As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.

După cum este scris în prorocul Isaia: „Iată, trimit înaintea Ta pe solul Meu, care Îţi va pregăti calea…

As it is written in Isaiah the prophet, “Behold, I send my messenger before your face, who will prepare your way,

Kiáltó hangja szól a pusztában: Készítsétek az Úr útját, egyengessétek ösvényeit!

Kiáltónak szava a pusztában: Készítsétek meg az Úrnak útját, egyengessétek meg az ő ösvényeit:

The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

glasul celui ce strigă în pustiu: „Pregătiţi calea Domnului, neteziţi-I cărările”,

the voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight,’”

Így jelent meg János, aki a pusztában keresztelt, és hirdette a megtérés keresztségét a bűnök bocsánatára.

Előáll vala János, keresztelvén a pusztában és prédikálván a megtérésnek keresztségét a bűnöknek bocsánatára.

John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

a venit Ioan care boteza în pustiu, propovăduind botezul pocăinţei spre iertarea păcatelor.

John appeared, baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Júdea egész környékének és Jeruzsálemnek a lakói is mind kimentek hozzá, megvallották bűneiket, és megkeresztelkedtek általa a Jordán vizében.

És kiméne hozzá Júdeának egész tartománya és a Jeruzsálembeliek is, és megkeresztelkedének mindnyájan ő általa a Jordán vizében, bűneikről vallást tévén.

And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.

Tot ţinutul Iudeii şi toţi locuitorii Ierusalimului au început să iasă la el; şi, mărturisindu-şi păcatele, erau botezaţi de el în râul Iordan.

And all the country of Judea and all Jerusalem were going out to him and were being baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.

And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;

Ioan era îmbrăcat cu o haină de păr de cămilă, şi împrejurul mijlocului era încins cu un brâu de curea. El se hrănea cu lăcuste şi miere sălbatică.

Now John was clothed with camel’s hair and wore a leather belt around his waist and ate locusts and wild honey.

és ezt hirdette: Utánam jön, aki erősebb nálam; és én arra sem vagyok méltó, hogy lehajolva sarujának szíját megoldjam.

És prédikála, mondván: Utánam jő, a ki erősebb nálam, a kinek nem vagyok méltó, hogy lehajolván, sarujának szíjját megoldjam.

And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.

Ioan propovăduia şi zicea: „După mine vine Cel ce este mai puternic decât mine, căruia eu nu sunt vrednic să mă plec să-I dezleg curelele încălţămintei.

And he preached, saying, “After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.

Én vízzel keresztelek, de ő majd Szentlélekkel keresztel meg titeket.

Én vízzel kereszteltelek titeket, de ő Szent Lélekkel keresztel titeket.

I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

Eu, da, v-am botezat cu apă; dar El vă va boteza cu Duhul Sfânt.”

I have baptized you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

Azokban a napokban történt, hogy eljött Jézus a galileai Názáretből, és János megkeresztelte a Jordánban.

És lőn azokban a napokban, eljöve Jézus a galileai Názáretből, és megkeresztelteték János által a Jordánban.

And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

În vremea aceea, a venit Isus din Nazaretul Galileii şi a fost botezat de Ioan în Iordan.

In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.

És amint kijött a vízből, látta, hogy a menny megnyílik, és a Lélek mint galamb leszáll reá.

És azonnal feljővén a vízből, látá az egeket megnyilatkozni, és a Lelket mint egy galambot ő reá leszállani;

And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

Şi îndată, când ieşea Isus din apă, el a văzut cerurile deschise şi Duhul coborându-Se peste El ca un porumbel.

And when he came up out of the water, immediately he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.

És szózat hangzott a mennyből: Te vagy az én szeretett Fiam, akiben én gyönyörködöm.

És szózat lőn az égből: Te vagy az én szerelmes fiam, a kiben én gyönyörködöm.

And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Şi din ceruri s-a auzit un glas care zicea: „Tu eşti Fiul Meu preaiubit, în Tine Îmi găsesc toată plăcerea Mea.”

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”

A Lélek pedig azonnal elragadta őt a pusztába.

És a Lélek azonnal elragadá őt a pusztába.

And immediately the spirit driveth him into the wilderness.

Îndată Duhul a mânat pe Isus în pustiu,

The Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness.

És a pusztában volt negyven napig, ahol a Sátán megkísértette, vadállatokkal volt együtt, és angyalok szolgáltak neki.

És ott volt a pusztában negyven napig kísértetve a Sátántól, és a vad állatokkal vala együtt; és az angyalok szolgálnak vala néki.

And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

unde a stat patruzeci de zile, fiind ispitit de Satana. Acolo stătea împreună cu fiarele sălbatice, şi-I slujeau îngerii.

And he was in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by Satan. And he was with the wild animals, and the angels were ministering to him.

Miután Jánost tömlöcbe vetették, Jézus Galileába ment, és hirdette az Isten evangéliumát.

Minekutána pedig János tömlöczbe vettetett, elméne Jézus Galileába, prédikálván az Isten országának evangyéliomát,

Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

După ce a fost închis Ioan, Isus a venit în Galileea şi propovăduia Evanghelia lui Dumnezeu.

Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God,

Ezt mondta: Betelt az idő, elközelített az Isten országa. Térjetek meg, és higgyetek az evangéliumban!

És mondván: Bétölt az idő, és elközelített az Istennek országa; térjetek meg, és higyjetek az evangyéliomban.

And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

El zicea: „S-a împlinit vremea, şi Împărăţia lui Dumnezeu este aproape. Pocăiţi-vă şi credeţi în Evanghelie.”

and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”

Amikor a Galileai-tenger mellett járt, meglátta Simont és Andrást, annak testvérét, amint hálót vetettek a tengerbe, mert halászok voltak.

Mikor pedig Galilea tengere mellett járt, látá Simont és Andrást, annak testvérét, a mint a tengerbe hálót vetének; mert halászok valának.

Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

Pe când trecea Isus pe lângă Marea Galileii, a văzut pe Simon şi pe Andrei, fratele lui Simon, aruncând o mreajă în mare, căci erau pescari.

Passing alongside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.

Így szólt hozzájuk Jézus: Kövessetek engem, és én emberhalászokká teszlek titeket!

És monda nékik Jézus: Kövessetek engem, és én azt mívelem, hogy embereket halászszatok.

And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

Isus le-a zis: „Veniţi după Mine, şi vă voi face pescari de oameni.”

And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”

És azonnal otthagyták hálóikat, és követték őt.

És azonnal elhagyván az ő hálóikat, követék őt.

And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.

Îndată, ei şi-au lăsat mrejele şi au mers după El.

And immediately they left their nets and followed him.

Amikor kissé továbbment, meglátta Jakabot, Zebedeus fiát és annak testvérét, Jánost, amint a hajóban hálóikat javítgatták.

És onnan egy kevéssé elébb menve, látá Jakabot, a Zebedeus fiát és annak testvérét, Jánost, a mint a hajóban azok is a hálókat kötözgetik vala.

And when he had gone a little farther thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.

A mers puţin mai departe şi a văzut pe Iacov, fiul lui Zebedei, şi pe Ioan, fratele lui, care, şi ei, erau într-o corabie şi îşi dregeau mrejele.

And going on a little farther, he saw James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, who were in their boat mending the nets.

Őket is azonnal hívta, ők pedig apjukat, Zebedeust a napszámosokkal a hajóban hagyva követték őt.

És azonnal hívá őket. És ők atyjukat, Zebedeust a napszámosokkal a hajóban hagyva, utána menének.

And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.

Îndată i-a chemat; şi ei au lăsat pe tatăl lor, Zebedei, în corabie cu cei ce lucrau pe plată şi au mers după El.

And immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants and followed him.

Kapernaumba mentek, és mindjárt szombaton bement a zsinagógába, és tanított.

És bemenének Kapernaumba; és mindjárt szombatnapon bemenvén a zsinagógába, tanít vala.

And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.

S-au dus la Capernaum. Şi, în ziua Sabatului, Isus a intrat îndată în sinagogă şi a început să înveţe pe norod.

And they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching.

Álmélkodtak tanításán, mert úgy tanította őket, mint akinek hatalma van, és nem úgy, mint az írástudók.

És elálmélkodának az ő tanításán; mert úgy tanítja vala őket, mint a kinek hatalma van, és nem úgy mint az írástudók.

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

Oamenii erau uimiţi de învăţătura Lui; căci îi învăţa ca unul care are putere, nu cum îi învăţau cărturarii.

And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes.

Éppen ott volt a zsinagógájukban egy tisztátalan lélektől megszállott ember, aki így kiáltott fel:

Vala pedig azok zsinagógájában egy ember, a kiben tisztátalan lélek volt, és felkiálta,

And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,

În sinagoga lor era un om care avea un duh necurat. El a început să strige:

And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out,

Mi közünk hozzád, názáreti Jézus? Azért jöttél, hogy elpusztíts minket? Tudom, ki vagy: az Isten Szentje.

És monda: Ah! mi dolgunk van nékünk veled, Názáreti Jézus? Azért jöttél-é, hogy elveszíts minket? Tudom, hogy ki vagy te: az Istennek Szentje.

Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

„Ce avem noi a face cu Tine, Isuse din Nazaret? Ai venit să ne pierzi? Te ştiu cine eşti: eşti Sfântul lui Dumnezeu!”

“What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.”

De Jézus ráparancsolt: Némulj el, és menj ki belőle!

És megdorgálá őt Jézus, mondván: Némulj meg, és menj ki belőle.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

Isus l-a certat şi i-a zis: „Taci şi ieşi afară din omul acesta!”

But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!”

A tisztátalan lélek pedig megrángatta az embert, és hangosan kiáltva kiment belőle.

És a tisztátalan lélek megszaggatá őt, és fenszóval kiáltva, kiméne belőle.

And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.

Şi duhul necurat a ieşit din el, scuturându-l cu putere şi scoţând un strigăt mare.

And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him.

Mindnyájan elálmélkodtak, annyira, hogy egymás között kérdezgették: Mi ez? Micsoda új tudomány ez, hogy hatalommal parancsol a tisztátalan lelkeknek is, és engedelmeskednek neki?

És mindnyájan elálmélkodának, annyira, hogy egymás között kérdezgeték, mondván: Mi ez? Micsoda új tudomány ez, hogy hatalommal parancsol a tisztátalan lelkeknek is, és engedelmeskednek néki?

And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

Toţi au rămas înmărmuriţi, aşa că se întrebau unii pe alţii: „Ce este aceasta? O învăţătură nouă! El porunceşte ca un stăpân chiar şi duhurilor necurate, şi ele Îl ascultă!”

And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”

És azonnal elterjedt a híre Galilea egész környékén.

És azonnal elméne az ő híre Galilea egész környékére.

And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.

Şi îndată I s-a dus vestea în toate împrejurimile Galileii.

And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee.

Ahogy a zsinagógából kiment, Simon és András házához mentek Jakabbal és Jánossal együtt.

És a zsinagógából azonnal kimenvén, a Simon és András házához menének Jakabbal és Jánossal együtt.

And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

După ce a ieşit din sinagogă, a intrat împreună cu Iacov şi Ioan în casa lui Simon şi a lui Andrei.

And immediately he left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

Simon anyósa pedig lázas betegen feküdt, és nyomban szóltak is neki felőle.

A Simon napa pedig hideglelésben fekszik vala, és azonnal szólának néki felőle.

But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.

Soacra lui Simon zăcea în pat prinsă de friguri; şi îndată au vorbit lui Isus despre ea.

Now Simon’s mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.

Ő odament, megfogta a kezét, és talpra állította, mire azonnal elhagyta a láz, és szolgált nekik.

És ő odamenvén, fölemelé azt, annak kezét fogván; és elhagyá azt a hideglelés azonnal, és szolgál vala nékik.

And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.

El a venit, a apucat-o de mână, a ridicat-o în sus, şi au lăsat-o frigurile. Apoi ea a început să le slujească.

And he came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them.

Estefelé, amikor leszállt a nap, hozzá vittek minden beteget és megszállottat,

Estefelé pedig, a mikor leszállt a nap, mind ő hozzá vivék a betegeseket és az ördöngősöket;

And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.

Seara, după asfinţitul soarelui, au adus la El pe toţi bolnavii şi îndrăciţii.

That evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons.

úgyhogy az egész város odagyűlt az ajtó elé.

És az egész város oda gyűlt vala az ajtó elé.

And all the city was gathered together at the door.

Şi toată cetatea era adunată la uşă.

And the whole city was gathered together at the door.

Sokakat meggyógyított ekkor, akik különféle betegségekben sínylődtek, sok ördögöt is kiűzött, és nem hagyta szólni az ördögöket, mivelhogy felismerték.

És meggyógyíta sokakat, a kik különféle betegségekben sínlődnek vala; és sok ördögöt kiűze, és nem hagyja vala szólni az ördögöket, mivelhogy őt ismerék.

And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.

El a vindecat pe mulţi care pătimeau de felurite boli; de asemenea, a scos mulţi draci şi nu lăsa pe draci să vorbească, pentru că-L cunoşteau.

And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

Kora reggel, még szürkületben fölkelt, kiment, és egy puszta helyre ment, ahol imádkozott.

Kora reggel pedig, még szürkületkor, fölkelvén, kiméne, és elméne egy puszta helyre és ott imádkozék.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

A doua zi dimineaţa, pe când era încă întuneric de tot, Isus S-a sculat, a ieşit şi S-a dus într-un loc pustiu. Şi Se ruga acolo.

And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.

Simon pedig és a vele levők utána siettek,

Simon pedig és a vele lévők utána sietének;

And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.

Simon şi ceilalţi care erau cu El s-au dus să-L caute;

And Simon and those who were with him searched for him,

és amikor megtalálták, ezt mondták neki: Mindenki téged keres.

És a mikor megtalálák őt, mondának néki: Mindenki téged keres.

And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.

and they found him and said to him, “Everyone is looking for you.”

Ő pedig így válaszolt: Menjünk máshova, a közeli városokba, hogy ott is prédikáljak, mert azért jöttem.

És ő monda nékik: Menjünk a közel való városokba, hogy ott is prédikáljak, mert azért jöttem.

And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.

El le-a răspuns: „Haidem să mergem în altă parte, prin târgurile şi satele vecine, ca să propovăduiesc şi acolo; căci pentru aceasta am ieşit.”

And he said to them, “Let us go on to the next towns, that I may preach there also, for that is why I came out.”

Be is járta egész Galileát, és prédikált zsinagógáikban, és ördögöket űzött ki.

És prédikál vala azoknak zsinagógáiban, egész Galileában, és ördögöket űz vala.

And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

Şi S-a dus să propovăduiască în sinagogi, prin toată Galileea; şi scotea dracii.

And he went throughout all Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and casting out demons.

És odament hozzá egy leprás, aki könyörögve leborult előtte, és azt mondta neki: Ha akarod, megtisztíthatsz engem.

És jöve hozzá egy bélpoklos, kérvén őt és leborulván előtte és mondván néki: Ha akarod, megtisztíthatsz engem.

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

A venit la El un lepros, care s-a aruncat în genunchi înaintea Lui, Îl ruga şi-I zicea: „Dacă vrei, poţi să mă cureţi.”

And a leper came to him, imploring him, and kneeling said to him, “If you will, you can make me clean.”

Jézus megszánta, kezét kinyújtva megérintette, és így szólt hozzá: Akarom, tisztulj meg!

Jézus pedig könyörületességre indulván, kezét kinyújtva megérinté őt, és monda néki: Akarom, tisztulj meg.

And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.

Lui Isus I s-a făcut milă de el, a întins mâna, S-a atins de el şi i-a zis: „Da, voiesc, fii curăţat!”

Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand and touched him and said to him, “I will; be clean.”

És azonnal eltávozott tőle a lepra, és megtisztult,

És a mint ezt mondja vala, azonnal eltávozék tőle a poklosság és megtisztula.

And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.

Îndată l-a lăsat lepra, şi s-a curăţat.

And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean.

majd Jézus szigorúan ráparancsolva nyomban elküldte.

És erősen megfenyegetvén, azonnal elküldé őt,

And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;

Isus i-a poruncit cu tot dinadinsul, i-a spus să plece numaidecât

And Jesus sternly charged him and sent him away at once,

Azt mondta neki: Vigyázz, senkinek semmit ne szólj, hanem eredj, mutasd meg magad a papnak, és ajánld fel a tisztulásodért, amit Mózes rendelt, bizonyságul nekik.

És monda néki: Meglásd, hogy senkinek semmit ne szólj; hanem eredj el, mutasd meg magadat a papnak, és vidd fel a te tisztulásodért, a mit Mózes parancsolt, bizonyságul nékik.

And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

şi i-a zis: „Vezi să nu spui nimănui nimic; ci du-te de te arată preotului şi adu pentru curăţarea ta ce a poruncit Moise, ca mărturie pentru ei.”

and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, for a proof to them.”

Az pedig elment, és mindenfelé kezdte hirdetni és terjeszteni, ami vele történt, annyira, hogy Jézus már be sem mehetett nyilvánosan a városba, hanem kint, puszta helyeken volt, és oda mentek hozzá mindenfelől.

Az pedig kimenvén, kezde sokat beszélni és terjeszteni a dolgot, annyira, hogy nyilvánosan immár be sem mehetett Jézus a városba, hanem künn puszta helyeken vala, és mennek vala hozzá mindenfelől.

But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

Dar omul acela, după ce a plecat, a început să vestească şi să spună în gura mare lucrul acesta, aşa că Isus nu mai putea să intre pe faţă în nicio cetate; ci stătea afară, în locuri pustii, şi veneau la El din toate părţile.

But he went out and began to talk freely about it, and to spread the news, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter a town, but was out in desolate places, and people were coming to him from every quarter.
