Azután eljött Dávidhoz Hebrónba Izráel minden nemzetsége, és így szóltak: Íme, mi a te csontodból és testedből valók vagyunk.

Eljövének pedig Dávidhoz Hebronba Izráelnek minden nemzetségei, és szólának ilyenképen: Ímé mi a te csontodból és testedből valók vagyunk,

Then came all the tribes of Israel to David unto Hebron, and spake, saying, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh.

Then all the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and said, “Behold, we are your bone and flesh.

Ezelőtt is, amikor Saul uralkodott fölöttünk, te vezetted ki és be Izráelt, és az ÚR azt mondta neked: Te legelteted népemet, Izráelt, és fejedelem leszel Izráel fölött.

[Mert] ennekelőtte is, mikor Saul uralkodott felettünk, te vezérelted ki s be Izráelt, és az Úr azt mondotta néked: Te legelteted az én népemet, az Izráelt, és te fejedelem leszel Izráel felett.

Also in time past, when Saul was king over us, thou wast he that leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and the LORD said to thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt be a captain over Israel.

Chiar odinioară când Saul era împăratul nostru, tu povăţuiai şi strângeai pe Israel. Domnul ţi-a zis: „Tu vei paşte pe poporul Meu, Israel, şi vei fi căpetenia lui Israel.”

In times past, when Saul was king over us, it was you who led out and brought in Israel. And the LORD said to you, ‘You shall be shepherd of my people Israel, and you shall be prince over Israel.’”

Eljött tehát Izráel összes véne a királyhoz Hebrónba, és Dávid király szövetséget kötött velük Hebrónban az ÚR előtt, és királlyá kenték Dávidot Izráel fölött.

So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron; and king David made a league with them in Hebron before the LORD: and they anointed David king over Israel.

Astfel toţi bătrânii lui Israel au venit la împărat, în Hebron, şi împăratul David a făcut legământ cu ei la Hebron, înaintea Domnului. Şi au uns pe David împărat peste Israel.

So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the LORD, and they anointed David king over Israel.

Hét esztendeig és hat hónapig uralkodott Hebrónban Júda nemzetségén; Jeruzsálemben pedig harminchárom esztendeig uralkodott egész Izráelen és Júda nemzetségein.

Hebronban uralkodék a Júda [nemzetség]én hét esztendeig és hat hónapig; és Jeruzsálemben uralkodék harminczhárom esztendeig az egész Izráel és Júda [nemzetség]ein.

In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years over all Israel and Judah.

La Hebron a domnit peste Iuda şapte ani şi şase luni, şi la Ierusalim a domnit treizeci şi trei de ani peste tot Israelul şi Iuda.

At Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and at Jerusalem he reigned over all Israel and Judah thirty-three years.

Azután a király felment embereivel Jeruzsálembe a jebúsziak ellen, akik azt a földet lakták, ők azonban azt mondták Dávidnak: Nem jössz be ide, hiszen még a sánták és a vakok is elűznek téged! Ezzel azt akarták mondani, hogy Dávid nem tud bemenni oda.

Felméne pedig a király és az ő népe Jeruzsálembe a Jebuzeusok ellen, kik azt a földet lakják vala, ők azonban azt mondák Dávidnak: Nem jössz ide be, hanem a sánták és vakok elűznek téged! [melylyel] azt jelenték: Nem jő ide be Dávid.

And the king and his men went to Jerusalem unto the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land: which spake unto David, saying, Except thou take away the blind and the lame, thou shalt not come in hither: thinking, David cannot come in hither.

Împăratul a mers cu oamenii lui asupra Ierusalimului, împotriva iebusiţilor, locuitorii ţării. Ei au zis lui David: „Să nu intri aici, căci şi orbii şi ologii ţi se vor împotrivi!” Prin aceasta voiau să spună că David nu va intra cu niciun chip aici.

And the king and his men went to Jerusalem against the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land, who said to David, “You will not come in here, but the blind and the lame will ward you off”—thinking, “David cannot come in here.”

Dávid mégis bevette Sion várát, és az immár Dávid városa.

Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David.

És azt mondta Dávid azon a napon: Mindenki, aki vágja a jebúsziakat, menjen föl a csatornához, és vágja ott a sántákat és a vakokat, mert Dávid lelke gyűlöli azokat. Ezért mondják: Vak és sánta ne menjen be a házba!

Mert azt mondá Dávid ama napon: Mindenki, a ki vágja a Jebuzeusokat, menjen fel a csatornához [és vágja ott] a sántákat és a vakokat, a kiket gyűlöl a Dávid lelke. Ezért mondják: Vak és sánta ne menjen be a házba!

And David said on that day, Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house.

David zisese în ziua aceea: „Oricine va bate pe iebusiţi să arunce în canal pe şchiopii şi pe orbii aceia care sunt vrăjmaşii lui David.” – De aceea se zice: „Orbul şi şchiopul să nu intre în Casa Domnului.” –

And David said on that day, “Whoever would strike the Jebusites, let him get up the water shaft to attack ‘the lame and the blind,’ who are hated by David’s soul.” Therefore it is said, “The blind and the lame shall not come into the house.”

És ott lakott Dávid a várban; Dávid városának nevezte el és körös-körül kiépítette azt Millótól fogva befelé.

És lakozék Dávid abban a várban, és nevezé azt Dávid városának; és megépíté Dávid köröskörül, Millótól fogva befelé.

So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward.

David s-a aşezat în cetăţuie, pe care a numit-o cetatea lui David. A făcut întărituri de jur împrejur, în afară şi înăuntrul lui Milo.

And David lived in the stronghold and called it the city of David. And David built the city all around from the Millo inward.

Dávid pedig folytonosan emelkedett és növekedett, mert az ÚR, a Seregek Istene vele volt.

Dávid pedig folytonosan emelkedék és növekedék, [mert ]az Úr, a Seregeknek Istene vala ő vele.

And David went on, and grew great, and the LORD God of hosts was with him.

David ajungea tot mai mare, şi Domnul Dumnezeul oştirilor era cu el.

And David became greater and greater, for the LORD, the God of hosts, was with him.

And Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and cedar trees, and carpenters, and masons: and they built David an house.

És Dávid fölismerte, hogy az ÚR megerősítette őt Izráel fölött való királyságában, és hogy fölmagasztalta királyságát az ő népéért, Izráelért.

És belátta Dávid, hogy az Úr megerősítette őt az Izráel felett való királyságában, és hogy felmagasztalta az ő királyságát az ő népéért, Izráelért.

And David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for his people Israel's sake.

David a cunoscut că Domnul îl întărea ca împărat al lui Israel şi că-i ridica împărăţia din pricina poporului Său, Israel.

And David knew that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for the sake of his people Israel.

Közben pedig Dávid még további másodfeleségeket és feleségeket vett Jeruzsálemből, miután Hebrónból odament. És Dávidnak további fiai és leányai is születtek.

Vőn pedig még magának Dávid ágyasokat, és feleségeket Jeruzsálemből, minekutána Hebronból oda ment; és lőnek még Dávidnak fiai és leányai.

And David took him more concubines and wives out of Jerusalem, after he was come from Hebron: and there were yet sons and daughters born to David.

David şi-a mai luat ţiitoare şi neveste din Ierusalim, după ce a venit din Hebron, şi i s-au născut iarăşi fii şi fiice.

And David took more concubines and wives from Jerusalem, after he came from Hebron, and more sons and daughters were born to David.

Mikor pedig a filiszteusok meghallották, hogy Dávidot Izráel királyává kenték, fölkelt az összes filiszteus, hogy megkeressék Dávidot. Amikor Dávid ezt meghallotta, levonult a várhoz.

Mikor pedig a Filiszteusok meghallották, hogy királylyá kenték Dávidot az Izráelen; felkelének mind a Filiszteusok, hogy Dávidot megkeressék; melyet megértvén Dávid, aláméne az erősségbe.

But when the Philistines heard that they had anointed David king over Israel, all the Philistines came up to seek David; and David heard of it, and went down to the hold.

Filistenii au aflat că David fusese uns împărat peste Israel şi s-au suit toţi să-l caute. David, căruia i s-a dat de ştire, s-a coborât în cetăţuie.

When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, all the Philistines went up to search for David. But David heard of it and went down to the stronghold.

A filiszteusok pedig odaértek, és elszéledtek a Refáimvölgyben.

The Philistines also came and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.

Akkor megkérdezte Dávid az URat: Elmenjek-e a filiszteusok ellen? Kezembe adod-e őket? Az ÚR így felelt Dávidnak: Menj el, mert biztosan a kezedbe adom a filiszteusokat.

Megkérdé azért Dávid az Urat ilyen szóval: Elmenjek-é a Filiszteusok ellen? Kezembe adod-é őket? Felele az Úr Dávidnak: Menj el, mert kétség nélkül kezedbe adom a Filiszteusokat.

And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.

David a întrebat pe Domnul: „Să mă sui împotriva filistenilor? Îi vei da în mâinile mele?” Şi Domnul a zis lui David: „Suie-te, căci voi da pe filisteni în mâinile tale.”

And David inquired of the LORD, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the LORD said to David, “Go up, for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand.”

Dávid tehát elment BaalPerácimba. Ott megverte őket Dávid, és azt mondta: Szétoszlatta az ÚR az ellenségeimet, mint a szétfolyó vizet. Ezért nevezte azt a helyet Baal-Perácimnak.

Elérkezék azért Dávid Baál Perázimba, és megveré ott őket Dávid, és monda: Szétszórta az Úr ellenségimet előttem, mint a víz szokott eloszlani; azért nevezé azt a helyet Baál Perázimnak.

And David came to Baalperazim, and David smote them there, and said, The LORD hath broken forth upon mine enemies before me, as the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baalperazim.

David a venit la Baal-Peraţim, unde i-a bătut. Apoi a zis: „Domnul a risipit pe vrăjmaşii mei dinaintea mea, ca nişte ape care se rup.” De aceea s-a dat locului aceluia numele Baal-Peraţim.

And David came to Baal-perazim, and David defeated them there. And he said, “The LORD has broken through my enemies before me like a breaking flood.” Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim.

És ott hagyták a bálványaikat, amelyeket aztán Dávid és a szolgái összeszedtek.

And there they left their images, and David and his men burned them.

And the Philistines left their idols there, and David and his men carried them away.

Megkérdezte Dávid az URat, ő pedig ezt felelte: Most ne menj egyenesen rájuk, hanem kerülj a hátuk mögé, és a szederfákkal szemben támadd meg őket.

Megkérdé azért Dávid az Urat, ki ezt felelé: Ne menj [most] reájok; [hanem] kerülj a hátuk mögé és a szederfák ellenében támadd meg őket.

And when David enquired of the LORD, he said, Thou shalt not go up; but fetch a compass behind them, and come upon them over against the mulberry trees.

David a întrebat pe Domnul. Şi Domnul a zis: „Să nu te sui; ci ia-i pe la spate şi mergi asupra lor în dreptul duzilor.

And when David inquired of the LORD, he said, “You shall not go up; go around to their rear, and come against them opposite the balsam trees.

És mikor a szederfák teteje felől menetelés zaját fogod hallani, akkor indulj el, mert akkor előtted megy az ÚR, hogy megverje a filiszteusok táborát.

És mikor a szederfák tetején indulásnak zaját fogod hallani, akkor indulj meg, mert akkor kimegy te előtted az Úr, hogy megverje a Filiszteusok táborát.

And let it be, when thou hearest the sound of a going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt bestir thyself: for then shall the LORD go out before thee, to smite the host of the Philistines.

Când vei auzi un vuiet de paşi în vârfurile duzilor, atunci să te grăbeşti, căci Domnul merge înaintea ta ca să bată oştirea filistenilor.”

And when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the balsam trees, then rouse yourself, for then the LORD has gone out before you to strike down the army of the Philistines.”

Dávid úgy cselekedett, ahogy az ÚR parancsolta neki. És vágta a filiszteusokat Gebától fogva egészen Gézerig.

És úgy cselekedék Dávid, a mint megparancsolta vala néki az Úr: és vágta a Filiszteusokat Gibeától fogva, mind [addig,] míg Gézerbe mennél.

And David did so, as the LORD had commanded him; and smote the Philistines from Geba until thou come to Gazer.

David a făcut cum îi poruncise Domnul şi a bătut pe filisteni de la Gheba până la Ghezer.

And David did as the LORD commanded him, and struck down the Philistines from Geba to Gezer.
