Amikor megöregedett Sámuel, fiait tették bírává Izráel fölött.

És lőn, hogy a mikor Sámuel megvénhedett, az ő fiait tevé bírákká Izráel felett.

And it came to pass, when Samuel was old, that he made his sons judges over Israel.

Când a îmbătrânit Samuel, a pus pe fiii săi judecători peste Israel.

When Samuel became old, he made his sons judges over Israel.

Elsőszülött fiának Jóél volt a neve, a másodiknak Abijjá. Beérsebában bíráskodtak.

Now the name of his firstborn was Joel; and the name of his second, Abiah: they were judges in Beersheba.

Fiul său întâi născut se numea Ioel, şi al doilea Abia; ei erau judecători la Beer-Şeba.

The name of his firstborn son was Joel, and the name of his second, Abijah; they were judges in Beersheba.

De fiai nem az ő útján jártak, hanem telhetetlenek voltak, ajándékot fogadtak el, és elfordították az igaz ítéletet.

De fiai nem járának az ő útjain, hanem a telhetetlenség után indulának, és ajándékot fogadának el, és elfordíták az igaz ítéletet.

And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.

Fiii lui Samuel n-au călcat pe urmele lui; ci se dădeau la lăcomie, luau mită şi călcau dreptatea.

Yet his sons did not walk in his ways but turned aside after gain. They took bribes and perverted justice.

Összegyűlt azért Izráel összes véne, és elmentek Sámuelhez Rámába.

Összegyűlének azért Izráelnek minden vénei, és elmentek Sámuelhez Rámába.

Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah,

Toţi bătrânii lui Israel s-au strâns şi au venit la Samuel, la Rama.

Then all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah

Azt mondták neki: Íme, megöregedtél, és fiaid nem a te utadon járnak. Most tehát tégy valakit királyunkká, hogy ő ítéljen fölöttünk, amint minden népnél szokás.

És mondának néki: Ímé te megvénhedtél, és fiaid nem járnak útaidon; most azért válaszsz nékünk királyt, a ki ítéljen felettünk, mint minden népnél [szokás].

And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.

Ei au zis: „Iată că tu eşti bătrân, şi copiii tăi nu calcă pe urmele tale; acum pune un împărat peste noi să ne judece, cum au toate neamurile.”

and said to him, “Behold, you are old and your sons do not walk in your ways. Now appoint for us a king to judge us like all the nations.”

De Sámuelnek nem tetszett ez a beszéd, hogy azt mondták: Adj nekünk királyt, hogy ő bíráskodjon fölöttünk. És az ÚRhoz könyörgött.

Azonban Sámuelnek nem tetszék a beszéd, hogy azt mondák: Adj nékünk királyt, a ki ítéljen felettünk. És könyörge Sámuel az Úrhoz.

But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD.

Samuel n-a văzut cu plăcere faptul că ziceau: „Dă-ne un împărat ca să ne judece.” Şi Samuel s-a rugat Domnului.

But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” And Samuel prayed to the LORD.

Az ÚR azt mondta Sámuelnek: Fogadd el a nép szavát mindenben, amit mondanak, mert nem téged vetettek meg, hanem engem, hogy ne uralkodjam fölöttük.

És monda az Úr Sámuelnek: Fogadd meg a nép szavát mindenben, a mit mondanak néked, mert nem téged útáltak meg, hanem engem útáltak meg, hogy ne uralkodjam felettök.

And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

Domnul a zis lui Samuel: „Ascultă glasul poporului în tot ce-ţi va spune; căci nu pe tine te leapădă, ci pe Mine Mă leapădă, ca să nu mai domnesc peste ei.

And the LORD said to Samuel, “Obey the voice of the people in all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected me from being king over them.

Veled is úgy tesznek, mint ahogy velem cselekedtek attól a naptól kezdve, amelyen kihoztam őket Egyiptomból, mindmáig: elhagytak, és idegen isteneknek szolgáltak.

Mindama cselekedetek szerint, a melyeket véghez vittek attól a naptól kezdve, a melyen kihoztam őket Égyiptomból, egészen a mai napig (hogy elhagytak engem, és idegen isteneknek szolgáltak): veled is a szerint cselekesznek.

According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee.

Ei se poartă cu tine cum s-au purtat întotdeauna, de când i-am scos din Egipt până în ziua de astăzi; M-au părăsit şi au slujit altor dumnezei.

According to all the deeds that they have done, from the day I brought them up out of Egypt even to this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are also doing to you.

Most azért hallgass a szavukra, de tégy ellenük bizonyságot, és add tudtukra a király jogait, aki uralkodni fog fölöttük.

Most azért hallgass szavukra; mindazáltal tégy ellenök bizonyságot, és add tudtokra a király hatalmát, a ki uralkodni fog felettök.

Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.

Ascultă-le glasul deci; dar înştiinţează-i şi fă-le cunoscut dreptul împăratului care va domni peste ei.”

Now then, obey their voice; only you shall solemnly warn them and show them the ways of the king who shall reign over them.”

Ekkor Sámuel elmondta az ÚR minden szavát a népnek, amely királyt kért tőle.

És Sámuel megmondá az Úrnak minden beszédeit a népnek, mely tőle királyt kért.

And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.

Samuel a spus toate cuvintele Domnului poporului care-i cerea un împărat.

So Samuel told all the words of the LORD to the people who were asking for a king from him.

Azt mondta: A királynak, aki uralkodni fog fölöttetek, ez lesz a hatalma: fiaitokat elveszi, és harci szekereihez meg lovasaihoz sorozza be őket, és futnak harci szekere előtt.

És monda: A királynak, a ki uralkodni fog felettetek, ez lesz a hatalma: fiaitokat elveszi és szekér vezetőivé és lovasaivá teszi őket, és szekere előtt futnak.

And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.

El a zis: „Iată care va fi dreptul împăratului care va domni peste voi: el va lua pe fiii voştri, îi va pune la carele sale şi între călăreţii lui, ca să alerge înaintea carului lui;

He said, “These will be the ways of the king who will reign over you: he will take your sons and appoint them to his chariots and to be his horsemen and to run before his chariots.

Parancsnokokká teszi őket ezer ember fölött, és hadnagyokká ötven ember fölött. Velük szántatja meg barázdáit, és velük végezteti aratását, általuk készítteti hadi szerszámait és harci szekereihez az eszközöket.

Ezredesekké teendi őket, és hadnagyokká ötven ember felett; velök szántatja meg barázdáit, és velök végezteti aratását, készítteti hadi szerszámait és harczi szekereihez az eszközöket.

And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.

îi va pune căpetenii peste o mie şi căpetenii peste cincizeci şi-i va întrebuinţa la aratul pământurilor lui, la seceratul bucatelor lui, la facerea armelor lui de război şi a uneltelor carelor lui.

And he will appoint for himself commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and some to plow his ground and to reap his harvest, and to make his implements of war and the equipment of his chariots.

And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.

He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive orchards and give them to his servants.

Veteményeitekből és szőlőitekből tizedet szed, és főbb embereinek meg hivatalnokainak adja.

And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.

He will take the tenth of your grain and of your vineyards and give it to his officers and to his servants.

Elveszi szolgáitokat, szolgálóleányaitokat, legszebb ifjaitokat és még a szamaraitokat is, és a maga dolgát végezteti velük.

And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.

He will take your male servants and female servants and the best of your young men and your donkeys, and put them to his work.

Jószágotokból tizedet szed, ti pedig szolgái lesztek.

Barmaitokat megdézsmálja, és ti szolgái lesztek néki.

He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.

Va lua zeciuială din oile voastre, şi voi înşivă veţi fi slugile lui.

He will take the tenth of your flocks, and you shall be his slaves.

Akkor majd panaszkodni fogtok királyotok miatt, akit magatok választottatok, de az ÚR nem fog meghallgatni benneteket.

És panaszkodni fogtok annak idejében királyotok miatt, kit magatok választottatok, de az Úr nem fog meghallgatni akkor titeket.

And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.

Şi atunci veţi striga împotriva împăratului vostru pe care-l veţi alege, dar Domnul nu vă va asculta.”

And in that day you will cry out because of your king, whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the LORD will not answer you in that day.”

A nép azonban nem akart Sámuel szavára hallgatni, és azt mondta: Nem, király legyen fölöttünk!

A nép azonban nem akart Sámuel szavára hallgatni, és mondának: Nem! hanem király legyen felettünk.

Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;

But the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel. And they said, “No! But there shall be a king over us,

Mi is úgy legyünk, mint a többi nép, hogy a királyunk bíráskodik fölöttünk is, előttünk jár, és vezeti harcainkat.

És mi is úgy legyünk, mint a többi népek, hogy királyunk ítéljen minket is, és előttünk járjon, és vezesse a mi harczainkat.

That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.

ca să fim şi noi ca toate neamurile; împăratul nostru ne va judeca, va merge în fruntea noastră şi ne va cârmui în războaiele noastre.”

Sámuel végighallgatta a nép beszédét, és elmondta az ÚRnak.

És miután Sámuel meghallgatta a népnek minden szavát, megmondta azokat az Úrnak.

And Samuel heard all the words of the people, and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD.

Samuel, după ce a auzit toate cuvintele poporului, le-a spus în auzul Domnului.

And when Samuel had heard all the words of the people, he repeated them in the ears of the LORD.

Az ÚR ezt mondta Sámuelnek: Hallgass a szavukra, és adj nekik királyt! És Sámuel ezt mondta Izráel férfiainak: Menjetek haza, mindenki a maga városába!

És monda az Úr Sámuelnek: Hallgass szavokra, és adj nékik királyt. És Sámuel monda Izráel férfiainak: Menjetek el haza, ki-ki az ő városába.

And the LORD said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.

Şi Domnul a zis lui Samuel: „Ascultă-le glasul şi pune un împărat peste ei.” Şi Samuel a zis bărbaţilor lui Israel: „Duceţi-vă fiecare în cetatea lui.”

And the LORD said to Samuel, “Obey their voice and make them a king.” Samuel then said to the men of Israel, “Go every man to his city.”
