Majd megérkeztek a tenger túlsó partjára, a gadaraiak földjére.

És menének a tenger túlsó partjára, a Gadarenusok földére.

And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.

Au ajuns pe celălalt ţărm al mării, în ţinutul gadarenilor.

They came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gerasenes.

Amint kiszállt a hajóból, a sírok közül elébe jött egy tisztátalan lélektől megszállott ember,

És a mint a hajóból kiméne, azonnal elébe méne egy ember a sírboltokból, a kiben tisztátalan lélek volt,

And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,

Când a ieşit Isus din corabie, L-a întâmpinat îndată un om care ieşea din morminte, stăpânit de un duh necurat.

And when Jesus had stepped out of the boat, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit.

aki sírboltokban lakott, és már láncokkal sem bírta őt senki sem lekötni.

A kinek lakása a sírboltokban vala; és már lánczokkal sem bírta őt senki sem lekötni.

Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:

Omul acesta îşi avea locuinţa în morminte, şi nimeni nu mai putea să-l ţină legat, nici chiar cu un lanţ.

He lived among the tombs. And no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain,

Mert már sokszor megbilincselték, és láncra verték, de ő a láncokat szétszaggatta, a bilincseket összetörte, és senki sem tudta megfékezni.

Mert sokszor megkötözték őt békókkal és lánczokkal, de ő a lánczokat szétszaggatta, és a békókat összetörte, és senki sem tudta őt megfékezni.

Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.

Căci de multe ori fusese legat cu picioarele în obezi şi cu cătuşe la mâini, dar rupsese cătuşele şi sfărâmase obezile, şi nimeni nu-l putea domoli.

for he had often been bound with shackles and chains, but he wrenched the chains apart, and he broke the shackles in pieces. No one had the strength to subdue him.

Éjjel-nappal a sírboltokban és a hegyek között tartózkodott, kiáltozott, és kövekkel vagdosta magát.

És éjjel és nappal mindig a hegyeken és a sírboltokban volt, kiáltozva és magát kövekkel vagdosva.

And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.

Totdeauna, zi şi noapte, stătea în morminte şi pe munţi, ţipând şi tăindu-se cu pietre.

Night and day among the tombs and on the mountains he was always crying out and cutting himself with stones.

Amikor pedig Jézust távolról meglátta, odafutott hozzá, leborult előtte,

Mikor pedig Jézust távolról meglátta, oda futamodék, és elébe borula,

But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,

Când a văzut pe Isus de departe, a alergat, I s-a închinat

And when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and fell down before him.

majd hangosan így kiáltott: Mi közöm hozzád, Jézus, a magasságos Isten Fia? Az Istenre kérlek, ne kínozz engem!

És fennhangon kiáltva monda: Mi közöm nékem te veled, Jézus, a magasságos Istennek Fia? Az Istenre kényszerítelek, ne kínozz engem.

And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.

şi a strigat cu glas tare: „Ce am eu a face cu Tine, Isuse, Fiul Dumnezeului celui Preaînalt? Te jur în Numele lui Dumnezeu, să nu mă chinuieşti!”

And crying out with a loud voice, he said, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me.”

Mert ezt mondta neki: Tisztátalan lélek, menj ki ebből az emberből!

(Mert ezt mondja vala néki: Eredj ki, tisztátalan lélek, ez emberből.)

For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.

Căci Isus îi zicea: „Duh necurat, ieşi afară din omul acesta!”

For he was saying to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!”

Majd azt kérdezte tőle: Mi a neved? Az így felelt: Légió a nevem, mert sokan vagyunk.

És kérdezé tőle: Mi a neved? És felele, mondván: Légió a nevem, mert sokan vagyunk.

And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

„Care-ţi este numele?”, l-a întrebat Isus. „Numele meu este „legiune”, a răspuns el, „pentru că suntem mulţi.”

And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “My name is Legion, for we are many.”

És igen kérte őt, hogy ne küldje el őket arról a vidékről.

És igen kéré őt, hogy ne küldje el őket arról a vidékről.

And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.

Şi Îl ruga stăruitor să nu-i trimită afară din ţinutul acela.

And he begged him earnestly not to send them out of the country.

Ott legelt egy nagy disznónyáj a hegyoldalon,

Vala pedig ott a hegynél egy nagy disznónyáj, a mely legel vala.

Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.

Acolo, lângă munte, era o turmă mare de porci care păşteau.

Now a great herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside,

és a tisztátalan lelkek mindnyájan azt kérték tőle: Küldj minket a disznókba, hadd menjünk azokba.

És az ördögök kérik vala őt mindnyájan, mondván: Küldj minket a disznókba, hogy azokba menjünk be.

And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

Şi dracii L-au rugat şi au zis: „Trimite-ne în porcii aceia, ca să intrăm în ei.”

and they begged him, saying, “Send us to the pigs; let us enter them.”

Ő megengedte nekik. Ekkor a tisztátalan lelkek elhagyták az embert, és bementek a disznókba; a csürhe pedig, mintegy kétezer disznó, a meredekről a tengerbe rohant, és vízbe fúlt.

És Jézus azonnal megengedé nékik. A tisztátalan lelkek pedig kijövén, bemenének a disznókba; és a nyáj a meredekről a tengerbe rohana. Valának pedig mintegy kétezeren; és belefúlának a tengerbe.

And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

Isus le-a dat voie. Şi duhurile necurate au ieşit şi au intrat în porci; şi turma s-a repezit de pe râpă în mare: erau aproape două mii, şi s-au înecat în mare.

So he gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered the pigs; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned in the sea.

Akik pedig legeltették azokat, elfutottak, és elhíresztelték ezt a környező városban és falvakban. Az emberek pedig elmentek, hogy lássák, mi történt.

A kik pedig őrzik vala a disznókat, elfutának, és hírt vivének a városba és a falvakba. És kimenének, hogy lássák, mi az, a mi történt.

And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

Porcarii au fugit şi au dat de ştire în cetate şi prin satele vecine. Oamenii au ieşit să vadă ce s-a întâmplat.

The herdsmen fled and told it in the city and in the country. And people came to see what it was that had happened.

Amikor Jézushoz értek, és látták, hogy a megszállott, akiben a légió volt, ott ül felöltözve, és eszénél van, megrettentek.

És menének Jézushoz, és láták, hogy az ördöngős ott ül, fel van öltözködve és eszénél van, az, a kiben a légió volt; és megfélemlének.

And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

Au venit la Isus, şi iată pe cel ce fusese îndrăcit şi avusese legiunea de draci, şezând jos îmbrăcat şi întreg la minte; şi s-au înspăimântat.

And they came to Jesus and saw the demon-possessed man, the one who had had the legion, sitting there, clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid.

Akik pedig látták, elbeszélték nekik, hogy mi történt a megszállottal és a disznókkal.

A kik pedig látták, elbeszélék nékik, hogy mi történt vala az ördöngőssel, és a disznókkal.

And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.

Cei ce văzuseră cele întâmplate le-au povestit tot ce se petrecuse cu cel îndrăcit şi cu porcii.

And those who had seen it described to them what had happened to the demon-possessed man and to the pigs.

Ekkor kérlelni kezdték Jézust, hogy távozzék el a határukból.

És kezdék kérni őt, hogy távozzék el az ő határukból.

And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.

Atunci au început să roage pe Isus să plece din ţinutul lor.

And they began to beg Jesus to depart from their region.

Amikor azután Jézus beszállt a hajóba, az előbb még megszállott arra kérte, hogy vele maradhasson.

Mikor pedig a hajóba beszállott vala, a volt ördöngős kéré őt, hogy vele lehessen.

And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.

Pe când Se suia El în corabie, omul care fusese îndrăcit Îl ruga să-l lase să rămână cu El.

As he was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed with demons begged him that he might be with him.

De ő nem engedte, hanem azt mondta neki: Menj haza a tieidhez, és mondd el nekik, milyen nagy dolgot cselekedett veled az Úr, és hogyan könyörült rajtad.

De Jézus nem engedé meg néki, hanem monda néki: Eredj haza a tiéidhez, és jelentsd meg nékik, mely nagy dolgot cselekedett veled az Úr, és mint könyörült rajtad.

Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.

Isus nu i-a dat voie, ci i-a zis: „Du-te acasă la ai tăi şi povesteşte-le tot ce ţi-a făcut Domnul şi cum a avut milă de tine.”

And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”

El is ment, és kezdte hirdetni a Tízvárosban, milyen nagy dolgot cselekedett vele Jézus, úgy, hogy mindenki csodálkozott.

El is méne, és kezdé hirdetni a Tízvárosban, mely nagy dolgot cselekedett vele Jézus; és mindnyájan elcsodálkozának.

And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.

El a plecat şi a început să vestească prin Decapole tot ce-i făcuse Isus. Şi toţi se minunau.

And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.

Amikor ismét átment Jézus a hajón a túlsó partra, nagy sokaság gyűlt hozzá a tengerparton.

És mikor ismét általment Jézus a hajón a tulsó partra, nagy sokaság gyűle ő hozzá; és vala a tenger mellett.

And when Jesus was passed over again by ship unto the other side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea.

După ce a trecut Isus iarăşi de cealaltă parte cu corabia, s-a adunat mult norod în jurul Lui. El stătea lângă mare.

And when Jesus had crossed again in the boat to the other side, a great crowd gathered about him, and he was beside the sea.

Ekkor történt, hogy odament hozzá egy zsinagógai elöljáró, név szerint Jairus, és amint meglátta őt, lábához borult,

És ímé, eljöve a zsinagóga fők egyike, névszerint Jairus, és meglátván őt, lábaihoz esék,

And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,

Atunci a venit unul din fruntaşii sinagogii, numit Iair. Cum L-a văzut, fruntaşul s-a aruncat la picioarele Lui

Then came one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name, and seeing him, he fell at his feet

és így esedezett: Az én leánykám halálán van, jöjj, tedd rá a kezedet, hogy meggyógyuljon és éljen!

És igen kéré őt, mondván: Az én leánykám halálán van; jer, vesd reá kezedet, hogy meggyógyuljon és éljen.

And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.

şi I-a făcut următoarea rugăminte stăruitoare: „Fetiţa mea trage să moară; rogu-Te, vino de-Ţi pune mâinile peste ea, ca să se facă sănătoasă şi să trăiască.”

and implored him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter is at the point of death. Come and lay your hands on her, so that she may be made well and live.”

Jézus el is ment vele, és nagy sokaság követte őt, majdnem összeszorították.

El is méne vele, és követé őt nagy sokaság, és összeszorítják vala őt.

And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.

Isus a plecat împreună cu el. Şi după El mergea mult norod şi-L îmbulzea.

And he went with him. And a great crowd followed him and thronged about him.

És egy asszony, aki tizenkét év óta vérfolyásos volt,

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,

Şi era o femeie care de doisprezece ani avea o scurgere de sânge.

And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,

sok orvostól sokat szenvedett, és minden vagyonát rájuk költötte, de semmit sem javult, sőt inkább még rosszabbul lett,

És sok orvostól sokat szenvedett, és minden vagyonát magára költötte, és semmit sem javult, sőt inkább még rosszabbul lett,

And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

Ea suferise mult de la mulţi doctori; cheltuise tot ce avea, şi nu simţise nicio uşurare; ba încă îi era mai rău.

and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse.

amikor Jézus felől hallott, a sokaságban háta mögé került, és megérintette a ruháját.

Mikor Jézus felől hallott vala, a sokaságban hátulról kerülve, illeté annak ruháját.

When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

A auzit vorbindu-se despre Isus, a venit pe dinapoi prin mulţime şi s-a atins de haina Lui.

She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.

Mert azt gondolta: Ha csak ruháját érintem is, meggyógyulok.

Mert ezt mondja vala: Ha csak ruháit illethetem is, meggyógyulok.

For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.

Căci îşi zicea ea: „Dacă aş putea doar să mă ating de haina Lui, mă voi tămădui.”

For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.”

És azonnal megszűnt vérének folyása, és megérezte testében, hogy meggyógyult bajából.

És vérének forrása azonnal kiszárada és megérzé testében, hogy kigyógyult bajából.

And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

Şi îndată a secat izvorul sângelui ei. Şi a simţit în tot trupul ei că s-a tămăduit de boală.

And immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.

Jézus pedig azonnal észrevette, hogy erő áradt ki belőle, megfordult a sokaságban, és azt kérdezte: Ki érintette a ruhámat?

Jézus pedig azonnal észrevevén magán, hogy isteni erő áradott vala ki belőle, megfordult a sokaságban, és monda: Kicsoda illeté az én ruháimat?

And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?

Isus a cunoscut îndată că o putere ieşise din El; şi, întorcându-Se spre mulţime, a zis: „Cine s-a atins de hainele Mele?”

And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?”

Tanítványai azt mondták: Látod, hogy a sokaság szorongat téged, és azt kérdezed: Ki érintett meg engem?

És mondának néki az ő tanítványai: Látod, hogy a sokaság szorít össze téged, és azt kérdezed: Kicsoda illetett engem?

And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?

Ucenicii I-au zis: „Vezi că mulţimea Te îmbulzeşte şi mai zici: „Cine s-a atins de Mine?”

And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

Ekkor Jézus körülnézett, hogy lássa, ki tette ezt.

És körülnéze, hogy lássa azt, a ki ezt cselekedte.

And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.

El Se uita de jur împrejur să vadă pe cea care făcuse lucrul acesta.

And he looked around to see who had done it.

Az asszony pedig, mivel tudta, hogy mi történt vele, félve és remegve előjött, leborult előtte, és elmondta neki a teljes igazságot.

Az asszony pedig tudva, hogy mi történt vele, félve és remegve megy vala oda és elébe borula, és elmonda néki mindent igazán.

But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

Femeia, înfricoşată şi tremurând, căci ştia ce se petrecuse în ea, a venit de s-a aruncat la picioarele Lui şi I-a spus tot adevărul.

But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth.

Ő pedig azt mondta neki: Leányom, a te hited megtartott téged. Eredj el békével, és bajodból meggyógyulva légy egészséges.

Ő pedig monda néki: Leányom, a te hited megtartott téged. Eredj el békével, és gyógyulj meg a te bajodból.

And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

Dar Isus i-a zis: „Fiică, credinţa ta te-a mântuit; du-te în pace şi fii tămăduită de boala ta.”

And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.”

Még beszélt, amikor megérkeztek a zsinagóga elöljárójának házától ezzel az üzenettel: Leányod meghalt, miért fárasztanád tovább a Mestert?

Mikor még beszél vala, odajövének a zsinagóga fejétől, mondván: Leányod meghalt; mit fárasztod tovább a Mestert?

While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?

Pe când vorbea El încă, iată că vin nişte oameni de la fruntaşul sinagogii care-i spun: „Fiica ta a murit; pentru ce mai superi pe Învăţătorul?”

While he was still speaking, there came from the ruler’s house some who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?”

Jézus pedig, ahogy hallotta azt, amit mondtak, így szólt a zsinagóga elöljárójához: Ne félj, csak higgy!

Jézus pedig, a mint hallá a beszédet, a mit mondanak vala, azonnal monda a zsinagóga fejének: Ne félj, csak higyj.

As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.

Dar Isus, fără să ţină seamă de cuvintele acestea, a zis fruntaşului sinagogii: „Nu te teme, crede numai!”

But overhearing what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not fear, only believe.”

És senkinek sem engedte, hogy vele menjen, csak Péternek, Jakabnak és Jánosnak, Jakab testvérének.

És senkinek sem engedé, hogy vele menjen, csak Péternek és Jakabnak és Jánosnak, a Jakab testvérének.

And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.

Şi n-a îngăduit nimănui să-L însoţească, afară de Petru, Iacov şi Ioan, fratele lui Iacov.

And he allowed no one to follow him except Peter and James and John the brother of James.

Amikor megérkeztek a zsinagóga elöljárójának házához, és látta a zűrzavart, a sok siránkozót és jajgatót,

És méne a zsinagóga fejének házához, és látá a zűrzavart, a sok síránkozót és jajgatót.

And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.

Au ajuns la casa fruntaşului sinagogii. Acolo Isus a văzut o zarvă, şi pe unii care plângeau şi se tânguiau mult.

They came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and Jesus saw a commotion, people weeping and wailing loudly.

bement, és így szólt hozzájuk: Miért zajongtok és sírtok? A gyermek nem halt meg, hanem csak alszik.

És bemenvén, monda nékik: Mit zavarogtok és sírtok? A gyermek nem halt meg, hanem alszik.

And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.

A intrat înăuntru şi le-a zis: „Pentru ce faceţi atâta zarvă şi pentru ce plângeţi? Copila n-a murit, ci doarme.”

And when he had entered, he said to them, “Why are you making a commotion and weeping? The child is not dead but sleeping.”

De azok kinevették. Ő pedig mindenkit kiküldött, maga mellé vette a gyermek apját és anyját és a vele levőket, és bement oda, ahol a gyermek feküdt.

És nevetik vala őt. Ő pedig kiküldvén valamennyit, maga mellé vevé a gyermeknek atyját és anyját és a vele levőket, és beméne oda, a hol a gyermek fekszik vala.

And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.

Ei îşi băteau joc de El. Atunci, după ce i-a scos afară pe toţi, a luat cu El pe tatăl copilei, pe mama ei şi pe cei ce-L însoţiseră şi a intrat acolo unde zăcea copila.

And they laughed at him. But he put them all outside and took the child’s father and mother and those who were with him and went in where the child was.

Majd megfogva a gyermek kezét, azt mondta neki: „Tálitá, kúmi!”, amely azt jelenti: „Leányka, neked mondom, kelj föl!”

És megfogván a gyermeknek kezét, monda néki: Talitha, kúmi; a mi megmagyarázva azt teszi: Leányka, néked mondom, kelj föl.

And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.

A apucat-o de mână şi i-a zis: „Talita, cumi”, care tălmăcit înseamnă: „Fetiţo, scoală-te îţi zic!”

Taking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.”

A leányka azonnal fölkelt és járt, mert tizenkét éves volt már. Azok pedig szinte magukon kívül voltak a csodálkozástól.

És a leányka azonnal fölkele és jár vala. Mert tizenkét esztendős vala. És nagy csodálkozással csodálkozának.

And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

Îndată fetiţa s-a sculat şi a început să umble; căci era de doisprezece ani. Ei au rămas încremeniţi.

And immediately the girl got up and began walking (for she was twelve years of age), and they were immediately overcome with amazement.

De ő szigorúan megparancsolta nekik, hogy ezt senki meg ne tudja, majd azt mondta, hogy adjanak a leánykának enni.

Ő pedig erősen megparancsolá nékik, hogy ezt senki meg ne tudja. És mondá, hogy adjanak annak enni.

And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.

Isus le-a poruncit cu tărie să nu ştie nimeni lucrul acesta; şi a zis să dea de mâncare fetiţei.

And he strictly charged them that no one should know this, and told them to give her something to eat.
