak neveztetik, egy a tizenkettő közül: és közelgete Jézushoz, hogy őt megcsókolja.

And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.

Pe când grăia El încă, iată că a venit o gloată. Şi cel ce se chema Iuda, unul din cei doisprezece, mergea în fruntea lor. El s-a apropiat de Isus, ca să-L sărute.

While he was still speaking, there came a crowd, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him,

Jézus pedig azt mondta neki: Júdás, csókkal árulod el az Emberfiát?

Jézus pedig monda néki: Júdás, csókkal árulod el az embernek Fiát?

But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

Şi Isus i-a zis: „Iudo, cu o sărutare vinzi tu pe Fiul omului?”

but Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Son of Man with a kiss?”

A körülötte levők pedig, látva, hogy mi történik, megkérdezték: Uram, vágjuk őket fegyverrel?

Látván pedig azok, a kik ő körülötte [valának,] a mi következik, mondának néki: Uram, vágjuk-é őket fegyverrel?

When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?

Cei ce erau cu Isus, au văzut ce avea să se întâmple şi au zis: „Doamne, să lovim cu sabia?”

And when those who were around him saw what would follow, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?”

És egyikük odacsapott a főpap szolgájára, és levágta a jobb fülét.

És közülök valaki megvágá a főpap szolgáját, és levágá annak jobb fülét.

And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear.

Şi unul din ei a lovit pe robul marelui preot şi i-a tăiat urechea dreaptă.

And one of them struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his right ear.

Jézus azonban megszólalt, és azt mondta: Eddig és ne tovább! És megérintette a szolga fülét, és meggyógyította.

Felelvén pedig Jézus, monda: Elég eddig. És illetvén annak fülét, meggyógyítá azt.

And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.

Dar Isus a luat cuvântul şi a zis: „Lăsaţi-i! Până aici!” Şi S-a atins de urechea omului aceluia şi l-a vindecat.

But Jesus said, “No more of this!” And he touched his ear and healed him.

Majd azt mondta az elfogására kivonult főpapoknak, a templomőrség vezetőinek és a véneknek: Mint valami rablóra, úgy jöttetek kardokkal és botokkal.

Monda pedig Jézus azoknak, a kik ő hozzá mentek, a főpapoknak, a templom tisztjeinek és a véneknek: Mint valami latorra, úgy jöttetek szablyákkal és fustélyokkal?

Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves?

Isus a zis apoi preoţilor celor mai de seamă, căpeteniilor străjerilor Templului şi bătrânilor care veniseră împotriva Lui: „Aţi ieşit după Mine ca după un tâlhar, cu săbii şi cu ciomege?

Then Jesus said to the chief priests and officers of the temple and elders, who had come out against him, “Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs?

Amikor mindennap veletek voltam a templomban, nem emeltetek rám kezet, de ez a ti órátok és a sötétség hatalma.

Mikor minden nap veletek voltam a templomban, a ti kezeiteket nem vetétek én reám; de ez a ti órátok, és a sötétségnek hatalma.

When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

În toate zilele eram cu voi în Templu, şi n-aţi pus mâna pe Mine. Dar acesta este ceasul vostru şi puterea întunericului.”

When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.”

Ekkor megragadták őt, elvezették, és bevitték a főpap házába. Péter pedig távolról követte.

Megfogván azért őt, elvezeték, és elvivék a főpap házába. Péter pedig követi vala távol.

Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed afar off.

După ce au pus mâna pe Isus, L-au dus şi L-au băgat în casa marelui preot. Petru mergea după El de departe.

Then they seized him and led him away, bringing him into the high priest’s house, and Peter was following at a distance.

Amikor az udvar közepén tüzet raktak, és körbeülték, Péter is közéjük ült.

És mikor tüzet gerjesztettek az udvar közepén, és ők együtt leültek, Péter is leüle ő velök.

And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them.

Au aprins un foc în mijlocul curţii şi au şezut jos. Petru s-a aşezat şi el printre ei.

And when they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat down among them.

És ahogy ott ült a tűz világosságánál, meglátta őt egy szolgálólány, jól megnézte, és azt mondta: Ez is vele volt!

És meglátván őt egy szolgálóleány, a mint a világosságnál ült, szemeit reá vetvén, monda: Ez is ő vele vala!

But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him.

O slujnică l-a văzut cum şedea la para focului, s-a uitat ţintă la el şi a zis: „Şi omul acesta era cu El.”

Then a servant girl, seeing him as he sat in the light and looking closely at him, said, “This man also was with him.”

Ő azonban letagadta, mondva: Asszony, nem ismerem őt!

Ő pedig megtagadá őt, mondván: Asszony, nem ismerem őt!

And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.

Dar Petru s-a lepădat şi a zis: „Femeie, nu-L cunosc.”

But he denied it, saying, “Woman, I do not know him.”

Nem sokkal ezután más is észrevette őt, és azt mondta: Te is közülük való vagy! Péter pedig így szólt: Ember, nem vagyok!

És egy kevéssel azután más látván őt, monda: Te is azok közül való vagy! Péter pedig monda: Ember, nem vagyok!

And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not.

Peste puţin, l-a văzut un altul şi a zis: „Şi tu eşti unul din oamenii aceia.” Iar Petru a zis: „Omule, nu sunt dintre ei.”

And a little later someone else saw him and said, “You also are one of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not.”

Majd úgy egy óra múlva ismét másvalaki erősítgette: De bizony ez is vele volt, hiszen ő is galileai!

És úgy egy óra mulva más valaki erősíté, mondván: Bizony ez is vele vala: mert Galileából való is.

And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean.

Cam după un ceas, un altul întărea acelaşi lucru şi zicea: „Nu mai încape îndoială că şi omul acesta era cu El, căci este galileean.”

And after an interval of about an hour still another insisted, saying, “Certainly this man also was with him, for he too is a Galilean.”

Mire Péter ismét tiltakozott: Ember, nem tudom, mit beszélsz! És még beszélt, amikor megszólalt a kakas.

Monda pedig Péter: Ember, nem tudom, mit mondasz! És azonnal, mikor ő még beszélt, megszólalt a kakas.

And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.

Petru a răspuns: „Omule, nu ştiu ce zici.” Chiar în clipa aceea, pe când vorbea el încă, a cântat cocoşul.

But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are talking about.” And immediately, while he was still speaking, the rooster crowed.

Az Úr pedig hátrafordulva rátekintett Péterre. Ekkor visszaemlékezett Péter az Úr szavára, amikor azt mondta neki: Mielőtt a kakas megszólal, háromszor megtagadsz engem.

És hátra fordulván az Úr, tekinte Péterre. És megemlékezék Péter az Úr szaváról, a mint néki mondta: Mielőtt a kakas szól, háromszor megtagadsz engem.

And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Domnul S-a întors şi S-a uitat ţintă la Petru. Şi Petru şi-a adus aminte de vorba pe care i-o spusese Domnul: „Înainte ca să cânte cocoşul te vei lepăda de Mine de trei ori.”

And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the saying of the Lord, how he had said to him, “Before the rooster crows today, you will deny me three times.”

És kiment Péter, és keservesen sírt.

És kimenvén Péter, keservesen síra.

And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.

And he went out and wept bitterly.

Azok a férfiak pedig, akik Jézust őrizték, csúfolták és verték,

És azok a férfiak, a kik fogva tarták Jézust, csúfolják vala, vervén őt.

And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him.

Oamenii care păzeau pe Isus Îl batjocoreau şi-L băteau.

Now the men who were holding Jesus in custody were mocking him as they beat him.

betakarták a szemét, majd azt mondták neki: Prófétáld meg, ki az, aki megütött!

És [szemeit] betakarván, arczul csapdosák őt, és kérdezék őt, mondván: Prófétáld meg ki az, a ki téged vere?

And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee?

L-au legat la ochi, Îl loveau peste faţă şi-L întrebau, zicând: „Proroceşte, cine Te-a lovit?”

They also blindfolded him and kept asking him, “Prophesy! Who is it that struck you?”

És más hasonló szidalommal illették.

És sok egyéb dolgot mondának néki, szidalmazván őt.

And many other things blasphemously spake they against him.

Şi rosteau împotriva Lui multe alte batjocuri.

And they said many other things against him, blaspheming him.

Amint megvirradt, összegyűlt a nép véneinek tanácsa, a főpapok és az írástudók, és a nagytanács elé állították,

És a mint nappal lett, egybegyűle a nép véneinek tanácsa, főpapok és írástudók: és vivék őt az ő gyülekezetükbe,

And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying,

Când s-a făcut ziuă, bătrânii norodului, preoţii cei mai de seamă şi cărturarii s-au adunat împreună şi au adus pe Isus în soborul lor. Ei I-au zis:

When day came, the assembly of the elders of the people gathered together, both chief priests and scribes. And they led him away to their council, and they said,

majd azt mondták: Ha te vagy a Krisztus, mondd meg nekünk! Ő pedig így válaszolt: Ha mondom nektek, nem hiszitek,

Mondván: Ha te vagy a Krisztus, mondd meg nékünk. Monda pedig nékik: Ha mondom néktek, nem hiszitek:

Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:

„Dacă eşti Tu Hristosul, spune-ne!” Isus le-a răspuns: „Dacă vă voi spune, nu veţi crede;

“If you are the Christ, tell us.” But he said to them, “If I tell you, you will not believe,

és ha kérdezek, nem feleltek nekem.

De ha kérdezlek is, nem feleltek nékem, sem el nem bocsátotok.

And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.

şi dacă vă voi întreba, nu-Mi veţi răspunde, nici nu-Mi veţi da drumul.

and if I ask you, you will not answer.

De mostantól fogva ott ül majd az Emberfia a hatalmas Isten jobbján.

Mostantól fogva ül az embernek Fia az Isten hatalmának jobbja felől.

Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.

De acum încolo, Fiul omului va şedea la dreapta puterii lui Dumnezeu.”

But from now on the Son of Man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God.”

Erre mindnyájan azt kérdezték tőle: Te vagy tehát az Isten Fia? Ő pedig azt válaszolta: Ti mondjátok, hogy én vagyok!

Mondának pedig mindnyájan: Te vagy tehát az Isten Fia? Ő pedig monda nékik: Ti mondjátok, hogy én vagyok!

Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.

Toţi au zis: „Eşti Tu, dar, Fiul lui Dumnezeu?” Şi El le-a răspuns: „Aşa cum o spuneţi; da, sunt.”

So they all said, “Are you the Son of God, then?” And he said to them, “You say that I am.”

Azok pedig így szóltak: Mi szükségünk van még tanúkra? Hiszen mi magunk hallottuk a saját szájából.

Azok pedig mondának: Mi szükségünk van még bizonyságra? Hiszen mi magunk hallottuk az ő szájából.

And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.

Atunci ei au zis: „Ce nevoie mai avem de mărturie? Noi înşine am auzit-o din gura Lui.”

Then they said, “What further testimony do we need? We have heard it ourselves from his own lips.”
