Az egész nép fölemelte szavát, és sírt azon az éjszakán.

És felemelé szavát az egész gyülekezet, és síra a nép azon az éjszakán.

And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.

Toată adunarea a ridicat glasul şi a început să ţipe. Şi poporul a plâns în noaptea aceea.

Then all the congregation raised a loud cry, and the people wept that night.

Izráel fiai zúgolódtak Mózes és Áron ellen, és az egész gyülekezet azt mondta nekik: Bárcsak meghaltunk volna Egyiptom földjén, vagy halnánk meg ebben a pusztában!

És mindnyájan zúgolódának Mózes ellen és Áron ellen Izráel fiai, és monda nékik az egész gyülekezet: Vajha megholtunk volna Égyiptom földén! vagy ebben a pusztában vajha meghalnánk!

And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!

Toţi copiii lui Israel au cârtit împotriva lui Moise şi Aaron, şi toată adunarea le-a zis: „De ce n-om fi murit noi în ţara Egiptului sau de ce n-om fi murit în pustiul acesta?

And all the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron. The whole congregation said to them, “Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness!

Miért is visz be minket az ÚR arra a földre? Hogy fegyver miatt hulljunk el, feleségeink és a kicsinyeink pedig prédául essenek? Nem jobb volna-e nekünk visszatérnünk Egyiptomba?

Miért is visz be minket az Úr arra a földre? hogy fegyver miatt hulljunk el? feleségeink és a kicsinyeink prédára legyenek? Nem jobb volna-é nékünk visszatérnünk Égyiptomba?

And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?

Pentru ce ne duce Domnul în ţara aceasta, în care vom cădea ucişi de sabie, iar nevestele noastre şi copilaşii noştri vor fi de jaf? Nu este oare mai bine să ne întoarcem în Egipt?”

Why is the LORD bringing us into this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will become a prey. Would it not be better for us to go back to Egypt?”

Majd azt mondták egymásnak: Válasszunk magunknak vezetőt, és térjünk vissza Egyiptomba!

És mondának egymásnak: Szerezzünk előttünk járót, és térjünk vissza Égyiptomba.

And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

Şi au zis unul altuia: „Să ne alegem o căpetenie şi să ne întoarcem în Egipt.”

And they said to one another, “Let us choose a leader and go back to Egypt.”

Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.

Józsué pedig, Nún fia és Káléb, Jefunne fia, akik a föld kémlelői közül valók voltak, meghasogatták ruhájukat,

And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:

Şi, dintre cei ce iscodiseră ţara, Iosua, fiul lui Nun, şi Caleb, fiul lui Iefune, şi-au rupt hainele,

And Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes

és azt mondták Izráel fiai egész gyülekezetének: A föld, amelyen átmentünk, hogy kikémleljük, igenigen jó föld.

És szólának Izráel fiai egész gyülekezetének, mondván: A föld, a melyen általmentünk, hogy megkémleljük azt, igen-igen jó föld.

And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.

şi au vorbit astfel întregii adunări a copiilor lui Israel: „Ţara pe care am străbătut-o noi ca s-o iscodim este o ţară foarte bună, minunată.

and said to all the congregation of the people of Israel, “The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land.

Ha az ÚRnak kedve telik bennünk, akkor bevisz minket arra a földre, és nekünk adja azt a tejjel és mézzel folyó földet.

Ha az Úrnak kedve telik bennünk, akkor bevisz minket arra a földre, és nékünk adja azt, mely tejjel és mézzel folyó föld.

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.

Dacă Domnul va fi binevoitor cu noi, ne va duce în ţara aceasta şi ne-o va da: este o ţară în care curge lapte şi miere.

If the LORD delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey.

Csak ne lázongjatok az ÚR ellen, ne is féljetek annak a földnek népétől, mert ők nekünk csak olyanok, mint a megenni való kenyér. Eltávozott tőlük az ő oltalmuk, de mivelünk velünk van az ÚR. Azért ne féljetek tőlük!

Csakhogy ne lázongjatok az Úr ellen, se ne féljetek annak a földnek népétől; mert ők nekünk [csak olyanok, mint a] kenyér; eltávozott tőlök az ő oltalmok, de az Úr velünk van: ne féljetek tőlök!

Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.

Numai nu vă răzvrătiţi împotriva Domnului şi nu vă temeţi de oamenii din ţara aceea, căci îi vom mânca. Ei nu mai au niciun sprijin: Domnul este cu noi, nu vă temeţi de ei!”

Only do not rebel against the LORD. And do not fear the people of the land, for they are bread for us. Their protection is removed from them, and the LORD is with us; do not fear them.”

Mikor pedig az egész gyülekezet azon tanakodott, hogy megkövezze őket, megjelent az ÚR dicsősége a gyülekezet sátrában Izráel minden fiának,

But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.

Toată adunarea vorbea să-i ucidă cu pietre, când slava Domnului s-a arătat peste Cortul întâlnirii, înaintea tuturor copiilor lui Israel.

Then all the congregation said to stone them with stones. But the glory of the LORD appeared at the tent of meeting to all the people of Israel.

és azt mondta az ÚR Mózesnek: Meddig gyaláz engem ez a nép? Meddig nem hisznek nekem a sok jel ellenére sem, amelyeket közöttük cselekedtem?

És monda az Úr Mózesnek: Meddig gyaláz engemet ez a nép? Meddig nem hisznek nékem, mind ama csudatételeim mellett sem, a melyeket cselekedtem közöttök?

And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?

Şi Domnul a zis lui Moise: „Până când Mă va nesocoti poporul acesta? Până când nu va crede el în Mine, cu toate minunile pe care le fac în mijlocul lui?

And the LORD said to Moses, “How long will this people despise me? And how long will they not believe in me, in spite of all the signs that I have done among them?

Megverem őket döghalállal, és elvesztem őket, téged pedig náluk nagyobb és erősebb nemzetté teszlek.

Megverem őket döghalállal, és elvesztem őket; téged pedig nagy néppé teszlek, és ő nálánál erősebbé.

I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they.

De aceea, îl voi lovi cu ciumă, şi-l voi nimici, dar pe tine te voi face un neam mai mare şi mai puternic decât el.”

I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”

Ekkor így szólt Mózes az ÚRhoz: Ha meghallják ezt az egyiptomiak, mert közülük hoztad ki e népet hatalmaddal,

És monda Mózes az Úrnak: Ha meghallják az égyiptombeliek (mert közülök hoztad fel e népet a te hatalmad által):

And Moses said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for thou broughtest up this people in thy might from among them;)

Moise a zis Domnului: „Egiptenii vor auzi lucrul acesta, ei, din mijlocul cărora ai scos pe poporul acesta prin puterea Ta.

But Moses said to the LORD, “Then the Egyptians will hear of it, for you brought up this people in your might from among them,

elmondják majd a föld lakosainak. Hallották, hogy te, URam, e nép között vagy, hogy te, URam, szemtől szembe megjelentél, és hogy a felhőd megállt őrajtuk, és felhőoszlopban jársz előttük nappal, éjjel pedig tűzoszlopban.

Elmondják majd e föld lakosainak, a kik hallották, hogy te Uram e nép között vagy, hogy szemtől szembe megjelentetted magadat te Uram, és hogy a te felhőd megállott ő rajtok, és felhőoszlopban jársz te ő előttök nappal, éjjel pedig tűzoszlopban.

And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that thou LORD art among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy cloud standeth over them, and that thou goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night.

Şi vor spune locuitorilor ţării aceleia. Ei ştiau că Tu, Domnul, eşti în mijlocul poporului acestuia; că Te arătai în chip văzut, Tu, Domnul; că norul Tău stă peste el; că Tu mergi înaintea lui, ziua, într-un stâlp de nor, şi, noaptea, într-un stâlp de foc.

and they will tell the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, O LORD, are in the midst of this people. For you, O LORD, are seen face to face, and your cloud stands over them and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.

Hogyha mind egy szálig elveszted e népet, így szólnak majd a népek, amelyek hallották a híredet:

Now if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of thee will speak, saying,

Dacă omori pe poporul acesta ca pe un singur om, neamurile, care au auzit vorbindu-se de Tine, vor zice:

Now if you kill this people as one man, then the nations who have heard your fame will say,

„Mivel nem vihette be az ÚR e népet a földre, amely felől megesküdött nekik, azért vesztette el őket a pusztában.”

Mivelhogy nem vihette be az Úr e népet a földre, a mely felől megesküdött nékik, azért öldöste le őket a pusztában.

Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he sware unto them, therefore he hath slain them in the wilderness.

„Domnul n-avea putere să ducă pe poporul acesta în ţara pe care jurase că i-o va da: de aceea l-a omorât în pustiu!”

‘It is because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land that he swore to give to them that he has killed them in the wilderness.’

Most azért mutasd meg, URam, hogy nagy a te hatalmad, ahogy kijelentetted:

Most azért hadd magasztaltassék fel az Úrnak ereje, a miképen szólottál, mondván:

And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my LORD be great, according as thou hast spoken, saying,

Acum, să se arate puterea Domnului în mărimea ei, cum ai spus când ai zis:

And now, please let the power of the Lord be great as you have promised, saying,

„Az Úr késedelmes a haragra, nagy irgalmasságú, megbocsát hamisságot és vétket, de a bűnöst nem hagyja büntetlenül; megbünteti az atyák álnokságait a fiakban harmad- és negyedízig.”

Az Úr késedelmes a haragra, nagy irgalmasságú, megbocsát hamisságot és vétket, de [a bűnöst] nem hagyja büntetlenül; megbünteti az atyák álnokságait a fiakban harmad és negyed íziglen.

The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.

„Domnul este încet la mânie şi bogat în bunătate, iartă fărădelegea şi răzvrătirea; dar nu ţine pe cel vinovat drept nevinovat şi pedepseşte fărădelegea părinţilor în copii până la al treilea şi al patrulea neam.

‘The LORD is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, forgiving iniquity and transgression, but he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, to the third and the fourth generation.’

Kérlek, kegyelmezz meg e nép hamisságának irgalmasságod nagy volta szerint, ahogy megbocsátottál e népnek Egyiptomtól fogva mindeddig.

Kérlek, kegyelmezz meg e nép hamisságának a te irgalmasságod nagy volta szerint, a miképen megbocsátottál e népnek Égyiptomtól fogva mind eddig.

Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.

Iartă, dar, fărădelegea poporului acestuia, după mărimea îndurării Tale, cum ai iertat poporului acestuia din Egipt până aici.”

Please pardon the iniquity of this people, according to the greatness of your steadfast love, just as you have forgiven this people, from Egypt until now.”

Ekkor azt mondta az ÚR: Megkegyelmeztem a te beszéded szerint.

És monda az Úr: Megkegyelmeztem a te beszéded szerint.

And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:

Şi Domnul a zis: „Iert cum ai cerut.

Then the LORD said, “I have pardoned, according to your word.

De életemre mondom és az ÚR dicsőségére, amely betölti az egész földet,

De bizonnyal élek én, és betölti az Úr dicsősége az egész földet.

But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.

Dar cât este de adevărat că Eu sunt viu şi că slava Domnului va umple tot pământul,

But truly, as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD,

hogy mindazok az emberek, akik látták dicsőségemet és csodáimat, amelyeket Egyiptomban és e pusztában cselekedtem, és megkísértettek engem immár tízszer is, és nem hallgattak szavamra,

Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;

atât este de adevărat că toţi cei ce au văzut cu ochii lor slava Mea şi minunile pe care le-am făcut în Egipt şi în pustiu, şi totuşi M-au ispitit de zece ori acum şi n-au ascultat glasul Meu,

none of the men who have seen my glory and my signs that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have put me to the test these ten times and have not obeyed my voice,

nem látják meg azt a földet, amely felől megesküdtem atyáiknak. Senki sem látja azt meg azok közül, akik gyaláztak engem.

Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:

toţi aceia nu vor vedea ţara pe care am jurat părinţilor lor că le-o voi da, şi anume, toţi cei ce M-au nesocotit, n-o vor vedea.

shall see the land that I swore to give to their fathers. And none of those who despised me shall see it.

De szolgámat, Kálébot, mivelhogy más lélek volt benne, és tökéletesen követett engem, beviszem arra a földre, amelyen járt, és örökségül bírja azt az ő magva.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

Iar pentru că robul Meu Caleb a fost însufleţit de un alt duh şi a urmat în totul calea Mea, îl voi face să intre în ţara în care s-a dus, şi urmaşii lui o vor stăpâni.

But my servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit and has followed me fully, I will bring into the land into which he went, and his descendants shall possess it.

A völgyben azonban az amálékiek és a kánaániak laknak. Holnap forduljatok meg, és induljatok a pusztába a Vörös-tenger útján.

(Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley.) Tomorrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.

Amaleciţii şi canaaniţii locuiesc valea aceasta: deci mâine, întoarceţi-vă şi plecaţi în pustiu, pe calea care duce spre Marea Roşie.”

Now, since the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwell in the valleys, turn tomorrow and set out for the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea.”

Ezenkívül azt mondta az ÚR Mózesnek és Áronnak:

Szóla annakfelette az Úr Mózesnek és Áronnak, mondván:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

Domnul a vorbit lui Moise şi lui Aaron şi a zis:

And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

Meddig tűrjem e gonosz gyülekezetet, amely zúgolódik ellenem? Hallottam Izráel fiainak zúgolódását, mert sokat zúgolódtak ellenem!

Meddig [tűrjek] e gonosz gyülekezetnek, a mely zúgolódik ellenem? Hallottam Izráel fiainak zúgolódásait, a kik zúgolódnak ellenem!

How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.

„Până când voi lăsa această rea adunare să cârtească împotriva Mea? Am auzit cârtirile copiilor lui Israel, care cârteau împotriva Mea.

“How long shall this wicked congregation grumble against me? I have heard the grumblings of the people of Israel, which they grumble against me.

Mondd meg nekik: Élek én – így szól az ÚR –, hogy úgy bánok veletek, ahogyan fülem hallatára beszéltetek ellenem.

Mondd meg nékik: Élek én, azt mondja az Úr, hogy épen úgy cselekszem veletek, a miképen szólottatok az én füleim hallására!

Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:

Spune-le: „Pe viaţa Mea! – zice Domnul – că vă voi face întocmai cum aţi vorbit în auzul urechilor Mele.

Say to them, ‘As I live, declares the LORD, what you have said in my hearing I will do to you:

Itt, e pusztában fogtok elhullani, éspedig a számbavettek mind, húszesztendőstől fogva és azon felül, akik zúgolódtatok ellenem.

E pusztában hullanak el a ti holttesteitek, és pedig mindazok, a kik megszámláltattak a ti teljes számotok szerint, húsz esztendőstől fogva és azon felül, a kik zúgolódtatok ellenem.

Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me.

Trupurile voastre moarte vor cădea în pustiul acesta. Voi toţi, a căror numărătoare s-a făcut, numărându-vă de la vârsta de douăzeci de ani în sus, şi care aţi cârtit împotriva Mea,

your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, and of all your number, listed in the census from twenty years old and upward, who have grumbled against me,

Nem mentek be arra a földre, amelyre nézve esküre emeltem kezemet, hogy lakosokká teszlek rajta titeket, kivéve Kálébot, Jefunne fiát és Józsuét, Nún fiát.

És nem mentek be arra a földre, a melyre nézve felemeltem az én kezemet, hogy lakosokká teszlek abban titeket; Kálebet, a Jefunné fiát és Józsuét, a Nún fiát kivéve.

Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

nu veţi intra în ţara pe care jurasem că vă voi da-o s-o locuiţi, afară de Caleb, fiul lui Iefune, şi Iosua, fiul lui Nun.

not one shall come into the land where I swore that I would make you dwell, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.

De kicsinyeiteket, akik felől azt mondtátok, hogy prédául esnek, beviszem, és megismerik azt a földet, amelyet ti megvetettetek.

But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.

Pe copilaşii voştri însă, despre care aţi zis că vor fi de jaf, îi voi face să intre în ea, ca să cunoască ţara pe care aţi nesocotit-o voi.

But your little ones, who you said would become a prey, I will bring in, and they shall know the land that you have rejected.

De a ti testetek e pusztában hullik el.

A ti holttesteitek azért a pusztában hullanak el.

But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.

Iar cât despre voi, trupurile voastre moarte vor cădea în pustiu.

But as for you, your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness.

Fiaitok pedig mint pásztorok bujdosnak e pusztában negyven esztendeig, és viselik paráználkodásotok büntetését, amíg meg nem emésztetnek holttesteitek az utolsóig e pusztában.

A ti fiaitok pedig, mint a pásztorok, bujdosnak e pusztában negyven esztendeig, és viselik a ti paráználkodásitoknak büntetését, míglen megemésztetnek a ti holttesteitek e pusztában.

And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.

Şi copiii voştri vor rătăci patruzeci de ani în pustiu şi vor ispăşi astfel păcatele voastre, până ce toate trupurile voastre moarte vor cădea în pustiu.

And your children shall be shepherds in the wilderness forty years and shall suffer for your faithlessness, until the last of your dead bodies lies in the wilderness.

Negyven napig kémleltétek ki azt a földet, most tehát negyven esztendeig hordozzátok hamisságotok büntetését, egy-egy napért egy-egy esztendőt számítva, hogy megismerjétek, mi az, ha én ellenetek fordulok.

A napok száma szerint, a melyeken megkémleltétek a földet, ([tudniillik ]negyven napon, egy-egy napért egy-egy esztendő), negyven esztendeig hordozzátok a ti hamisságotoknak büntetését, és megismeritek az én elfordulásomat.

After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.

După cum în patruzeci de zile aţi iscodit ţara, tot aşa, patruzeci de ani veţi purta pedeapsa fărădelegilor voastre; adică un an de fiecare zi: şi veţi şti atunci ce înseamnă să-Mi trag Eu mâna de la voi.

According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, a year for each day, you shall bear your iniquity forty years, and you shall know my displeasure.’

Én, az ÚR megmondtam bizonyosan, hogy ezt teszem ezzel az egész gonosz gyülekezettel, amely összegyűlt ellenem. Ebben a pusztában emésztetnek meg, és ugyanott halnak meg.

Én, az Úr, szólottam. Bizonyára ezt mívelem az egész gonosz gyülekezettel, a mely összegyülekezett vala ellenem; ebben a pusztában emésztetnek meg, és ugyanott halnak meg.

I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.

Eu, Domnul, am vorbit! În adevăr, aşa voi face acestei rele adunări care s-a unit împotriva Mea; vor fi nimiciţi în pustiul acesta şi în el vor muri.”

I, the LORD, have spoken. Surely this will I do to all this wicked congregation who are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall come to a full end, and there they shall die.”

And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,

Bărbaţii pe care îi trimisese Moise să iscodească ţara, şi care, la întoarcerea lor, făcuseră ca toată adunarea să cârtească împotriva lui, înnegrind ţara;

And the men whom Moses sent to spy out the land, who returned and made all the congregation grumble against him by bringing up a bad report about the land—

Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD.

oamenii aceştia, care înnegriseră ţara, au murit acolo înaintea Domnului, loviţi de o moarte năprasnică.

the men who brought up a bad report of the land—died by plague before the LORD.

Csak Józsué, Nún fia és Káléb, Jefunne fia maradt életben azok közül a férfiak közül, akik a földet kikémlelni mentek.

[Csak] Józsué, a Nún fia, és Káleb, a Jefunné fia, maradának életben ama férfiak közül, a kik mentek vala a földet megkémlelni.

But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.

Numai Iosua, fiul lui Nun, şi Caleb, fiul lui Iefune, au rămas cu viaţă dintre oamenii aceia care se duseseră să iscodească ţara.

Of those men who went to spy out the land, only Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh remained alive.

Amikor elmondta Mózes ezeket a dolgokat Izráel fiainak, a nép fölötte igen kesergett.

A mint pedig elbeszélé Mózes e beszédeket Izráel fiainak, a nép felette igen keserge.

And Moses told these sayings unto all the children of Israel: and the people mourned greatly.

Moise a spus aceste lucruri tuturor copiilor lui Israel; şi poporul a fost într-o mare jale.

When Moses told these words to all the people of Israel, the people mourned greatly.

Fölkeltek reggel, és fölmentek a hegy tetejére, és azt mondták: Íme, készek vagyunk elmenni arra a helyre, amelyről az ÚR szólt, mert bizony vétkeztünk.

És felkelének reggel, és felmenének a hegy tetejére, mondván: Ímé készek vagyunk elmenni a helyre, a melyről szólott az Úr, mert vétkeztünk.

And they rose up early in the morning, and gat them up into the top of the mountain, saying, Lo, we be here, and will go up unto the place which the LORD hath promised: for we have sinned.

S-au sculat dis-de-dimineaţă a doua zi şi s-au suit pe vârful muntelui zicând: „Iată-ne! Suntem gata să ne suim în locul de care a vorbit Domnul, căci am păcătuit.”

And they rose early in the morning and went up to the heights of the hill country, saying, “Here we are. We will go up to the place that the LORD has promised, for we have sinned.”

Mózes azt mondta: Miért akarjátok áthágni ilyen módon az ÚR akaratát, noha nem sikerülhet az nektek?

És monda Mózes: Miért hágjátok át ilyen módon az Úr akaratát, holott nem sikerülhet az [néktek.]

And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.

Moise a zis: „Pentru ce călcaţi porunca Domnului? Nu veţi izbuti!

But Moses said, “Why now are you transgressing the command of the LORD, when that will not succeed?

Ne menjetek föl, mert nem lesz közöttetek az ÚR, és vereséget fogtok szenvedni ellenségeitektől.

Fel ne menjetek, mert nem lesz közöttetek az Úr, hogy el ne hulljatok a ti ellenségeitek előtt.

Go not up, for the LORD is not among you; that ye be not smitten before your enemies.

Nu vă suiţi, căci Domnul nu este în mijlocul vostru! Nu căutaţi să fiţi bătuţi de vrăjmaşii voştri!

Do not go up, for the LORD is not among you, lest you be struck down before your enemies.

Mert az amálékiek és a kánaániak ott vannak előttetek, és fegyver által hullotok el! Mivel elfordultatok az ÚRtól, nem is lesz veletek az ÚR.

Mert az Amálek és a Kananeus van ott előttetek, és fegyver által hulltok el. Mivelhogy elfordultatok az Úrtól, nem is lesz az Úr veletek.

For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and ye shall fall by the sword: because ye are turned away from the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you.

Căci amaleciţii şi canaaniţii sunt înaintea voastră şi veţi cădea ucişi de sabie; odată ce v-aţi abătut de la Domnul, Domnul nu va fi cu voi.”

For there the Amalekites and the Canaanites are facing you, and you shall fall by the sword. Because you have turned back from following the LORD, the LORD will not be with you.”

Mégis vakmerően fölmentek a hegy tetejére. De az ÚR szövetségének ládája és Mózes meg sem mozdult a táborból.

Mindazáltal merészkedének felmenni a hegy tetejére; de az Úr szövetségének ládája és Mózes meg sem mozdulának a táborból.

But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and Moses, departed not out of the camp.

Ei s-au îndărătnicit şi s-au suit pe vârful muntelui; dar chivotul legământului şi Moise n-au ieşit din mijlocul taberei.

But they presumed to go up to the heights of the hill country, although neither the ark of the covenant of the LORD nor Moses departed out of the camp.

Ekkor az amálékiek és a kánaániak, akik azon a hegyen laktak, leszálltak, és megverték őket, és egész Hormáig vágták és kergették őket.

Alászálla azért az Amálek és a Kananeus, a ki lakik vala azon a hegyen, és megverék őket, és vágák őket mind Hormáig.

Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and smote them, and discomfited them, even unto Hormah.

Atunci s-au coborât amaleciţii şi canaaniţii, care locuiau pe muntele acela, i-au bătut şi i-au tăiat în bucăţi până la Horma.

Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who lived in that hill country came down and defeated them and pursued them, even to Hormah.
