These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.

V-am spus aceste lucruri, pentru ca ele să nu fie pentru voi un prilej de cădere.

“I have said all these things to you to keep you from falling away.

A zsinagógákból kizárnak titeket, sőt eljön az óra, amikor mindaz, aki megöl titeket, úgy véli, hogy Istennek tesz szolgálatot vele.

A gyülekezetekből kirekesztenek titeket; sőt jön idő, hogy a ki öldököl titeket, mind azt hiszi, hogy isteni tiszteletet cselekszik.

They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Au să vă dea afară din sinagogi: ba încă, va veni vremea când oricine vă va ucide să creadă că aduce o slujbă lui Dumnezeu.

They will put you out of the synagogues. Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God.

Mindezt azért teszik, mert nem ismerték meg sem az Atyát, sem engem.

És ezeket azért cselekszik veletek, mert nem ismerték meg az Atyát, sem engem.

And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

Şi se vor purta astfel cu voi, pentru că n-au cunoscut nici pe Tatăl, nici pe Mine.

And they will do these things because they have not known the Father, nor me.

Ezeket pedig azért mondtam el, hogy amikor majd eljön az ő órájuk, emlékezzetek rá, hogy megmondtam nektek. Azért nem mondtam el ezeket kezdettől fogva, mert veletek voltam.

Ezeket pedig azért beszéltem néktek, hogy a mikor eljő az az idő, megemlékezzetek róluk, hogy én mondtam néktek. De ezeket kezdettől fogva nem mondottam néktek, mivelhogy veletek valék.

But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.

V-am spus aceste lucruri, pentru ca, atunci când le va veni ceasul să se împlinească, să vă aduceţi aminte că vi le-am spus. Nu vi le-am spus de la început, pentru că eram cu voi.

But I have said these things to you, that when their hour comes you may remember that I told them to you. “I did not say these things to you from the beginning, because I was with you.

Most azonban elmegyek ahhoz, aki elküldött engem, és senki sem kérdezi közületek, hogy „hová mégy?”

Most pedig elmegyek ahhoz, a ki küldött engem; és senki sem kérdezi tőlem közületek: Hová mégy?

But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?

Acum Mă duc la Cel ce M-a trimis; şi nimeni din voi nu Mă întreabă: „Unde Te duci?”

But now I am going to him who sent me, and none of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’

Mivel ezeket mondtam nektek, szomorúság töltötte el a szíveteket,

Hanem, mivelhogy ezeket beszéltem néktek, a szomorúság eltöltötte a szíveteket.

But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.

Dar, pentru că v-am spus aceste lucruri, întristarea v-a umplut inima.

But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart.

de én az igazságot mondom nektek: Jobb nektek, hogy én elmenjek, mert ha el nem megyek, nem jön el hozzátok a Vigasztaló, ha pedig elmegyek, elküldöm azt hozzátok.

De én az igazat mondom néktek: Jobb néktek, hogy én elmenjek: mert ha el nem megyek, nem jő el hozzátok a Vígasztaló: ha pedig elmegyek, elküldöm azt ti hozzátok.

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Totuşi vă spun adevărul: vă este de folos să Mă duc; căci, dacă nu Mă duc Eu, Mângâietorul nu va veni la voi; dar, dacă Mă duc, vi-L voi trimite.

Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.

És amikor ő eljön, megfeddi a világot bűn, igazság és ítélet tekintetében:

És az, mikor eljő, megfeddi a világot bűn, igazság és ítélet tekintetében:

And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

Şi când va veni El, va dovedi lumea vinovată în ce priveşte păcatul, neprihănirea şi judecata.

And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment:

igazság tekintetében, hogy én az Atyámhoz megyek, és többé nem láttok engem,

És igazság tekintetében, hogy én az én Atyámhoz megyek, és többé nem láttok engem;

Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

în ce priveşte neprihănirea: fiindcă Mă duc la Tatăl, şi nu Mă veţi mai vedea;

concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer;

Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

în ce priveşte judecata: fiindcă stăpânitorul lumii acesteia este judecat.

concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

Még sok mondanivalóm van, de most nem tudnátok elhordozni,

Még sok mondani valóm van hozzátok, de most el nem hordozhatjátok.

I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

Mai am să vă spun multe lucruri, dar acum nu le puteţi purta.

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.

de amikor eljön az, aki az igazság Lelke, elvezet majd titeket minden igazságra. Mert nem magától szól, hanem azokat szólja, amiket hall, és a bekövetkezendőket kijelenti nektek.

De mikor eljő amaz, az igazságnak Lelke, elvezérel majd titeket minden igazságra. Mert nem ő magától szól, hanem azokat szólja, a miket hall, és a bekövetkezendőket megjelenti néktek.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Când va veni Mângâietorul, Duhul adevărului, are să vă călăuzească în tot adevărul; căci El nu va vorbi de la El, ci va vorbi tot ce va fi auzit şi vă va descoperi lucrurile viitoare.

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.

Ő engem dicsőít majd, mert az enyémből vesz, és kijelenti nektek.

Az engem dicsőít majd, mert az enyémből vesz, és megjelenti néktek.

He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

El Mă va proslăvi, pentru că va lua din ce este al Meu şi vă va descoperi.

He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.

Mindaz, ami az Atyáé, az enyém, azért mondtam, hogy az enyémből vesz, és kijelenti nektek.

Mindaz, a mi az Atyáé, az enyém: azért mondám, hogy az enyémből vesz, és megjelenti néktek.

All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Tot ce are Tatăl este al Meu; de aceea am zis că va lua din ce este al Meu şi vă va descoperi.

All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.

Egy kevés idő, és nem láttok engem, és ismét egy kevés idő, és megláttok majd engem, mert én az Atyához megyek.

Egy kevés [idő,] és nem láttok engem; és ismét egy kevés [idő,] és megláttok majd engem: mert én az Atyához megyek.

A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.

Peste puţină vreme, nu Mă veţi mai vedea; apoi iarăşi, peste puţină vreme, Mă veţi vedea, pentru că Mă duc la Tatăl.”

“A little while, and you will see me no longer; and again a little while, and you will see me.”

Tanítványai közül egyesek így beszéltek egymás között: Mi az, amit mond: „Egy kevés idő, és nem láttok engem, és ismét egy kevés idő, és megláttok majd engem”, meg hogy „én az Atyához megyek”?

Mondának azért az ő tanítványai közül egymásnak: Mi az, a mit nékünk mond: Egy kevés [idő,] és nem láttok engem; és ismét egy kevés [idő,] és megláttok majd engem; és: mert én az Atyához megyek?

Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?

La auzul acestor vorbe, unii din ucenicii Lui au zis între ei: „Ce înseamnă cuvintele acestea: „Peste puţină vreme, nu Mă veţi mai vedea” şi: „Apoi iarăşi, peste puţină vreme, Mă veţi vedea” şi: „Pentru că Mă duc la Tatăl”?”

So some of his disciples said to one another, “What is this that he says to us, ‘A little while, and you will not see me, and again a little while, and you will see me’; and, ‘because I am going to the Father’?”

Ezt kérdezték tehát: Mi az a kevés idő, amelyről szól? Nem tudjuk, mit mond.

Mondának azért: Mi az a kevés [idő,] a miről szól? Nem tudjuk, mit mond.

They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith.

Ei ziceau deci: „Ce înseamnă aceasta: „Peste puţină vreme”? Nu ştim ce vrea să spună.”

So they were saying, “What does he mean by ‘a little while’? We do not know what he is talking about.”

Jézus észrevette, hogy meg akarják kérdezni, és azt mondta nekik: Arról tanakodtok egymás között, hogy azt mondtam: „Egy kevés idő, és nem láttok engem, és ismét egy kevés idő, és megláttok majd engem”?

Megérté azért Jézus, hogy őt akarnák megkérdezni, és monda nékik: Arról tudakozzátok-é egymást, hogy azt mondám: Egy kevés [idő,] és nem láttok engem; és ismét egy kevés [idő,] és megláttok majd engem?

Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

Isus a cunoscut că voiau să-L întrebe şi le-a zis: „Vă întrebaţi între voi ce înseamnă cuvintele: „Peste puţină vreme, nu Mă veţi mai vedea” şi: „Apoi iarăşi, peste puţină vreme, Mă veţi vedea”?

Jesus knew that they wanted to ask him, so he said to them, “Is this what you are asking yourselves, what I meant by saying, ‘A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me’?

Bizony, bizony mondom nektek, hogy ti sírtok és jajgattok majd, a világ pedig örül, szomorkodtok majd, de szomorúságotok örömre fordul.

Bizony, bizony mondom néktek, hogy sírtok és jajgattok ti, a világ pedig örül: ti szomorkodtok, hanem a ti szomorúságtok örömre fordul.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.

Adevărat, adevărat vă spun că voi veţi plânge şi vă veţi tângui, iar lumea se va bucura; vă veţi întrista, dar întristarea voastră se va preface în bucurie.

Truly, truly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy.

Az asszony is szomorú, amikor szül, mert eljött az órája, de amikor megszülte gyermekét, többé nem emlékezik gyötrelmeire az öröm miatt, hogy ember született e világra.

Az asszony mikor szűl, szomorúságban van, mert eljött az ő órája: de mikor megszűli az ő gyermekét, nem emlékezik többé a kínra az öröm miatt, hogy ember született e világra.

A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.

Femeia, când este în durerile naşterii, se întristează, pentru că i-a sosit ceasul; dar, după ce a născut pruncul, nu-şi mai aduce aminte de suferinţă, de bucurie că s-a născut un om pe lume.

When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.

Hasonlóképpen ti is most szomorúságban vagytok, de ha majd ismét meglátlak titeket, örülni fog a szívetek, és örömötöket senki sem veszi el tőletek.

Ti is azért most ugyan szomorúságban vagytok, de ismét meglátlak majd titeket, és örülni fog a ti szívetek, és senki el nem veszi tőletek a ti örömeteket.

And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

Tot aşa şi voi: acum sunteţi plini de întristare; dar Eu vă voi vedea iarăşi, inima vi se va bucura, şi nimeni nu vă va răpi bucuria voastră.

So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.

És azon a napon nem kérdeztek engem semmiről. Bizony, bizony mondom nektek, hogy amit csak kérni fogtok az Atyától az én nevemben, megadja nektek.

És azon a napon nem kérdeztek majd engem semmiről. Bizony, bizony mondom néktek, hogy a mit csak kérni fogtok az Atyától az én nevemben, megadja néktek.

And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

În ziua aceea, nu Mă veţi mai întreba de nimic. Adevărat, adevărat vă spun că orice veţi cere de la Tatăl, în Numele Meu, vă va da.

In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.

Mostanáig semmit sem kértetek az Atyától az én nevemben, kérjetek, és megkapjátok, hogy a ti örömötök teljes legyen.

Mostanáig semmit sem kértetek az Atyától az én nevemben: kérjetek és megkapjátok, hogy a ti örömetek teljes legyen.

Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Până acum n-aţi cerut nimic în Numele Meu: cereţi, şi veţi căpăta, pentru ca bucuria voastră să fie deplină.

Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

Ezeket példázatokban mondtam nektek, de eljön az idő, amikor nem példázatokban szólok, hanem nyíltan beszélek nektek az Atyáról.

Ezeket példázatokban mondottam néktek; de eljő az idő, mikor nem példázatokban beszélek majd néktek, hanem nyiltan beszélek néktek az Atyáról.

These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.

V-am spus aceste lucruri în pilde. Vine ceasul când nu vă voi mai vorbi în pilde, ci vă voi vorbi desluşit despre Tatăl.

“I have said these things to you in figures of speech. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures of speech but will tell you plainly about the Father.

Azon a napon az én nevemben kértek majd, és nem mondom nektek, hogy majd én kérem az Atyát értetek,

Azon a napon az én nevemben kértek majd: és nem mondom néktek, hogy én kérni fogom az Atyát ti érettetek;

At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

În ziua aceea, veţi cere în Numele Meu, şi nu vă zic că voi ruga pe Tatăl pentru voi.

In that day you will ask in my name, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father on your behalf;

mert maga az Atya szeret titeket, mivel szerettetek engem, és elhittétek, hogy Istentől jöttem.

Mert maga az Atya szeret titeket, mivelhogy ti szerettetek engem, és elhittétek, hogy én az Istentől jöttem ki.

For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

Căci Tatăl însuşi vă iubeşte, pentru că M-aţi iubit şi aţi crezut că am ieşit de la Dumnezeu.

for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.

Eljöttem az Atyától, és a világba jöttem, most pedig elhagyom a világot, és visszatérek az Atyához.

Kijöttem az Atyától, és jöttem e világba: ismét elhagyom e világot, és elmegyek az Atyához.

I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

Am ieşit de la Tatăl şi am venit în lume; acum las lumea şi Mă duc la Tatăl.”

I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.”

Ekkor azt mondták neki a tanítványai: Íme, most nyíltan beszélsz, és semmi példázatot nem mondasz.

Mondának néki az ő tanítványai: Ímé, most nyiltan beszélsz és semmi példázatot nem mondasz.

His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.

Ucenicii Săi I-au zis: „Iată că acum vorbeşti desluşit şi nu spui nicio pildă.

His disciples said, “Ah, now you are speaking plainly and not using figurative speech!

Most már tudjuk, hogy mindent tudsz, és nincs szükséged rá, hogy valaki is kérdezzen; ezért hisszük, hogy Istentől jöttél.

Most tudjuk, hogy te mindent tudsz, és nincs szükséged arra, hogy valaki téged megkérdezzen: erről hiszszük, hogy az Istentől jöttél ki.

Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.

Acum cunoaştem că ştii toate lucrurile şi n-ai nevoie să Te întrebe cineva; de aceea credem că ai ieşit de la Dumnezeu.”

Now we know that you know all things and do not need anyone to question you; this is why we believe that you came from God.”

Mire Jézus így válaszolt: Most hiszitek?

Felele nékik Jézus: Most hiszitek?

Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?

„Acum credeţi?”, le-a răspuns Isus.

Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe?

Íme, eljön az óra, és immár eljött, hogy szétoszoljatok, ki-ki az övéihez, és engem egyedül hagyjatok, de nem vagyok egyedül, mert az Atya velem van.

Ímé eljő az óra, és immár eljött, hogy szétoszoljatok kiki az övéihez, és engem egyedül hagyjatok; de nem vagyok egyedül, mert az Atya velem van.

Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

„Iată că vine ceasul, şi a şi venit, când veţi fi risipiţi fiecare la ale lui; şi pe Mine Mă veţi lăsa singur; dar nu sunt singur, căci Tatăl este cu Mine.

Behold, the hour is coming, indeed it has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home, and will leave me alone. Yet I am not alone, for the Father is with me.

Azért mondtam ezeket nektek, hogy békességetek legyen énbennem. E világon nyomorúságotok lesz, de bízzatok, én legyőztem a világot.

Azért beszéltem ezeket néktek, hogy békességetek legyen én bennem. E világon nyomorúságtok lészen; de bízzatok: és meggyőztem a világot.

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

V-am spus aceste lucruri ca să aveţi pace în Mine. În lume veţi avea necazuri; dar îndrăzniţi, Eu am biruit lumea.”

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
