Ahábnak hetven fia volt Samáriában. Jéhú levelet írt, és elküldte Samáriába Jezréel fejedelmeihez, a vénekhez és Aháb fiainak nevelőihez ezzel a paranccsal:

Akhábnak pedig hetven fia volt Samariában. És levelet írt Jéhu, és elküldé azt Samariába Jezréel fejedelmeihez, a vénekhez, és az Akháb [fiainak] tútoraihoz, ilyen parancsolattal:

And Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up Ahab's children, saying,

În Samaria erau şaptezeci de fii ai lui Ahab. Iehu a scris scrisori şi le-a trimis la Samaria căpeteniilor din Izreel, bătrânilor şi îngrijitorilor copiilor lui Ahab. În ele zicea:

Now Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. So Jehu wrote letters and sent them to Samaria, to the rulers of the city, to the elders, and to the guardians of the sons of Ahab, saying,

Mikor e levél hozzátok érkezik, éppen nálatok vannak uratoknak fiai a harci szekerekkel, a lovakkal és a megerősített városok hadi fölszerelésével együtt.

Mihelyt e levél hozzátok jut, a kiknél vannak a ti uratok fiai a szekerekkel, lovakkal, az erős városokkal és fegyverekkel együtt,

Now as soon as this letter cometh to you, seeing your master's sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and horses, a fenced city also, and armour;

„Acum, când veţi primi scrisoarea aceasta – fiindcă aveţi cu voi pe fiii stăpânului vostru, carele şi caii, o cetate întărită şi arme –

“Now then, as soon as this letter comes to you, seeing your master’s sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and horses, fortified cities also, and weapons,

Jól nézzétek meg, melyik a legjobb és a legigazabb uratok fiai közül, és azt ültessétek apja trónjára, és harcoljatok uratok házáért.

Nézzétek meg, melyik a legjobb és a legigazabb a ti uratok fiai közül, azt ültessétek az ő atyjának királyi székébe, és harczoljatok a ti uratok házáért.

Look even out the best and meetest of your master's sons, and set him on his father's throne, and fight for your master's house.

select the best and fittest of your master’s sons and set him on his father’s throne and fight for your master’s house.”

De azok igen megrettentek, és azt mondták: Íme, már két király sem állhatott meg vele szemben, akkor mi hogyan állhatnánk meg?

És megrettenének felette igen, és mondának: Ímé már két király nem maradhatott meg ő előtte, mimódon maradhatnánk hát mi meg?

But they were exceedingly afraid, and said, Behold, two kings stood not before him: how then shall we stand?

Ei s-au temut foarte mult şi au zis: „Iată că doi împăraţi n-au putut să-i stea împotrivă; cum îi vom sta noi împotrivă?”

But they were exceedingly afraid and said, “Behold, the two kings could not stand before him. How then can we stand?”

Akkor a palota felügyelője és a város parancsnoka meg a vének és a nevelők ezt az üzenetet küldték Jéhúnak: Szolgáid vagyunk, és bármit parancsolsz nekünk, azt megtesszük. Mi nem teszünk senkit királlyá. Tedd azt, ami neked tetszik!

És elküldének mind a [király] házának, mind a városnak fejedelmei, és a vének és a tútorok Jéhuhoz, mondván: A te szolgáid vagyunk mi, valamit parancsolsz nékünk, azt cselekeszszük; mi senkit királylyá nem teszünk, a mi néked tetszik, azt cselekedjed!

And he that was over the house, and he that was over the city, the elders also, and the bringers up of the children, sent to Jehu, saying, We are thy servants, and will do all that thou shalt bid us; we will not make any king: do thou that which is good in thine eyes.

Şi căpetenia casei împărăteşti, căpetenia cetăţii, bătrânii şi îngrijitorii copiilor au trimis să spună lui Iehu: „Noi suntem slujitorii tăi şi vom face tot ce ne vei spune; nu vom pune pe nimeni împărat, fă ce vei crede.”

So he who was over the palace, and he who was over the city, together with the elders and the guardians, sent to Jehu, saying, “We are your servants, and we will do all that you tell us. We will not make anyone king. Do whatever is good in your eyes.”

Erre egy második levélben ezt írta nekik: Ha velem tartotok, és hallgattok a szavamra, vegyétek a fejét azoknak a férfiaknak, uratok fiainak, és jöjjetek hozzám holnap ilyenkor Jezréelbe. A király fiai, e hetven férfiú ugyanis a város előkelőinél voltak; azok nevelték őket.

Then he wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If ye be mine, and if ye will hearken unto my voice, take ye the heads of the men your master's sons, and come to me to Jezreel by to morrow this time. Now the king's sons, being seventy persons, were with the great men of the city, which brought them up.

Iehu le-a scris o a doua scrisoare în care spunea: „Dacă sunteţi ai mei şi dacă ascultaţi de glasul meu, luaţi capetele oamenilor acelora, fiii stăpânului vostru, şi veniţi la mine mâine la ceasul acesta, la Izreel.” Şi cei şaptezeci de fii ai împăratului erau la mai marii cetăţii, care-i creşteau.

Then he wrote to them a second letter, saying, “If you are on my side, and if you are ready to obey me, take the heads of your master’s sons and come to me at Jezreel tomorrow at this time.” Now the king’s sons, seventy persons, were with the great men of the city, who were bringing them up.

És amikor a levél hozzájuk jutott, vették a király fiait, és megölték a hetven férfit, fejüket kosarakba rakták és elküldték Jéhúnak Jezréelbe.

And it came to pass, when the letter came to them, that they took the king's sons, and slew seventy persons, and put their heads in baskets, and sent him them to Jezreel.

And as soon as the letter came to them, they took the king’s sons and slaughtered them, seventy persons, and put their heads in baskets and sent them to him at Jezreel.

Amikor a követ megérkezett, és jelentette neki, hogy elhozták a királyfiak fejét, azt mondta: Rakjátok két rakásba azokat a kapu előtt reggelre.

And there came a messenger, and told him, saying, They have brought the heads of the king's sons. And he said, Lay ye them in two heaps at the entering in of the gate until the morning.

Solul a venit să-i spună, zicând: „Au adus capetele fiilor împăratului.” Şi el a zis: „Faceţi-le două grămezi la intrarea porţii, până dimineaţă.”

When the messenger came and told him, “They have brought the heads of the king’s sons,” he said, “Lay them in two heaps at the entrance of the gate until the morning.”

Amikor pedig reggel kiment, megállt, és azt mondta az egész népnek: Ti igazak vagytok. Íme, én ütöttem pártot uram ellen, és én öltem meg őt. De ki vágta le mindezeket?

És mikor reggel kiment, megállott, és monda az egész népnek: Ti igazak vagytok. Ímé az én uram ellen én ütöttem pártot és én öltem meg őt; de ki ölte meg mind ezeket?

And it came to pass in the morning, that he went out, and stood, and said to all the people, Ye be righteous: behold, I conspired against my master, and slew him: but who slew all these?

Dimineaţa a ieşit; şi, venind înaintea întregului popor, a zis: „Voi sunteţi fără vină! Eu am uneltit împotriva stăpânului meu şi l-am omorât; dar cine a lovit pe toţi aceştia?

Then in the morning, when he went out, he stood and said to all the people, “You are innocent. It was I who conspired against my master and killed him, but who struck down all these?

Tudjátok meg ebből, hogy semmi sem esik a földre az ÚR beszédéből, amelyet az ÚR Aháb háza ellen szólt, és az ÚR véghezvitte, amit szolgája, Illés által kijelentett.

Azért vegyétek eszetekbe ebből, hogy az Úrnak beszédéből egyetlen egy sem esik a földre, a mit az Úr az Akháb háza ellen szólott, és az Úr véghezvitte, a mit az ő szolgája, Illés által mondott.

Know now that there shall fall unto the earth nothing of the word of the LORD, which the LORD spake concerning the house of Ahab: for the LORD hath done that which he spake by his servant Elijah.

Să ştiţi, dar, că nu va cădea nimic la pământ din cuvântul Domnului, din cuvântul pe care l-a rostit Domnul împotriva casei lui Ahab; Domnul împlineşte ce a spus prin robul Său Ilie.”

Know then that there shall fall to the earth nothing of the word of the LORD, which the LORD spoke concerning the house of Ahab, for the LORD has done what he said by his servant Elijah.”

Azután levágta Jéhú mindazokat, akik még megmaradtak Aháb házából Jezréelben, és minden főemberét, egész rokonságát és minden papját, míg csak ki nem irtotta a maradékát is.

So Jehu slew all that remained of the house of Ahab in Jezreel, and all his great men, and his kinsfolks, and his priests, until he left him none remaining.

Şi Iehu a lovit pe toţi cei ce mai rămăseseră din casa lui Ahab la Izreel, pe toţi mai marii lui, pe prietenii şi pe preoţii lui, şi n-a lăsat să scape niciunul.

So Jehu struck down all who remained of the house of Ahab in Jezreel, all his great men and his close friends and his priests, until he left him none remaining.

And he arose and departed, and came to Samaria. And as he was at the shearing house in the way,

Then he set out and went to Samaria. On the way, when he was at Beth-eked of the Shepherds,

találkozott Ahazjának, Júda királyának a testvéreivel Jéhú, és megkérdezte: Kik vagytok? Ők így feleltek: Ahazjá testvérei vagyunk, és lejöttünk, hogy köszöntsük a király gyermekeit meg a királyné fiait.

Jehu met with the brethren of Ahaziah king of Judah, and said, Who are ye? And they answered, We are the brethren of Ahaziah; and we go down to salute the children of the king and the children of the queen.

Iehu a dat peste fraţii lui Ahazia, împăratul lui Iuda, şi a zis: „Cine sunteţi voi?” Ei au răspuns: „Suntem fraţii lui Ahazia şi ne coborâm să urăm de bine fiilor împăratului şi fiilor împărătesei.”

Jehu met the relatives of Ahaziah king of Judah, and he said, “Who are you?” And they answered, “We are the relatives of Ahaziah, and we came down to visit the royal princes and the sons of the queen mother.”

Jéhú ezt parancsolta: Fogjátok el őket élve! Erre élve elfogták és megölték őket a juhnyíró ház kútja mellett: negyvenkét férfit. Nem hagyott életben senkit.

Ő pedig monda: Fogjátok meg őket elevenen. És megfogták őket elevenen, és megölték őket a juhnyíróház kútja mellett, negyvenkét férfiút; és egyetlen egyet sem hagyott meg közülük.

And he said, Take them alive. And they took them alive, and slew them at the pit of the shearing house, even two and forty men; neither left he any of them.

Iehu a zis: „Prindeţi-i de vii.” Şi i-au prins de vii şi i-au tăiat în număr de patruzeci şi doi, la fântâna colibei de întâlnire. Iehu n-a lăsat să scape niciunul.

He said, “Take them alive.” And they took them alive and slaughtered them at the pit of Beth-eked, forty-two persons, and he spared none of them.

Onnan továbbmenve, összetalálkozott Jehónádábbal, Rékáb fiával, aki elébe jött, köszöntötte őt, és ezt kérdezte tőle: Vajon olyan igaz-e a szíved, mint az én szívem a te szívedhez? Jehónádáb így felelt: Olyan. Jéhú azt mondta: Ha így van, nyújts kezet! És ő kezet nyújtott, és felültette őt maga mellé a szekérbe.

And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him: and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thine heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thine hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

Plecând de acolo, a întâlnit pe Ionadab, fiul lui Recab, care venea înaintea lui. And when he departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him. And he greeted him and said to him, “Is your heart true to my heart as mine is to yours?” And Jehonadab answered, “It is.” Jehu said, “If it is, give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand. And Jehu took him up with him into the chariot.

Ezt mondta: Gyere velem, és lásd meg, hogyan állok bosszút az ÚRért. És vele együtt vitték őt az ő harci szekerén.

And he said, Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD. So they made him ride in his chariot.

And he said, “Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD.” So he had him ride in his chariot.

Miután megérkezett Samáriába, levágta mindazokat, akik az Aháb nemzetségéből megmaradtak ott, amíg ki nem pusztította őket az ÚR beszéde szerint, amelyet kijelentett Illésnek.

És megérkezett Samariába, és levágta mindazokat, a kik az Akháb [nemzetségéből] megmaradtak volt Samariában, míg ki nem veszté azt az Úr beszéde szerint, a melyet szólott Illésnek.

And when he came to Samaria, he slew all that remained unto Ahab in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the saying of the LORD, which he spake to Elijah.

Când a ajuns Iehu la Samaria, a ucis pe toţi cei rămaşi din Ahab în Samaria şi i-a nimicit cu desăvârşire, după cuvântul pe care-l spusese lui Ilie, Domnul.

And when he came to Samaria, he struck down all who remained to Ahab in Samaria, till he had wiped them out, according to the word of the LORD that he spoke to Elijah.

Akkor Jéhú összegyűjtötte az egész népet, és azt mondta nekik: Aháb kevéssé szolgálta Baalt. Jéhú sokkal jobban akarja szolgálni.

And Jehu gathered all the people together, and said unto them, Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu shall serve him much.

Then Jehu assembled all the people and said to them, “Ahab served Baal a little, but Jehu will serve him much.

Most azért hívjátok ide hozzám Baal minden prófétáját, minden papját és minden szolgáját. Senki el ne maradjon, mert nagy áldozatot akarok bemutatni Baalnak. Aki nem jön el, annak meg kell halnia! Jéhú álnokságból tette ezt, hogy elpusztítsa a Baal tisztelőit.

Most azért hívjátok hozzám a Baál minden prófétáit, minden papját és minden szolgáját; senki el ne maradjon; mert nagy áldozatot akarok tenni a Baálnak; valaki elmarad, meg kell halni annak. Jéhu pedig ezt álnokságból cselekedte, hogy elveszítse a Baál tisztelőit.

Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be wanting: for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal; whosoever shall be wanting, he shall not live. But Jehu did it in subtilty, to the intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal.

Acum, chemaţi la mine pe toţi prorocii lui Baal, pe toţi slujitorii lui şi pe toţi preoţii lui, fără să lipsească unul, căci vreau să aduc o mare jertfă lui Baal: oricine va lipsi va muri.” Iehu lucra cu viclenie, ca să omoare pe toţi slujitorii lui Baal.

Now therefore call to me all the prophets of Baal, all his worshipers and all his priests. Let none be missing, for I have a great sacrifice to offer to Baal. Whoever is missing shall not live.” But Jehu did it with cunning in order to destroy the worshipers of Baal.

Majd ezt mondta: Szenteljetek ünnepet Baal tiszteletére! És ki is hirdették ezt.

And Jehu said, Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed it.

And Jehu ordered, “Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal.” So they proclaimed it.

Akkor Jéhú hírvivőket küldött szét egész Izráelbe, és Baal minden tisztelője eljött. Senki sem maradt, aki ne jött volna el. Bementek Baal templomába, és megtelt a Baal templomának minden zuga.

And Jehu sent through all Israel: and all the worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that came not. And they came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was full from one end to another.

And Jehu sent throughout all Israel, and all the worshipers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left who did not come. And they entered the house of Baal, and the house of Baal was filled from one end to the other.

And he said unto him that was over the vestry, Bring forth vestments for all the worshippers of Baal. And he brought them forth vestments.

Iehu a zis celui ce păzea odaia cu veşmintele: „Scoate veşminte pentru toţi slujitorii lui Baal.” Şi omul acela a scos veşminte pentru ei.

He said to him who was in charge of the wardrobe, “Bring out the vestments for all the worshipers of Baal.” So he brought out the vestments for them.

Akkor bement Jéhú és Jehónádáb, Rékáb fia a Baal templomába, és ezt mondta a Baal tisztelőinek: Nézzetek körül, és vizsgáljátok meg, hogy valamiképpen ne legyen itt veletek az ÚR szolgái közül valaki, hanem csak a Baal tisztelői.

And Jehu went, and Jehonadab the son of Rechab, into the house of Baal, and said unto the worshippers of Baal, Search, and look that there be here with you none of the servants of the LORD, but the worshippers of Baal only.

Atunci Iehu a venit în templul lui Baal cu Ionadab, fiul lui Recab, şi a zis slujitorilor lui Baal: „Căutaţi şi vedeţi să nu fie niciun slujitor al Domnului aici, ci să fie numai slujitori de ai lui Baal.”

Then Jehu went into the house of Baal with Jehonadab the son of Rechab, and he said to the worshipers of Baal, “Search, and see that there is no servant of the LORD here among you, but only the worshipers of Baal.”

Majd amikor bementek, hogy ajándékokkal és égőáldozatokkal áldozzanak, Jéhú felállított kívül nyolcvan embert, akiknek azt mondta: Aki egyet is elszalaszt azok közül, akiket a kezetekbe adok, annak életével kell fizetnie azért az emberért.

And when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be for the life of him.

Şi au intrat să aducă jertfe şi arderi de tot. Iehu pusese afară optzeci de oameni şi le zisese: „Cine va lăsa să scape vreunul din oamenii pe care-i dau pe mâna voastră va răspunde de viaţa lui cu a sa.”

Then they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings. Now Jehu had stationed eighty men outside and said, “The man who allows any of those whom I give into your hands to escape shall forfeit his life.”

Mikor pedig elvégezték az égőáldozatot, megparancsolta Jéhú a testőröknek és a hadnagyoknak: Menjetek be, és vágjátok le őket, egy se meneküljön meg közülük! Erre a testőrök és a hadnagyok kardélre hányták őket, és kidobálták holttestüket. Azután bementek a Baal-templom belsejébe,

Mikor pedig elvégezték az égőáldozatot, monda Jéhu a vitézeknek és hadnagyoknak: Menjetek be, vágjátok le őket, csak egy is közülök meg ne meneküljön! És levágták őket fegyver élével, és elhányták [az ő holttestöket] a vitézek és a hadnagyok. Azután elmentek a Baál templomának városába,

And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the captains, Go in, and slay them; let none come forth. And they smote them with the edge of the sword; and the guard and the captains cast them out, and went to the city of the house of Baal.

So as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, Jehu said to the guard and to the officers, “Go in and strike them down; let not a man escape.” So when they put them to the sword, the guard and the officers cast them out and went into the inner room of the house of Baal,

And they brought forth the images out of the house of Baal, and burned them.

Így pusztította ki Jéhú Baalt Izráelből.

Így veszté ki Jéhu a Baált Izráelből.

Thus Jehu destroyed Baal out of Israel.

Iehu a nimicit pe Baal din mijlocul lui Israel,

Thus Jehu wiped out Baal from Israel.

De nem szakadt el Jéhú Jeroboámnak, Nebát fiának a bűneitől, aki vétekbe ejtette Izráelt: az aranyborjúktól, amelyek Bételben és Dánban voltak.

De Jeroboámnak, a Nébát fiának bűneitől, a ki vétekbe ejté az Izráelt, nem szakadt el Jéhu, az arany borjúktól, melyek Béthelben és Dánban valának.

Howbeit from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from after them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan.

dar nu s-a abătut de la păcatele lui Ieroboam, fiul lui Nebat, care făcuse pe Israel să păcătuiască, n-a părăsit viţeii de aur din Betel şi Dan.

But Jehu did not turn aside from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which he made Israel to sin—that is, the golden calves that were in Bethel and in Dan.

Az ÚR azt mondta Jéhúnak: Mivel szorgalmasan megtetted, ami tetszik nekem, és szívem kívánsága szerint cselekedtél Aháb házával, fiaid negyedízig ülnek Izráel trónján.

És monda az Úr Jéhunak: A miért szorgalmatosan megcselekedted azt, a mi nékem tetszett, és az én szívem kívánsága szerint cselekedtél az Akháb házával: azért a te fiaid negyedízig ülnek az Izráel királyi székiben.

And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.

Domnul a zis lui Iehu: „Pentru că ai adus bine la îndeplinire ce este plăcut înaintea Mea şi ai făcut casei lui Ahab tot ce era după voia Mea, fiii tăi până la al patrulea neam vor şedea pe scaunul de domnie al lui Israel.”

And the LORD said to Jehu, “Because you have done well in carrying out what is right in my eyes, and have done to the house of Ahab according to all that was in my heart, your sons of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.”

De Jéhú mégsem igyekezett azon, hogy teljes szívvel az ÚRnak, Izráel Istenének a törvénye szerint járjon. Nem szakadt el Jeroboám vétkeitől, aki bűnbe ejtette Izráelt.

De Jéhu még sem igyekezett azon, hogy az Úrnak, Izráel Istenének törvényében járjon teljes szívéből, [mert] nem szakadt el a Jeroboám bűneitől, a ki bűnbe ejtette az Izráelt.

But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin.

Totuşi Iehu n-a luat seama să umble din toată inima lui în Legea Domnului Dumnezeului lui Israel; şi nu s-a abătut de la păcatele în care târâse Ieroboam pe Israel.

But Jehu was not careful to walk in the law of the LORD, the God of Israel, with all his heart. He did not turn from the sins of Jeroboam, which he made Israel to sin.

Abban az időben kezdte az ÚR megtépázni Izráelt, mert megverte őket Hazáél Izráel minden határa mentén:

Abban az időben kezdett az Úr pusztítani Izráelben, és megveré őket Hazáel, Izráel minden határában.

In those days the LORD began to cut Israel short: and Hazael smote them in all the coasts of Israel;

Pe vremea aceea, Domnul a început să taie câte o bucată din ţinutul lui Israel; şi Hazael i-a bătut la toate hotarele lui Israel.

In those days the LORD began to cut off parts of Israel. Hazael defeated them throughout the territory of Israel:

a Jordántól napkeletre, a gileádbelieknek, majd Gád, Rúben és Manassé törzsének egész földjét, az Arnón-patak mellett fekvő Aróértől kezdődően egész Gileádot és Básánt.

A Jordántól egész napkeletig, a Gileádbelieknek, a Gád nemzetségének, a Rúben nemzetségének, Manasse nemzetségének egész földjét. Aroertől fogva; mely az Arnon patak mellett van, mind Gileádot, mind Básánt.

From Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, even Gilead and Bashan.

De la Iordan, spre soare-răsare, a bătut toată ţara Galaadului, pe gadiţi, rubeniţi şi manasiţi, de la Aroer, care este pe pârâul Arnon, până la Galaad şi Basan.

from the Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the Valley of the Arnon, that is, Gilead and Bashan.

Jéhúnak egyéb dolgai pedig és minden cselekedete és minden erőssége vajon nincsenek-e megírva Izráel királyainak krónikáskönyvében?

Now the rest of the acts of Jehu, and all that he did, and all his might, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

Celelalte fapte ale lui Iehu, tot ce a făcut el şi toate isprăvile lui nu sunt scrise oare în cartea Cronicilor împăraţilor lui Israel?

Now the rest of the acts of Jehu and all that he did, and all his might, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

Aztán elaludt Jéhú, és atyáihoz tért, és eltemették Samáriában. Utána a fia, Joáház lett a király.

És elaluvék Jéhu az ő atyáival, és eltemeték őt Samariában. És uralkodék Joákház, az ő fia, helyette.

And Jehu slept with his fathers: and they buried him in Samaria. And Jehoahaz his son reigned in his stead.

Iehu a adormit cu părinţii săi şi a fost îngropat la Samaria. Şi, în locul lui, a domnit fiul său Ioahaz.

So Jehu slept with his fathers, and they buried him in Samaria. And Jehoahaz his son reigned in his place.

And the time that Jehu reigned over Israel in Samaria was twenty and eight years.
