And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.

Now Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard in Jezreel, beside the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.

Egyszer Aháb azt mondta Nábótnak: Add nekem a szőlődet, hogy veteményeskertem legyen, mert közel van a házamhoz, és neked annál jobb szőlőt adok érte; vagy ha inkább az tetszik neked, pénzben adom meg az árát.

És szóla Akháb Nábótnak, mondván: Add nékem a te szőlődet, hogy legyen veteményes kertem; mert közel van az én házamhoz, és néked érette jobb szőlőt adok annál, vagy ha néked tetszik, pénzül adom meg az árát.

And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.

Şi Ahab a vorbit astfel lui Nabot: „Dă-mi mie via ta, să fac din ea o grădină de verdeţuri, căci este foarte aproape de casa mea. În locul ei îţi voi da o vie mai bună sau, dacă-ţi vine mai bine, îţi voi plăti preţul ei în argint.”

And after this Ahab said to Naboth, “Give me your vineyard, that I may have it for a vegetable garden, because it is near my house, and I will give you a better vineyard for it; or, if it seems good to you, I will give you its value in money.”

Nábót így felelt Ahábnak: Isten őrizzen, hogy neked adjam az atyáimtól maradt örökségemet!

És felele Nábót Akhábnak: Isten őrizzen, hogy néked adjam az én atyáimtól maradt örökséget.

And Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.

Dar Nabot a răspuns lui Ahab: „Să mă ferească Domnul să-ţi dau moştenirea părinţilor mei!”

But Naboth said to Ahab, “The LORD forbid that I should give you the inheritance of my fathers.”

Akkor Aháb nagy bánattal és haraggal ment haza a válasz miatt, amelyet a jezréeli Nábót adott neki e szavakkal: Nem adom neked az atyáimtól maradt örökséget. Lefeküdt az ágyára, arcát a fal felé fordította, és nem evett semmit.

And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.

Ahab a intrat în casă, trist şi mâniat, din pricina cuvintelor pe care i le spusese Nabot din Izreel: „Nu-ţi voi da moştenirea părinţilor mei!” Şi s-a culcat pe pat, şi-a întors faţa şi n-a mâncat nimic.

And Ahab went into his house vexed and sullen because of what Naboth the Jezreelite had said to him, for he had said, “I will not give you the inheritance of my fathers.” And he lay down on his bed and turned away his face and would eat no food.

Odament hozzá a felesége, Jezábel, és azt mondta neki: Miért keseredett úgy meg a szíved, hogy nem eszel semmit?

Hozzá menvén az ő felesége Jézabel, monda néki: Miért háborodott meg a te szíved, és kenyeret nem eszel?

But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?

But Jezebel his wife came to him and said to him, “Why is your spirit so vexed that you eat no food?”

Ő így válaszolt: Mert beszéltem a jezréeli Nábóttal, és azt mondtam neki: „Add nekem a szőlődet pénzért, vagy ha jobban tetszik, más szőlőt adok neked érte.” Ő pedig azt mondta: Nem adom neked a szőlőmet!

És ő monda néki: Mert ama Jezréelbeli Nábóttal beszéltem, és azt mondám néki: Add nékem a te szőlődet pénzért, vagy ha inkább tetszik, más szőlőt adok néked érette, ő [pedig] azt mondta: Nem adom néked az én szőlőmet.

And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.

El i-a răspuns: „Am vorbit cu Nabot din Izreel şi i-am zis: „Dă-mi via ta pe preţ de argint; sau, dacă vrei, îţi voi da o altă vie în locul ei.” Dar el a zis: „Nu pot să-ţi dau via mea!”

And he said to her, “Because I spoke to Naboth the Jezreelite and said to him, ‘Give me your vineyard for money, or else, if it please you, I will give you another vineyard for it.’ And he answered, ‘I will not give you my vineyard.’”

Akkor ezt mondta neki Jezábel, a felesége: Hát nem te vagy Izráel királya? Kelj föl, egyél, és örvendezzen a szíved. Én majd neked adom a jezréeli Nábót szőlőjét.

And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Atunci Izabela, nevasta lui, i-a zis: „Oare nu domneşti tu acum peste Israel? Scoală-te, ia şi mănâncă şi fii cu inima veselă, căci eu îţi voi da via lui Nabot din Izreel!”

And Jezebel his wife said to him, “Do you now govern Israel? Arise and eat bread and let your heart be cheerful; I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.”

Akkor leveleket írt Aháb nevében, lepecsételte annak gyűrűjével, és elküldte a leveleket azoknak a véneknek és főembereknek, akik Nábóttal egy városban laktak.

So she wrote letters in Ahab's name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Naboth.

And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:

And she wrote in the letters, “Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth at the head of the people.

And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die.

şi puneţi-i în faţă doi oameni de nimic, care să mărturisească astfel împotriva lui: „Tu ai blestemat pe Dumnezeu şi pe împăratul!” Apoi scoateţi-l afară, împroşcaţi-l cu pietre, şi să moară.”

And set two worthless men opposite him, and let them bring a charge against him, saying, ‘You have cursed God and the king.’ Then take him out and stone him to death.”

És úgy cselekedtek a vének és a főemberek, akik az ő városában laktak, ahogy Jezábel megparancsolta nekik, és ahogy a nekik küldött levelekben megírta.

And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who were the inhabitants in his city, did as Jezebel had sent unto them, and as it was written in the letters which she had sent unto them.

And the men of his city, the elders and the leaders who lived in his city, did as Jezebel had sent word to them. As it was written in the letters that she had sent to them,

They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.

Azután odajött a két istentelen ember, leültek vele szemben, és így tanúskodtak ezek az istentelen emberek Nábót ellen a nép előtt: Nábót szidalmazta Istent és a királyt. Kivitték azért őt a városból, megkövezték, és meghalt.

And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.

Cei doi oameni de nimic au venit şi s-au aşezat în faţa lui; şi aceşti oameni răi au mărturisit aşa înaintea poporului, împotriva lui Nabot: „Nabot a blestemat pe Dumnezeu şi pe împăratul!” Apoi l-au scos afară din cetate, l-au împroşcat cu pietre, şi a murit.

And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

Azután megüzenték Jezábelnek: Nábótot halálra kövezték.

Azután megizenék Jézabelnek, mondván: Megköveztetett Nábót, és meghalt.

Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.

Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, “Naboth has been stoned; he is dead.”

Amikor meghallotta Jezábel, hogy agyonkövezték Nábótot, így szólt Ahábnak: Kelj föl, és foglald el a jezréeli Nábót szőlőjét, amelyet nem akart neked pénzért odaadni; mert nem él már Nábót, hanem meghalt.

And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.

Când a auzit Izabela că Nabot fusese împroşcat cu pietre şi că murise, a zis lui Ahab: „Scoală-te şi ia în stăpânire via lui Nabot din Izreel, care n-a vrut să ţi-o dea pe preţ de argint; căci Nabot nu mai trăieşte, a murit.”

As soon as Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned and was dead, Jezebel said to Ahab, “Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give you for money, for Naboth is not alive, but dead.”

Amikor meghallotta Aháb, hogy Nábót meghalt, fölkelt, hogy lemenjen a jezréeli Nábót szőlőjébe, és elfoglalja.

And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.

And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

Then the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

Kelj föl, és menj Aháb izráeli király elé, aki Samáriában lakik. Íme, ott van Nábót szőlőjében, amelybe lement, hogy elfoglalja.

Kelj fel, és menj Akhábnak, az Izráelbeli királynak eleibe, a ki Samariában lakik, ímé ott van a Nábót szőlőjében, a melybe lement, hogy azt elfoglalja;

Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it.

„Scoală-te şi coboară-te înaintea lui Ahab, împăratul lui Israel, la Samaria; iată-l este în via lui Nabot, unde s-a coborât s-o ia în stăpânire.

“Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in Samaria; behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone to take possession.

Mondd neki: Így szól az ÚR: „Öltél, és a birtokot is elfoglaltad?” Majd így szólj neki: Ezt mondja az ÚR: „Ugyanazon a helyen, ahol fölnyalták az ebek Nábót vérét, ebek nyalják föl a te véredet is!”

És szólj néki, ezt mondván: Így szól az Úr: Nemde megölted-é és nemde el is foglaltad-é? És szólj néki, mondván: Ezt mondja az Úr: Ugyanazon a helyen, a hol felnyalták az ebek Nábót vérét, ebek nyalják fel a te véredet is!

And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.

Să-i spui: „Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Nu eşti tu un ucigaş şi un hoţ?” Şi să-i mai spui: „Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Chiar în locul unde au lins câinii sângele lui Nabot, vor linge câinii şi sângele tău.”

And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD, “Have you killed and also taken possession?”’ And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD: “In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick your own blood.”’”

Aháb így felelt Illésnek: Megint rám találtál, ellenségem? Ő azt mondta: Rád találtam, mert mindenestül arra adtad magadat, hogy gonoszságot cselekedjél az ÚR szemében.

És monda Akháb Illésnek: [Megint] rám találtál ellenségem? És ő monda: Rád találtam; mert te magadat mindenestől arra adtad, hogy gonoszságot cselekedjél az Úr szemei előtt.

And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.

Ahab a zis lui Ilie: „M-ai găsit, vrăjmaşule?” Şi el a răspuns: „Te-am găsit, pentru că te-ai vândut ca să faci ce este rău înaintea Domnului.

Ahab said to Elijah, “Have you found me, O my enemy?” He answered, “I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do what is evil in the sight of the LORD.

Íme, veszedelmet hozok rád, és kisöpörlek, és kiirtom Izráelből Aháb utódait, a szolgát és a szabadot is.

Ímé, [azt mondja az Úr:] Veszedelmet hozok reád, és elvesztem a te maradékaidat, és kigyomlálom Akhábnak még az ebét is, és a berekesztettet és az elhagyatottat Izráelben;

Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,

Iată ce zice Domnul: „Voi aduce nenorocirea peste tine; te voi mătura, voi nimici pe oricine este al lui Ahab, fie rob, fie slobod în Israel,

Behold, I will bring disaster upon you. I will utterly burn you up, and will cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel.

Olyanná teszem házadat, mint Jeroboámnak, Nebát fiának a házát és mint Baasának, Ahijjá fiának a házát azért, mert haragra ingereltél engem, és mert bűnbe vitted Izráelt.

And will make thine house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the provocation wherewith thou hast provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin.

şi voi face casei tale cum am făcut casei lui Ieroboam, fiul lui Nebat, şi casei lui Baeşa, fiul lui Ahia, pentru că M-ai mâniat şi ai făcut pe Israel să păcătuiască.”

And I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the anger to which you have provoked me, and because you have made Israel to sin.

Jezábel felől pedig így szólt az ÚR: Az ebek eszik meg Jezábelt Jezréel kőfalánál.

És Jézabel felől is szóla az Úr, mondván: Az ebek eszik meg Jézabelt Jezréel kőfala előtt;

And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.

Domnul a vorbit şi despre Izabela şi a zis: „Câinii vor mânca pe Izabela lângă întăritura Izreelului.

And of Jezebel the LORD also said, ‘The dogs shall eat Jezebel within the walls of Jezreel.’

Azt, aki Aháb házából a városban hal meg, az ebek eszik meg, azt pedig, aki a mezőn hal meg, az égi madarak.

Azt, a ki Akháb házából a városban hal meg, az ebek eszik meg; azt pedig, a ki a mezőben hal meg, az égi madarak eszik meg.

Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.

Cine va muri în cetate din casa lui Ahab va fi mâncat de câini, iar cine va muri pe câmp va fi mâncat de păsările cerului.”

Anyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone of his who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat.”

Mert bizony nem volt olyan, mint Aháb, aki arra adta volna magát, hogy csak gonoszságot cselekedjék az ÚR szemében felesége, Jezábel ösztönzésére.

[Mert] bizonyára nem volt Akhábnak mássa, a ki magát arra adta volna, hogy csak gonoszságot cselekedjék az Úr szemei előtt, a melyre az ő felesége, Jézabel ösztökélé őt.

But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.

N-a fost nimeni care să se fi vândut, pentru ca să facă ce este rău înaintea Domnului, ca Ahab, pe care nevasta sa, Izabela, îl aţâţa la aceasta.

(There was none who sold himself to do what was evil in the sight of the LORD like Ahab, whom Jezebel his wife incited.

Mert igen utálatos dolgokat művelt. A bálványokat követte, teljesen úgy, ahogy az emóriak cselekedtek, akiket az ÚR kiűzött Izráel fiai elől.

And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

He acted very abominably in going after idols, as the Amorites had done, whom the LORD cast out before the people of Israel.)

Mikor pedig meghallotta Aháb e beszédeket, megszaggatta ruháit, zsákba öltözött, böjtölt, zsákruhában hált, és nagy alázatossággal járt-kelt.

Lőn pedig, mikor meghallotta Akháb e beszédeket, megszaggatá az ő ruháit, és zsákba öltözék és bőjtöle, és a zsákban hála, és nagy alázatossággal jár vala.

And it came to pass, when Ahab heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly.

După ce a auzit cuvintele lui Ilie, Ahab şi-a rupt hainele, şi-a pus un sac pe trup şi a postit: se culca cu sacul acesta şi mergea încet.

And when Ahab heard those words, he tore his clothes and put sackcloth on his flesh and fasted and lay in sackcloth and went about dejectedly.

And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

Nem láttad-e, hogy Aháb hogy megalázta magát előttem? Mivel pedig megalázta magát előttem, nem hozom rá a veszedelmet az ő életében, hanem csak a fiai idejében hozom el a veszedelmet a házára.

Nem láttad-é, hogy Akháb hogyan megalázta magát előttem? Mivelhogy pedig megalázta magát előttem, nem hozom reá a veszedelmet az ő életében, [hanem] [csak] az ő fia idejében hozom el a veszedelmet az ő házára.

Seest thou how Ahab humbleth himself before me? because he humbleth himself before me, I will not bring the evil in his days: but in his son's days will I bring the evil upon his house.

„Ai văzut cum s-a smerit Ahab înaintea Mea? Pentru că s-a smerit înaintea Mea, nu voi aduce nenorocirea în timpul vieţii lui; ci în timpul vieţii fiului său voi aduce nenorocirea casei lui!”

“Have you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself before me, I will not bring the disaster in his days; but in his son’s days I will bring the disaster upon his house.”
