Amikor Dávid egy kissé lejjebb jutott a hegytetőről, eléje jött Cíbá, Mefibóset szolgája két megnyergelt szamárral: kétszáz kenyér, száz kötés aszalt szőlő, száz csomó füge és egy tömlő bor volt rajtuk.

Mikor pedig Dávid egy kevéssé alább ment a [hegy] tetejéről, eleibe jöve Siba, a Mefibóset szolgája, két megnyergelt szamárral, melyeken kétszáz kenyér és száz kötés aszúszőlő és száz csomó füge és egy tömlő bor vala.

And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.

Când trecuse David puţin de vârf, iată că Ţiba, slujitorul lui Mefiboşet, a venit înaintea lui cu doi măgari înşeuaţi, pe care erau două sute de pâini, o sută de turte de stafide, o sută de roade de vară şi un burduf cu vin.

When David had passed a little beyond the summit, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of donkeys saddled, bearing two hundred loaves of bread, a hundred bunches of raisins, a hundred of summer fruits, and a skin of wine.

A király megkérdezte Cíbától: Mit akarsz ezzel? Cíbá így felelt: A szamarak legyenek a király háza népéé, hogy rajtuk járjanak. A kenyér és a füge pedig a szolgáké, hogy egyenek, és a bor azé, aki megfárad a pusztában, hogy ihasson.

És monda a király Sibának: Mit akarsz ezzel? Felele Siba: A szamarak a király háznépéé legyenek, hogy rajtok járjanak; a kenyér pedig és a füge, hogy a szolgák megegyék, és a bor, hogy igyék, a ki megfárad a pusztában.

And the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses be for the king's household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be faint in the wilderness may drink.

Împăratul a zis lui Ţiba: „Ce vrei să faci cu acestea?” Şi Ţiba a răspuns: „Măgarii sunt pentru casa împăratului, pentru călărie, pâinile şi roadele de vară sunt pentru hrana tinerilor, şi vinul pentru potolirea setei celor ce vor fi obosiţi în pustiu.”

And the king said to Ziba, “Why have you brought these?” Ziba answered, “The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride on, the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat, and the wine for those who faint in the wilderness to drink.”

A király azt kérdezte: Hol van most uradnak a fia? Cíbá így felelt a királynak: Íme, Jeruzsálemben maradt, mert azt mondta: Visszaadja ma nekem Izráel háza népe az én apám országát.

És monda a király: Hol van most a te uradnak fia? Felele Siba a királynak: Ímé Jeruzsálemben marada, mert azt mondja: Visszaadja ma nékem Izráel háznépe az én atyámnak országát.

And the king said, And where is thy master's son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father.

Împăratul a zis: „Unde este fiul stăpânului tău?” Şi Ţiba a răspuns împăratului: „Iată, a rămas la Ierusalim, căci a zis: „Astăzi casa lui Israel îmi va da înapoi împărăţia tatălui meu.”

And the king said, “And where is your master’s son?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he remains in Jerusalem, for he said, ‘Today the house of Israel will give me back the kingdom of my father.’”

A király azt mondta Cíbának: Legyen minden a tied, amije csak volt Mefibósetnek. Cíbá erre ezt felelte: Leborulok előtted. Légy ezután is kegyes hozzám, ó, uram, királyom!

És monda a király Sibának: Ímé minden tied legyen, valamije volt Mefibósetnek. Monda akkor Siba: Meghajtom magamat; vajha kegyelmet találnék előtted, óh uram király!

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee that I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king.

Împăratul a zis lui Ţiba: „Tot ce este al lui Mefiboşet este la tău.” Şi Ţiba a zis: „Mă închin cu plecăciune! Să capăt trecere înaintea ta, împărate, domnul meu!”

Then the king said to Ziba, “Behold, all that belonged to Mephibosheth is now yours.” And Ziba said, “I pay homage; let me ever find favor in your sight, my lord the king.”

Amikor Dávid király eljutott Bahúrimig, íme, egy férfi jött ki onnan, aki Saul nemzetségéből való volt, név szerint Simei, Géra fia, és ahogy jött, szidalmazta őket.

Elméne azután Dávid király Bahurimig, és ímé onnan egy férfi jöve ki a Saul nemzetségéből való, kinek neve Sémei vala, Gérának fia, és kijövén szidalmazza vala [őket.

And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still as he came.

David ajunsese până la Bahurim. Şi de acolo a ieşit un om din familia şi din casa lui Saul, numit Şimei, fiul lui Ghera. El înainta blestemând

When King David came to Bahurim, there came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera, and as he came he cursed continually.

Kővel hajigálta Dávidot és Dávid király minden szolgáját, jóllehet az egész hadinép és a testőrség mindnyájan ott voltak az ő jobb és bal keze felől.

És kővel hajigálá Dávidot és Dávid királynak minden szolgáit, jóllehet az egész nép és az erős férfiak mindnyájan az ő jobb és balkeze felől valának.

And he cast stones at David, and at all the servants of king David: and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.

şi a aruncat cu pietre după David şi după toţi slujitorii împăratului David, în timp ce tot poporul şi toţi vitejii stăteau la dreapta şi la stânga împăratului.

And he threw stones at David and at all the servants of King David, and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.

Simei ezt mondta szitkozódása közben: Eredj, eredj, te vérszopó és istentelen ember!

És így szóla Sémei szitkozódása közben: Eredj, eredj te vér[szopó] és istentelen ember!

And thus said Shimei when he cursed, Come out, come out, thou bloody man, and thou man of Belial:

Şimei vorbea astfel când blestema: „Du-te, du-te, om al sângelui, om rău!

And Shimei said as he cursed, “Get out, get out, you man of blood, you worthless man!

Most megfizet neked az ÚR Saul egész háza népének a véréért, aki helyett te uralkodsz, és odaadta az ÚR az országot fiadnak, Absolonnak. Íme, te nyomorúságban vagy, mert vérszopó ember vagy!

Megfizet [most] az Úr néked Saul egész házanépének véréért, a ki helyett te uralkodol; és adta az Úr az országot a te fiadnak, Absolonnak: és ímé te nyomorúságban vagy, mert vérszopó ember vagy!

The LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the LORD hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man.

Domnul face să cadă asupra ta pedeapsa pentru tot sângele casei lui Saul, al cărui scaun de domnie l-ai luat, şi Domnul a dat împărăţia în mâinile fiului tău Absalom; şi iată-te nenorocit, căci eşti un om al sângelui!”

The LORD has avenged on you all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose place you have reigned, and the LORD has given the kingdom into the hand of your son Absalom. See, your evil is on you, for you are a man of blood.”

Akkor azt mondta a királynak Abisaj, Cerújá fia: Hogyan szidalmazhatja ez a holt eb az én uramat, a királyt? Odamegyek, és fejét veszem!

Monda pedig Abisai, Sérujának fia, a királynak: Hogyan szidalmazhatja ez a holt eb az én uramat, a királyt? Majd én elmegyek és fejét veszem.

Then said Abishai the son of Zeruiah unto the king, Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? let me go over, I pray thee, and take off his head.

Atunci Abişai, fiul Ţeruiei, a zis împăratului: „Pentru ce blestemă acest câine mort pe domnul meu, împăratul? Lasă-mă, te rog, să mă duc să-i tai capul.”

Then Abishai the son of Zeruiah said to the king, “Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Let me go over and take off his head.”

De a király azt mondta: Mi közöm van hozzátok, Cerújá fiai? Hadd szidalmazzon, mert az ÚR mondta neki: Szidalmazzad Dávidot. Így hát ki mondhatja neki: Miért műveled ezt?

Monda pedig a király: Mi közöm van veletek, Sérujának fiai? Hadd szidalmazzon, mert az Úr mondotta néki: Szidalmazzad Dávidot; és ki mondhatja néki: Miért míveled ezt?

And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, because the LORD hath said unto him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Wherefore hast thou done so?

Dar împăratul a zis: „Ce aveţi voi cu mine, fiii Ţeruiei? Dacă blestemă, înseamnă că Domnul i-a zis: „Blestemă pe David!” Cine-i va zice, dar: „Pentru ce faci aşa?”?”

But the king said, “What have I to do with you, you sons of Zeruiah? If he is cursing because the LORD has said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who then shall say, ‘Why have you done so?’”

És azt mondta Dávid Abisajnak és minden szolgájának: Íme, a fiam, aki az én véremből származik, az én életemre tör. Hogyne tenné hát ezt ez a benjámini? Hagyjatok békét neki, hadd szidalmazzon, mert az ÚR mondta neki.

És monda Dávid Abisainak és minden szolgáinak: Íme az én fiam, ki az én ágyékomból származott, kergeti az én életemet: hogyne [cselekedné] tehát e Benjáminita? Hagyjatok békét néki, hadd szidalmazzon; mert az Úr mondotta néki.

And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.

Şi David a zis lui Abişai şi tuturor slujitorilor săi: „Iată că fiul meu, care a ieşit din trupul meu, vrea să-mi ia viaţa; cu cât mai mult beniamitul acesta! Lăsaţi-l să blesteme, căci Domnul i-a zis.

And David said to Abishai and to all his servants, “Behold, my own son seeks my life; how much more now may this Benjaminite! Leave him alone, and let him curse, for the LORD has told him to.

Talán rátekint az ÚR a nyomorúságomra, és jóval fizet még ma nekem az ÚR az ő átka helyett.

Netalán reá tekint az Úr az én nyomorúságomra, és jóval fizet még ma nékem az Úr az ő átka helyett.

It may be that the LORD will look on mine affliction, and that the LORD will requite me good for his cursing this day.

Poate că Domnul Se va uita la necazul meu şi-mi va face bine în locul blestemelor de azi.”

It may be that the LORD will look on the wrong done to me, and that the LORD will repay me with good for his cursing today.”

Így ment Dávid és hadinépe az úton. Simei pedig az átellenben levő hegyoldalon haladt, és menet közben átkozódott, és köveket hajigált velük szemben, és szórta a port.

És megy vala Dávid és az ő népe az úton, Sémei pedig a hegyoldalon átellenében menvén, mentében átkozódik és köveket hajigál vala ő ellenébe, és port hány vala.

And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill's side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust.

David şi oamenii lui şi-au văzut de drum. Şimei mergea pe coasta muntelui, în dreptul lui David, şi mergând blestema, arunca cu pietre împotriva lui şi vântura praf.

So David and his men went on the road, while Shimei went along on the hillside opposite him and cursed as he went and threw stones at him and flung dust.

Miután a király és az egész vele levő nép fáradtan megérkeztek, ott megpihentek.

Eljuta annakutána a király és az egész nép, mely vele vala, Ajefimbe, és ott megnyugovék.

And the king, and all the people that were with him, came weary, and refreshed themselves there.

Împăratul şi tot poporul care era cu el au ajuns la Aiefim, şi acolo s-au odihnit.

And the king, and all the people who were with him, arrived weary at the Jordan. And there he refreshed himself.

Absolon pedig és az egész hadinép, Izráel férfiai, bementek Jeruzsálembe. Vele volt Ahitófel is.

Absolon pedig és az egész nép, Izráelnek férfiai, bemenének Jeruzsálembe, és Akhitófel is ő vele.

And Absalom, and all the people the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

Absalom şi tot poporul, bărbaţii lui Israel, intraseră în Ierusalim. Ahitofel era şi el cu Absalom.

Now Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

Amikor Dávid barátja, az arki Húsaj bement Absolonhoz, ezt mondta Absolonnak: Éljen a király, éljen a király!

Mikor pedig az Arkeából való Khúsai, a Dávid barátja bement Absolonhoz, monda Khúsai Absolonnak: Éljen a király, éljen a király!

And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David's friend, was come unto Absalom, that Hushai said unto Absalom, God save the king, God save the king.

Când a ajuns Huşai, Architul, prietenul lui David, la Absalom, i-a zis: „Trăiască împăratul! Trăiască împăratul!”

And when Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, came to Absalom, Hushai said to Absalom, “Long live the king! Long live the king!”

Absolon ezt felelte neki: Ez a barátod iránti szereteted? Miért nem mentél el a barátoddal?

És monda Absolon Khúsainak: Ez-é a barátod iránti szereteted? Miért nem mentél el barátoddal?

And Absalom said to Hushai, Is this thy kindness to thy friend? why wentest thou not with thy friend?

Şi Absalom a zis lui Huşai: „Iată cât de mult ţii tu la prietenul tău! Pentru ce nu te-ai dus cu prietenul tău?”

And Absalom said to Hushai, “Is this your loyalty to your friend? Why did you not go with your friend?”

Húsaj így felelt Absolonnak: Azért nem, mert azé leszek, és azzal maradok, akit az ÚR, ez a nép és Izráel fiai választanak.

Felele Khúsai Absolonnak: Nem, hanem a kit az Úr és ez a nép választ, és az Izráelnek minden fiai: azé leszek és azzal maradok.

And Hushai said unto Absalom, Nay; but whom the LORD, and this people, and all the men of Israel, choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide.

Huşai a răspuns lui Absalom: „Pentru că vreau să fiu al aceluia pe care l-a ales Domnul şi tot poporul acesta şi toţi bărbaţii lui Israel, şi cu el vreau să rămân.

And Hushai said to Absalom, “No, for whom the LORD and this people and all the men of Israel have chosen, his I will be, and with him I will remain.

És azután kinek szolgálnék szívesebben, mint a barátom fiának? Ahogy az apádat szolgáltam, ugyanúgy foglak téged is.

Azután ugyan kinek szolgálnék [örömestebb,] mint az én [barátom] fiának? A mint szolgáltam a te atyádnak, szintén olyan leszek te hozzád [is].

And again, whom should I serve? should I not serve in the presence of his son? as I have served in thy father's presence, so will I be in thy presence.

De altfel, cui îi voi sluji? Nu fiului său? Cum am slujit tatălui tău, aşa îţi voi sluji şi ţie.”

And again, whom should I serve? Should it not be his son? As I have served your father, so I will serve you.”

Majd Absolon ezt mondta Ahitófelnek: Adjatok tanácsot, mit cselekedjünk!

Monda pedig Absolon Akhitófelnek: Adjatok tanácsot, mit cselekedjünk?

Then said Absalom to Ahithophel, Give counsel among you what we shall do.

Absalom a zis lui Ahitofel: „Sfătuiţi-vă împreună; ce avem de făcut?”

Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, “Give your counsel. What shall we do?”

Ahitófel így felelt Absolonnak: Menj be apád másodfeleségeihez, akiket itthon hagyott, hogy őrizzék a házat, és egész Izráel megérti, hogy gyűlöltté tetted magadat apád előtt, és annál inkább megerősödik mindazoknak a keze, akik melletted vannak.

Felele Akhitófel Absolonnak: Menj be a te atyádnak ágyasaihoz, a kiket itthon hagyott, hogy őriznék a házat: és megérti az egész Izráel, hogy te atyád előtt gyűlöltté tetted magadat, és annál inkább megerősödnek mindazoknak kezeik, a kik melletted vannak.

And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then shall the hands of all that are with thee be strong.

Şi Ahitofel a zis lui Absalom: „Intră la ţiitoarele pe care le-a lăsat tatăl tău pentru paza casei; astfel, tot Israelul va şti că te-ai făcut urât tatălui tău, şi mâinile tuturor celor ce sunt cu tine se vor întări.”

Ahithophel said to Absalom, “Go in to your father’s concubines, whom he has left to keep the house, and all Israel will hear that you have made yourself a stench to your father, and the hands of all who are with you will be strengthened.”

Sátrat vontak tehát Absolonnak a tetőn, és bement Absolon az ő apja másodfeleségeihez egész Izráel szeme láttára.

Sátort vonának azért Absolonnak a tetőn, és beméne Absolon az ő atyjának ágyasaihoz, az egész Izráelnek szeme láttára.

So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in unto his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.

Au întins un cort pentru Absalom pe acoperiş, şi Absalom a intrat la ţiitoarele tatălui său, în faţa întregului Israel. –

So they pitched a tent for Absalom on the roof. And Absalom went in to his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.

És Ahitófel tanácsát, melyet adott, abban az időben úgy tekintették, mintha Isten szavát kérdezték volna. Így tekintette Ahitófel minden tanácsát Dávid is, és Absolon is.

És Akhitófel tanácsa, melyet adott, olyannak [tekintetett] abban az időben, mintha valaki az Isten szavát kérdezte volna; olyan volt Akhitófelnek minden tanácsa mind Dávid előtt, mind Absolon előtt.

And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.

Sfatul dat pe vremea aceea de Ahitofel avea tot atâta putere ca şi când ar fi întrebat chiar pe Dumnezeu. Tot aşa era cu toate sfaturile lui Ahitofel, fie pentru David, fie pentru Absalom. –

Now in those days the counsel that Ahithophel gave was as if one consulted the word of God; so was all the counsel of Ahithophel esteemed, both by David and by Absalom.
