O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

Ti népek mind tapsoljatok, harsogjatok Istennek vígságos szóval.

For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

Mert az Úr felséges, rettenetes; nagy király az egész földön.

He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

Alánk veti a népeket, a nemzeteket lábaink alá.

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.

Kiválasztja nékünk örökségünket, Jákób dicsőségét, a kit szeret. Szela.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

Felvonul Isten harsona- szónál, kürtzengés közt az Úr.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

Énekeljetek Istennek, énekeljetek; énekeljetek királyunknak, énekeljetek!

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

Mert az egész föld királya az Isten: énekeljetek bölcseséggel.

God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

Isten uralkodik a nemzetek fölött; Isten ott ül az ő szentségének trónján.

The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.

[Népek fejedelmei gyülekeztek össze, mint Ábrahám Istenének népe, mert Istené a földnek pajzsai; magasságos ő igen!]
