Mikor pedig eljött a hetedik hónap, és Izráel fiai már a városaikban laktak, az egész nép egy emberként összegyűlt a téren, a Vízi-kapu előtt, és azt mondták az írástudó Ezsdrásnak, hogy hozza elő Mózes törvénykönyvét, melyet az ÚR parancsolt Izráelnek.

Mikor pedig eljöve a hetedik hónap, és Izráel fiai az ő városaikban lakozának; felgyűle az egész nép egyenlőképen a piaczra, mely a vizek kapuja előtt vala, és mondák az írástudó Ezsdrásnak, hogy hozza elő a Mózes törvényének könyvét, melyet parancsolt vala az Úr Izráelnek.

And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel.

Când a venit luna a şaptea, copiii lui Israel erau în cetăţile lor. Atunci tot poporul s-a strâns ca un singur om pe locul deschis dinaintea porţii apelor. Au zis cărturarului Ezra să se ducă să ia cartea Legii lui Moise dată de Domnul lui Israel.

And all the people gathered as one man into the square before the Water Gate. And they told Ezra the scribe to bring the Book of the Law of Moses that the LORD had commanded Israel.

Ekkor, a hetedik hónap első napján előhozta Ezsdrás pap a törvényt a gyülekezet elé, ahol együtt voltak a férfiak és az asszonyok, mindazok, akik meg tudták érteni a hallottakat.

Előhozá azért Ezsdrás pap a törvényt a gyülekezet eleibe, [melyben együtt valának] férfiak és asszonyok és mindazok, a kik azt értelemmel hallgathaták, a hetedik hónap első napján.

And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.

Şi preotul Ezra a adus Legea înaintea adunării, alcătuită din bărbaţi şi femei şi din toţi cei ce erau în stare s-o înţeleagă. Era întâia zi a lunii a şaptea.

So Ezra the priest brought the Law before the assembly, both men and women and all who could understand what they heard, on the first day of the seventh month.

Kora reggeltől egészen délig fölolvasott belőle a téren, a Vízikapu előtt mindazon férfiak és asszonyok előtt, akik meg tudták érteni. Az egész nép nagy figyelemmel hallgatta a törvényt.

És olvasa abból a piaczon, mely a vizek kapuja előtt vala, kora reggeltől fogva mind délig, a férfiak és az asszonyok előtt és mindazok előtt, a kik azt érthetik vala, mivel az egész nép nagy figyelemmel hallgatá a törvényt.

And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law.

Ezra a citit în carte de dimineaţă până la amiază, pe locul deschis dinaintea porţii apelor, în faţa bărbaţilor şi femeilor şi în faţa celor ce erau în stare s-o înţeleagă. Tot poporul a fost cu luare aminte la citirea cărţii Legii.

And he read from it facing the square before the Water Gate from early morning until midday, in the presence of the men and the women and those who could understand. And the ears of all the people were attentive to the Book of the Law.

Az írástudó Ezsdrás egy erre a célra ácsolt faemelvényen állt. Mellette állt jobb keze felől Mattitjá, Sema, Anájá, Úrijjá, Hilkijjá és Maaszéjá, bal keze felől pedig Pedájá, Misáél, Malkijjá, Hásum, Hasbaddáná, Zekarjá és Mesullám.

Áll vala pedig az írástudó Ezsdrás egy ezen czélra csinált faemelvényen, és mellette álla jobb keze felől Mattithia, Sema, Anája, Uriás, Hilkiás, Maaszéja, balkeze felől pedig: Pedája, Misáel, Malkija, Hásum, Hasbaddána, Zakariás, Mesullám.

And Ezra the scribe stood upon a pulpit of wood, which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood Mattithiah, and Shema, and Anaiah, and Urijah, and Hilkiah, and Maaseiah, on his right hand; and on his left hand, Pedaiah, and Mishael, and Malchiah, and Hashum, and Hashbadana, Zechariah, and Meshullam.

Cărturarul Ezra stătea pe un scaun de lemn ridicat cu prilejul acesta. Lângă el, la dreapta, stăteau: Matitia, Şema, Anaia, Urie, Hilchia şi Maaseia, şi la stânga: Pedaia, Mişael, Malchia, Haşum, Haşbadana, Zaharia şi Meşulam.

And Ezra the scribe stood on a wooden platform that they had made for the purpose. And beside him stood Mattithiah, Shema, Anaiah, Uriah, Hilkiah, and Maaseiah on his right hand, and Pedaiah, Mishael, Malchijah, Hashum, Hashbaddanah, Zechariah, and Meshullam on his left hand.

Ezsdrás az egész nép szeme láttára nyitotta föl a könyvet, mert az egész népnél magasabban állt. Mikor fölnyitotta, az egész nép fölállt.

És felnyitá Ezsdrás a könyvet az egész nép szemei előtt, mert fölötte vala az egész népnek; és mikor fölnyitá, felálla az egész nép.

And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people; (for he was above all the people;) and when he opened it, all the people stood up:

Ezra a deschis cartea înaintea întregului popor, căci stătea mai sus decât tot poporul. Şi când a deschis-o, tot poporul s-a sculat.

And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people, for he was above all the people, and as he opened it all the people stood.

Akkor áldotta Ezsdrás az URat, a nagy Istent, és az egész nép fölemelt kezekkel így felelt rá: Ámen! Ámen! Majd meghajoltak, és leborultak az ÚR előtt arccal a földre.

És áldá Ezsdrás az Urat, a nagy Istent, és felele rá az egész nép felemelt kezekkel: Ámen! Ámen! És meghajtván magukat, leborulának az Úr előtt arczczal a földre.

And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the LORD with their faces to the ground.

Ezra a binecuvântat pe Domnul Dumnezeul cel mare, şi tot poporul a răspuns ridicând mâinile: „Amin! Amin!” Şi s-au plecat, şi s-au închinat înaintea Domnului cu faţa la pământ.

And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered, “Amen, Amen,” lifting up their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.

Jésúa, Báni, Sérébjá, Jámín, Akkúb, Sabbetaj, Hódijjá, Maaszéjá, Kelítá, Azarjá, Józábád, Hánán, Pelájá és a léviták magyarázták a népnek a törvényt, a nép pedig mindeközben a maga helyén állt.

Jésua, Báni, Serébia, Jámin, Akkub, Sabbethai, Hódija, Maaszéja, Kelita, Azáriás, Józabád, Hanán, Pelája Léviták pedig magyarázzák vala a népnek a törvényt, s a nép a maga helyén áll vala.

Also Jeshua, and Bani, and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law: and the people stood in their place.

Iosua, Bani, Şerebia, Iamin, Acub, Şabetai, Hodia, Maaseia, Chelita, Azaria, Iozabad, Hanan, Pelaia şi leviţii lămureau poporului Legea, şi fiecare stătea la locul lui.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law, while the people remained in their places.

Érthetően olvastak a könyvből, Isten törvényéből, és azután magyarázták és értelmezték az olvasottakat.

Olvasának pedig a könyvből, Isten törvényéből világosan, s azután magyarázának, és a nép megérté az olvasottakat.

So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.

Ei citeau desluşit în cartea Legii lui Dumnezeu şi-i arătau înţelesul, ca să-i facă să înţeleagă ce citiseră.

They read from the book, from the Law of God, clearly, and they gave the sense, so that the people understood the reading.

Ekkor Nehémiás, a király helytartója és Ezsdrás, az írástudó pap, valamint a léviták, akik magyaráztak a népnek, így szóltak az egész néphez: Ez az ÚRnak, a ti Isteneteknek szent napja, ne keseregjetek és ne sírjatok hát! Mert sírt az egész nép, amikor a törvény igéit hallotta.

Ekkor Nehémiás, a király helytartója és Ezsdrás, a pap, az írástudó és a Léviták, a kik magyaráznak vala a népnek, így szólának az egész néphez: E nap szent az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek, ne keseregjetek és ne sírjatok, mert sír vala az egész nép, mikor a törvény beszédeit hallá.

And Nehemiah, which is the Tirshatha, and Ezra the priest the scribe, and the Levites that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto the LORD your God; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.

Dregătorul Neemia, preotul şi cărturarul Ezra şi leviţii care învăţau pe popor au zis întregului popor: „Ziua aceasta este închinată Domnului Dumnezeului vostru; să nu vă bociţi şi să nu plângeţi!” Căci tot poporul plângea când a auzit cuvintele Legii.

And Nehemiah, who was the governor, and Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, “This day is holy to the LORD your God; do not mourn or weep.” For all the people wept as they heard the words of the Law.

Ő azt mondta nekik: Menjetek, egyetek kövér falatokat, és igyatok édes italokat. Küldjetek belőle azoknak is, akik semmit sem készítettek, mert ez a mi URunk szent napja, és ne bánkódjatok, mert az ÚR öröme a ti erősségetek.

És ő mondá nékik: Menjetek, egyetek kövért és igyatok édest és küldjetek belőle részt annak, a kinek semmi nem készíttetett, mert szent e nap a mi Urunknak, és ne bánkódjatok, mert az Úrnak öröme a ti erősségtek.

Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

Ei le-au zis: „Duceţi-vă de mâncaţi cărnuri grase şi beţi băuturi dulci şi trimiteţi câte o parte şi celor ce n-au nimic pregătit, căci ziua aceasta este închinată Domnului nostru; nu vă mâhniţi, căci bucuria Domnului va fi tăria voastră.”

Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord. And do not be grieved, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”

A léviták is csendesítették az egész népet, és ezt mondták: Hallgassatok, mert szent ez a nap! Ne bánkódjatok!

A Léviták is csendesíték vala az egész népet, mondván: Hallgassatok, mert e nap szent és ne bánkódjatok!

So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Hold your peace, for the day is holy; neither be ye grieved.

Leviţii potoleau pe tot poporul, zicând: „Tăceţi, căci ziua aceasta este sfântă; nu vă mâhniţi!”

So the Levites calmed all the people, saying, “Be quiet, for this day is holy; do not be grieved.”

Ekkor elment az egész nép, hogy egyen és igyon, és másoknak is küldjön belőle, és nagy vigasságot tartson, mert megértették a beszédeket, amelyekre tanították őket.

Elméne azért mind az egész nép enni és inni és részt küldeni és szerezni nagy vígasságot, mert megértették a beszédeket, a melyekre őket tanították vala.

And all the people went their way to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth, because they had understood the words that were declared unto them.

Şi tot poporul s-a dus să mănânce şi să bea. Şi au trimis câte o parte şi altora, şi s-au înveselit mult. Căci înţeleseseră cuvintele care li se tâlcuiseră.

And all the people went their way to eat and drink and to send portions and to make great rejoicing, because they had understood the words that were declared to them.

Másnap pedig az egész nép családfői, a papok és a léviták Ezsdráshoz, az írástudóhoz gyűltek, hogy tanulják a törvény igéit.

Másod napon pedig összegyűlének az egész népnek, a papoknak és Lévitáknak családfői Ezsdráshoz, az írástudóhoz, hogy megértenék a törvénynek beszédit.

And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.

A doua zi, capii de familie din tot poporul, preoţii şi leviţii s-au strâns la cărturarul Ezra ca să audă tâlcuirea cuvintelor Legii.

On the second day the heads of fathers’ houses of all the people, with the priests and the Levites, came together to Ezra the scribe in order to study the words of the Law.

Ekkor megírva találták a törvényben, amelyet az ÚR parancsolt Mózes által, hogy Izráel fiainak lombsátrakban kell lakniuk a hetedik hónapban levő ünnepen.

Találák pedig írva a törvényben, melyet parancsolt vala az Úr Mózes által, hogy Izráel fiainak leveles színekben kell lakozniok az ünnepen, a hetedik hónapban,

And they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:

Şi au găsit scris în Lege că Domnul poruncise prin Moise că fiii lui Israel trebuie să locuiască în corturi în timpul sărbătorii lunii a şaptea.

And they found it written in the Law that the LORD had commanded by Moses that the people of Israel should dwell in booths during the feast of the seventh month,

Mihelyt ezt megtudták, kihirdették minden városukban és Jeruzsálemben: Menjetek ki a hegyekre, és hozzatok ágakat nemes és vad olajfáról és mirtusz- és pálmaágakat, akármelyik sűrű lombú fáról való ágat, hogy lombsátrakat csináljatok, ahogy meg van írva.

És hogy nékik tudatniok kell és ki kell hirdettetniök minden városaikban és Jeruzsálemben ezt: Menjetek ki a hegyre, és hozzatok lombokat a nemes és vad olajfáról, mirtus és pálmalombokat, [szóval akármely] sűrű levelű fáról lombokat, hogy csináljatok leveles színeket, a mint meg van írva.

And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.

Atunci au trimis să răspândească vestea aceasta în toate cetăţile lor şi la Ierusalim: „Duceţi-vă la munte şi aduceţi ramuri de măslin, ramuri de măslin sălbatic, ramuri de mirt, ramuri de finic şi ramuri de copaci stufoşi, ca să faceţi corturi, cum este scris.”

and that they should proclaim it and publish it in all their towns and in Jerusalem, “Go out to the hills and bring branches of olive, wild olive, myrtle, palm, and other leafy trees to make booths, as it is written.”

Kiment azért a nép, és hoztak ágakat, és lombsátrakat készítettek maguknak, mindenki a háza tetején vagy udvarán, továbbá Isten házának udvarán, a Vízi-kapu és az Efraim-kapu előtti téren.

Kiméne azért a nép, és hozának [lombokat,] és csinálának magoknak leveles színeket, kiki a maga háza tetején és pitvaraikban, továbbá az Isten háza pitvariban, a vizek kapujának piaczán és Efraim kapujának piaczán.

So the people went forth, and brought them, and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.

Atunci poporul s-a dus şi a adus ramuri şi au făcut corturi pe acoperişul caselor lor, în curţile lor, în curţile Casei lui Dumnezeu, pe locul deschis dinaintea porţii apelor şi pe locul deschis de la poarta lui Efraim.

So the people went out and brought them and made booths for themselves, each on his roof, and in their courts and in the courts of the house of God, and in the square at the Water Gate and in the square at the Gate of Ephraim.

Így tehát az egész gyülekezet, amely hazatért a fogságból, lombsátrakat készített, és a lombsátrakban laktak. Nem cselekedtek így Józsuénak, Nún fiának idejétől fogva Izráel fiai mindeddig a napig, és felettébb nagy volt az örömük.

Csinála pedig az egész gyülekezet, mely hazatért a fogságból, leveles színeket, és lakának a leveles színekben; mert nem cselekedtek vala így Józsuénak, a Nún fiának idejétől fogva Izráel fiai mind az napiglan, és lőn felette igen nagy öröm[ük.]

And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.

Toată adunarea celor ce se întorseseră din robie a făcut corturi şi au locuit în aceste corturi. Din vremea lui Iosua, fiul lui Nun, până în ziua aceasta nu mai făcuseră copiii lui Israel aşa ceva. Şi a fost foarte mare veselie.

And all the assembly of those who had returned from the captivity made booths and lived in the booths, for from the days of Jeshua the son of Nun to that day the people of Israel had not done so. And there was very great rejoicing.

Mindennap olvasták Isten törvénykönyvét az első naptól fogva egészen az utolsó napig, és hét napon át ünnepeltek. A nyolcadik napon pedig záróünnepet tartottak a rendtartás szerint.

És olvasának az Isten törvényének könyvéből minden napon, az első naptól fogva mind az utolsó napig, és ünneplének hét napon át; a nyolczadik napon pedig egybegyülekezés tartatott a törvény szerint.

Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner.

Au citit în cartea Legii lui Dumnezeu în fiecare zi, din cea dintâi zi până la cea din urmă. Au prăznuit sărbătoarea şapte zile şi a fost o adunare de sărbătoare în ziua a opta, cum este poruncit.

And day by day, from the first day to the last day, he read from the Book of the Law of God. They kept the feast seven days, and on the eighth day there was a solemn assembly, according to the rule.
